在实际使用时,上述双卡移动终端是基于前述单通方案的双卡移动终端,上述第一时延值可以由用户根据时延体验级别进行设置,在设置时,移动终端可以在设置界面提供多种时延值供用户选择,例如,200ms、400ms等时延值。
(2)如果使用情况包括应用场景,当应用场景为游戏场景和/或视频场景时,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。
其中,上述应用场景可以是移动终端在连网状态下,用户使用移动终端的场景,如游戏场景,视频场景等,其中,视频场景可以包括视频播放、视频下载以及在线视频聊天等,不同的视频场景,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的 操作也不相同。
基于上述控制过程,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作的步骤可以包括:在第一指定时长内,停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络,由于此时副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式,当停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络时,可以将副USIM卡限制在该低制式网络模式,避免副USIM卡搜索高制式网络时占用射频天线的资源。
在实际使用时,本发明实施例提供的搜网控制方法还包括根据使用情况设置第一指定时长,例如,当上述双卡移动终端的主USIM卡在数据连网下处于游戏场景时,用户可以设置第一指定时长,如1小时,使得在较长一段时间内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络,避免副USIM卡搜索高制式网络时占用射频天线资源,使游戏场景出现卡顿的现象。
进一步,当第一指定时长结束后,如果双卡移动终端持续监测到处于游戏场景,可以继续停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;当用户提前退出游戏场景时,用户可以手动结束停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的状态,也可以在第一指定时长结束后,由移动终端自动退出停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的状态。
除上述停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的情形外,上述限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作的过程还可以包括:设置限制标识为预设的禁用值,该禁用值的持续时长为第二指定时长;在限制标识为禁用值期间,停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
例如,如果主USIM卡在数据连网下处于游戏场景,且副USIM卡注册了GSM低制式,此时,双卡移动终端能够设置副USIM卡的限制标识,禁用副USIM卡的高制式网络搜索动作,避免副USIM卡搜索网络占用射频天线资源。此时,副USIM卡不需要长时间占用射频天线资源搜索网络,只会占用少量射频天线资源监听寻呼,不会引起主USIM卡数据时延超标,使主USIM卡的业务体验更加流畅。
在实际使用时,上述第二指定时长,也可以根据使用情况进行设置,本发明实施例对此不进行限制。
为了便于对上述搜网控制方法进行理解,以上述使用情况包括主USIM卡的数据处理时延为例进行说明,如图3所示的另一种搜网控制方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
步骤S302,如果副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式,监测主USIM卡的使用 情况;
步骤S304,如果使用情况包括主USIM卡的数据处理时延,根据数据处理时延设置限制时长;
步骤S306,在限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
其中,上述数据处理时延可以按照步骤S202中所述的通过移动终端的网速测试程序获取,此时,双卡移动终端根据使用情况控制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作包括根据数据处理时延设置限制时长,并在限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
具体实现时,上述根据数据处理时延设置限制时长的步骤包括以下情形:
(1)当数据处理时延大于设定的第二时延值,且小于设定的第三时延值,设置限制时长为第三指定时长;
其中,该第二时延值与前述第一时延值可以相同,也可以不同,具体以实际使用情况为准。
(2)当数据处理时延大于设定的第三时延值,且小于设定的第四时延值,设置限制时长为第四指定时长。
(3)当数据处理时延大于设定的第四时延值,设置限制时长为第五指定时长。
通常,为了便于移动终端根据数据处理时延合理地设置限制时长,上述第二时延值到第四时延值可以依次增加,以便于双卡移动终端根据获取到的数据处理时延设置限制时长。
例如,上述第二时延值可以设置成200ms,第三时延值设置成400ms,第四时延值设置成800ms,相应地,第三指定时长可以设置成10分钟,第四指定时长设置成20分钟,第五指定时长设置成1小时。当数据处理时延大于200ms小于400ms时,可以在限制时长10分钟内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;当数据处理时延大于400ms小于800ms时,可以在限制时长20分钟内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;当数据处理时延大于800ms时,可以在限制时长1小时内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
通过上述设置方式,可以在数据处理时延较小时,在较短的限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络,当数据处理时延较大时,在较长的限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络,以避免引起主USIM卡的数据时延超标,保证主USIM卡的业务体验更加流畅。
应当理解,上述设置方式仅仅是本发明实施例的一种优选形式,除上述设置方式外,其时延值和指定时长的设置方式可以有多种,如时延值还可以按照依次减小的顺序,此时,对应设置的限制时长也依次减小,进一步,上述数据处理时延还可以设置更多的区间,具体以实际使用情况为准,本发明实施例对此不进行限制。
