Description

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ONLINE TO OFFLINE SERVICES
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201810470368.2, filed on May 16, 2018, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure generally relates to Online to Offline (O2O) services, and in particular, to systems and methods for presenting business lines associated with target services determined by users.
BACKGROUND
On-demand services (e.g., a taxi hailing service) utilizing Internet technology have become increasingly popular because of their convenience. At present, an on-demand service platform (e.g., a taxi-hailing service platform) often has a plurality of business lines, and each of the plurality of business lines includes a plurality of services. For example, services corresponding to a taxi business line may include a service of hailing a taxi for other passengers and services corresponding to a Premier business line may include passenger selection service, a child seat service, an airport pick-up or drop-off service, etc. When a user intends to issue a request, it is difficult to find a business line that meets his/her travel needs quickly, which may result in a poor user experience. Therefore, it is desirable to provide systems and methods for recommending target business lines based on request information (e.g., location information) to users, thereby improving user experience.

The positioning technology used in the present disclosure may include a global positioning system (GPS) , a global navigation satellite system (GLONASS) , a  compass navigation system (COMPASS) , a Galileo positioning system, a quasi-zenith satellite system (QZSS) , a Beidou navigation satellite system, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) positioning technology, or the like, or any combination thereof. One or more of the above positioning technologies may be used interchangeably in the present disclosure.
An aspect of the present disclosure relates to systems and methods for recommending business lines associated with Online to Offline (O2O) services. The systems may obtain location information (e.g., a start location, a destination) associated with a request for services provided by business lines. The systems may also determine a plurality of candidate services associated with the location information based on a plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information. The systems may present at least one (e.g., top 1, top 2, top 5) of the plurality of candidate services on a display device based on values of the plurality of correlation parameters and receive a user selection of a target service in the at least one of the plurality of candidate services. Further, the systems may present at least one of the business lines associated with the target service on the display device. According to the systems and methods of the present disclosure, services highly correlated with the location information are presented to a user and target business lines are further recommended to the user in response to a user selection of target service (s) , so that the user can quickly and efficiently find service (s) (i.e., target service (s) ) he/she needs and issue the request via corresponding business line (s) .
It should be noted that online on-demand service, such as online taxi-hailing services, is a new form of service rooted only in post-Internet era. It provides technical solutions to users and service providers that could raise only in post-Internet era. In the pre-Internet era, when a passenger hails a taxi on the street, the taxi request and acceptance occur only between the passenger and one taxi driver that sees the passenger. If the passenger hails a taxi through a telephone call, the  service request and acceptance may occur only between the passenger and one service provider (e.g., one taxi company or agent) . Online taxi, however, allows a user of the service to real-time and automatically distribute a service request to a vast number of individual service providers (e.g., taxi) distance away from the user. It also allows a plurality of service providers to respond to the service request simultaneously and in real-time. Therefore, through the Internet, the on-demand service system may provide a much more efficient transaction platform for the users and the service providers that may never meet in a traditional pre-Internet on-demand service system.

In some embodiments, one or more components (e.g., the server 110, the requester terminal 130, the provider terminal 140) of the O2O service system 100 may have permissions to access the storage 150. In some embodiments, one or more components of the O2O service system 100 may read and/or modify information relating to the service requester, the service provider, and/or the public when one or more conditions are met. For example, the server 110 may read and/or modify one or more service requesters’ information after the service is completed. As another example, the provider terminal 140 may access information relating to the service requester when receiving a service request from the requester terminal 130, but the provider terminal 140 may not modify the relevant information of the service requester.
In some embodiments, information exchanging of one or more components of the O2O service system 100 may be achieved by way of requesting a service. The object of the service may be any product. In some embodiments, the product may be a tangible product or an immaterial product. The tangible product may include food, medicine, commodity, chemical product, electrical appliance, clothing, car, housing, luxury, or the like, or a combination thereof. The immaterial product may include a servicing product, a financial product, a knowledge product, an internet product, or the like, or a combination thereof. The internet product may include an individual host product, a web product, a mobile internet product, a commercial host product, an embedded product, or the like, or a combination thereof. The mobile internet product may be used in software of a mobile terminal, a program, a system, or the like, or a combination thereof. The mobile terminal may include a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a mobile phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA) , a smartwatch, a point of sale (POS) device, an onboard computer,  an onboard television, a wearable device, or the like, or a combination thereof. For example, the product may be any software and/or application used on the computer or mobile phone. The software and/or application may relate to socializing, shopping, transporting, entertainment, learning, investment, or the like, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, the software and/or application relating to transporting may include a traveling software and/or application, a vehicle scheduling software and/or application, a mapping software and/or application, etc. In the vehicle scheduling software and/or application, the vehicle may include a horse, a carriage, a rickshaw (e.g., a wheelbarrow, a bike, a tricycle) , a car (e.g., a taxi, a bus, a private car) , a train, a subway, a vessel, an aircraft (e.g., an airplane, a helicopter, a space shuttle, a rocket, a hot-air balloon) , or the like, or a combination thereof.
