Abstract

It is difficult to accurately manage manufacturing in a manufacturing line including one or more steps which require human labor. This manufacturing management system accepts an input of an identification code associated with an operation instruction regarding at least a leading step for each product fed to the manufacturing line, identifies, for each step, operation details associated with the accepted identification code, and displays a screen indicating the identification code and the operation details on an operator's terminal. The manufacturing management system accepts an input regarding the start and the end of the step, and registers the start time and the end time as management information. The manufacturing management system displays a screen for displaying an operation result based on operation time from the start time to the end time of each step on a manager's terminal on the basis of the management information.

For each product, the time indicates the standard time zone and the actual time zone. The standard time zone may be a time zone determined based on the management detail data set 512. The actual time zone may be a time zone specified from the work performance data set 511 (for example, from the start time of the first process 1 to the end time of the last process 6).
The management support unit 162 changes the display mode of the actual work time for each process based on the result of comparison between the ST and the actual work time (the time from the start time to the end time) for each process. A work time longer than ST is highlighted, for example.
An example of “designation of a point to which the administrator 60 pays attention” is that the highlighted work time display object 601 is designated (for example, clicked). The display object 601 includes a start time, an end time, an instruction number. And process no. Is associated. In addition, the process No. For example, in the management auxiliary data set 514, a position (site position) is associated. When the designation of the display object 601 is received, the management support unit 162 is an image corresponding to the time and position, using information representing the time and position associated with the designated display object 601 as a key. The attention image is acquired from the image store 182 via the image I / O unit 181, and the acquired attention image is displayed on the management terminal 105. An example of the display of the attention image is shown in FIG. The image 720 is an example of an attention image, and the image 720 is displayed in a pop-up on the management support screen 600 as shown in FIG.
Note that a management index is created by the work analysis unit 166 based on work performance data in the work store 132 (for example, time series data of process start time and end time), and the management index is set as an analysis result data set 513. It may be stored in the work store 132. The created management index (for example, a Gantt chart based on work time, work frequency, work time variation (deviation), etc.) may be displayed on the management terminal 105 based on the analysis result data set 513.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing another example of display in S512 and S515 of FIG.
As an example of the analysis result, the management terminal 105 has a screen 800 having a histogram 810 having a horizontal axis (an example of a first axis) and a vertical axis (an example of a second axis orthogonal to the first axis). It may be displayed as another example of the management support screen. The horizontal axis corresponds to the time as the difference between the ST and the actual work time. The vertical axis corresponds to a numerical value based on the number of products. In this case, an example of “designation of points to which the administrator 60 pays attention” is a range 811 for products and processes in the histogram 810 where the difference between ST and actual work time is relatively large. When the range 811 is designated, the attention image 820 may be acquired and displayed using the time and / or position belonging to the range 811 as a key. The attention image 820 may be displayed in a pop-up on the management support screen 800 as in FIG.
The work support described above can be applied to picking support.
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the picking support screen.
The data store 131 may store a data set representing picking details including details of picking for each item ID as one of the work procedure data sets 312. The work support unit 161 includes an instruction No. related to the product regarding picking performed for the product to be put into the line 150. Is received, the instruction No. Is selected from the procedure store 131, and the instruction number received for the product is identified. And the instruction No. A picking support screen 900, which is a screen showing the picking details associated with, and a UI group that accepts the start and end of picking, may be displayed.
By looking at the picking details and picking, the possibility of eliminating so-called human errors can be increased. This may also be applied to a process called product inspection.
FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of a work support process performed when a start or end input is received. In FIG. 10, one product and one process are taken as an example (in the description of FIG. 10, “current product” and “target process”).
(S1002)。 When the start or end is input for the target process of the current product and the start time or end time is input (registered) (S1001), the work support unit 161 inputs the start time for the target process of the current product, Further, it is determined whether or not there is an input of the end time of the previous product (for example, the product corresponding to the instruction number smaller than the instruction number of the current product) for the target process (S1002).