图3是以上述使用情况包括主USIM卡的数据处理时延为例,对搜网控制方法进行说明,具体实现时,上述使用情况还包括主USIM卡的应用场景,具体地,当应用场景为游戏场景时,双卡移动终端可以在第六指定时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;当应用场景为视频场景时,双卡移动终端可以在第七指定时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;其中,第六指定时长与第七指定时长可以相同,也可以不同,进一步,该第六指定场景和第七指定场景与前述第一指定时长可以相同,也可以不同,具体可以根据实际使用情况进行设置,本发明实施例对此不进行限制。
在实际使用时,上述监测主USIM卡的使用情况的过程,除监测主USIM卡的数据处理时延;和/或,主USIM卡的应用场景以外,还可以监测主USIM卡的网络资源占用率,具体地,如图4所示的另一种搜网控制方法的流程图,包括以下步骤:
步骤S402,如果副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式,监测主USIM卡的使用情况;
步骤S404,如果使用情况包括主USIM卡的网络资源占用率,获取该网络资源占用率;
步骤S406,当网络资源占用率低于设定的占用阈值时,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。
具体地,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作可以包括:根据网络资源占用率设置限制时长;在限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。其中,此时的限制时长也可以根据实际使用情况进行设置,本发明实施例对此不进行限制。
通常,上述网络资源占用率可以通过检测主USIM卡的网速的方式获得,例如,当网速较高时,表示网络资源占用率较高,当网速较低时,表示网络资源占用率较低,此时,上述占用阈值也可以根据网络资源占用率与网速的对应 关系获得。
具体实现时,上述网络资源占用率与网速的对应关系可以原先存储在双卡移动终端的指定位置,如某个寄存器中,以便于移动至终端进行调用。因此,当前用户使用该双卡移动终端的主USIM卡进行连网操作时,可以通过监测网速的方式监测网络资源占用率,当网络资源占用率低于设定的占用阈值时,说明此时主USIM卡的数据连网状态不是很流畅,当用户进行游戏或者视频时,可能会出现卡顿现象,因此,此时可以采取限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作,避免副USIM卡占用较多的射频天线资源搜索网络,以使主USIM卡的业务体验更加流畅。
考虑到移动终端的位置会出现更新的情况,同时,也避免使副USIM卡长时间处于低制式状态,上述方法还包括:如果移动终端发生位置更新,且副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作处于受限制状态时,解除副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作的受限制状态。
具体地,移动终端的位置更新时,往往会导致处于LTE网络制式下的主USIM卡的跟踪区TA(Tracking Area,跟踪区)发生变化,即跟踪区更新。该跟踪区的更新过程是LTE网络制式下的重要过程,目的是通知网络当前移动终端所在的位置,其跟踪区更新过程是否能够及时发起,直接影响了LTE制式下移动终端的稳定性,因此,在移动终端发生位置更新,导致跟踪区发生变化,且副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作处于受限制状态时,会采取解除副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作的受限制状态,以使副USIM卡在主USIM卡跟踪区更新过程中有机会注册到高制式网络。
本发明实施例提供的一种搜网控制方法,能够应用于配置有主USIM卡和副USIM卡的双卡移动终端,并在副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式时,监测主USIM卡的使用情况;进而根据使用情况控制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作,有效缓解了主USIM卡进行业务操作时,由于副USIM卡对射频天线资源的占用导致的业务流畅性降低的问题,不仅提高了主USIM卡的业务操作效率,也有助于提高用户的体验度。
在上述搜网控制方法的基础上,本发明实施例还提供了一种搜网控制装置,该装置设置于配置有主USIM卡和副USIM卡的双卡移动终端,如图5所示的一种搜网控制装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,该装置包括:
监测模块50,用于如果副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式,监测主USIM卡 的使用情况;
控制模块52,用于根据使用情况控制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。
具体实现时,上述监测模块用于:监测主USIM卡的数据处理时延;和/或,监测主USIM卡的应用场景。
上述控制模块52用于:如果使用情况包括数据处理时延,当数据处理时延大于设定的第一时延值,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作;如果使用情况包括应用场景,当应用场景为游戏场景和/或视频场景时,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。
具体地,上述控制模块52还用于:在第一指定时长内,停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
图6示出了上述搜网控制装置的另一种结构示意图,除图5所示的结构外,上述装置还包括:
第一设置模块54,用于根据使用情况设置第一指定时长。
具体实现时,上述控制模块52还用于:设置限制标识为预设的禁用值,禁用值的持续时长为第二指定时长;在限制标识为禁用值期间,停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
上述装置还包括:第二设置模块56,用于根据使用情况设置第二指定时长。
上述控制模块52还用于:如果使用情况包括主USIM卡的数据处理时延,根据数据处理时延设置限制时长;在限制时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;
具体地,当数据处理时延大于设定的第二时延值,且小于设定的第三时延值,设置限制时长为第三指定时长;当数据处理时延大于设定的第三时延值,且小于设定的第四时延值,设置限制时长为第四指定时长;当数据处理时延大于设定的第四时延值,设置限制时长为第五指定时长。
