Description

FIRE DOUSING EQUIPMENT
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing system. The present invention device is used as fire fighting and extinguishing equipment system for fire prevention. In precise the main object of the present invented device is to bursts all firefighting agent by use of explosives and spreads for dousing fire. Background of the Invention
Fire Fighting devices in present day are highly expensive and have a very critical design specs for manufacturing. The overheads for manufacturing are extremely high and this takes a tremendous pressure on resources management and strategic sourcing. The use of conventional firefighting device needs a lot of maintenance and need of inspections for its use ability on regular basis. Usage of these conventional firefighting devices for layman becomes difficult as it requires training and a differently abled person has problem during the usage .Placement, deployment and storage of the conventional firefighting device requires a special provision incurring extra cost.
Dry chemical fire extinguishers are heavy, due to prerequisite containers, their weight and bulk and relative complexity adding further to cost of manufacture and therefore theoretically use of chemical spray requires judgment and forethought and a fully cognizant user whose mental faculties have not been impaired. Sprinkler systems, are subject to high installation costs, and may fail due to limited water supplies, sedimentary clogging or failure to install sprinklers with proper pressure heads. Thus the present invention has a huge advantage over all other conventional equipment’s in terms of usage, no need of training, no special need for installation or mounting as the device can kept at any handy place with its best design and best ergonomic design considerations.
Object of the invention
The object of this invention is to provide an inexpensive, compact and easily used device, which, while being of the explosive type, does not present any Serious Safety hazard in its actuation.
The device will be a one-time usable device with no or minimal impact on environment.
The casing of the device is low mass, inexpensively manufacture able containment vessel.
The device has high percentage of Weight/mass of firefighting agent compared to total weight of device.
Statement of the Invention
The present invention comprises basically three components as follows:
a. Frangible casing with low weight and no threat of casing fragments.
b. Fire Fighting agent like dry chemical powder which is commercially available. c. A detonating device with low yield causing no significant harm to any object in close proximity during actuation, preferably lacking constituent parts causing shell fragmentation and it is commercially available and commonly used.
The preferred casing a) is a Foam molded Thermocol comprising of two half hollows molded and fixed together to form one single part which is not intended to limit to a specific shape or configurations.
If the seam formed by assembly of two halves be considered as latitudinal plane of reference, then at two ends or convenient points, small holes are located with adjacent exterior cavities through which small cords of detonating elements are protruded and laid out. A round fillet hole is molded into one half at joint between them suffices as an orifice for charging device with dry chemical firefighting agent after assembly of two halves forming an entire whole unit with the detonator already inside.
The wall thickness of thermocol casing is around 2 cm -3cm for diameter of around 4” to 10” casing.
Around the casing there are outer layers of typically 2-3 of moderate thickness plastic shrink wrap plastic film.
The detonator cord are common commercially available detonators of typically Potassium nitrate and sulphur powder base. For a better -understanding of the invention, its operating advantages and the specific objects attained by its uses, reference should be had to the accompanying drawings and descriptive matter in which there is illustrated the preferred embodiments of the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The structure and the technical means adopted by the present invention to achieve the above and other objects can be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings,
Fig.1 depicts cut away section of current device
Fig.2 depicts the various segments of the device.

Detailed description of the inventions
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
As shown in Fig.1 , 2 and 3 different views of present invented device wherein an entire assembly of fire dousing showing the Casing made of Thermocol. In the Fig. 1 Internally the entire casing is divided into multiple compartments i.e. Right Side Compartment (2), Left Side Compartment (3), Upper side Compartment (4) , Lower Side Compartment (5). The various compartments of the Device is shown which are manufactured using Moulding process. These compartments have a tongue and groove joint plug (6) matching the other compartment.
Fig.4 shows a Filler Plug (11 ), which allows moulding of Upper side Compartment (4) , Lower Side Compartment (5) in a single mould joint plug (6). The Filler Plug (11 ) used to close the Openings and allows filling of the Dry Chemical power and Wet Chemical Powder for Fire Extinguishing with combination of wet fire extinguishing chemical(7). In Fig.1 and 4 , numeral 1 and numeral 9 shows a shrink wrap plastic that makes the device water proof. And numeral 7 is a detonating agent that is used to burst and break the casing which will explode when in presence of Fire and help disperse the fire dousing chemicals in Omni directions .A fuse cord (8) that would catch fire and sense rise in temperature causing explosion of the detonating agent once it comes in contact of fire. Fig.5 and Fig.6 are further possible embodiment configurations of the fire Dousing equipment. While, the invention has been described with respect to the given embodiment, it will be appreciated that many variations Modifications and other applications of the invention may be made. However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the claims.
