Description
本公开要求在2018年05月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810463258.3的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
本文涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种外筒和带有该外筒的洗衣机。
为了满足人们快速干燥衣物,随洗随穿等需求,出现了洗干一体机这类衣物处理电器。现有技术的洗干一体机主要使用电加热或者热泵加热洗干一体机风路中的空气,再利用热空气对潮湿衣物进行加热烘干。洗干一体机通常处理的衣物是已经洗涤或已脱水的衣物进行干燥,鉴于水洗涤的原理,容易在洗涤衣物上形成大量的折痕和褶皱。现有技术的洗干一体机在干衣过程中,衣物在内筒中旋转搅拌并缠绕在一起,不仅不能去除因洗涤过程中形成的折痕和褶皱,还在干衣过程中加重了衣物上的折痕和褶皱,使衣物的外观看起来很不美观,甚至损坏衣物的品质,给用户带来较差的使用体验或损失;同时,用户在干衣之后为了除去折痕和褶皱,还得另外进行除皱去折痕护理,浪费时间,给用户带来不便。
有关专利为了去除衣物上的折痕和褶皱,对干衣机进行了改进,增加了蒸汽产生的单元。在干衣过程中借助蒸汽去除折痕和褶皱,尤其是对于小件衣物或者量少的衣物而言,该类洗干一体机产生蒸汽的单元耗能大,增加洗衣成本。
发明内容
本文提出了一种外筒,能够直接通过加热器加热产生蒸汽将衣物蓬松,去除衣物上的折痕和褶皱。
本文提供了一种外筒,包括外筒本体、加热器和储水槽,所述加热器与所述储水槽位于所述外筒本体的内侧壁上,所述储水槽位于所述加热器的下方。
本文还提供了一种洗衣机,包括内筒,以及上述所述的外筒。
图1是本文一实施例提供的外筒的结构示意图的局部剖视图;
图2是本文一实施例中储水槽与外筒本体的连接示意图。

为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本文的技术方案,下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本文的技术方案。
本实施例中提供了一种外筒,该外筒能够通过加热器2产生蒸汽,在衣量较少或小件衣物烘干的情况下,保证烘干所需的耗能小。如图1所示,该外筒具体包括外筒本体1、加热器2和储水槽3,加热器2与储水槽3均位于外筒本体1的内侧壁上,储水槽3位于加热器2的下方。外筒本体1上还设置有配重块4。当对小件衣物进行烘干或者对少量的衣物进行烘干时,只需要通过电磁阀向内筒9中注水,水量能够充满储水槽3,开启加热器2对储水槽3内的水进行加热产生蒸汽,从而实现对衣物烘干去除折痕或褶皱,使衣物更为蓬松。
同时,在水位检测器或进水电磁阀故障时,由于加热器2空烧造成钩挂在加热器2上的线屑燃烧形成炭火,该储水槽3还能够将炭火盛接,防止炭火落在外筒本体1上,将外筒本体1融化或通过高温加速外筒本体1老化速率。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,外筒本体1内侧壁向外筒本体1外侧凹陷形成有容纳凹槽11,而加热器2和储水槽3位于容纳凹槽11内。在本实施例中加热器2为加热管,加热管设置在容纳凹槽11的侧壁上,而储水槽3则设置在容纳凹槽11的底壁上,保证储水槽3能够在加热器2的下方。
在本实施例中,上述储水槽3与外筒本体1固定连接。如图2所示,储水槽3与外筒本体1可以是螺纹连接,当储水槽3与外筒本体1之间通过螺纹连接时,上述外筒本体1的内侧壁上设置有凸起12,凸起12设置有螺纹孔,储水槽3与外筒本体1通过螺钉5连接。在外筒本体1的内侧壁上设置有凸起12,能够防止外筒可靠性下降,提高外筒强度。当然,在凸起12上开设螺纹孔,能够防止外筒本体1侧壁过薄被打穿,造成外筒漏水的问题;当然,凸起12还能 保证外筒本体1的侧壁与储水槽3之间有空隙,防止二者直接接触造成外筒本体1局部温度过高而加速老化。在其他实施例中,储水槽3与外筒本体1之间还可以是插接或者是卡接连接。但是需要说明的是,无论储水槽3与外筒本体1之间如何连接,保证储水槽3与外筒本体1之间设置有空隙,能够防止储水槽3在高温情况下加速外筒本体1的老化速度,防止二者之间有较大的传热。