进一步,上述控制模块52还用于:如果使用情况包括主USIM卡的应用场景,当应用场景为游戏场景时,在第六指定时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;当应用场景为视频场景时,在第七指定时长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
具体实现时,上述控制模块52还用于:如果使用情况包括主USIM卡的网络资源占用率,当网络资源占用率低于设定的占用阈值时,限制副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。具体地,根据网络资源占用率设置限制时长;在限制时 长内停止副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
在图6所示的示意图中,上述装置还包括:解除模块58,用于如果移动终端发生位置更新,且副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作处于受限制状态时,解除副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作的受限制状态。
本发明实施例提供的搜网控制装置,与上述实施例提供的搜网控制方法具有相同的技术特征,所以也能解决相同的技术问题,达到相同的技术效果。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端配置有主USIM卡和副USIM卡,包括处理器和存储器,存储器用于存储支持处理器执行上述搜网控制方法的程序,处理器被配置为用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序。
图7示出了一种移动终端的示意图,该移动终端包括:射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路710、存储器720、输入单元730、显示单元740、传感器750、音频电路760、无线保真(wireless fidelity,WiFi)模块770、处理器780、以及电源790等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7中示出的移动终端的示意图并不构成对移动终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
具体地,RF电路710可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,接收到基站的下行信息后,给处理器780处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路710包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路710还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
存储器720可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的搜网控制方法以及装置对应的程序指令/模块,处理器780通过运行存储在存储器720的软件程序以及模块,从而执行移动终端的各种功能应用以及数据处理,如本发明实施例提供的搜网控制方法。存储器720可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据移动终端的使用 所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器720可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元730可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与移动终端的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元730可包括触控面板731以及其他输入设备732。触控面板731,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板731上或在触控面板731附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板731可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器780,并能接收处理器780发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板731。除了触控面板731,输入单元730还可以包括其他输入设备732。具体地,其他输入设备732可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元740可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动终端的各种菜单。显示单元740可包括显示面板741,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板741。进一步的,触控面板731可覆盖显示面板741,当触控面板731检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器780以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器780根据触摸事件的类型做处理。虽然在图7中,触控面板731与显示面板741是作为两个独立的部件来实现移动终端的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板731与显示面板741集成而实现移动终端的输入和输出功能。
移动终端还可包括至少一种传感器750,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板741的亮度,接近传感器可在移动终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板741和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相 关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;移动终端还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路760、扬声器761,传声器762可提供用户与移动终端之间的音频接口。