One of ordinary skill in the art would understand that when an element of the O2O service system 100 performs, the element may perform through electrical signals and/or electromagnetic signals. For example, when the server 110 processes a task, such as obtaining a service request via the network 120, the server 110 may operate logic circuits in its processor to process such task. The server 110 may communicate with the O2O service system 100 via a wired network, the at least one information exchange port may be physically connected to a cable, which may further transmit the electrical signals to an input port (e.g., an information exchange port) of the requester terminal 130. If the server 110 communicates with the O2O service system 100 via a wireless network, the at least one information exchange port may be one or more antennas, which may convert the electrical signals to electromagnetic signals. Within an electronic device, such as the requester terminal 130, and/or the server 110, when a processor thereof processes an instruction, sends out an instruction, and/or performs an action, the instruction and/or action is conducted via electrical signals. For example, when the processor retrieves or saves data from a storage medium (e.g., the storage 150) , the processor  may send out electrical signals to a read/write device of the storage medium, which may read or write structured data in the storage medium. The structured data may be transmitted to the processor in the form of electrical signals via a bus of the electronic device. Here, an electrical signal refers to one electrical signal, a series of electrical signals, and/or a plurality of discrete electrical signals.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating exemplary hardware and/or software components of an exemplary computing device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the server 110, the requester terminal 130, and/or the provider terminal 140 may be implemented on the computing device 200. For example, the processing engine 112 may be implemented on the computing device 200 and configured to perform functions of the processing engine 112 disclosed in this disclosure.
The computing device 200 may be used to implement any component of the O2O service system 100 as described herein. For example, the processing engine 112 may be implemented on the computing device 200, via its hardware, software program, firmware, or a combination thereof. Although only one such computer is shown, for convenience, the computer functions relating to the on-demand service as described herein may be implemented in a distributed fashion on a number of similar platforms to distribute the processing load.
The computing device 200, for example, may include COM ports 250 connected to and from a network connected thereto to facilitate data communications. The computing device 200 may also include a processor (e.g., the processor 220) , in the form of one or more processors (e.g., logic circuits) , for executing program instructions. For example, the processor 220 may include interface circuits and processing circuits therein. The interface circuits may be configured to receive electronic signals from a bus 210, wherein the electronic signals encode structured data and/or instructions for the processing circuits to process. The processing circuits may conduct logic calculations, and then  determine a conclusion, a result, and/or an instruction encoded as electronic signals. Then the interface circuits may send out the electronic signals from the processing circuits via the bus 210.
The computing device 200 may further include program storage and data storage of different forms including, for example, a disk 270, a read-only memory (ROM) 230, or a random-access memory (RAM) 240, for storing various data files to be processed and/or transmitted by the computing device 200. The computing device 200 may also include program instructions stored in the ROM 230, RAM 240, and/or another type of non-transitory storage medium to be executed by the processor 220. The methods and/or processes of the present disclosure may be implemented as the program instructions. The computing device 200 may also include an I/O component 260, supporting input/output between the computing device 200 and other components. The computing device 200 may also receive programming and data via network communications.
Merely for illustration, only one processor is illustrated in FIG. 2. Multiple processors are also contemplated; thus, operations and/or method steps performed by one processor as described in the present disclosure may also be jointly or separately performed by the multiple processors. For example, if in the present disclosure the processor of the computing device 200 executes both step A and step B, it should be understood that step A and step B may also be performed by two different processors jointly or separately in the computing device 200 (e.g., a first processor executes step A and a second processor executes step B, or the first and second processors jointly execute steps A and B) .
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating exemplary hardware and/or software components of an exemplary mobile device according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the requester terminal 130 and/or the provider terminal 140 may be implemented on the mobile device 300. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the mobile device 300 may include a  communication platform 310, a display 320, a graphics processing unit (GPU) 330, a central processing unit (CPU) 340, an I/O 350, a memory 360, a mobile operating system (OS) 370, and a storage 390. In some embodiments, any other suitable component, including but not limited to a system bus or a controller (not shown) , may also be included in the mobile device 300.

