According to the present invention, according to the above configuration, there is an effect that the hair can be bent using a region having a large elliptical curvature.

FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of bristle arrangement modes 100 and 110 of a conventional hairbrush. Although the appearance of the hairbrush is not shown in FIG. 1, only the arrangement of the bristle viewed from the direction facing the brush surface (xy plane) (the z-axis direction perpendicular to the xy plane) is schematically shown. As shown to Fig.1 (a), in the general hairbrush, the bristle 10 is arranged in the grid form. With this structure, the hair slips through in a certain direction 101 on the xy plane. In another prior art, as shown in FIG.1 (b), the bristle 11 is arranged alternately (patent document 1).
Patent Document 1 (utility model No. 3206808) proposes a structure in which a brush and a hair iron are combined. The brush according to Patent Document 1 is convenient because it is not necessary to comb the hair once, but the arrangement of bristle (pins) is in series with respect to the y-axis direction in the xy plane (FIG. 3A). Although the present invention is for straight use, such an arrangement structure causes hair to slip through in a certain direction 111 on the xy plane. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of bristle or to set the size of each bristle large. In Patent Document 1, there is almost no gap between the bristle (FIG. 3A), and it is considered that the hair is damaged by strong friction.
Also, Patent Document 2 proposes a bristle that matches the curvature of a human head, and it is conceivable to design a brush according to this shape. However, although it seems that there is a feeling of fit about the head, for example, in a part where the hair is long and away from the head, the feeling of use is rather deteriorated. Patent Document 3 proposes a dryer with increased gripping power by animal hair, but heat cannot be transmitted evenly and efficiently.
There is a need for a hairbrush for setting that can increase the grip of hair and efficiently transfer heat to the hair in a short time.
Embodiment 1
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
The hair brush according to the present invention is a hair brush having a head part for combing hair, and the head part has a set part for setting hair. In a preferred embodiment, the set portion is disposed on one surface of the head portion. The set part is composed of a heat transfer body that transfers heat to the hair, and has a plurality of pin shapes (brissles) that rise perpendicularly (z-axis direction) to the surface (xy plane) (brush surface) of the set part.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the geometric arrangement of the bristle of the hairbrush according to the present invention. 2 (a) to 2 (c) do not show the appearance of the hairbrush, but the geometric arrangement of the bristles 20, 21, 22 as viewed from the direction facing the brush surface (the z-axis direction perpendicular to the xy plane) Only is shown schematically.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the centers (see FIGS. 3B and 3I) of the pin- shaped bristle 20, 21, 22 in the xy plane are arranged along a certain geometric shape. A preferred geometric shape is a two-dimensional curve, more preferably a spiral. In this specification, the spiral means a spiral two-dimensional curve that moves away from the center as it turns. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a bristle is provided along a part of the spiral in the xy plane.
Here, “part of the spiral” means a part of the spiral included in the region constituting the set portion of the xy plane that conceptually expands. Preferably, the xy plane coordinates constituting the set unit are spirals having a pitch such that a plurality of spiral tracks are generated. For example, in FIG. 2A, it can be confirmed that at least 11 spiral tracks 202 are generated in the xy plane coordinates constituting the set unit. In FIG. 2B, it can be confirmed that at least 11 spiral tracks 212 are generated in the xy plane coordinates constituting the set unit. In FIG. 2C, it can be confirmed that at least 12 spiral tracks 222 and at least 16 spiral tracks 223 are generated in the xy plane coordinates constituting the set unit. A mode in which the bristle is arranged along a part of the spiral spiral on the xy plane is also referred to as “spiral arrangement” or “spiral arrangement”. The mode of the spiral is not limited to an algebraic spiral such as an Archimedean spiral, and a logarithmic spiral or the like can be adopted. In a preferred embodiment, a Fibonacci spiral can be employed. Various parameters such as the initial radius and pitch of the spiral can be arbitrarily set.
In a preferred embodiment, an Archimedean spiral (algebraic spiral) that can be described as r = aθ in polar coordinates can be employed. For example, in the track 223 in FIG. 2C, when the parameter a is 0.017 and θ = t × 360, 16 tracks with t of 20 to 35 are generated. In the track 222 in FIG. 2C, when the parameter a is 0.02 and θ = −t × 360, twelve tracks having t of 36 to 47 are generated.
In the configuration according to the present invention in which the bristles 20, 21, 22 are arranged in a spiral shape on the xy plane, the metal pins (brissles) 20, 21, 22 are evenly arranged. This ensures that the metal pins (brissles) 20, 21 and 22 come into contact with the hair to be slipped through without depending on the place or direction 201 or 211 into which the hair enters (FIGS. 2A and 2B). reference). As a result, the hair is caught by the metal pins (brissles) 20, 21, 22 and the hair setting power can be increased.
2A and 2B, the direction of the spiral may be the direction of the track 202 or the direction of the track 212. Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, it is also preferable to arrange the bristle 22 at the intersection of the spiral tracks 222 and 223 in two directions. The hair brush is used for the entire hair, and a right-handed user and a left-handed user are assumed. Therefore, the direction in which the hair proceeds cannot be specified depending on the use situation. If it is the structure shown in FIG.2 (c), even if hair enters from which direction, it will be caught by the bristle 22, and the setting power of hair can be improved. The plurality of pins may be arranged along the first track in one spiral, and the other plurality of pins may be arranged along the second track (the second track is adjacent to the first track) in the spiral.
In another preferred embodiment, the hair brush includes a grip portion and a head portion, and the head portion may have an elliptical column shape having a height in the major axis direction of the hair brush. In the case of such an elliptical columnar head portion, the set portion is preferably provided so as to be disposed on the surface of the elliptical column.
As shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the bristle in the xy plane is preferably an elliptical shape (see FIGS. 3B and 3I). In FIGS. 3B and 3I, the axis parallel to the x-axis passing through the center is the major axis, and the axis parallel to the y-axis passing through the center is the minor axis. When the major axis and the minor axis are equal (see FIGS. 3B and 3), the cross-sectional shape of the bristle is circular. In this specification, the circular shape is an aspect of an elliptical shape.
When brushing with a hair brush, the hair tries to pass through the gap as much as possible. For example, in Patent Document 1, for example, when a hairbrush moves in a certain direction (the direction opposite to 111), most hair may slip through. In such a situation, the hairbrush bristle 11 cannot catch the hair, and heat cannot be transferred to the hair through the bristle 11, so that the hair cannot be set in a desired style. In Patent Document 1, in order to prevent the hair from slipping through, measures such as increasing the thickness of the heat transfer pins or increasing the number of heat transfer pins are taken to increase the density of the bristle 11. Yes. However, if the density of the metal bristle is increased unnecessarily, the gap in the y-axis direction between the bristle becomes narrower. As a result, friction with the hair becomes strong, the hair is damaged, and the hair becomes difficult to enter between the pins.
On the other hand, the gap in the y-axis direction between the bristle arranged in a spiral shape according to the present invention is not as narrow as the gap in Patent Document 1. With this configuration, it is possible to reliably set the hair while reducing damage to the hair as compared with the conventional bristle arrangement.