为了防止加热器2在洗衣机过程中随水流随意移动,造成加热时加热器2与外筒本体1的侧壁距离较近,增加了外筒本体1的受热面积,上述储水槽3至少一与所述加热器2的相互垂直的侧壁上设置有限位槽6。加热器2部分位于限位槽6内,能够限制加热器2向两侧移动,同时还能够使加热器与储水槽3内的水接触,产生大量的水蒸气,从而保证加热器2与外筒本体1侧壁的距离。由于本实施例中的加热器2为加热管,加热管较长的情况下,由于自重会向下倾斜,严重的会与储水槽3的底壁接触,造成储水槽3温度过高,储水槽3传递给外筒本体1的热量也会增加,进而导致外筒本体1加速老化。为此,在本实施例中储水槽3内还设置有限位支架7。限位支架7设置在储水槽3内,并与储水槽3的底壁固定连接,在限位支架7上还设置有支撑槽8,加热器2位于支撑槽8内,其中限位支架7的材料与储水槽3相同,二者可以是一体式结构,也可以是分体式结构。当储水槽3与限位支架7为分体式结构时,限位支架7与储水槽3铆接或插接连接。该种连接方式便于储水槽3和限位支架7安装。
为了防止因高温造成的储水槽3变形,本实施例中储水槽3由耐高温材料制成。具体的,上述储水槽3由PPS(聚硫化二甲苯)工程塑料或PEEK(聚醚醚酮)工程塑料或金属或陶瓷制成。PPS工程塑料或者是PEEK工程塑料均具备耐高温的特点,能够有效的保证储水槽3在高温环境下工作不会融化。
本实施例中还提供了一种洗衣机,包括内筒,以及本实施例中所述的外筒。该洗衣机能够在烘干衣物时,无需开启蒸汽单元,只需要在储水槽3内注水后直接开启加热器2,就能够实现蒸汽去除褶皱和折痕。当然该洗衣机还适用于经过长期存放被压出折痕的衣物,无需使用挂烫机就能够实现去除折痕的目的。进一步节省了用户需要购买挂烫机费用,同时也节省了挂烫机占用的空间。
本文能够实现以下有益效果:
本文提供的外筒,能够在小件衣物烘干或少量衣物烘干时,通过在储水槽内注水,加热器加热将储水槽内的水加热高温形成蒸汽,对烘干后的衣物进行折痕或褶皱的去除,有效的降低需要开启蒸汽单元耗费的能耗。同时,在水位检测器或进水电磁阀故障时,由于加热器空烧造成钩挂在加热器上的线屑燃烧形成炭火,该储水槽还能够将炭火盛接,防止炭火落在外筒本体上,将外筒本体融化或高温加速外筒本体老化速率。
在外筒本体的内侧壁上设置凸起,能够防止外筒可靠性下降,提高外筒强度,凸起上设置螺纹孔,能够防止外筒本体侧壁过薄被打穿而发生漏水的问题,且凸起还能够保证储水槽和外筒本体之间设置存在空隙,防止热传导过快造成外筒本体温度过高。
储水槽靠近集热器的短侧壁设置有限位槽,限位槽能够限制加热器向外筒本体两侧靠近,使加热器与外筒本体之间保持一定距离,防止加热器靠近外筒本体造成外筒本体侧壁被烘烤。
储水槽采用耐高温材料制成,能够保证储水槽在高温环境下工作不会融化。
本文提供的洗衣机能够在烘干衣物时,无需开启蒸汽单元,只需要在储水槽内注水后直接开启加热器,就能够实现蒸汽去除褶皱和折痕。当然该洗衣机还适用于经过长期存放被压出折痕的衣物,无需使用挂烫机就能够实现去除折痕的目的。进一步节省了用户需要购买挂烫机费用,同时也节省了挂烫机占用的空间。
Claims (11)
- 一种外筒,包括外筒本体(1)、加热器(2)和储水槽(3),所述加热器(2)与所述储水槽(3)均位于所述外筒本体(1)的内侧壁上,所述储水槽(3)位于所述加热器(2)的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外筒,其中,所述外筒本体(1)内侧壁向所述外筒本体(1)外侧凹陷有容纳凹槽(11),所述加热器(2)和所述储水槽(3)位于所述容纳凹槽(11)内。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)与所述外筒本体(1)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的外筒,其中,所述外筒本体(1)的内侧壁上设置有凸起(12),所述凸起(12)设置有螺纹孔,所述储水槽(3)与所述外筒本体(1)螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)由耐高温材料制成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)由PPS工程塑料或PEEK工程塑料或金属或陶瓷制成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)与所述外筒本体(1)之间设置有空隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)至少一与所述加热器(2)的相互垂直的侧壁上设置有限位槽(6),所述加热器(2)部分位于所述限位槽(6)内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外筒,其中,所述储水槽(3)内还设置有限位支架(7)。