FIG. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an exemplary processing engine according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The processing engine 112 may include an obtaining module 410, a determination module 420, a first presenting module 430, a receiving module 440, and a second presenting module 450.
The obtaining module 410 may be configured to obtain location information associated with a request for services provided by business lines. In some embodiments, a requester may initiate the request via the requester terminal 130. Accordingly, the obtaining module 410 may obtain the location information associated with the request from the requester terminal 130. In some embodiments, when the requester intends to issue a request, the requester may input the location information (e.g., a start location, a destination) via a user interface (UI) of a car-hailing application (APP) implemented on the requester terminal 130. Further, the obtaining module 410 may obtain the inputted location from the requester terminal 130 via the network 120. Additionally or alternatively, the  obtaining module 410 may obtain the location information (e.g., the start location) associated with the request through a positioning device (e.g., a GPS system) integrated in the requester terminal 130. In some embodiments, when the requester opens the car-hailing APP, the obtaining module 410 may obtain the location information based on historical service orders or frequently used location information (e.g., a frequently used start location, a frequently used destination) associated with the requester and automatically present the location information via the car-hailing APP. In this situation, the requester can further modify the location information according to his/her actual demands.
The determination module 420 may be configured to determine a plurality of candidate services associated with the location information based on a plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information. In some embodiments, the determination module 420 may determine the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services (or the plurality of available services) and the location information based on at least one of historical service orders associated with the requester who issues the request, historical service orders associated with other requesters, or reference information (e.g., weather information, traffic information) .
The first presenting module 430 may be configured to present at least one of the plurality of candidate services on a display device (e.g., the display 320) . In some embodiments, the first presenting module 430 may present at least one first candidate service in a suggestion page (e.g., a suggestion page illustrated FIG. 7) in response to determining that at least one correlation parameter between the at least one first candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to a first threshold. In some embodiments, the first presenting module 430 may present at least one second candidate service in a confirmation page (e.g., a confirmation page illustrated in FIG. 10-A or FIG. 10-B) in response to determining that all the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the  location information are less than the first threshold and at least one second correlation parameter between the at least one second candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is less than the first threshold. In some embodiments, the first presenting module 430 may present at least one third candidate service corresponding to a default business line in response to determining that all the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information are less than the second threshold.
The receiving module 440 may be configured to receive a user selection of one or more target services in the at least one of the plurality of candidate services. As used herein, the user selection may be used to select and/or confirm (which can be collectively referred to as “determine” ) the one or more target services by the requester. The user selection may include a touch operation, a click operation (e.g., a click operation via a mouse, a stylus) , an input operation (e.g., a voice input, a text input) , or the like, or a combination thereof.
The second presenting module 450 may be configured to present at least one (also referred to “target business line” ) of the business lines associated with the one or more target services on the display device.
The modules in FIG. 4 may be connected to or communicate with each other via a wired connection or a wireless connection. The wired connection may include a metal cable, an optical cable, a hybrid cable, or the like, or a combination thereof. The wireless connection may include a Local Area Network (LAN) , a Wide Area Network (WAN) , a Bluetooth, a ZigBee, a Near Field Communication (NFC) , or the like, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, two or more of the modules may be combined into a single module, and any one of the modules may be divided into two or more units. For example, the processing engine 112 may include a storage module (not shown) used to store information and/or data (e.g., the location information, the candidate services, the target service (s) , the target business line (s) )  associated with the request. As another example, the first presenting module 430 and the second presenting module 450 may be combined as a single module which may both present the at least one of the plurality of candidate services and the at least one of the business lines associated with the one or more target services.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of an exemplary process for presenting target business line (s) according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The process 500 may be executed by the O2O service system 100. For example, the process 500 may be implemented as a set of instructions (e.g., an application) stored in a storage (e.g., the ROM 230, the RAM 240, the storage 390) . The processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules in FIG. 4 may execute the set of instructions, and when executing the instructions, the processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules may be configured to perform the process 500. The operations of the illustrated process presented below are intended to be illustrative. In some embodiments, the process 500 may be accomplished with one or more additional operations not described, and/or without one or more of the operations discussed. Additionally, the order in which the operations of the process 500 as illustrated in FIG. 5 and described below is not intended to be limiting.
