实施本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备,可以达到以下有益效果:所述互联网电台的交互设备,包括内容呈现单元和内容选择单元,所述内容选择单元包括:操作模块、与所述操作模块电连接的处理模块、与所述处理模块电连接的物理形态的指示模块以及与所述处理模块电连接的通信模块;其中,所述操作模块用于供用户通过手动旋转的方式输入选台指令并生成对应的电信号;所述处理模块通过所述通信模块链接到网络电台,并用于根据所述电信号从所述网络电台获取相应的音频资源并将所述相应的音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元;所述内容呈现单元用于播放所述音频资源;所述处理模块还用于驱动所述指示模块发生与所述电信号对应的状态变化。如此,用户可通过旋转所述操作模块来进行音频资源的选择,这种选台方法与传统收音机旋转调谐方法相似,使得用惯了传统收音机调谐的用户在使用本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备时并不会出现难适应的情况,能很快接受并自如地使用本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
为本发明提供了互联网电台的交互设备的第一实施例,所述交互设备包括壳体、内容呈现单元和内容选择单元。
所述内容呈现单元可以是一个或多个安装且外露于所述壳体的扬声器。
如图1所示,所述内容选择单元包括操作模块1、与所述操作模块1电连接的处理模块6、与所述处理模块6电连接的物理形态的指示模块2以及与所述处理模块6电连接的通信模块7。所述处理模块6通过所述通信模块7连接至网络电台。
如图2所示,所述壳体内部固定有一块电子线路板5,所述处理模块6、所述频道选择模块和所述通信模块7集成在所述电子线路板5上,所述处理模块6的电路结构如图4所示,所述通信模块7采用Wi-Fi芯片。
如图2所示,所述操作模块1包括旋转编码器12和套接于所述旋转编码器12的转轴121上的旋钮11,所述旋转编码器12焊接至所述电子线路板5。所述旋转编码器12内设有频道选择电路,所述频道选择电路的电路结构图如图3所示,其可将所述转轴121的角位移转换成对应的电信号。
如图2所示,所述指示模块2包括刻度盘22和灯板21,所述刻度盘22上具有1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个标识符,所述灯板21上设有与所述处理模块6电连接的指示电路。如图5所示,为所述指示电路的电路结构图,所述指示电路包括1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个LED灯,1~N个所述LED灯与1~N个所述标识符一一对应。所述灯板21焊接于所述电子线路板5,所述灯板21的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器12的转轴121穿过的第一圆孔212,所述刻度盘22的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器12的转轴121穿过的第二圆孔221,所述旋转编码器12的转轴121穿过所述第一圆孔212和所述第二圆孔221。12个所述标识符分别是数字1~N(N为大于零的自然数),1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述标识符等间隔的环绕所述第二圆孔221布置。1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述LED灯安装在所述灯板21的朝向所述刻度盘22的一侧,同时,1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述LED灯等间隔的环绕所述第一圆孔212布置,1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述LED灯分别是LED1~LEDN(N为大于零的自然数),1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述LED灯分别与1~N(N为大于零的自然数)个所述标识符一一对齐。
当用户手动旋转所述旋钮11转动一定角度时,所述旋钮11带动所述旋转编码器12的转轴121转动相同的角度,从而所述旋转编码器12内的所述频道选择电路将所述转轴121的角位移转换成相应的电信号,所述处理模块6事先通过所述通信模块7链接到网络电台,当所述处理模块6接收到所述电信号时,所述处理模块6从所述网络电台获取与所述电信号相应的音频资源,并将所述音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元,所述内容呈现单元接收并播放所述音频资源,从而实现了采用模拟传统收音机旋转调谐方法来选择收听想要的音频资源。
另一方面,当所述处理模块6接收到所述电信号时,还会驱动所述指示模块2中对应所述电信号的所述LED灯亮起,从而,用户就可以明确的知道对应某一所述标识符的所述LED灯亮起时,可以收听到何种的所述音频资源。等到下一次想要收听相同的所述音频资源时,用户只要旋转所述旋钮11以使对应的所述LED灯亮起即可。举例而言,当对应标识符为数字“1”的LED灯亮起时,所述内容呈现单元播放的是军事题材类的音频资源,那么,下一次用户想要收听军事题材类的音频资源时,只需要转动所述旋钮11以使对应标识符为数字“1”的LED灯亮即可。
综上所述,实施本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备,可以达到至少以下有益效果:
