Technical field
The present disclosure relates to the field of air conditioning technology, and in particular, to a mobile air conditioner.
Background technique
Compared with the traditional vertical air conditioners and hanging air conditioners, the mobile air conditioners are smaller and do not need to be installed. They are easy to move and can be placed in different positions in the house. When the top of the mobile air conditioner is out of the air, the condensed water will be condensed on the top plate. When the condensed water is accumulated too much, it will flow down the side wall or panel of the mobile air conditioner, causing inconvenience to the user.
The mobile air conditioner has a chassis, and the chassis can be divided into four areas according to its water channel, namely: a water level control area, a water absorption area, a water tank area and a water pumping area. The water tank area is connected with the water absorption area and the water pumping area, and the water tank area is used for buffering the water on the chassis. The water in the water pumping area can be pumped to the condenser fins by the water wheel, and the water in the water absorption area is pumped out. Whether the structural design of the mobile air-conditioning chassis is reasonable will directly affect the use efficiency, service life, and duration of use of the mobile air conditioner.

First embodiment
The present invention provides a mobile air conditioner including a chassis structure. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the chassis structure includes: a water absorption area 321, a water level control area 313, a water tank area 322, and a water catching area 330; Also includes:
一连接通道3925,设置于吸水区321与水槽区322之间,用于吸水区321与水槽区322的连接;a connecting channel 3925 is disposed between the water absorbing area 321 and the water tank area 322 for connecting the water absorbing area 321 and the water tank area 322;
At least one water retaining rib 3926, which is parallel to the cross section of the connecting passage, is disposed at an arbitrary position in the axial direction of the connecting passage 3925 for isolating the water absorbing area 321 from the water tank area 322.
The water absorbing zone 321 is separated from the water tank area 322 by the water retaining rib 3926, so that the water tank area 322 can store a certain amount of accumulated water. When the condenser is working, the water accumulated in the water tank area 322 can be preferentially concentrated to the water collecting area, and the water is pumped. The wheel hits the fins of the condenser, which can also effectively prevent the backwater from flowing back to the water absorption zone 321, so that when the water wheel is working, the phenomenon of insufficient condensed water in the watering area 321 is avoided, resulting in unnecessary waiting. time.
Preferably, the bottom of the suction zone 321 is provided with a recess 323. The advantage of this arrangement is that the suction zone 321 is provided with a recess 323 which can effectively buffer a portion of the accumulated water when there is too much water.
Preferably, the water retaining rib 3926 comprises two arrangements. First, the water retaining rib 3926 and the connecting channel 3925 are integral, and the water retaining rib 3926 does not need to be separately manufactured, which reduces the processing procedure and avoids the water retaining rib 3926. The extra cost wasted by manufacturing alone. Secondly, the water retaining rib 3926 is a self-contained structure that cooperates with at least one plug portion 320 provided on the connecting passage 3925, and the water absorbing portion 321 is changed by inserting the water retaining rib 3926 into the different plug portion 320. With the size of the area of the sink area 322, the amount of water storage is adjusted.
Second embodiment:
如上述所述的移动空调器,本实施例与其不同之处在于,结合图6、图7所示,底盘结构还包括:汇聚部332,其用于将水槽区322和打水区330连接,其位于打水区330和水槽区322之间,并靠近打水区330的汇聚口331;The mobile air conditioner as described above is different from the embodiment in that, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the chassis structure further includes: a convergence portion 332 for connecting the water tank area 322 and the water-removing area 330. It is located between the water hitting area 330 and the water tank area 322, and is adjacent to the converging port 331 of the water hitting area 330;
The converging portion 332 is a concave structure having a low circumference in the middle, and the arrangement is advantageous in that the accumulated water is preferentially introduced into the converging portion 332 before the accumulated water enters the water collecting portion 330, so that the accumulated water is partially buffered in the converging portion 332; Relieve the speed at which the accumulated water enters the water-storing area 330 and reduce the load on the water wheel.
330。Preferably, the concave structure of the convergence portion 332 is composed of a plurality of converging surfaces, and the converging surface includes: a converging surface 336, a converging surface 337, a converging surface 338, and a converging surface 339, and the four converging surfaces are reversed. The time-of-needle combination is spliced, the convergence surfaces are all inclined, and the adjacent convergence surfaces are each presented with a certain angle, and all the convergence surfaces intersect at the convergence point 333. This arrangement has the advantage that a portion of the accumulated water can be buffered in the converging portion 332 before entering the water hitting area 330; at the same time, the speed at which the accumulated water flows into the water hitting area 330 can be slowed down. Further, the angle between the adjacent converging surfaces is 174 degrees - 178 degrees. The advantage of such an arrangement is that the angle between the adjacent converging surfaces is prevented from being too large, so that the entire converging surface is rendered flat, and the water accumulation cannot be effectively buffered; on the other hand, the sandwich between the adjacent converging portions 332 is prevented. The angle is too small, causing the entire convergence portion 332 to be too deep, and too much water is accumulated in the buffer, so that the accumulated water cannot enter the watering area 330 in time.
Preferably, the inclined direction of the converging surface 336 and the converging surface 338 is inclined from the water tank portion 322 to the converging portion 332 from high to low, thereby preferentially guiding the water at the water tank portion 322 to the converging portion 332, thereby making the chassis The water preferentially flows to the watering area 330.
Preferably, the convergence surface is a plane, and all the convergence surfaces intersect at the convergence point 333. The advantage of this arrangement is that it facilitates the forming of the converging surface.
