Abstract

The invention is related to a portable sharing device which performs data exchange with a cloud system after the device is introduced to this predetermined cloud system, and which connects to all devices operating with digital data and enables the required transmission and sharing of the data both in its own memory and also the data it accesses via the cloud system by transmitting the data to the said device. More than one device of the invention can subscribe to the cloud system (10) and the said devices can perform data exchange both via the subscribed cloud system and also in a direct manner.

Description

PORTABLE DATA TRANSMISSION AND SHARING DEVICE
Subject of the Invention
The invention is related to a data transfer device with a size appropriate for carrying inside a pocket and which can be plugged in and out during the operation, which enables the connection of the external hardwares with technological devices such as computers and tablets and the said technological devices with each other by the virtue of the cloud system, which is an online storage method which is preferred for data storage. When the device of the invention connects to another electronic device preferably via a USB (Universal Serial Bus), it connects the electronic device it is connected to, to any cloud system that is subscribed to via a wireless communication system (preferably via GSM) or with another device to which the device of the invention is connected to (i.e. it connects at least two devices of the invention to each other). It is related to a data sharing device, which enables more than one devices of the invention which have the same subscription transmit data via the cloud system or transmit data directly to the other devices to which the said devices are connected, in a medium where there is a wireless receiver transmitter system. Due to the modules it includes, the device of the invention has a technological function which enables the data transmission and sharing between the devices via a special cloud system, by being plugged into any technological device including a USB memory inlet.
Prior Art
Today, storing data and files is a basic necessity for every individual who has access to the technology. However; storing the files in devices such as computers, phones and tablets can cause consumption of memory spaces in these devices. In addition to that, some problems occurring in these devices can result in the loss of these data. Therefore, in order to prevent all these; cloud technology is introduced to our lives. Cloud technology, in the most basic terms, is an online storage service which provides ease in process by web based applications which require no installation. The complete service of storing all applications, programs and data in a virtual machine in the internet and providing ease in access to information, programs and data by any device that is connected to internet in any location is called cloud technology.
In the prior art, the use of cloud technology is merely observed as creating the access by a user's name and password in devices such as computers, tablets and phones, which have internet connection.
Regarding the prior art, it is predicted to send advertisement to the clients via a web communicating via the cloud and receive their responses in an international patent with number WO2016085456, which is owned by the USA Apple Inc. company.
Regarding the prior art, data transmission and sharing via cloud systems is described in an American patent with number US2016316500, which is applied commonly by Apple Inc. and Bodhi Tech. Ventures LLC Corp. Trust Center. This patent is actually a patent regarding the cloud system. However, it does not describe devices working under the cloud systems and it does not comprise these devices.
Again, regarding the prior art, another American patent with number US2016262205, which is applied by the Apple Inc. company, describes how the cloud system operates via a wireless network.
Another patent regarding prior art is by Finlandia Nokia Technologies OY and ABD Nokia USD Inc companies and is numbered WO2016085456. This international patent describes a method which controls if the communication is still valid by having a digital device, which is connected to another point, sends a short data piece to the cloud at intervals via wireless network and receives feedback.
In addition to the patents described above, patents regarding laboratory management, vehicle monitoring, device management and other management and monitoring subjects via cloud systems exist. However, none of these is a portable device which does not include any control or programming interface on itself. In addition, the access of all the said devices is performed via wireless webs and none of these devices use GSM (global system for mobile communications) which is a mobile communication system. Technical Problems the Invention Aims to Solve
The invention describes a portable transmission and sharing device performing data communication with a cloud system, after being introduced to a predetermined cloud system via a wireless communication system and preferably GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications) and performing data transmission and sharing, without requiring a wireless web or a smart device such as a computer. More than one device with the same subscription account can exist in the cloud system. By this subscription, the devices of the invention are enabled to transmit data to each other or to the other connected devices via the system or directly. In addition, the device of the invention has its own memory. As a result of this, the device of the invention can perform the data transmissions stated below without requiring a smart device such as a computer. Another aim and advantage of the device of the invention is that it enables the data communication in a safe manner without connecting to wireless connections and without requiring wireless webs such as GSM, by the virtue of using a wireless communication medium which is not internet. Therefore, data can be accessed in all environments, not only in mediums where there is internet connection. In addition, the fact that the device is a USB (Universal Serial Bus) Memory enables the device to be plugged in all kinds of electronic devices with USB ports and enables access to the data.
Another advantage of the invention is that the device also functions as a safety key due to the fact that the access of the users subscribed to the cloud system to the cloud server is only provided via the device of the invention. Of course, users can access the cloud via computers or smart phones.
Another advantage of the invention is that, since there can be more than one device with the same subscription, a user in another location with the same subscription can use the same data simultaneously when any device such as television, computer, tablet etc. is plugged into the device of the invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention is an mediator system and/or hardware which is used in data communication and it is related to orientation of electronic devices in different locations with each other or with a cloud system that these devices subscribe to and it is designed that the data communication can be performed not only with the device via which the access to the system is performed, but also with all technological devices with USB ports and the cloud. By this data communication system, cloud system or other selected devices which are remote can be used by a portable device. In addition to that, it is known that the access to the cloud is performed via a subscription by connecting to an internet server. The present invention can perform data communication via GSM or RF (radio frequency) after it is primarily introduced to a predetermined cloud system and it is obvious that the device will not require an internet connection afterwards.