In 502, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the obtaining module 410) (e.g., the interface circuits of the processor 220) may obtain location information associated with a request for services provided by business lines. As used herein, the term “business line” refers to a type of a product, which includes a set of services. Take an on-demand transportation service platform as an example, the business lines may include a Taxi business line, an Express business line, a Premier business line, a Luxe business line, or the like, or any combination thereof. Further, take the Premier business line as an example, the services provided by the Premier business line may include a child seat service, an airport pick-up or drop off service, a drink service, a rest supply service, a multi-seat service, or the like, or any combination thereof.
In some embodiments, a requester may initiate the request via the requester terminal 130. Accordingly, the processing engine 112 may obtain the location information associated with the request from the requester terminal 130. In some embodiments, when the requester intends to issue a request, the requester may input the location information (e.g., a start location, a destination) via a user interface (UI) of a car-hailing application (APP) implemented on the requester terminal 130. Further, the processing engine 112 may obtain the inputted location from the requester terminal 130 via the network 120. Additionally or alternatively, the processing engine 112 may obtain the location information (e.g., the start location) associated with the request through a positioning device (e.g., a GPS system) integrated in the requester terminal 130. In some embodiments, when the requester opens the car-hailing APP, the processing engine 112 may obtain the location information based on historical service orders or frequently used location information (e.g., a frequently used start location, a frequently used destination) associated with the requester and automatically present the location information via the car-hailing APP. In this situation, the requester can further modify the location information according to his/her actual demands.
In 504, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the determination module 420) (e.g., the processing circuits of the processor 220) may determine a plurality of candidate services associated with the location information based on a plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information.
As used herein, for a specific service, a correlation parameter between the specific service and the location information may refer to a parameter indicating a correlation degree between the specific service and the location information. For example, it is assumed that the location information is associated with an airport (e.g., the start location or the destination includes keywords associated with the airport) , a correlation parameter between the location information and an airport pick-up or drop off service may be defined as a relatively high value (e.g., 1, 0.9, 0.8) .  As another example, it is assumed that the location information is associated children (e.g., the start location or the destination includes keywords associated with a kindergarten, a children's hospital, a children's playground, etc. ) , a correlation parameter between the location information and a child seat service may be defined as a relatively high value (e.g., 1, 0.9, 0.8) . Furthermore, since children need to be accompanied by adults, the request generally relates to multi-person trip. Accordingly, the location information may also be correlated with a multi-seat service, however, a correlation parameter between the location information and the multi-seat service is lower than the correlation parameter between the location information and the child seat service.
In some embodiments, the processing engine 112 may determine a plurality of available services which are correlated with the location information and identify the plurality of candidate services from the plurality of available services based on a plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of available services and the location information. For example, the processing engine 112 may identify available services with correlation parameters larger than a predetermined threshold as the candidate services. As another example, the processing engine 112 may rank the plurality of available services based on values of the plurality of correlation parameters and select the plurality of candidate services (e.g., top 1, top 2, top 5, top 10) from the plurality of available services based on a ranking result. As a further example, the processing engine 112 may directly determine the plurality of available services as the plurality of candidate services.
In some embodiments, the processing engine 112 may determine the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services (or the plurality of available services) and the location information based on at least one of historical service orders associated with the requester who issues the request, historical service orders associated with other requesters, or reference information (e.g., weather information, traffic information) . For example, take specific candidate  service as an example, the processing engine 112 may identify historical service orders associated with the location information (e.g., a historical service order with a same start location or a same destination, which can be referred to as a relevant historical service order) from the historical service orders associated with the requester and determine a correlation parameter between the specific candidate service and the location information based on the relevant historical service orders. For example, the processing engine 112 may determine a percentage of relevant historical service orders with the specific services used by the requester in all the relevant historical service orders and define the percentage as the correlation parameter between the specific service and the location information. As another example, it is assumed that the weather information indicates a bad weather, the processing engine 112 may increases a correlation parameter between the airport ick-up or drop-off service and the location information.
In some embodiments, while determining the correlation parameters, the processing engine 112 may assign different weights to the above factors (i.e., the “historical service orders associated with the requester who issues the request, ” the “historical service orders associated with other requesters, ” the “reference information” ) . The weights may be default settings of the O2O service system 100 or may be adjustable under different situations. For example, a first weight corresponding to the factor “historical service orders associated with the requester who issues the request” may be higher than a second weight corresponding to the factor “historical service orders associated with other requesters; ” the second weight corresponding to the factor “historical service orders associated with other requesters” may be higher than a third weight corresponding to the factor “reference information. ”
In 506, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the first presenting module 430) (e.g., the processing circuits of the processor 220) may present at least one of the plurality of candidate services on a display device (e.g., the display 320) . In some  embodiments, the processing engine 112 may present the at least one of the plurality of candidate services based on values of the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information. For example, the processing engine 112 may rank the plurality of candidate services based on values of the plurality of correlation parameters from high to low and present at least one (e.g., top 1, top 2, top 5) of the ranked candidate services. Further, the requester can view unpresented candidate services by performing a sliding operation (e.g., sliding left-right or up-down) on the display device.