1、使用所述互联网电台的交互设备收听网络电台时,我们可以通过旋转所述旋钮11来选择收听想要的音频资源,这种选择方式与传统的收音机旋转调谐方法极为相似,得用惯了传统收音机调谐的用户在使用本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备时并不会出现难适应的情况,能很快接受并自如地使用本发明提供的互联网电台的交互设备。
2、使用所述互联网电台的交互设备收听网络电台时,当我们收听到某一个网络电台的音频资源时,会有对应的LED灯亮起,而且每一个LED灯都有对应的标识符,这样方便用户记忆每一LED灯对应的音频资源,方便用户后续快速地选择想要的音频资源,省去了搜索的麻烦。
进一步的,所述互联网电台的交互设备还包括透镜3,所述刻度盘22卡固于所述壳体,所述透镜3卡固于所述刻度盘22的背向所述灯板21的一侧,所述透镜3的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器12的转轴121穿过的第三圆孔31,所述旋转编码器12的转轴121穿过所述第三圆孔31。所述透镜3可以起到保护所述刻度盘22的作用,同时又方便用户观察到所述刻度盘22上的所述标识符以及所述灯板21上的所述LED灯。
进一步的,所述互联网电台的交互设备还包括金属圈4,所述金属圈4扣于所述透镜3的边缘,环绕所述透镜3,既起到了保护所述透镜3的作用,又可让所述互联网电台的交互设备更加美观。
实施例二
本实施例提供的互联网电台的交互设备与实施例一的区别在于,所述旋钮1是通过联系模块8与所述旋转编码器12的转轴121进行连接的,另外,所述指示模块5的结构也有不同。
参见图6,所述指示模块2包括拉线23、与所述拉线23连接的指针24、沿着所述拉线23布置的刻度盘22以及与所述刻度盘22对应的灯板21,所述刻度盘22上具有N个标识符(N为大于等于零的自然数),所述灯板21上设有与所述处理模块6电连接的指示电路。如图5所示,为所述指示电路的电路结构图,所述指示电路包括N个LED灯,N个所述LED灯与N个所述标识符一一对应。所述刻度盘22通过螺钉紧固在所述壳体外侧且位于所述指针24内侧。本实施例中,所述壳体的前侧开设有一个狭长的通孔,所述通孔的位置与所述拉线23对应,所述刻度盘41沿着所述通孔的上沿或下沿布置,N个所述标识符分别是数字“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”、“6”、“7”、“8”、“9”……“N”,N个所述标识符沿着所述通孔的上沿或下沿布置。所述灯板21焊接于所述电子线路板5,N个所述LED灯安装在所述灯板21的朝向所述刻度盘22的一侧,所述灯板21上的N个所述LED灯沿着所述通孔布置,且通过所述通孔露出于所述壳体以供用户观察,N个所述LED灯分别是LED1、LED2、LED3、LED4、LED5、LED6、LED7、LED8、LED9……LEDN,N个所述LED灯分别与N个所述标识符一一对齐。
所述联系模块8包括与所述旋转编码器12的转轴121套接的第一拉线轮81,所述拉线23分别缠绕所述旋钮11和所述第一拉线轮81。
当用户手动旋转所述旋钮11转动一定角度时,所述旋钮11驱动所述拉线23行走一定轨迹使得所胡第一拉线轮81带动所述旋转编码器12的转轴121转动一定角度,从而所述旋转编码器12内的所述频道选择电路将所述转轴121的角位移转换成相应的电信号,所述处理模块6事先通过所述通信模块7链接到网络电台,当所述处理模块6接收到所述电信号时,所述处理模块6从所述网络电台获取与所述电信号相应的音频资源,并将所述音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元,所述内容呈现单元接收并播放所述音频资源,从而实现了采用模拟传统收音机旋转调谐方法来选择收听想要的音频资源。
另一方面,当所述处理模块6接收到所述电信号时,还会驱动所述指示模块2中对应所述电信号的所述LED灯亮起,同时,所述指针24也会随着所述拉线23沿着所述刻度盘41移动并对准已经亮起的所述LED灯对应的所述标识符,从而,用户就可以明确的知道对应某一所述标识符的所述LED灯亮起时,可以收听到何种的所述音频资源。等到下一次想要收听相同的所述音频资源时,用户只要旋转所述旋钮11以使对应的所述LED灯亮起即可。举例而言,当对应标识符为数字“2”的LED灯亮起时,所述内容呈现单元播放的是社会题材类的音频资源,那么,下一次用户想要收听社会题材类的音频资源时,只需要转动所述旋钮11以使对应标识符为数字“2”的LED灯亮即可。
显然的,实施本实施例提供的互联网电台的交互设备可以达到与实施例一提供的互联网电台的交互设备相同的有益效果。
实施例三
本实施例提供的互联网电台的交互设备与实施例二的区别在于,联系模块8的结构不同。
本实施例中,参见图7,所述联系模块8包括第二拉线轮82、第一被动传动轮83和第二被动传动轮84,所述第二拉线轮82与所述旋转编码器12的转轴121连接,所述拉线23同时缠绕所述第二拉线轮82、所述第一被动传动轮83、所述第二被动传动轮84和所述旋钮11,所述刻度盘22通过螺钉紧固在所述壳体外侧且位于所述指针24内侧。
显然的,当用户旋转所述旋钮11以输入选台指令时,所述旋钮11会牵引所述拉线23行走一定轨迹,所述拉线23使得所述第二拉线轮82转动一定角度,所述第二拉线轮82转动时会带动所述旋转编码器12的转轴121转动,所述旋转编码器12的频道选择电路生成相应的电信号,同时,所述指针24也会随着所述拉线23沿着所述刻度盘41移动并对准与已经亮起的所述LED灯对应的所述标识符。