Preferably, the converging surface is a curved surface, and all of the converging surfaces intersect at the converging point 333 to provide better cushioning of the accumulated water flowing into the converging portion 332. Further, the concave structure of the converging portion 332 is presented as a round bottom pot-shaped structure, so that the accumulated water can buffer a part of the accumulated water in the converging portion 332 before entering the water hitting area 330; at the same time, the stagnant water can be slowed down into the water hitting area 330. speed. In addition, the design of the round bottom also avoids the accumulation of sediment at a point that is difficult to clean.
Preferably, a water blocking block 335 is disposed between the converging portion 332 and the water-removing area 330, and the converging portion 332 is separated from the water-removing area 330. The water blocking block 335 is provided with a converging port 331, a converging port 331 and a converging point 333. The positions are staggered from each other, so that the accumulated water can flow directly from the convergence point 333 into the water-storing area 330, thereby functioning as a better water storage buffer.
331。Preferably, a water retaining structure 3310 is disposed between the convergence portion 332 and the water tank region 322, and the water retaining structure 3310 is provided with a water inlet 334. The water inlet 334 and the convergence point 333 are mutually displaced, and the water inlet 334 and the convergence port 331 are positioned. The water is shifted from each other so that the accumulated water passes through the converging point 333 and then flows into the converging port 331 from the converging point 333 to buffer the accumulated water at the converging point 333 to prevent the accumulated water from directly flowing into the converging port 331.
332。Preferably, a water retaining structure 3310 is disposed around the convergence portion 332. The water retaining structure 3310 separates the water tank region 322 from the convergence portion 332. The water retaining structure 3310 defines a plurality of water inlets 334, and the water inlet 334 is disposed at the convergence portion 332. The water level is higher than the convergence point 333, the water inlet 334 is offset from the convergence point 333, and the water inlet 334 and the convergence port 331 are staggered. The advantage of this arrangement is that the accumulated water smoothly enters the converging portion 332 from the sink region 322.
Third embodiment:
如上述所述的移动空调器,本实施例与其不同之处在于,移动空调器还包括一打水结构,其用于将冷凝水挥洒至冷凝器翅片上,结合图1、图8至图10所示,打水结构包括:一打水槽316,其用于积聚冷凝水;至少一打水轮315,其至少部分的容置于打水槽316内,并将打水槽316内积聚的冷凝水进行挥洒;一打水电机317,其与打水轮315连接,并驱动打水轮315转动;打水槽316底面为槽体318,槽体318自两端向中间凹陷,进而形成两侧高中间低的凹槽结构;槽体318的结构形式,能够使流入槽体318的冷凝水聚集在槽体318的底部,有利于消除打水槽316的积水死角,避免部分冷凝水的闲置浪费,使打水轮315能够尽可能的将槽体318内聚集的冷凝水打到冷凝器的翅片上,提高打水轮315的工作效率;The mobile air conditioner as described above is different from the embodiment in that the mobile air conditioner further includes a water-washing structure for squeezing the condensed water onto the condenser fins, in combination with FIG. 1, FIG. 8 to FIG. As shown, the water pumping structure comprises: a dozen water tanks 316 for accumulating condensed water; at least one water wheel 315, at least partially accommodated in the water tank 316, and condensed water accumulated in the water tank 316 The water motor 317 is connected to the water wheel 315 and drives the water wheel 315 to rotate; the bottom surface of the water tank 316 is a tank body 318, and the tank body 318 is recessed from the two ends to the middle, thereby forming a high middle and low side on both sides. The groove structure 318 can be configured to collect the condensed water flowing into the tank body 318 at the bottom of the tank body 318, which is advantageous for eliminating the water stagnant angle of the water tank 316 and avoiding idle waste of part of the condensed water. The water wheel 315 can pump the condensed water accumulated in the tank body 318 to the fins of the condenser as much as possible, thereby improving the working efficiency of the water wheel 315;
Preferably, the groove structure of the groove body 318 is an arc structure conforming to the shape of the water wheel 315.
槽体318包括第一槽段3112和第二槽段3113;第一槽段3112为向下 倾斜的平滑斜面,使得冷凝水能快速地流入打水槽中;第二槽段3113为与打水轮315外形相契合的弧形曲面,第一槽段3112的底端与第二槽段3113的一端平滑连接,第一槽段3112的最底端高于第二槽段3113的最底端,第二槽段3113曲面的底部处于相对槽体318的最低位;The tank body 318 includes a first trough section 3112 and a second trough section 3113; the first trough section 3112 is a downwardly inclined smooth slope so that the condensed water can quickly flow into the water tank; the second trough section 3113 is a water wheel The bottom end of the first slot section 3112 is smoothly connected with one end of the second slot section 3113, and the bottom end of the first slot section 3112 is higher than the bottommost end of the second slot section 3113. The bottom of the curved surface of the two groove segments 3113 is at the lowest position relative to the groove body 318;
较佳的,第二槽段3113的周向形状与打水轮315的周向形状相适应,打水轮315安装在第二槽段3113的底面上方,使得打水轮315的打水效率更高;Preferably, the circumferential shape of the second slot section 3113 is adapted to the circumferential shape of the water wheel 315, and the water wheel 315 is mounted above the bottom surface of the second slot section 3113, so that the water pumping efficiency of the water wheel 315 is further improved. high;
Preferably, the second slot section 3113 is flush with the end of the first slot section 3112 or higher than the other end of the second slot section 3113. Preferably, the first stage liquid level switch 3921 is connected to the liquid level switch fixing bracket 1394 through the connecting rod, so that the first level liquid level switch 3921 is suspended and fixed above the first water storage tank 3947, and the second level liquid level The switch 3922 is connected to the liquid level switch fixing bracket 2944 through the connecting rod 2, so that the second level liquid level switch 3922 is suspended and fixed above the second water storage tank 3948, thereby effectively avoiding the direct connection between the liquid level switch and the chassis. Easy to install and disassemble and repair, avoid unnecessary trouble.