In some embodiments, the processing engine 112 may present at least one first candidate service in a suggestion page (e.g., a suggestion page illustrated FIG. 7) in response to determining that at least one correlation parameter between the at least one first candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to a first threshold.
In some embodiments, the processing engine 112 may present at least one second candidate service in a confirmation page (e.g., a confirmation page illustrated in FIG.
In some embodiments, the processing engine 112 may present at least one third candidate service corresponding to a default business line in response to determining that all the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information are less than the second threshold.
In some embodiments, the first threshold and/or the second threshold may be default settings (e.g., empirical values) of the O2O service system 100 or may be adjustable based on information such as an order success rate. Furthermore, for  specific location information, the first thresholds (the second thresholds similarly) corresponding to different services may be the same or different; for a specific service, the first thresholds (the second thresholds similarly) corresponding to different location information may be the same or different. It should be noted that when any of the “location information” and the “service” is changed, a corresponding first threshold or second threshold may be changed or may remain unchanged. If the “location information” and the “service” are regarded as a whole, the firs thresholds (the second thresholds similarly) corresponding to different wholes may be the same or different.
In 508, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440) (e.g., the interface circuits of the processor 220) may receive a user selection of one or more target services in the at least one of the plurality of candidate services.
In 510, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the second presenting module 450) (e.g., the processing circuits of the processor 220) may present at least one (also referred to “target business line” ) of the business lines associated with the one or more target services on the display device.
As described in connection with operation 502, a specific business line includes a set of services. Accordingly, different business lines may include different services and different services may correspond to different business lines. For the one or more target services determined by the requester, the processing engine 112 may determine and present at least one of the business lines, which includes the one or more target services. In some embodiments, there may be one or more business lines which include the one or more target services. For example,  take the child seat service as an example, only the Premier business line includes the child seat service. In this situation, only the Premier business line may be presented in response to the user selection. Further, the requester may confirm one of the at least one target business line and issue the request via the requester terminal 130.
According to the process 500, the location information associated with the request for services provided by business lines may be obtained and at least one candidate service may be presented based on the correlation parameters between the candidate services and the location information. That is, the candidate services may be presented selectively to the requester based on the location information, so that the requester can select one or more target services that meet his/her travel needs when using the car-hailing APP to issue the request. In addition, after the user selection of the one or more target services is received, at least one business line including the one or more target services may be presented to the requester, so that the requester can find a target business line that meets his/her travel needs, thereby improving the user experience.
It should be noted that the above description is merely provided for the purposes of illustration, and not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. For persons having ordinary skill in the art, multiple variations and modifications may be made under the teachings of the present disclosure. However, those variations and modifications do not depart from the scope of the present disclosure. For example, one or more other optional operations (e.g., a storing operation) may be added elsewhere in the process 500. In the storing operation, the processing engine 112 may store information and/or data (e.g., the location information, the candidate services, the target service (s) , the target business line (s) ) associated with the request in a storage device (e.g., the storage 150) disclosed elsewhere in the present disclosure.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary home page of a car- hailing APP according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the car-hailing APP may be executed on the requester terminal 130. As shown in FIG. 6, the home page of the car-hailing APP may include a local map 610 including a requester's current location (e.g., a start location) , a destination input field 620, and one or more recommended business line icons 630. The start location may be obtained by the positioning device integrated in the requester terminal 130 and presented in a form of a dot in the local map 610. The local map 610 may be zoomed in or out. The destination input field 620 may include a voice input icon 640. Alternatively or additionally, a text (e.g., “Where would you like to go?” ) may be presented in the destination input field 620. A name and a feature of a corresponding recommended business line may be presented below the business line icon 630. It should be noted that the business lines shown in the home page may be default recommended business lines, which may be determined based on historical service orders associated with the requester and/or historical service orders associated with other requesters.