(S1003)。 When the determination result of S1002 is true (S1002: YES), the work support unit 161 sets the start time of the current product as the end time of the previous product for the target process, and the work result data set corresponding to the previous product. It registers in 511 (S1003).
(S1004)。 When the determination result of S1002 is false (S1002: NO), the work support unit 161 inputs the end time for the target process of the current product, and there is no input of the start time of the current product for the target process. Whether or not (S1004).
(S1005)。 When the determination result of S1004 is true (S1004: YES), the work support unit 161 sets the previous product end time as the start time of the current product for the target process, and the work performance data set corresponding to the current product. It registers in 511 (S1005).
After S1003, after S1005, or when the determination result in S1004 is false (S1004: NO), the work support unit 161 corresponds the start time or end time of the current product for the target process to the current product. Register in the work record data set 511.
According to the process illustrated in FIG. 10, even if the worker 50 forgets to input start or end, an appropriate start time or end time can be registered in the work store 132, thereby maintaining accurate manufacturing management. Can contribute.
FIG. 11 shows the instruction number. It is a figure which shows an example of the work assistance process for reduction of the reading burden of. In FIG. 11, one product is taken as an example (“target product” in the description of FIG. 11).
The work support unit 161 sets the instruction No. received for the first process 1 for the target product input to the line 150. In the case of accepting the instruction No., the remaining instruction steps for the object are indicated in the instruction No. The work support screen (the screen including the instruction number) showing the work details related to the operation number 102 is displayed on the work terminal 102 of each remaining process. Display without receiving.
According to the processing illustrated in FIG. Is read in the first step 1, the instruction No. is read for any remaining steps. Reading of can be omitted. This is indicated by the instruction number. Even if a human error of forgetting the reading operation occurs, it can contribute to maintaining accurate manufacturing control. In addition, the instruction No. The reading of (barcode) (that the work support unit 161 has received an instruction No. for the process 1) may correspond to the input of the start of the process 1. The input (start time registration) of the start of the process m (m is a natural number of 2 or more) after the process 1 is, for example, one of the following, that is, triggered by a simple operation for the worker 50-m. It's okay.
Press a predetermined touch key (start UI 403) on the work support screen 400 (see FIG. 4).
-The worker 50-m steps on the foot pedal when starting the next product in the process m.
In the process m, the worker 50-m says a predetermined word such as “next product”. That the predetermined word is recognized by speech corresponds to the input of the start of the process m.
Regarding the process m, the specific operation of the worker 50-m, the movement on the specific line 150, and the like are identified in the image recognition, and the recognition of the image corresponds to the input of the start of the process m.
As mentioned above, although one embodiment was described, this is an illustration for explaining the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The present invention can be implemented in various other forms.
For example, from the management support screen 600 illustrated in FIG. 6 (a screen displaying the result of comparison between ST and actual work time for each process for each product), the product and process in which work time longer than ST occurs. In addition, the manager 60 can also identify products and processes that have been completed in an operation time shorter than ST. If an operation time shorter than ST occurs constantly for a certain process x, there is a need to improve other processes based on the work contents (for example, work procedure) of the worker 50-x of the process x. It is considered that the administrator 60 has. In this case, for example, the administrator 60 designates the process x via the management support screen 600 (for example, designates a display object (for example, a work time display object) related to the process x for a certain product). In response to the designation, the management support unit 162 acquires details regarding the process x from at least one of the point store 131 and the work store 132, and displays a screen showing the details on the management terminal 105. “Details regarding step x” are, for example, at least one of the following:
-Work details of process x,
Details of the worker 50 in charge of the process x (for example, for each item ID of the worker 50 to which the worker number is assigned to the work store 132 for each worker number (an example of a worker ID)) A data set indicating work contents is stored, and the process No., worker No., and item ID are associated with each other, and the work of the worker 50 from the work store 132 using the process No. and the item ID as a key. Content may be obtained),
It's okay. Note that acquiring and displaying details of designated points instead of the target image may be applied to work times longer than ST.