Preferably, the level of the primary alarm is different from the height of the secondary alarm location. The advantage of this setting is that there is a certain time interval between the first level alarm and the second level alarm, so that after the air conditioner first level liquid level switch 3921 triggers the alarm, there is enough time to respond and issue an adjustment command in time. Preferably, the first level liquid level switch 3921 and the second level liquid level switch 3922 may be in the form of a float type liquid level switch or a reed switch liquid level switch.
Preferably, the water storage tank is provided with a water outlet at the bottom of the tank so that the water can be discharged in time in an emergency. The reserve water storage area is provided with a water outlet at the bottom of the tank, which can effectively discharge the accumulated water.
The liquid level switch can also be a multi-stage liquid level switch, and the multi-level liquid level switch 3930 is suspended and fixed above the water storage tank for monitoring the water level of the water storage tank. As shown in FIG. 20, the multi-level liquid level switch includes:
The guiding rod 3936 is presented as a conical column structure, and the sectional area of the conical column structure is gradually decreased along the rising direction of the water level for defining the position of the floating ball 3931 and the float, and guiding the movement of the floating ball 3931 and the float.
浮球3931,呈现为环状结构,环绕于导向杆3936,设置于导向杆3936的截面积最大一侧,当水位上升时,浮球3931沿着导向杆3936向上浮动,当水位下降时,浮球3931沿着导向杆3936下降,直至落回初始位置;The floating ball 3931 is in the form of a ring structure, which surrounds the guiding rod 3936 and is disposed on the largest side of the cross-sectional area of the guiding rod 3936. When the water level rises, the floating ball 3931 floats upward along the guiding rod 3936, and floats when the water level drops. The ball 3931 descends along the guide bar 3936 until it falls back to the initial position;
浮子,数量为1个或多个,均呈现为环状结构,环绕于导向杆3936,沿水位上升方向依次命名为一级浮子3932、二级浮子3933、三级浮子3934,浮子向上按自然数排列顺序依次设置于浮球3931上方,当水位上浮时,浮子沿着导向杆3936上浮,当水位下降时,浮子沿着导向杆3936下降,直至落回初始位置;The floats, in one or more, are in a ring structure, which surrounds the guide rod 3936 and are named as the first stage float 3932, the second stage float 3933, and the third stage float 3934 along the rising direction of the water level. The floats are arranged upward by natural numbers. The sequence is sequentially arranged above the floating ball 3931. When the water level floats, the float floats along the guiding rod 3936. When the water level drops, the float descends along the guiding rod 3936 until it falls back to the initial position;
When the water level of the water storage tank keeps rising and the floating ball 3931 touches the first stage float 3932, the multi-level liquid level switch 3930 triggers an alarm, the speed of the air supply fan becomes slow, the temperature of the condenser rises, and the water removal efficiency increases; when the water level continues to rise The floating ball 3931 drives the first stage float 3932 to continue to float. When the secondary float 3933 is touched, the blowing fan speed is further slowed down, the condenser temperature is increased, and the water removal efficiency is further enhanced; when the water level continues to rise, the floating ball 3931 drives The first stage float 3932 and the second stage float 3933 continue to float. When the third stage float 3934 is touched, the liquid level switch alarms and the mobile air conditioner stops. The advantage of this setting is that the multi-protection mode is adopted to enhance the monitoring of the water level of the storage tank, and at the same time, the air conditioner is multi-adjusted to enhance the protection of the mobile air conditioner.
Preferably, the inner ring of the float comprises a ring 39311 and a second ring 39313, and the area of the second ring 39313 is larger than the area of a ring 39311. The advantage of this arrangement is that since the cross-sectional area of the guide rod 3936 along the rising direction of the water level is gradually reduced, after the float is released from the position, the float is no longer constrained by the guide rod 3936, and the external force assumed by the float when floating up is reduced. resistance.
Preferably, the guide bar 3936 is provided with a guide rail 3937, so that the movement of the float ball 3931 and the float can be better guided, and all the floats can be prevented from rotating or flipping during the movement.
Preferably, a guide groove 39312 is disposed around the inner ring of the float, the width of which coincides with the width of the guide rail 3937, and a gap in which the float moves along the guide rail 3937 is left. The advantage of such an arrangement is that a matching relationship with the guide rail 3937 is achieved, and the guiding effect of the guide rail 3937 is fully utilized.
Preferably, the inner ring of the single float has a different cross-sectional area at different positions along the rising direction of the water level, and has the same cross-sectional area as the position of the guide rod 3936. The advantage of this setting is that each float is in a fixed position, which can accurately sense the position of the liquid level, prevent all the floats from being connected together, and generate unnecessary touches, misleading the alarm of the multi-level liquid level switch 3930. .
Preferably, a gap is left between the float ball 3931 and the float and the adjacent float to prevent the contact of the adjacent float from interfering with the alarm signal. The advantage of this setting is that, according to the speed of the actual water level rise, the distance between adjacent floats is a certain value by the size of the float, and indirectly, a certain response time is left for the next alarm.
Preferably, the guiding rod 3936 is provided with a snap ring 3935, and the snap ring 3935 is disposed above all the floats to limit the float to prevent the float from slipping out.
