Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif portatif de surveillance ECG qui est complètement sans fil et fournit des lectures précises et fiables, de la manière et au moment exigés. Ceci est obtenu en utilisant trois capteurs dans le dispositif ECG. Les deux capteurs sont placés au sommet du dispositif ECG et le troisième capteur est situé latéralement par rapport au dispositif ECG. Les dispositifs ECG sont activés par pression d'un commutateur sur le dispositif. En fonctionnement, lorsque l'utilisateur touche les capteurs supérieurs avec ses pouces, un seul ECG conducteur est obtenu par mesure de la tension générée par ses muscles cardiaques. Le troisième capteur latéral est ensuite utilisé pour prendre et enregistrer des lectures provenant de la poitrine pour obtenir un ECG complet à 12 dérivations. Ce dispositif ECG peut être utilisé dans un environnement à domicile sans avoir besoin d'une quelconque assistance d'expert, est exempt de câblage compliqué et transmet des données enregistrées suffisantes pour une utilisation thérapeutique ou diagnostique par le personnel de soins de santé.