As described in connection with FIG. 5, after the requester inputs the destination in the destination input field 620, the processing engine 112 may determine the correlation parameters between the candidate services and the destination. It is assumed that the destination is “Beijing Children's Hospital, ” the processing engine 112 may determine that a correlation parameter between a child seat service and the destination is larger than the first threshold, and further present a recommendation (REC) /suggestion (SUG) page (i.e., a suggestion page) including the child seat service (which is a candidate service for the destination) . The suggestion page may include feature information (e.g., “travelling with a child, please choose a child seat service for safety” ) associated with the child seat service.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary suggestion page of the car-hailing APP according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As described in connection with FIG. 6, the suggestion page may include one or more  candidate services and one or more selection icons 710 via which the requester can select a corresponding candidate service. The suggestion page may also include a name and/or a feature of each of the one or more candidate services presented below the one or more selection icons 710. Further, other than the one or more candidate services, the suggestion page may also include the start location and the destination (which can be changed by the requester at any time before the requester submits the request) . The suggestion page may also include other addresses (e.g., Beijing Second Children's Hospital) associated with the destination, from which the requester can select a target address to replace a current destination.
FIG. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary process for receiving a user selection of a target service according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The process 800 may be executed by the O2O service system 100. For example, the process 800 may be implemented as a set of instructions (e.g., an application) stored in a storage (e.g., the ROM 230, the RAM 240, the storage 390) . The processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules in FIG. 4 may execute the set of instructions, and when executing the instructions, the processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules may be configured to perform the process 800. The operations of the illustrated process presented below are intended to be illustrative. In some embodiments, the process 800 may be accomplished with one or more additional operations not described, and/or without one or more of the operations discussed. Additionally, the order in which the operations of the process 800 as illustrated in FIG. 8 and described below is not intended to be limiting. In some embodiments, operation 508 may be performed based on the process 800.
In some embodiments, as described in connection with operation 506, the processing engine 112 may present at least one first candidate service in the suggestion page in response to determining that at least one correlation parameter between the at least one first candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to the first threshold.
In 802, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440) (e.g., the interface circuits of the processor 220) may receive a first operation (also referred to as a “first service selection operation” ) which is used to select one or more target services from the at least one first candidate service via the suggestion page.
In some embodiments, after the processing engine 112 presents the at least one first candidate service on the display device, the requester can select one or more target services from the at least one first candidate service, so that the processing engine 112 can determine whether there are service (s) needed by the requester in the at least one first candidate service. In response to the first operation, the processing engine 112 may present the one or more target services selected by the requester in a manner in which the one or more target services are distinguishable from other unselected services. For example, the one or more target services may be highlighted. As another example, each of the at least one first candidate service may correspond to an icon indicating whether it is selected, and icon (s) corresponding to the one or more target services may be presented as selected.
In some embodiments, after receiving the first operation (which indicates that one or more target services have been selected by the requester) , the processing engine 112 may further receive an operation from the requester for presenting a confirmation page via the suggestion page. Specifically, the suggestion page may include a virtual button (e.g., “next page” ) or a control associated with the confirmation page, through which the requester may perform an operation (e.g., a click operation, a long press operation, a short press operation) to request the confirmation page. In response to the operation performed by the requester, the processing engine 112 may direct the requester terminal 130 to skip from the suggestion page to the confirmation page.
In 804, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440 or the first presenting module 430) (e.g., the processing circuits of the processor 220) may  present the confirmation page including the selected target service (s) and other unselected candidate services in the at least one first candidate service. More descriptions of the confirmation page may be found elsewhere in the present disclosure (e.g., FIG. 10-A, FIG. 10-B, and the descriptions thereof) .
In 806, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440) (e.g., the interface circuits of the processor 220) may receive a second operation confirming the one or more target services via the confirmation page.
In some embodiments, before performing the second operation to confirm the one or more target services, the requester may also select other candidate service (s) from the unselected candidate services in the at least one first candidate service via the confirmation page. In this situation, the processing engine 112 may receive a third operation which is used to select one or more candidate services from the unselected candidate services in the at least one first candidate service and further receive the second operation confirming the target service (s) and the selected candidate service (s) via the confirmation page.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary process for receiving a user selection of a target service according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The process 900 may be executed by the O2O service system 100. For example, the process 900 may be implemented as a set of instructions (e.g., an application) stored in a storage (e.g., the ROM 230, the RAM 240, the storage 390) . The processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules in FIG. 4 may execute the set of instructions, and when executing the instructions, the processor 220, the CPU 340, and/or the modules may be configured to perform the process 900. The  operations of the illustrated process presented below are intended to be illustrative. In some embodiments, the process 900 may be accomplished with one or more additional operations not described, and/or without one or more of the operations discussed. Additionally, the order in which the operations of the process 900 as illustrated in FIG. 9 and described below is not intended to be limiting. In some embodiments, operation 508 may be performed based on the process 900.