Preferably, the side of the guide rod 3936 having a smaller cross-sectional area is provided with a connecting rod 3938, which is connected to the multi-stage liquid level switch fixing bracket 3939 through the connecting rod 3938 to realize the connection between the multi-level liquid level switch and the chassis. Avoid the connection between the multi-level liquid level switch and the chassis or the air conditioner side plate. This can avoid the damage caused by frequent disassembly and assembly of the multi-level liquid level switch. Directly disassemble the liquid level switch fixing bracket to achieve multi-level liquid level. Disassembly and assembly of the switch.
Preferably, the inner rings of different floats are different in the rising direction of the water level and at different positions, but the same as the cross-sectional area of the respective guide rods 3936, ensuring that the floats surround different positions of the guide rods 3936.
Preferably, the guide rails 3937 are at least one, and the plurality of guide rails 3937 can better ensure the stability of the float when floating. All the arrays of guide rails 3937 are distributed around the guide rods 3936. The symmetrical structure can ensure the symmetry about the guide rods 3936 when the floats are floating, and further increase the stability during the rise of the floats.
The float can have multiple stages, one, two, three...N-level floats, N is the total number of all floats, and the N-level floats are arranged above the floating ball 3931 in the order of natural numbers, all floats are along the guide rod 3936 Up and down, when the liquid level keeps rising, the float ball 3931 moves upward along the guide rod 3936, sequentially touches the N-stage float and drives all the touched floats to move upward together, and triggers the corresponding N-level alarm signal, when triggering N- When the level 1 signal is used, the speed of the air supply fan becomes slower, the temperature of the condenser rises, and the water removal efficiency increases. When the Nth level signal is triggered, the multi-level liquid level switch 3930 alarms and the mobile air conditioner stops. The advantage of this setting is that the number of floats is adjusted according to the depth of different air conditioning water storage tanks, and the monitoring of the water level of the water storage tank is realized more accurately, and the protection of the air conditioner is enhanced.

A water guiding column 347 is further disposed on the external notch member 346. The second side of the water guiding column 347 is inclined downward and extends to the position of the notch; the water guiding column 347 can guide the water at the end of the external water outlet 342 to the notch to drip.
The outer wall of the external water outlet 342 is also provided with a thread structure, which can be tightly threaded with the water cover, and can also be used for connecting the water guiding pipe, the thread structure is simple, and the connection and sealing effect is good.
In the use state, the inner wall of the external water outlet 342 is inclined downward with respect to the horizontal surface, and the liquid is more likely to flow downward under the action of the inclined surface.
Eighth embodiment:
The mobile air conditioner as described above is different from the embodiment in that, as shown in FIG. 31, at least one supporting rib 633 is disposed in the water tank area 322, and the supporting rib 633 is a plate-like structure connected to the water tank area 322. Bottom; support rib 633 is used to support the condenser placed at the upper portion thereof, while leaving a space for accommodating water to the water tank area 322, and the support rib 633 can block the hot air from blowing through the water tank area 322, so that the hot air is more concentrated. Reduce wind loss on the condenser.
A gap is left between the adjacent support ribs 633 to form an inter-connected drainage channel; the condensed water in the water tank area 322 is prevented from generating a dead water area; the number of the support ribs 633 depends on the size of the space of the water tank area 322.
Ninth embodiment:
As shown in FIG. 32, the mobile air conditioner includes: an upper water tray 1, a middle water tray 2, a chassis structure 3, an evaporator 4, a condenser 5, and a water wheel, wherein the upper water tray 1 is disposed in the mobile air conditioner. The top of the wind volute 11 is for receiving the condensed water of the air outlet volute outlet 12; the middle water receiving tray 2 is installed at the bottom of the evaporator 4 and the air supply volute 11 of the mobile air conditioner for receiving the evaporation of the mobile air conditioner The condensed water on the outer side wall of the air supply volute 11 and the condenser 5 are installed below the middle water tray 2 and fixed on the chassis structure 3 for heating the condensed water on the outer side wall of the condenser 5 to Vaporizing at least a portion of the condensed water; a chassis structure 3 disposed at the bottom of the mobile air conditioner for receiving condensed water diverted from the intermediate water tray 2 and the upper water tray 1 and condensing unvaporized portion on the outer side wall of the condenser 5 Water; water wheel, mounted on the chassis structure 3 of the mobile air conditioner, the water wheel is fixedly installed between any adjacent condenser 5 through the motor shaft of the water pump, and the water pump is used to pass the water wheel Vaporizing part of the condensed water hits the outer side wall of the condenser 5 to make it cold 5 revaporization unvaporized portion of the condensed water.
Specifically, when the mobile air conditioner is in normal operation, such as in the cooling mode, the cold air is in contact with the external hot air at the position of the air outlet 12 to generate condensed water, and the airflow passes through the evaporator 4 of the mobile air conditioner to generate condensed water, and the air supply volute 11 The outer side wall generates condensed water due to heat exchange. Since the temperature of the condensed water generated above is relatively low, the condensed water with low temperature can be fully recycled, and the condensed water is automatically discharged from the mobile air conditioner at the same time, thereby ensuring that the condensed water is automatically discharged from the mobile air conditioner. The mobile air conditioner can continue to operate, and also avoids the user to manually discharge the condensed water generated by the mobile air conditioner, so that the mobile air conditioner is more intelligent, thereby improving the humanized demand of the mobile air conditioner and improving the user experience. Specifically, the condensed water is drained to the outer side wall of the condenser 5 through the structure of the upper water tray 1 and the middle water tray 2, and the low temperature condensed water exchanges heat with the outer wall of the high temperature condenser 5, thereby partially The condensed water is directly vaporized into water vapor for discharge from the mobile air conditioner, which realizes the first recycling of the condensed water; in addition, it can also pass the water wheel that can be operated in conjunction with the compressor in the cooling mode while in the running state. Another portion of the unvaporized part of the condensed water hits the outer side wall of the condenser 5, so that the condensed water is again exchanged with the outer side wall of the condenser 5, thereby achieving the second recycling of the condensed water, and the condensed water can be vaporized again. It is discharged from the mobile air conditioner, thereby realizing the function of automatically discharging the condensed water of the mobile air conditioner without user intervention.