音频电路760可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器761,由扬声器761转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器762将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路760接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器780处理后,经RF电路710以发送给比如另一移动终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器720以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,移动终端通过WiFi模块770可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图7示出了WiFi模块770,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于移动终端的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器780是移动终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个移动终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器720内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器720内的数据,执行移动终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对移动终端进行整体监控。可选的,处理器780可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器780可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信信号。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器780中。
移动终端还包括给各个部件供电的电源790(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器780逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
可以理解,图7所示的结构仅为示意,移动终端还可包括比图7中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图7所示不同的配置。图7中所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或其组合实现。
本发明实施例所提供的搜网控制方法、装置及移动终端的计算机程序产品,包括存储了程序代码的计算机可读存储介质,所述程序代码包括的指令可用于执行前面方法实施例中所述的方法,具体实现可参见方法实施例,在此不再赘述。

  14. 一种搜网控制装置,其中,所述装置设置于配置有主USIM卡和副USIM卡的双卡移动终端,所述装置包括:
    监测模块,用于如果所述副USIM卡处于低制式网络模式,监测所述主USIM 卡的使用情况;
    控制模块,用于根据所述使用情况控制所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述监测模块用于:
    监测所述主USIM卡的数据处理时延;和/或,监测所述主USIM卡的应用场景;和/或,
    所述控制模块用于:
    如果所述使用情况包括数据处理时延,当所述数据处理时延大于设定的第一时延值,限制所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作;

    所述控制模块还用于:
    在第一指定时长内,停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;和/或,
    所述装置还包括:第一设置模块,用于根据所述使用情况设置所述第一指定时长;和/或,
    所述控制模块还用于:
    设置限制标识为预设的禁用值,所述禁用值的持续时长为第二指定时长;
    在所述限制标识为所述禁用值期间,停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;和/或,
    所述装置还包括:第二设置模块,用于根据所述使用情况设置所述第二指定时长。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述控制模块用于:
    如果所述使用情况包括所述主USIM卡的数据处理时延,根据所述数据处理时延设置限制时长;
    在所述限制时长内停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;和/或,
    所述控制模块还用于:
    当所述数据处理时延大于设定的第二时延值,且小于设定的第三时延值,设置限制时长为第三指定时长;
    当所述数据处理时延大于设定的第三时延值,且小于设定的第四时延值,设置所述限制时长为第四指定时长;
    当所述数据处理时延大于设定的第四时延值,设置所述限制时长为第五指 定时长。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述控制模块还用于:
    如果所述使用情况包括所述主USIM卡的应用场景,当所述应用场景为游戏场景时,在第六指定时长内停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络;
    当所述应用场景为视频场景时,在第七指定时长内停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述控制模块还用于:
    如果所述使用情况包括所述主USIM卡的网络资源占用率,当所述网络资源占用率低于设定的占用阈值时,限制所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络的操作;和/或,
    所述控制模块还用于:
    根据所述网络资源占用率设置限制时长;
    在所述限制时长内停止所述副USIM卡搜索高制式网络。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    解除模块,用于如果所述移动终端发生位置更新,且所述副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作处于受限制状态时,解除所述副USIM卡的搜索高制式网络的操作的受限制状态。
  20. 一种移动终端,其中,所述移动终端配置有主USIM卡和副USIM卡,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储支持处理器执行权利要求1~13任一项所述的方法的程序,所述处理器被配置为用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序。
