Abstract

It is the object of the present invention, as the title states, a spearfishing rifle with selector of the number of propulsion tires of the harpoon.

The present invention characterizes the design of each and every one of the pieces that make up the rifle so that together they help to achieve a rifle that allows selecting the number of tires with which you want to throw the harpoon at the time of firing in a simple and easy way, achieving a very wide versatility rifle.

Therefore, the present invention is circumscribed within the scope of spearfishing and more specifically among rifles used in spearfishing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the state of the art, one and two rubber spearfishing rifles are known. Rifles that have only one rubber are for fishing when the fish are at a smaller distance. In this case you can choose two different firing powers since we can place the rubber in two different notches of the rod or harpoon to be fired. The disadvantage of this type of rifle is that the selection of the power must be done before the diver really knows what power it requires, since that only knows when the fish appears, and at that time there is no time for the diver can change the rubber of notch since it can scare the fish with the movement or simply that it does not have enough time to do it.

There are also two-rubber rifles, these offer greater versatility since depending on whether we place the two gums in each of the notches of the rod, or only use a rubber we can have a greater variety of power. If we need greater firing power we will place each of the rubber bands in each of the notches of the rod or harpoon. And if we want lower firing power then we will place only one rubber in a notch. However, we are faced with the same problem as described above, since we have to decide before seeing how far the fish presents itself if we place one or both rubber bands. Which is not reliable, since there are times when the two tires are placed and the most effective shot would have been with a single rubber. This also has the problem that if we shoot with greater power than necessary we can damage the rod or harpoon if it hits a rock.

Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to develop a rifle provided with such means that overcome the drawbacks of the prior art so that the firing power can be selected in a simple and easy way, developing a rifle such as It is described below and is reflected in its essentiality in the first claim.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is an underwater fishing rifle provided with electing means for the number of rubber bands with which the rod or harpoon is to be fired, that is, with a single rubber or with two rubber bands. Therefore, the present invention refers to a two-rubber rifle.

The spearfishing rifle comprises, in addition to the elements of a two-seater spearfishing rifle, a rubber number selector device, where the latter comprises a firing subset of a harpoon and a firing subset of a howitzer both linked for one piece selector of the number of tires to be used in the firing so that depending on its position only the firing subset of the harpoon is activated or both the firing subset of the harpoon and the firing subset of a howitzer that is associated with the second is activated. rubber.

To be able to manipulate the selector piece of the number of tires with which to shoot, on the rifle there is at least one perforation on which to insert a selection accessory.

Thanks to the rifle object of the invention, it is achieved in a simple and easy way to be able to select just before making the shot the propulsion force with which it is desired to leave the harpoon, if with the force of a rubber only or with the force of two rubber bands In this way the force of the shot is adjusted to the size and distance of the fish to be captured, being much more effective in the final result.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the proposed invention is described below. In Figure 1 we can see that the rifle object of the invention comprises a selector device (1) of the number of tires with which it is desired to fire the rifle, in addition to a trigger trigger of the harpoon (7) and a harpoon (3) or rod, which is an element propelled by rubber action.

Also, a first rubber (4) provided with a retaining element (4.1) housed in a first notch (3.1) of the harpoon (3) is shown on the rifle, a second rubber (5) is also shown, comprising an element of retention (5.1) housed in a second notch (3.2) of the harpoon (3) and a howitzer (6), howitzer means the set of pieces that hold the rubber (4) to the rod-harpoon (3) and the rubber (5) to the trigger (12) of the howitzer, while the howitzer (6) ends in the form of a rod capable of being retained and releasable inside the selector device (1).

In the housing in direct contact with the selector device (1) there is at least one hole (18) through which to access the interior of the selector device and act on a selector piece (10) of the number of tires with which it is to be shoot.

Figure 2 shows the interior of the selector device (1), which, as we can see, has a firing subset of the harpoon and a firing subset of the howitzer (6).

The selector piece (10) of the number of tires with which to shoot the harpoon is shown in figure 5 where it can be seen that it has a first section (16) more elongated of a second section (17) defining the different length a step (15 ) and it will depend on how high or not the selector piece (10) is that the harpoon is fired with a rubber band or with two rubber bands.

Figure 6 shows the howitzer (6) and the means used to connect with the ends of the second rubber (5), comprising:

- a pair of arms (20) that at the end of union with the free end of the second rubber (5) have nuts (20.1) that act as a stop, said union being with the ends of the rubber in caps (21 ) where these tires are screwed.

- A retaining element (5.1) that has a "U" shape and is connected by joints (5.2) with the free ends of the arms (20) and which in its central part has a recess (5.3) to engage in the harpoon (3).

- A piece (18) in which the front end of the howitzer (6) is fixed and which has a recess (18.1) that serves to house a spring (19) and at the opposite end another second cavity (18.2) where it is fixed the front end of the howitzer (6).

- A cover (22) used to accommodate the fixing part (18) of the front end of the howitzer and which is arranged on the retaining element (5.1).

- the howitzer (6) that has a recess (6.1) at its free end, close to its front end, has a thread (6.3) on which to adjust the position of a nut (6.4) and free front end (6.2) fixed in the recess (18.2) of the piece (18).

Thanks to the presence of the spring (19) there is some clearance to facilitate the coupling of the connecting element (5.1) to the harpoon (3) once the harpoon (3) is retained by the harpoon trigger (8) and the Howitzer (6) is held by the shutter release button (12).

Therefore, the harpoon (3) must have certain measures between the notches (3.2) and (3.3) for each model of howitzer (6).