Tenth embodiment:
As shown in FIGS. 33-35, in the present embodiment, the air supply volute 11 is provided with an air outlet 12 at the top of the mobile air conditioner, and the air outlet 12 is provided with an upper water tray 1, and the upper water tray 1 includes a plurality of air deflectors 13 and The rotating shaft 14 and the air guiding plate 13 are fixed to the air outlet 12 through the rotating shaft 14, and the air guiding plate 13 is rotatable through the rotating shaft 14, and the blowing direction of the air from the air outlet 12 is changed by rotating the air guiding plate 13.
The upper water tray 1 further comprises a water collecting device comprising a water accumulating assembly 17 and a water collecting plate 15, the water collecting plate 15 is disposed between the water accumulating assembly 17 and the air outlet 12, and the water collecting plate 15 is fixed at the air outlet One side of the 12, and the upper surface of the water collecting plate 15 and the air outlet 12 are integrally inclined. Preferably, the overall inclination angle is generally 1-2°; specifically, the edge of the air outlet 12 connected to the water collecting plate 15 The height is smaller than the height of the edge of the air outlet 12 away from the water collecting plate 15, that is, the height of the position of the edge of the air outlet 12 increases as the distance from the water collecting plate 15 increases, so the air deflector 13 disposed on the air outlet 12 is also inclined. It is ensured that the condensed water on the air deflector 13 slides down the air deflector 13 to the water collecting plate 15 under the action of its own gravity; likewise, the water collecting plate 15 is inclined, so that the condensed water on the water collecting plate 15 is in its own gravity. The action moves to the inside of the water trap assembly 17.
Preferably, an inclined end surface 16 is disposed at a position where the water collecting plate 15 and the air outlet 12 are connected. The inclined angle of the inclined end surface 16 is generally set to 4-5°, so that the condensed water generated on the air outlet 12 is more likely to slide down onto the water collecting plate 15, thereby improving The water accumulation capacity of the water collecting device.
Since the air outlet 12 continues to blow out and the condensed water flows to the periphery of the air outlet 12, the condensed water is affected by the air flow, so that the collection of the condensed water on the water collecting plate 15 is difficult. When the inclined end face 16 is not provided, the difference in the level of the air outlet 12 with respect to the level of the water collecting plate 15 is small, which may cause the air flow of the air outlet 12 to adversely affect the flow of the condensed water on the water collecting plate 15, even The condensed water can be blown away from the water collecting plate 15 under a large air flow, eventually causing the condensed water to flow down the side wall or panel of the mobile air conditioner. In order to avoid this, in the present embodiment, the arrangement of the inclined end faces 16 causes the water collecting plate 15 to form a concave structure, that is, the horizontal height of the water collecting plate 15 is much lower than the horizontal height of the air outlet 12, avoiding the air outlet. 12 The effect of the blown air flow on the condensed water on the water collecting plate 15.
Under the action of the fan, the air supply volute 11 discharges cold air from the air outlet 12, and the cold air is likely to generate condensed water when it is in contact with the external hot air, and the condensed water will accumulate at the edge position of the air outlet 12 and the wind deflector 13. The condensed water is collected in the water accumulating assembly 17 by the entire inclined surface of the upper surface of the water collecting plate 15 and the air outlet 12.
Eleventh embodiment:
As shown in FIG. 34, on the basis of the tenth embodiment, in the present embodiment, the water accumulating assembly 17 includes a first water tank 171 for receiving and being collected at the air outlet 12 and collected by the water collecting plate 15. Condensed water, the first water tank 171 is provided with a groove structure having a certain depth.
Specifically, after a certain amount of condensed water is collected on the air deflector 13 and the water collecting plate 15, since the upper surface of the water collecting plate 15 and the air outlet 12 are integrally inclined, the final flow of the condensed water to the upper water receiving tray 1 is The lower end of the first water tank 171.
171。The first water tank 171 may be located in a certain orientation of the water collecting plate 15 as long as the condensed water can continue to flow from the wind deflector 13 and the water collecting plate 15 to the first water tank 171 in the orientation. Preferably, the water collecting plate 15 is disposed in a rectangular shape, and a corresponding two edges of the upper end surface of the water collecting plate 15 are respectively connected with the air outlet 12 and the first water tank 171, and the other corresponding edges of the upper end surface of the water collecting plate 15 are provided with a water blocking plate. 172 (the stop water flow flows out from the other direction of the water collecting plate 15 to the upper water receiving tray 1 position), so that the water flow on the water collecting plate 15 can flow only from the edge position of the water collecting plate 15 corresponding to the first water tank 171. Sink 171.
Preferably, the upper water tray 1 is provided with a flow guiding member 173 around the air outlet 12 and the water collecting plate 15. The flow guiding member 173 can be disposed as a guiding groove, and the guiding groove communicates with the first water tank 171. Since the air outlet 12 continues to blow out and the condensed water flows along the air deflector 13, the condensed water is susceptible to wind resistance, so that it is not easy to flow on the water collecting plate 15 by its own gravity, even if the condensed water is less windy. The condensed water will reversely flow along the wind deflector 13 against the self-gravity under the action of the wind; the flow guiding member 173 is arranged to ensure that the condensed water moves to the edge position of the upper drain pan 1 in the case of reverse flow, and the deflector 173 The condensed water may also be received and conducted into the first water tank 171.
