Description

一种防水透气栓及灯具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及密封技术领域,尤其指一种防水透气栓及灯具。
背景技术
目前,使用在露天环境的灯具需要设置防水结构,以避免雨水、湿气进入灯体内,影响灯具的使用。传统的灯具壳体结构为全封闭的环境,使壳内无法与外部环境进行气体交换和散热。当灯具壳体内的灯珠、电子设备长时间工作而导致壳内气体压力升高压力增大,与外部空气产生压力差,增加壳内气压和电子元件应力,加速电子元件老化。同时壳体热胀冷缩,使得雨水和潮湿的雾气沿缝隙侵入壳体内部,影响电子元件和电路长期工作的可靠性。
为了达到防水透气的效果,现有的防水结构一般在灯具的壳体边境处设置呼吸膜或者在灯具壳体上设置呼吸螺栓实现。使用呼吸膜实现防水的灯具,灯具结构稳定性差,经常出现残次品,严重影响灯具的使用。使用现有技术的呼吸螺栓,呼吸螺栓结构复杂且价格较高,灯具成品的成本升高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单且价格低廉的防水透气栓及灯具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种防水透气栓,包括模压柱件、防水透气膜片和螺栓体,所述螺栓体自顶端到底端设有透气通道,所述透气通道的上部具有扩孔环槽,所述模压柱件的内部中空且外壁 面设有若干密封凸环,所述模压柱件嵌入所述扩孔环槽中且所述密封凸环与所述扩孔环槽的壁面形成密封,所述防水透气膜片贴设于所述模压柱件的端部。
其中,所述模压柱件由橡胶或者硅胶制成。
其中,该防水透气栓还包括上盖,所述上盖连接于所述螺栓体的上部,所述上盖与所述螺栓体的顶端形成气体空间且所述上盖设有与所述气体空间连通的通气孔。
其中,所述上盖与所述螺栓体卡扣连接。
其中,该防水透气栓还包括O型圈,所述O型圈套设在所述螺栓体。
其中,所述螺栓体由金属或者塑料制成。
其中,所述防水透气膜片由膨体聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成。
其中,所述防水透气膜片通过具有初粘性的易焊接材料带与所述模压柱件连接。
其中,所述防水透气膜片贴设于所述模压柱件嵌入所述扩孔环槽的一端。
本实用新型还提供一种灯具,包括透镜、密封圈、灯体、光源板和上述所述的防水透气栓,所述灯体设有光源腔和沿所述光源腔环形布置的密封环槽,所述密封圈嵌入所述密封环槽中,所述光源板安装于所述光源腔中,所述透镜设有卡扣部和密封部,所述透镜通过所述卡扣部与所述灯体卡扣连接,所述密封部嵌入所述密封环槽中以密封所述光源腔,所述光源腔1设有透气螺纹孔,所述防水透气栓安装于透气螺纹孔中。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型具有以下优点:结构简单,造价低廉,既能够较好起到防水透气作用,也能够降低灯具的整体成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
本实用新型防水透气栓的较佳实施例的一种,请参照图1至图3所示,该防水透气栓,包括模压柱件2、防水透气膜片3和螺栓体1,螺栓体1自螺栓体1的顶端11到底端12设有透气通道13,透气通道13的上部具有扩孔环槽14,模压柱件2的内部中空且外壁面设有若干密封凸环21,模压柱件2 嵌入扩孔环槽14中且密封凸环21与扩孔环槽14的壁面形成密封,防水透气膜片3贴设于模压柱件2的端部。如图1至3所示,本实施例中,模压柱件2从上部嵌入扩孔环槽14中,防水透气膜片3贴设于模压柱件2的暴露在外的一端的端部。本实用新型的防水透气栓,结构简单,造价低廉,既能够较好的起到防水透气作用,也能够降低灯具的整体成本。
作为一种优选,本实施例中,模压柱件2由橡胶或者硅胶制成。模压柱件2使用模压成型装置将橡胶或者硅胶模压制作成型。
进一步的,如图1和2所示,本实施例中,防水透气栓还包括上盖4,上盖4连接于螺栓体1的上部,上盖4与螺栓体1的顶端11形成气体空间,且上盖4设有与气体空间连通的通气孔。设置上盖4能够防止防水透气膜片3被损坏,而且能够起到减少灰尘落到防水透气膜片3的效果,保持良好的透气能力。进一步的,上盖4与螺栓体1卡扣连接,如图1所示,上盖4设有多个卡扣元件41,本实施例中,多个卡扣元件41之间形成的缺口作为通气孔,在螺栓体1上设置有卡扣凸起15,卡扣元件41设有与卡扣凸起15配合的卡合部411,卡合部411与卡扣凸起15卡扣连接,上盖4与螺栓体1卡扣连接,方便于拆卸上盖,当防水透气膜片老化或者损坏时,拆下上盖,方便于更换防水透气膜片。
该防水透气栓还包括O型圈5,O型圈5套设在螺栓体1。O型圈5具有密封作用,在防水透气栓安装时起到防水密封的作用,避免水或者湿气从螺栓体1与灯具壳体之间的缝隙进入灯体壳体内部。
进一步的,螺栓体1由金属或者塑料制成。螺栓体1既可以采用如PP、PC、PE等塑料制成,也可以采用如钢、铝合金、铜等金属材料制成。
进一步的,防水透气膜片3可以选用多种材料制成,例如采用膨体聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成。防水透气膜片3通过粘接或者胶接的方式与模压柱件2连接,本实施例中,防水透气膜片3通过具有初粘性的易焊接材料带与模压柱件粘接。
进一步的,密封凸环21的截面呈三角形,三角形的密封凸环21具有较好的密封效果,防止水、气从模压柱件2与螺栓体1之间进入灯具壳体。如图2所示,本实施例中,密封凸环21为三个,三个密封凸环21依次等距离间隔排列。
在上述实施例中,防水透气膜片3贴设于模压柱件2暴露于螺栓体1外的一端的端部。在其他实施例中,如图4所示,防水透气膜片3也可以贴设于模压柱件2嵌入螺栓体1的一端的端部,即防水透气膜片3贴设于模压柱件2嵌入扩孔环槽14的一端的端部。将防水透气膜片3贴在模压柱件2嵌入螺栓体1的一端的端部,防水透气膜片3位于模压柱件2与扩孔环槽14的底壁之间,能够较好避免防水透气膜片3脱落,其缺点是不利于更换防水透气膜片。
本实用新型还提供一种灯具,图5示出一种灯具的较佳实施例,该灯具包括:灯体200、密封圈300、透镜400、光源板500和防水透气栓100,防水透气栓500为上述实施例所述的防水透气栓,灯体200设有光源腔201和 沿光源腔201环形布置的密封环槽202,密封圈300嵌入密封环槽202中,光源板500安装于光源腔201中,透镜400设有卡扣部401和密封部402,透镜400通过卡扣部401与灯体200卡扣连接,密封部402嵌入密封环槽202中以密封光源腔201,光源腔201设有透气螺纹孔(图未示出),防水透气栓100安装于透气螺纹孔中,为光源腔201提供防水透气功能。

