Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil respiratoire destiné à être utilisé dans un environnement contaminé, l'appareil comprenant un masque facial comprenant un masque bucco-nasal configuré pour entourer le nez et la bouche d'un utilisateur, le masque bucco-nasal ayant un joint interne s'étendant autour d'une périphérie du masque bucco-nasal et configuré pour venir en butée contre le visage d'un utilisateur autour du nez et de la bouche d'un utilisateur ; et une visière reliée au masque bucco-nasal ; une partie de masque supérieure configurée pour s'étendre autour de la visière et entourer les yeux d'un utilisateur ; une cagoule comprenant : une ouverture de cou à travers laquelle la tête d'un utilisateur peut être insérée ; et une ouverture faciale ; le masque facial étant disposé à l'intérieur de l'ouverture faciale et l'ouverture faciale de la cagoule étant scellée autour du masque facial ; et le masque bucco-nasal comprenant en outre un conduit d'expiration configuré pour évacuer l'air expiré par l'utilisateur dans la cagoule à l'extérieur du masque facial.