需要说明的是,所述拉线23可以是水平的,也可以是垂直的,相应的,所述指针24可以是垂直的,也可以是水平的。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,包括内容呈现单元和内容选择单元,所述内容选择单元包括:操作模块、与所述操作模块电连接的处理模块、与所述处理模块电连接的物理形态的指示模块以及与所述处理模块电连接的通信模块;其中,所述操作模块用于供用户通过手动旋转的方式输入选台指令并生成对应的电信号;所述处理模块通过所述通信模块链接到网络电台,并用于根据所述电信号从所述网络电台获取相应的音频资源并将所述相应的音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元;所述内容呈现单元用于播放所述音频资源;所述处理模块还用于驱动所述指示模块发生与所述电信号对应的状态变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述操作模块包括旋转编码器和套接于所述旋转编码器的转轴上的旋钮,所述旋转编码器内部设有用于根据所述选台指令生成相应的电信号的频道选择电路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述指示模块包括刻度盘和灯板,所述刻度盘上具有N个标识符,所述灯板上设有与所述处理模块电连接的指示电路,所述指示电路包括N个发光元件,N个所述发光元件与N个所述标识符一一对应,其中,N为大于零的自然数。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块用于驱动所述指示模块的与所述电信号对应的发光单元启动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述处理模块和所述通信模块集成在一块电子线路板上,所述旋转编码器和所述灯板均焊接于所述电子线路板,所述灯板的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器的转轴穿过的第一圆孔,所述刻度盘的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器的转轴穿过的第二圆孔,所述旋转编码器的转轴穿过所述第一圆孔和所述第二圆孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,N个所述发光元件等间隔的环绕所述第一圆孔布置,N个所述标识符等间隔的环绕所述第二圆孔布置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述交互设备还包括壳体和透镜,所述刻度盘卡固于所述壳体,所述透镜卡固于所述刻度盘,所述透镜的中央具有可供所述旋转编码器的转轴穿过的第三圆孔,所述旋转编码器的转轴穿过所述第三圆孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,所述操作模块包括旋转编码器和通过联系模块与所述旋转编码器的转轴物理连接的旋钮,所述旋转编码器内部设有用于根据所述选台指令生成相应的电信号的频道选择电路;当用户旋转所述旋钮以输入选台指令时,所述旋钮通过所述联系模块带动所述旋转编码器的转轴转动,以使所述旋转编码器生成与所述选台指令对应的电信号。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,
    所述指示模块包括拉线、与所述拉线连接的指针、沿着所述拉线布置的刻度盘以及与所述刻度盘对应的灯板,所述刻度盘上具有N个标识符,N个所述标识符一一对应多个不同的所述音频资源,所述灯板上设有与所述处理模块电连接的指示电路,所述指示电路包括N个发光元件,N个所述发光元件与N个所述标识符一一对应,其中,N为大于零的自然数;
    所述联系模块包括与所述旋转编码器的转轴连接的第一拉线轮,所述拉线分别缠绕所述旋钮和所述第一拉线轮;
    当用户旋转所述旋钮以输入选台指令时,所述旋钮驱动所述拉线行走一定轨迹使得所述第一拉线轮带动所述旋转编码器的转轴作对应的旋转并生成相应的电信号,所述处理模块根据所述电信号从所述网络电台获取相应的音频资源并将所述相应的音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元,所述内容呈现单元播放对应的所述音频资源,所述处理模块还根据所述电信号驱动对应的所述发光元件启动,所述指针随所述拉线沿着所述刻度盘移动并对准已启动的所述发光元件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的互联网电台的交互设备,其特征在于,
    所述指示模块包括拉线、与所述拉线连接的指针、沿着所述拉线布置的刻度盘以及与所述刻度盘对应的灯板,所述刻度盘上具有N个标识符,N个所述标识符一一对应多个不同的所述音频资源,所述灯板上设有与所述处理模块电连接的指示电路,所述指示电路包括N个发光元件,N个所述发光元件与N个所述标识符一一对应,其中,N为大于零的自然数;
    所述联系模块包括第二拉线轮、第一被动传动轮和第二被动传动轮,所述第二拉线轮与所述旋转编码器的转轴连接,所述拉线同时缠绕所述第二拉线轮、所述第一被动传动轮、所述第二被动传动轮和所述旋钮;
    当用户旋转所述旋钮以输入选台指令时,所述旋钮驱动所述拉线行走一定轨迹使得所述第二拉线轮带动所述旋转编码器的转轴作对应的旋转并生成相应的电信号,所述处理模块根据所述电信号从所述网络电台获取相应的音频资源并将所述相应的音频资源下发至所述内容呈现单元,所述内容呈现单元播放对应的所述音频资源,所述处理模块还根据所述电信号驱动对应的所述发光元件启动,所述指针随所述拉线沿着所述刻度盘移动并对准已启动的所述发光元件。
