Abstract

The invention relates to a seat device, more particularly to a device for a seat of a vehicle having a convertible interior, and is used for adjusting the inclination of the back of a seat. The technical result is directed toward more reliably fixing the angle of a seat back relative to the base of the seat, and toward simplifying the technical process of manufacturing the relevant mechanism. Proposed is a mechanism for adjusting the inclination of a seat back, comprising a load-bearing housing disposed at the side of a seat and rigidly connected to the base thereof, said housing having mounted thereon the pivots of the following pivotally mounted elements of the mechanism: a seat back element having a curved toothed rack; a locking plate having a mating curved toothed rack and an aperture; and a locking plate pusher which is disposed inside said aperture and which, when acted upon, causes the teeth of the locking plate and the teeth of the seat back element to engage/disengage, wherein the pusher is configured in the form of a circular cam, the aperture in the locking plate is circular and has the same diameter, and the locking plate is pivotally mounted on a pivot with clearance therefrom.

В таких транспортных средствах крепление пассажирских ремней безопасности всеми концами осуществляется к сиденью, чтобы было возможно перемещать сиденье по салону в некотором диапазоне. Для таких передвижных сидений предъявляются более высокие требования к надежности соединения основания и спинки сиденья, поскольку в момент критических ситуаций большая часть нагрузки ложится именно на их соединение. Механизм расположен с одной боковой стороны сиденья и обеспечивает регулировку наклона спинки сиденья в пределах небольшого угла в 15 градусов.