[Embodiment 2]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described below. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
FIG. 3 schematically shows the arrangement of the bristle according to the second embodiment. FIG. 3A shows a front view of a set unit in which bristles 31 and 32 are arranged on two spiral tracks 222 and 223 on the set unit 30 (xy plane). 3B and 3I show the cross-sectional shape of the bristle 31 in the xy plane, and FIGS. 3B and ii show the cross-sectional shape of the bristle 32 in the xy plane. Both the bristle 31 and 32 are preferably heat transfer pins made of a heat transfer body. FIG.3 (c) shows the perspective view of the set part shown to Fig.3 (a).
In a preferred embodiment, the set portion 30 has a shape that is convexly curved in the z-axis direction on the xz plane. The bristle 31 and 32 preferably extend so as to rise perpendicular to the z-axis direction. In another preferred embodiment, it is preferable that the bristles 31 and 32 are arranged so as to rise perpendicularly to the tangential direction on the curved surface of the cross section of the set portion 50 that is convexly curved in the xz plane. The center of the cross-sectional area of the base portion of the bristle 31, 32 on the surface of the curved set portion is preferably disposed on the spiral tracks 222, 223.
In the hairbrush according to the second embodiment, the set unit 30 has a bristle 32 having a narrower width (shorter axis) than the bristle 31, and the bristle 32 is also preferably provided along a part of the spiral. In a preferred embodiment, the set unit 30 preferably includes two or more types of bristle having different cross-sectional areas. In a preferred embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the bristle 32 in the xy plane is preferably circular. In a preferred embodiment, each center in the xy plane of the bristle 32 (see FIGS. 3B and ii) is provided along a part of the spiral (see FIG. 3A).
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3C, the bristle 32 is preferably disposed along the y-axis direction at the short-side end portion of the set portion 30. In such a configuration, the gap in the y-axis direction between the bristle can be narrowed at the short-side end portion of the set portion 30. Since the hair has a property of trying to pass through the gap, such a configuration can provide a portion where the hair easily enters between the bristle.
With such a configuration, it is possible to improve the set power by the spiral arrangement, improve the ease of hair intrusion, and improve the balance of the effects.