By arranging the first water tank 171 in the upper water tray 1 and receiving the condensed water collected by the moving air conditioner roof through the first water tank 171, it is possible to avoid the inconvenience caused to the user by the condensed water flowing down along the air conditioner side wall or the panel.
In view of the small amount of water accumulated in the first water tank 171, once the condensed water is large, the first water tank 171 may quickly fill the condensed water. In this embodiment, in order to solve the problem, the bottom of the first water tank 171 is provided with a water drop hole 174; the water drop hole 174 is provided with a flow guiding assembly, and the condensed water in the first water tank 171 is guided to the bottom of the mobile air conditioner through the flow guiding assembly. On the water wheel.
As shown in FIG. 35, during the downward flow of the condensed water on the air deflector 13, the original flow direction may be changed by the airflow blown from the air outlet 12, so that the path of the condensed water flowing to the water collecting plate 15 will be The offset occurs, which is detrimental to the accumulation of water in the first water tank 171. The cross-sectional shape of the air deflector 13 is set to an arc shape to ensure that the shape of the air deflector 13 has a certain restricting guiding effect on the condensed water when the condensed water is formed on the air deflector 13 to prevent the condensed water from being detached by the air flow. Preferably, the two arc surfaces of the air deflector 13 are provided with guiding ribs 131. The extending direction of the guiding ribs 131 is the same as the direction in which the wind deflecting plate 13 extends. The arrangement of the guiding ribs 131 will be the guiding of the wind deflecting plate 13. The two arc surfaces are separated into a plurality of strip-shaped trough structures, and the condensed water gathers in the strip-shaped trough structure and moves along the extending direction of the wind deflector 13 under the action of the guiding ribs 131, thereby reducing the influence of the airflow on the flow direction of the condensed water. The condensed water is prevented from escaping from the air deflector 13 to the outside of the mobile air conditioner under the action of the wind, or dripping into the air supply volute 11 under its own gravity, thereby affecting the user experience.
Twelfth embodiment:
The twelfth embodiment is further improved on the basis of the eleventh embodiment, and the improvement is that the water trap assembly 17 includes the second water tank 175; as shown in Fig. 36, in the present embodiment, the second water tank 175 Instead of the first water tank 171 in the eleventh embodiment, the second water tank 175 is for receiving the condensed water generated by the air outlet 12 and collected by the water collecting plate 15.
The second water tank 175 is disposed in a groove structure having a certain depth; preferably, the second water tank 175 includes four surrounding plates, and the surrounding plates are sealed and connected to each other to form a notch shape, wherein one of the surrounding plates and the water collecting plate 15 The lower end edge sealing connection, the coaming plate connected to the water collecting plate 15 is the water guiding plate 176; the upper edges of the other three coaming plates are slightly higher than the water guiding plate 176 connected to the water collecting plate 15; the bottom of the second water tank 175 The bottom plate 177 is disposed, and the bottom plate 177 is disposed obliquely to facilitate the accumulation of the condensed water at a low position of the bottom plate 177; the water accumulation assembly 17 further includes a hollow guide assembly 178, and the guide assembly 178 is preferably disposed in an inverted "L" shape, and the guide assembly 178 One end is disposed on the water guiding plate 176 to communicate the inside of the guiding assembly 178 and the second water tank 175, and the port of the guiding assembly 178 on the water guiding plate 176 is disposed at the lowest end position of the bottom plate 177 to ensure the condensation water in the second water tank 175. When the bottom plate 177 is on, the port of the guide assembly 178 is gathered; the other end of the guide assembly 178 is fixedly connected with the annular outer wall of the air supply volute 11, so that the position of the guide assembly 178 and the air supply volute 11 and the upper water tray 1 are fixed; More The lower end surface of the water collecting plate 15 is disposed at a position corresponding to the upper end surface of the guiding assembly 178, and the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the water collecting plate 15, the guiding assembly 178, and the water guiding plate 176, thereby ensuring that the guiding assembly 178 is realized to the second water tank. In the 175, the condensed water guides the flow, and has a certain strengthening and strengthening effect on the connection state between the upper water tray 1 and the air supply volute 11.
The guiding assembly 178 includes a first guiding tube 1781 disposed laterally and a second guiding tube 1782 disposed vertically. The lower end surface of the first guiding tube 1781 is inclined to ensure the condensed water can be in the gravity of the first guiding tube 1781. It flows down into the second guide tube 1782. In the case of ensuring that the bottom plate 177 is disposed obliquely, in order to ensure that the lower end surface of the first guiding tube 1781 is also inclined, the lower end surface portion of the first guiding tube 1781 is disposed on the bottom plate 177, so that the lower end surface of the first guiding tube 1781 replaces part of the bottom plate 177. In order to ensure that the bottom plate 177 is inclined toward the whole of the first guiding tube 1781, the guiding of the condensed water in the second water tank 175 is realized, and at the same time, the preparation of the connection structure between the second water tank 175 and the first guiding tube 1781 is facilitated.
The connection position of the water guiding plate 176 and the water collecting plate 15 is set to a circular arc shape, so that the condensed water is slipped from the water collecting plate 15 to the water guiding plate 176.
175。Specifically, after a certain amount of condensed water is collected on the air deflector 13 and the water collecting plate 15, since the upper surface of the water collecting plate 15 and the air outlet 12 are integrally inclined, the final flow of the condensed water is lower than that of the upper water receiving tray 1. The second sink 175 at the end.
