Description

FOOD SERVICE AND WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLE USED IN THE
AIRPLANES
Technological Area:
The invention relates to food service and waste collection vehicles to be used in the airplanes.
Recognized State of the Technique:
For many years, trolleys have been used in the airplanes for waste collection and food service purposes. These vehicles are used by the maneuvers of the flight attendants by being pushed/ pulled. Use is very difficult for flight attendants. It is very difficult to keep the vehicles in balance especially when the aircraft is subjected to air flow and inconsistent movements.
In the recognized state of the technique, there is no trolley vehicle that moves automatically with the autonomous system in the plane. In this case they are constantly carried by flight attendants. This situation causes considerable time and labor losses.
As a result, a food service and waste collection vehicle that overcomes the recognized state of the technique and eliminates the disadvantages is required.
Brief Description of the Invention:
The invention is a food service and waste collection which, in addition to the additional advantages, overcomes the disadvantages of the recognized state of the technique, eliminates disadvantages. The object of the invention is to provide a food service and garbage collection vehicle which can move automatically and which the flight attendant can use without necessarily pushing/ pulling it. Another object of the invention is to introduce a new food service and garbage collection vehicle to minimize the workload and time loss of the aircraft personnel.
Another object of the invention is to provide a new food service and garbage collection vehicle which can be automatically moved and stopped at the desired seat.
Another object of the invention is to provide a new food service and garbage collection vehicle which has quiet running HUB engines and thanks to such engines this vehicle does not disturb the passengers.
Another object of the invention is to introduce a new food service and waste collection vehicle which can be operated without the continuous electrical connection thanks to the battery it has.
In order to accomplish all of the above mentioned objectives and purposes that will emerge from the below specified detailed explanation, the object is a carriage vehicle for the food service and waste collection in the airplanes and it consists of wheels which are placed under the main body, it's features are as follows: HUB engine that provides propulsion to rotate the wheels which are placed under the main body, a brake system that can stop the movement of the wheels which are placed under the body and control buttons which ensure the checking of the HUB engine. It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains a battery that provides the energy required to operate the HUB engine and break system components. It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it is placed on the lower part of the body, so that the battery will not cover extra place.
It is another alternative of the invention and its feature is as follows; it contains a HUB engine which is structured to work quietly with the purpose of not disturbing the passengers.
Description of the Figures: The invention will be described with reference to the enclosed figures; therefore the features of the invention will be understood more clearly. However, the aim of this is not limiting the invention through particular regulations. On the contrary, it is intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents which may be included within the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims. It should be understood that the details shown are only provided for the purpose of describing preferred regulations of the present invention and are provided to both form the methods as well as to provide the most convenient and straightforward definition of the principles and conceptual features of the invention. In these drawings;

Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the carrier vehicle (1 ) is explained with examples which will not constitute a restricting impact for the better understanding of the subject. Carrier vehicles (1 ) which are used for food service and waste collection in the airplanes are explained in the instruction book.
Figure 1 shows a side view of the carrier vehicle (1 ) which is the subject of the invention. Accordingly, the carrier vehicle (1 ) consists of HUB engines (1 1 ) that rotate the tires (12) which are placed under the body (10) and a battery (14) which provides the energy required for the operation of HUB engines (1 1 ).
Figure 2 shows a frontal view of the carrier vehicle (1 ) which is the subject of the invention. Accordingly, the carrier vehicle (1 ) comprises tires (12) which provide movement in the lower part. HUB engines (11 ) are located in the side sections of the tires (12). The HUB engines (1 1 ) provide the movement of the tires (12). There is a brake system (13) between tires (12). The brake system (13) and the HUB engines (1 1 ) are controlled by the control buttons (15) located on the upper part of the body (10). The user of the invention may be a flight attendant or a staff that work in the airplanes. The staff activates the HUB engines (1 1 ) and the brake system (13) with the control buttons (15) on the body (10). The control buttons (15) provide forward movement, reverse movement and braking. In the invention, the battery (14) which is positioned on the lower part of the body (10) provides energy to the invention. It is placed on the lower part of the body (10), so that it will not cover an effective place. The HUB engines (1 1 ) used in the invention works quietly and don't disturb the passengers.
In the invention, the carrier vehicle (1 ) has an autonomous working method. The carrier vehicle (1 ) can be advanced by means of the control buttons (15). It can be stopped beside the desired seat. This avoids the difficulties experienced by the aircraft crew when they push and pull by hand.
Therefore, the invention is a carriage vehicle for the food service and waste collection in the airplanes and it consists of tires (12) which are placed under the main body10, it's features are as follows: HUB engine (1 1 ) that provides propulsion to rotate the tires(12) which are placed under the main body(10),
A brake system (13) that can stop the movement of the tires (12) which are placed under the body (10), brake system (13) located on the upper part of the body (10) and control buttons (15) which ensure the checking of the HUB engine (1 1 ).