In some embodiments, as described in connection with operation 506 and FIG. 8, the processing engine 112 may present at least one first candidate service in the suggestion page in response to determining that at least one correlation parameter between the at least one first candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to the first threshold. Further, with no service selected by the requester, the processing engine 112 may receive an operation from the requester for presenting a confirmation page via the suggestion page.
In 902, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440 or the first presenting module 430) may present the confirmation page including the at least one first candidate service. Since no service is selected by the requester in the suggestion page, the at least one first candidate service is in unselected status.
In 904, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440) (the interface circuits of the processor 220) may receive the first operation which is used to select the one or more target services from the at least one first candidate service via the confirmation page. More descriptions of the first operation may be found elsewhere in the present disclosure (e.g., operation 802 and the description thereof) .
In 906, the processing engine 112 (e.g., the receiving module 440) (the interface circuits of the processor 220) may receive the second operation confirming the one or more target services via the confirmation page. More descriptions of the second operation may be found elsewhere in the present disclosure (e.g., operation 806 and the description thereof) .
In some embodiments, as described in connection with operation 506, the  processing engine 112 may present at least one second candidate service in a confirmation page in response to determining that all the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information are less than the first threshold and at least one second correlation parameter between the at least one second candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is less than the first threshold. This presentation mode (referred to as a second presentation mode hereafter) is different from a presentation mode (referred to as a first presentation mode hereafter) described in FIG. 8 or FIG. 9 and differences between the first presentation mode and the second presentation mode may include the following:
1. In the first presentation mode, after determining that at least one correlation parameter between the at least one first candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to the first threshold, the processing engine 112 presents the at least one first candidate service in the suggestion page and further in the confirmation page; while in the second presentation mode, after determining that all the plurality of correlation parameters between the plurality of candidate services and the location information are less than the first threshold and at least one second correlation parameter between the at least one second candidate service and the location information is larger than or equal to a second threshold, the processing engine 112 directly presents the confirmation page.
2. In the first presentation mode, the first operation is used to select the one or more target services in the suggestion page or in the confirmation page; while in the second presentation mode, the first operation is only used to select the one or more target services in the confirmation page.
3. In the first presentation mode, the one or more target services may be selected in the suggestion page and/or the confirmation page; while in the second presentation mode, the one or more target services are selected in the confirmation  page.
In addition, if the requester does not select any candidate service in the suggestion page and the confirmation page (i.e., no target service is determined) , the processing engine 112 may present at least one candidate service (also referred to as “third candidate service” ) corresponding to a currently selected business line (i.e., a default business line) .
FIG. 10-A and FIG. 10-B are schematic diagrams illustrating exemplary confirmation pages of the car-hailing APP according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 10-A and FIG. 10-B, a local map including a route from the start location to the destination associated with the request issued by the requester and an estimated travelling time (e.g., 4 min) of a service provider to arrive at the start location is presented. The confirmation pages illustrated in FIG. 10-A and FIG. 10-B further include some other information associated with the request, such as “start time, ” “change passenger” , “payment mode, ” etc. Further, the confirmation pages also include candidate services to be selected or confirmed by the requester, for example, “multi-seat service, ” “child seat service, ” “pick-up or drop-off service, ” etc. It can be seen that an arrangement order of the candidate services in FIG. 10-A is different from that in FIG. 10-B, which may be determined based on the correlation parameters between the candidate services and the location information associated with the request.
As described in connection with FIG. 8, the requester has selected one or more target services in the suggestion page. Further, the requester can confirm the one or more target services in the confirmation page via a virtual button (e.g., a  “confirm” button) ; or further select other unselected candidate services in the confirmation page and confirm the selected candidate services together with the target service (s) in the confirmation page. As described in connection with FIG. 9, the requester can both select and confirm the target service (s) in the confirmation page.
FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary request confirmation page of the car-hailing APP according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As described in connection with FIG. 10-A or FIG. 10-B, after the requester confirms the service (s) in the confirmation page, the processing engine 112 may present at least one business line associated with the confirmed service (s) . Take the child seat service as an example, it is assumed that the processing engine 112 determines that business lines corresponding to the child seat service include the Premier business line and/or other business lines, therefore, as illustrated in FIG. 11, the processing engine 112 may present the Premier business line and/or other business lines (e.g., Luxe business line) in the request confirmation page. As illustrated, the Premier business line may include one or more sub business lines, such as a Comfort Line, a Commerce Line, a Limo Line, etc. The requester may select a sub business line and issue the request by clicking a virtual button “Call Premier. ”
According to the present disclosure, after the start location and the destination are determined, the process of issuing the request (e.g., for a car-hailing service) may enter into a requirement selection and confirmation phase. In the requirement selection and confirmation phase, information such as “start time, ” “change passenger” , “payment mode” may be presented in front. For the function of selecting a target service, the candidate services may be flexibly and intelligently ranked based on the location information, historical correlation parameters associated with historical service orders of the requester, historical correlation parameters associated with historical service orders of other requesters, the  reference information, etc. For example, it is assumed that the destination is an airport, the airport pick-up or drop-off service may be presented in the first. After the requester confirms his/her requirement (i.e., the target service (s) ) , only business lines that meets the requester's requirement may be presented in the request confirmation page. In some embodiments, the requester's selection and/or confirmation may be stored in a storage device (e.g., the storage 150) , which can be used as a basis for determining the correlation parameters between the candidate services and the location information subsequently.
Take a scenario below as an example, it is assumed that there are five persons intend to have dinner at XX hotel, and they plan to make two requests for online car-hailing services separately. After the persons determine the location information (e.g., the destination) , a multi-seat service with a feature “multi-person trip” may be presented in the suggestion page, which can meet the travel requirement of the five persons. It is assumed that the persons confirm the multi-seat service, only business lines with the multi-seat service may be presented in the request confirmation page, thereby improving the user experience.
As described above, the processes and/or methods disclosed in the present disclosure are executed by the server 110. However, it should be noted that part or whole of the processes and/or methods also can be executed by the requester terminal 130 or the provider terminal 140.
Having thus described the basic concepts, it may be rather apparent to those skilled in the art after reading this detailed disclosure that the foregoing detailed disclosure is intended to be presented by way of example only and is not limiting. Various alterations, improvements, and modifications may occur and are intended to those skilled in the art, though not expressly stated herein. These alterations, improvements, and modifications are intended to be suggested by this disclosure, and are within the spirit and scope of the exemplary embodiments of this disclosure.
Moreover, certain terminology has been used to describe embodiments of  the present disclosure. For example, the terms “one embodiment, ” “an embodiment, ” and/or “some embodiments” mean that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. Therefore, it is emphasized and should be appreciated that two or more references to “an embodiment” or “one embodiment” or “an alternative embodiment” in various portions of this specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures or characteristics may be combined as suitable in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
Further, it will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present disclosure may be illustrated and described herein in any of a number of patentable classes or context including any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof. Accordingly, aspects of the present disclosure may be implemented entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc. ) or combining software and hardware implementation that may all generally be referred to herein as a “unit, ” “module, ” or “system. ” Furthermore, aspects of the present disclosure may take the form of a computer program product embodied in one or more computer readable media having computer-readable program code embodied thereon.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated signal may take any of a variety of forms, including electromagnetic, optical, or the like, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that may communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a  computer readable signal medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, or the like, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in a combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Scala, Smalltalk, Eiffel, JADE, Emerald, C++, C#, VB. NET, Python or the like, conventional procedural programming languages, such as the “C” programming language, Visual Basic, Fortran 2003, Perl, COBOL 2002, PHP, ABAP, dynamic programming languages such as Python, Ruby, and Groovy, or other programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the latter scenario, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a local area network (LAN) or a wide area network (WAN) , or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet Service Provider) or in a cloud computing environment or offered as a service such as a Software as a Service (SaaS) .
Furthermore, the recited order of processing elements or sequences, or the use of numbers, letters, or other designations therefore, is not intended to limit the claimed processes and methods to any order except as may be specified in the claims. Although the above disclosure discusses through various examples what is currently considered to be a variety of useful embodiments of the disclosure, it is to be understood that such detail is solely for that purpose, and that the appended claims are not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but, on the contrary, are intended to cover modifications and equivalent arrangements that are within the spirit and scope of the disclosed embodiments. For example, although the  implementation of various components described above may be embodied in a hardware device, it may also be implemented as a software only solution, e.g., an installation on an existing server or mobile device.
Similarly, it should be appreciated that in the foregoing description of embodiments of the present disclosure, various features are sometimes grouped together in a single embodiment, figure, or description thereof for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure aiding in the understanding of one or more of the various embodiments. This method of disclosure, however, is not to be interpreted as reflecting an intention that the claimed subject matter requires more features than are expressly recited in each claim. Rather, claimed subject matter may lie in less than all features of a single foregoing disclosed embodiment.