175。The second water tank 175 may be located in a certain orientation of the water collecting plate 15 as long as the condensed water can continue to flow from the air deflector 13 and the water collecting plate 15 to the second water tank 175 in the orientation. Preferably, the water collecting plate 15 is disposed in a rectangular shape, and a corresponding two edges of the upper end surface of the water collecting plate 15 are respectively connected with the air outlet 12 and the second water tank 175, and the water blocking plates are disposed on the other corresponding edges of the upper end surface of the water collecting plate 15. 172 (the stop water flow flows out from the other direction of the water collecting plate 15 to the upper water receiving tray 1 position), so that the water flow on the water collecting plate 15 can flow only from the edge of the water collecting plate 15 corresponding to the edge of the second water tank 175. Sink 175.
Thirteenth embodiment:
As shown in FIG. 37, in the thirteenth embodiment, the water accumulation assembly 17 includes both the first water tank 171 and the second water tank 175, that is, the first water tank 171 and the water collecting plate 15, the first water tank 171 and the second water tank. 175 is connected; specifically, a dam 179 is disposed between the first water tank 171 and the second water tank 175, and the dam 179 is provided with a notch 1791. The first water tank 171 and the second water tank 175 are communicated through the notch 1791; the height of the upper end surface of the dam 179 Above the height of the air outlet 12, the height of the bottom end of the notch 1791 is equal to or lower than the lowest height of the water collecting plate 15, and when the water collecting hole 174 in the first water tank 171 is blocked, the condensed water in the first water tank 171 can pass through the notch 1791. It flows into the second water tank 175 and further flows through the guide assembly 178 to the middle water tray of the mobile air conditioner to avoid abnormal accumulation of condensed water in the first water tank 171.
The notch 1791 can be set as a notch having a large cross-sectional area, or as a plurality of elongated notches; when the notch 1791 is set as a notch having a large cross-sectional area, the condensed water can be ensured from the first The flow rate of the water tank 171 flows into the second water tank 175; when the notch 1791 is provided as a plurality of elongated slots, the structure of the notch 1791 prevents the floating debris in the first water tank 171 from entering the second water tank through the gap 1791. Within 175, and further through the guide assembly 178 into the interior of the mobile air conditioner, causing contamination or damage to internal components of the mobile air conditioner.
Fourteenth embodiment:
Further improvements are made on the basis of the eleventh embodiment and the thirteenth embodiment, with the improvement that the downpipe 1741 is provided at the lower end of the water drop hole 174. As shown in FIG. 38, a notch 1742 is provided at the outlet edge of the down pipe 1741, and the inner wall of the down pipe 1741 is inclined downward; the outer wall of the down pipe 1741 can be provided with a thread for facilitating the installation of a water cover or a water pipe.
Since the tension of the condensed water is large, when the condensed water in the first water tank 171 is at a lower water level, the surface tension of the condensed water at the position of the down pipe 1741 is large, so that the condensed water cannot be normally discharged through the water drop hole 174. The notch 1742 of the downpipe 1741 is disposed to achieve the destruction of the surface tension of the condensed water at the outlet of the downpipe 1741, thereby ensuring that the condensed water in the first water tank 171 can be smoothly discharged when the water is at a lower water level, and the condensed water is prevented from being in the first water tank 171. Long-term accumulation.
Fifteenth embodiment:
Further improvements are made on the basis of the eleventh embodiment and the thirteenth embodiment, the improvement is that a plurality of teeth 1743 are provided at the lower port edge of the water drop hole 174, as shown in FIG. 39, and FIG. 39 is a water hole hole. The structural view of the ten embodiment; the tooth opening 1743 is preferably arranged to be annularly uniform around the axis of the water drop hole 174, and the tooth opening 1743 can be provided with other reasonable shapes such as a triangular groove type with sharp edges or acute angles.
Since the tension of the condensed water is large, when the condensed water in the first water tank 171 is at a lower water level, when the condensed water passes through the position of the water drop hole 174, the condensed water cannot be condensed due to the large surface tension of the condensed water at the port below the water drop hole 174. Normally discharged through the water drop hole 174. Due to the setting of the tooth opening 1743, the change of the aperture of the lower end surface of the water drop hole 174 and the acute sharp angle of the tooth gap 1743 affect the surface of the liquid formed by the condensed water on the lower end surface of the water drop hole 174, thereby causing damage to the surface tension of the condensed water, thereby ensuring the first water tank. When the condensed water in the 171 is at a lower water level, it can be smoothly discharged, and the long-term accumulation of the condensed water in the first water tank 171 is avoided.
Sixteenth embodiment:
The upper water tray 1 further includes a drainage assembly 18, the drainage assembly 18 is disposed at an upper portion of the evaporator 4, the drainage assembly 18 includes a drainage plate 181, the drainage plate 181 is fixedly connected to the air outlet 12, the water collecting plate 15, and the drainage plate 181 and the evaporation The upper end of the device 4 is fixedly connected, and the positional relationship between the evaporator 4 and the water collecting device is positioned and reinforced under the influence of the drainage assembly 18.
The drain plate 181 is disposed obliquely so that the condensed water on the drain plate 181 is collected at a certain position on the drain plate 181. A water blocking member 182 is disposed around the drainage plate 181 to prevent the condensed water on the drainage plate 181 from flowing out from the edge of the drainage plate 181. The arrangement of the drainage plate 181 and the water retaining member 182 constitutes a water reservoir structure, and the condensed water on the drainage plate 181 is accumulated. Collected in the sink.