The sharing device (2) of the invention is a device which enables the users to carry the cloud data in mobile manner at all times by performing orientation of the cloud system, which eliminates the memory problem in data storage, with a portable device. In addition, the device of the invention includes at least one Memory (4). The system, basically uses the Sharing device (2) which is located between the Cloud main processor (1 ) in the cloud system and the Electronic data processing device (3) for purposes of data communication designed for data processing, sharing and similar electronic and digital data communication. Flowever, for the purposes of clarity in description, only“sharing device” term is preferred to be used. The device of the invention (2), of which the usage is shown in Figure 1 and the internal structure and its elements are shown in Figure 2, includes at least one microprocessor (5) to manage the system, at least one memory (4) for storage of data and a GSM or RF module (6), at least one notification device (7) for monitoring the steps of the processes being performed and at least one rechargeable or non-rechargeable electric power source (8) which provides the energy that is required for these parts to operate.
The sharing device (2) of the invention in the most basic terms is a device which can transmit data from one medium to another and can store these data in the memory (4) it has for further usage. The said device can transmit data which it receives from other media including the cloud to devices which can process electronic data such as computer, tablet, telephone, television etc. or to the cloud or to another device of the invention, either right after the reception of the data or after it stores the data it received.
As it can be seen in the conceptual design of Figure 1 , the sharing device (2) of the invention is used by being located between a Cloud main processor (1 ) in the cloud system and an Electronic data processing device (3). Flowever; the sharing device (2) is not only located between the cloud main processor (1 ) and the electronic data processing device (3); when desired, it can be also located between the cloud main processor (1 ) and another sharing device (2), between the electronic data processing device (3) and another sharing device (2), or between a different sharing device (2) and another sharing device (2) or in a manner to be directly connected with these. Flere, the term“being directly connected” means a connection with at least two connections in a manner that it is between itself and one another device rather than any two devices. This connection can be wired or wireless. The sharing device (2) transmits the data it received from the previously subscribed Cloud main processor (1 ) to the devices with USB ports such as Electronic data processing device (3). If desired, this data transmission can be performed with wireless communication systems and not with the USB port. In Figure 2, for the clarity, the data transmission is shown to happen the cloud system (1 ), the sharing device (2) and the Electronic data processing device (3); however this transmission can also happen between the cloud system (1 ), the sharing device (2) and devices such as phones, tablets, televisions, facility control units, remote control devices etc. as shown in the web system in Figure 3. By the sharing device (2) of the invention, the data transmission is performed only from the subscribed cloud (1 ) to the other devices and data transmission from these devices to the Cloud main processor (1 ) is also provided bidirectionally.
The sharing device (2) of the invention has a subscription on the Cloud main processor
(1 ). This subscription is related to an IP (internet protocol) number in the sharing device
(2). More than one devices of the invention can have the same subscription number. The portable data transmission and sharing device (2) includes at least one Memory (4), at least one Microprocessor (5) , at least one GSM or RF module (6), at least one Notification device (7), at least one electric power resource (8). GSM or RF module (6) is a communication module and other channels or technologies can be used for the communication. The software (9) is a preferably embedded software which enables the operation of the system. These portable data transmission and sharing devices (2) can access the cloud main processor (1 ) individually or together and can send data to this medium from memory (4) or receive data. The device of the invention (2) which has a physical shape of a USB Memory, can transmit the data from its own memory (4) or which receives from the cloud (1 ) at that instant to another electronic data processing device (3) or any device with a USB port. It can load data to its own memory (4) during this operation or it can transmit the data without storing, or it can receive new data by emptying the memory (4) if its own memory(4) is full. Flere, of course the Sharing device (2) can be used as an Electronic data processing device (3) as seen in Figure 3.
The notification device (7) seen in Figure 2, provides the notification of the process steps being performed and produces at least one of the warnings to capture the users attention such as audial notification or visual notification such as light. The electric power that is required for the notification device (7) and the other parts to operate is provided by at least one rechargeable or non-rechargeable electronic power source (8) which can be located inside the sharing device (2) or which can be connected to the sharing device (2) externally.
Application of the Invention in the Industry
The portable data transmission and sharing device of the invention provides a safe and easy method regarding data storage, data back-up, sharing and transmission. The said device is designed in a manner to be used in all electronic devices with a USB port. It is possible to widen the area of usage by altering the USB memory design. It is possible to enable the storage and transmission of data which are too big for the capacity that is provided by the cloud system that the subscription is performed to.

Claims

1. The invention is a portable data transmission and sharing device (2); wherein; the sharing device (2) is located between the cloud main processor (1 ) to which the subscription is done and to which the device is introduced and the electronic data processing device (3) and the said sharing device (2) includes at least one
GSM or RF module (6) enabling the data transmission, at least one microprocessor (5) managing the system, at least one memory (4) in which the data is stored, at least one notification device (7) which enables the monitoring of the process steps and at least one rechargable or non-rechargable electric power source (8) which provides the energy that is required for these parts to operate.
2. A portable data transmission and sharing device (2) according to Claim 1 ; wherein, the sharing device (2) has a subscription on the cloud main processor (1 ) and the said subscription is related to an IP (internet protocol) number in the said sharing device (2).
3. A portable data transmission and sharing device (2) according to Claim 1 ; wherein, the sharing device (2) is not only located between the cloud main processor (1 ) and the electronic data processing device (3); when desired, it can be also located between the cloud main processor (1 ) and another sharing device (2), between the electronic data processing device (3) and another sharing device (2), or between a different sharing device (2) and another sharing device (2) or in a manner to be connected with these.