  1. 一种防水透气栓,其特征在于:包括模压柱件、防水透气膜片和螺栓体,所述螺栓体自顶端到底端设有透气通道,所述透气通道的上部具有扩孔环槽,所述模压柱件的内部中空且外壁面设有若干密封凸环,所述模压柱件嵌入所述扩孔环槽中且所述密封凸环与所述扩孔环槽的壁面形成密封,所述防水透气膜片贴设于所述模压柱件的端部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:所述模压柱件由橡胶或者硅胶制成。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:该防水透气栓还包括上盖,所述上盖连接于所述螺栓体的上部,所述上盖与所述螺栓体的顶端形成气体空间且所述上盖设有与所述气体空间连通的通气孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:所述上盖与所述螺栓体卡扣连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:该防水透气栓还包括O型圈,所述O型圈套设在所述螺栓体。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:所述螺栓体由金属或者塑料制成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的防水透气栓,其特征在于:所述防水透气膜片由膨体聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成。

  10. 一种灯具,其特征在于:包括透镜、密封圈、灯体、光源板和权利要求1至9任一项所述的防水透气栓,所述灯体设有光源腔和沿所述光源腔环形布置的密封环槽,所述密封圈嵌入所述密封环槽中,所述光源板安装于所述光源腔中,所述透镜设有卡扣部和密封部,所述透镜通过所述卡扣部与所述灯体卡扣连接,所述密封部嵌入所述密封环槽中以密封所述光源腔,所述光源腔1设有透气螺纹孔,所述防水透气栓安装于透气螺纹孔中。