As shown in FIG. 40, preferably, one side of the drainage plate 181 is provided with a plurality of drainage holes 183, and the condensed water on the drainage plate 181 flows through the drainage holes 183 to the intermediate water tray 2; the drainage plate 181 is disposed to the drainage hole 183. One side is inclined, and the inclination angle of the drainage plate 181 and the horizontal plane is generally set to 1-2°; the drainage plate 181 is provided with a plurality of guiding strips 184, and the guiding strips 184 can be equidistantly disposed in parallel, so that the upper surface of the drainage plate 181 is divided into several The arrangement of the guide strips 184 ensures that the condensed water on the deflector 181 collects around the guide strips 184 under the influence of the airflow, and finally flows to the drain holes 183 under the influence of the airflow and its own gravity to realize condensed water from the drain plates 181. Discharge on. The height dimension of the guide strip 184 is smaller than the height dimension of the water retaining member 182, so as to prevent the water level in each of the partitioned areas from being too high, which affects the normal discharge of the condensed water.
Seventeenth embodiment:
As shown in FIG. 41, in order to ensure a better guiding and collecting effect on the condensed water, a plurality of flow ports 185 are disposed on the guiding strips 184, and different regions separated by the guiding strips 184 can communicate through the flow ports 185, and through the flow ports 185 The condensed water collected by the guide bars 184 in each region is finally collected at the position of the drain holes 183 and discharged through the drain holes 183. At the same time, the arrangement of the flow port 185 can play a certain filtering function, and the floating matter and the like on the drain plate 181 can be prevented from entering the mobile air conditioner through the drain hole 183. The size of the flow port 185 can be varied to accommodate different filtering effects.
Due to the arrangement of the evaporator 4 inside the mobile air conditioner, under the influence of the heat exchange of the evaporator 4, a large amount of condensed water is easily generated around the evaporator 4, and such condensed water is generally collected by the middle water tray 2 disposed at the bottom of the evaporator 4. The treatment, but for the component that is fixed to the air supply volute 11 at the upper portion of the evaporator 4, that is, the drainage plate 181 in this embodiment, the temperature of the drainage plate 181 under the influence of the heat exchange of the evaporator 4 is low, encountered Condensed water is easily generated when the outside hot air is in contact, and is collected on the drain plate 181. If the condensed water on the deflector 181 is not treated in time, a large amount of condensed water is easily collected, and the condensed water is easily oozing out from the mobile air conditioner and moving along the side wall or panel of the mobile air conditioner under the influence of the airflow inside the mobile air conditioner. Downstream, causing inconvenience to the user; through the setting of the drainage component 18, the condensed water on the drainage plate 181 can be drained and drained in time to improve the user experience.
Eighteenth embodiment:
The eighteenth embodiment is further improved on the basis of the seventeenth embodiment, in that the water retaining member 182 is provided with a flow guiding hole 186 at a position corresponding to the first water tank 171; as shown in Fig. 42, the flow guiding hole 186 The water pool and the first water tank 171 are connected to each other, and the drainage plate 181 is inclined toward the first water tank 171, so that the condensed water on the drainage plate 181 is gathered by the flow hole 186 by the gravity thereof and further flows into the first water tank 171. The arrangement of the drain holes 183 on the drain plate 181 is avoided.
A filtering device may be disposed in the flow guiding hole 186 to prevent floating objects such as floating objects on the drainage plate 181 from entering the first water tank 171 through the guiding hole 186.
Nineteenth embodiment:
The flow guiding assembly may be provided as a hose, one end of which is sealingly connected to the water collecting hole 174, and the other end of the hose is connected to a guiding hole provided on the middle water receiving tray 2, and the guiding hole is disposed through the middle water receiving tray 2. The arrangement of the hose realizes the conduction of the first water tank 171 and the guiding hole, so that the condensed water in the first water tank 171 can be directly guided into the guiding hole through the hose, and the condensed water is directly guided through the guiding structure of the guiding hole. To the water wheel at the bottom of the mobile air conditioner, the condensed water collides with the water wheel under the action of potential energy, and finally the condensed water is atomized to obtain water mist, and finally the water mist passes through the exhaust air arranged at the bottom of the mobile air conditioner. The volute is discharged, thereby increasing the discharge speed of the condensed water inside the mobile air conditioner, thereby avoiding the source of the condensed water in the chassis structure 3, thereby controlling the rise of the condensed water level in the chassis structure 3, and avoiding the condensed water in the chassis structure 3 Many users need to manually discharge the condensed water to make the mobile air conditioner more intelligent, and also ensure that the mobile air conditioner can continue to operate, thereby improving the user experience.

The advantage of this arrangement is that, on the one hand, the speed at which the accumulated water flows from the water tank area 322 into the water absorption area 321 can be slowed down, so that the accumulated water is insufficient to overflow, and on the other hand, the height-adjustable water retaining rib can be selected according to the power of the water wheel.
Preferably, the top end of the water retaining rib 3926 is provided with a plurality of notches 39261 to reduce the tension of the water when the accumulated water flows over, and the accumulated water flows along the notch 39261 to prevent the overflow of accumulated water and overflow of the water. The occurrence of the phenomenon. Further, the array of notches 39261 is distributed on the top of the water retaining ribs 3926 and is distributed in a wave shape. The advantage of this setting is that the channel when the accumulated water overflows is increased, the gap 39261 is prevented from being too small, and the accumulated water cannot be overflowed in time, and the gap of the array distribution can also make the water balance flow over the water retaining rib 3926, and at the same time, Can increase the aesthetics of the structure.