[Embodiment 3]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described below. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
FIG. 4 schematically shows the arrangement of the bristle according to the third embodiment. FIG. 4A shows a front view of a set unit in which bristles 41 and 32 are arranged on two spiral tracks 222 and 223 on the set unit 40 (xy plane). FIG. 4B shows a cross-sectional shape of the bristle 41 in the xy plane. As in the second embodiment, the bristle 41, 32 is preferably a heat transfer pin made of a heat transfer body.
In a preferred embodiment, the set portion 40 has a shape that is convexly curved in the z-axis direction in the xz plane. The bristle 41, 32, 42 preferably extends so as to rise perpendicular to the z-axis direction. The center of the cross-sectional area of the base portion of the bristle 41, 32, 42 on the surface of the curved set portion is preferably disposed on the spiral tracks 222, 223.
It is preferable that the minor axis in the cross section of the bristle 41 according to the third embodiment is arranged so as to have an angle rotated in one direction with respect to the longitudinal axis (y-axis) of the set unit 40. Specifically, the minor axis in the cross-section of the bristle 41 shown in FIG. 4B is not parallel to the longitudinal axis (y-axis) of the set unit 40 and is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the y-axis. It is preferable. In other words, it is preferable that the minor axis in the cross section of the bristle 41 is arranged to rotate at a predetermined angle in one direction with respect to the y axis. In a more preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4A, it can be confirmed that the bristle 41 is arranged so that the long axis in the cross section of the bristle 41 is along the track 223. In another preferred embodiment, the bristle 41 can be arranged so that the long axis in the cross section of the bristle 41 is along the track 222.

[Embodiment 4]
FIG. 5 schematically shows the arrangement of the bristle according to the fourth embodiment. FIG. 5A is a perspective view of the set unit 50 in which the bristle 31 and 42 and the hole 51 are arranged on the spiral tracks 222 and 223 on the set unit 50 (xy plane). The bristle 52 is preferably made of a resin having a lower thermal conductivity than the heat transfer body.
In a preferred embodiment, the set portion 50 has a shape that is convexly curved in the z-axis direction on the xz plane. The bristle 31, 42, 52 preferably extends so as to rise perpendicular to the z-axis direction. In another preferred embodiment, the bristle 31, 42, 52 is arranged so as to rise perpendicularly to the tangential direction on the curved surface of the cross section of the set portion 50 that is convexly curved in the xz plane. preferable. The center of the cross-sectional area of the base portion of the bristle 31, 42, 52 on the surface of the curved set portion is preferably disposed on the spiral track.
As for the bristle 52 in the fourth embodiment, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape in the xy plane is circular like the bristle 42.
Resin pin (Bristle 52) can prevent hair that has entered the gap from slipping out. For example, by making the tip of the bristle 52 spherical, it becomes a catching portion, and the effect is further enhanced. By making the resin pins (the bristle 52) a part of the spiral arrangement, the effect can be further enhanced. Moreover, if it is resin, it will be easy to process and it is possible to adjust the grip force by utilizing the surface roughness. There may be one resin pin (brissle 52), or each may be a hair bundle.

[Embodiment 5]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described below. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a side view (xz plane) of the setting unit 40 of the fifth embodiment. It is preferable that the height of the bristle 41 (heat transfer pin) near the center of the set unit 40 in the short direction (x-axis direction) of the set unit 40 is higher than the height of the bristle 41 near the end. In other words, it is preferable that the height of the bristle 41 at both ends in the short direction of the set portion 40 is lower than the height of the bristle 41 at the center portion. Here, the height of the bristle means not the length of the pin itself but the value in the z-axis direction. When the hair enters between the adjacent bristle 41, the high bristle 41 at the center portion comes into contact with the hair first, so that the hair easily enters between the adjacent bristle 41.
The set unit 40 is not limited to a flat surface, and may be convex in the xz plane as shown in FIG. In another preferred embodiment, it may be concave in the xz plane.

[Embodiment 6]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described below. For convenience of explanation, members having the same functions as those described in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
As shown in FIG. 4A, it is preferable that the bristle 42 is disposed along the y-axis direction at the short-side end portion of the set portion 40. In such a configuration, the gap in the y-axis direction between the bristle can be narrowed at the short-side end portion of the set portion 40. Since the hair has a property of trying to pass through the gap, such a configuration can provide a portion where the hair easily enters between the bristle.
With such a configuration, it is possible to improve the set power by the spiral arrangement, improve the ease of hair intrusion, and improve the balance of the effects.
The bristle 42 is preferably a resin pin. As in the fourth embodiment, the bristle 42 (resin pin) is preferably made of a resin having a lower thermal conductivity than the heat transfer pin.
In a further preferred embodiment, the bristle 42 is preferably higher than the bristle 41, 32. The heat transfer pin (the bristle 41) is assumed to have excessive heat resistance, and when the heat transfer pin directly contacts the scalp, the user may feel hot. As shown in FIG. 9, if the resin pin (Bristle 22) protrudes from the heat transfer pin (Bristle 41), the resin pin (Bristle 42) contacts the scalp before the heat transfer pin (Bristle 41). For this reason, it can prevent that a heat-transfer pin (Bristle 41) contacts a scalp directly.
The material of the resin pin is preferably good in moldability and heat resistance. In a preferred embodiment, it is preferable that only the spherical portion of the bristle 42 is protruded from the height of the heat transfer pin (the bristle 41). In such an embodiment, it is difficult for the hair to come off and it is possible to prevent the heat transfer part from touching the user.
