为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提供的业务权限管理方法、装置、计算机设备及存储介质,适用于保险业务领域,为权限管理人员提供一种管理业务人员操作权限的方法。本申请通过获取第一用户办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;再根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限;若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点进行操作,从而实现对业务人员在终端上的权限进行管理,避免出现业务人员可以执行与其权限不符的操作,使得电子办公系统中各个文件具有唯一性,使得电子文件更易于管理。
实施例一
请参阅图1,本实施例的一种业务权限管理方法中,包括以下步骤:
步骤01,获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第 一用户的用户信息。
其中,所述第一节点信息包括:签约并行节点信息、回执并行节点信息、他证节点信息、复核节点信息、他证复核节点信息中的至少一种;
所述第一用户信息包括:客服人员信息、办理人员信息、复核人员信息,中的至少一种。
该第一用户可以是在第一节点办理业务的业务人员。当业务人员在上述的任一个节点对应的终端设备登录时,应用本申请的一种业务权限管理方法的业务权限管理装置,可以从该终端设备上获取到位于该终端设备上的节点的第一节点信息和登录该终端设备的第一用户的用户信息。例如,办理人员在位于终端设备A的签约并行节点上进行了登录,则上述的业务权限管理装置可以从终端设备上获取签约并行节点的信息和登录该签约并行节点的办理人员的用户信息。
步骤02,根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限。
上述的业务权限管理装置在获取到第一节点信息和用户信息后,为了对业务人员的操作权限进行管理,上述的业务权限管理装置可以根据该第一节点信息和用户信息确定第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限。
在本申请的一种可能的实现方式中,上述的业务权限管理装置可以分别获取第一节点信息对应的节点权限信息,获取用户信息对应的用户操作权限信息,通过判断用户操作权限信息与节点权限信息是否对应,来确定第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限。
具体地,可以根据签约并行节点信息获取业务办理权限信息,或者,根据回执并行节点信息获取回执办理权限信息,或者,根据他证节点信息获取他证文件上传和/或者编辑权限信息,或者,根据复核节点信息获取业务办理资料审核权限信息,或者,根据他证复核节点信息获取他证文件审核权限信息。
可以根据客服人员信息获取业务办理权限信息,或者,根据办理人员信息获取回执文件上传权限信息,或者,根据复核人员信息获取审核操作权限信息。
例如,上述的业务权限管理装置获取到的业务节点信息是签约并行节点,在本步骤中,可以获取与签约并行节点对应的节点权限信息为:业务办理权限信息,获取到的用户信息为:客服人员信息,在本步骤中,可以获取与客服人员信息对应的用户操作权限信息为:业务办理权限信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,上述的业务权限管理装置中可以预先保存有第一节点的节点信息,以及与节点信息对应的用户权限信息。
上述的业务权限管理装置还可以预先保存有与第一用户的用户信息对应的用户权限信息。
因此,上述的业务权限管理装置可以根据该预先保存的节点权限信息,用户信息对应的用户权限信息,确定第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限。
在本步骤中,上述的业务权限管理装置还可以通过以下步骤来确定第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限:
根据所述第一节点信息获取对应的节点权限信息,根据用户信息获取对应的用户操作权限信息;
判断所述用户操作权限信息与所述节点权限信息是否对应;
若是,则获取用户的操作信息,并对比用户的操作信息与所述用户操作权限信息是否对应。
步骤03,若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上进行操作。
当业务人员在终端设备登录任一节点时,可以在该节点进行操作动作,为了对业务人员的权限进行管理,当业务人员在进行操作动作时,可以对业务人员在该业务人员的操作权限进行判断,若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点进行操作,若 所述第一用户在所述第一节点不具有操作权限,则不允许第一用户在第一节点进行操作。
例如,上述的用户信息为客服人员信息,则上述的业务权限管理装置将客服人员可以允许该客服人员在第一节点进行业务办理操作。
再例如,用户信息为复核人员信息,则上述的业务权限管理装置可以允许该复核人员在第一节点进行复核操作。
具体地,在所述第一用户具有上传回执材料的权限时,上述的业务权限管理装置可以允许第一用户执行对所述回执材料的上传操作,或者,在所述第一用户具有业务办理的权限时,上述的业务权限管理装置可以允许第一用户执行对所述业务办理材料的上传操作,或者,在所述第一用户具有回执材料添加操作或者业务办理材料添加操作的权限时,上述的业务权限管理装置允许第一用户执行回执材料添加操作或者执行业务办理材料添加操作,或者,在所述第一用户具有编辑操作的权限时时,上述的业务权限管理装置允许第一用户执行对编辑操作对应的材料的下载操作。
在本步骤中,上述的业务权限管理装置在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点进行操作后,还可以获取待操作文件,并对待操作文件执行与操作权限对应的操作。
通过本实施例的业务权限管理方法,可以实现对业务人员在终端上的权限进行管理,避免出现业务人员可以执行与其权限不符的操作,使得电子办公系统中各个文件具有唯一性,使得电子文件更易于管理。
请继续参阅图2,示出了一种业务权限管理装置,在本实施例中,业务权限管理装置10可以包括或者被分割成一个或者多个程序模块,一个或者多个程序模块被存储于存储介质中,并由一个或者多个处理器所执行,以完成本申请,并可实现上述业务权限管理方法。本申请所称的程序模块是指能够完成特 定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序本身更适合于描述业务权限管理装置10在存储介质中的执行过程。以下描述将具体介绍本实施例各程序模块的功能:
第一获取模块11,适于获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;
判断模块12,适于根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限;
操作模块13,适于若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点进行操作。
通过本实施例的业务权限管理装置,可以实现对业务人员在终端上的权限进行管理,避免出现业务人员可以执行与其权限不符的操作,使得电子办公系统中各个文件具有唯一性,使得电子文件更易于管理。
本实施例还提供一种计算机设备,如可以执行程序的智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式计算机、机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或者机柜式服务器(包括独立的服务器,或者多个服务器所组成的服务器集群)等。本实施例的计算机设备20至少包括但不限于:可通过系统总线相互通信连接的存储器21、处理器22,如图3所示。需要指出的是,图3仅示出了具有组件21-22的计算机设备20,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
本实施例中,存储器21(即可读存储介质)包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或者DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器21可以是计算机设备20的内部存储单元,例如该计 算机设备20的硬盘或者内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器21也可以是计算机设备20的外部存储设备,例如该计算机设备20上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器21还可以既包括计算机设备20的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,存储器21通常用于存储安装于计算机设备20的操作系统和各类应用软件,例如实施例一的业务权限管理装置10的程序代码等。此外,存储器21还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器22在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或者其他数据处理芯片。该处理器22通常用于控制计算机设备20的总体操作。本实施例中,处理器22用于运行存储器21中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行业务权限管理装置10,以实现实施例一的业务权限管理方法。
通过本实施例的电子设备,当实施例一的业务权限管理方法在该电子设备上执行时,可以实现对业务人员在终端上的权限进行管理,避免出现业务人员可以执行与其权限不符的操作,使得电子办公系统中各个文件具有唯一性,使得电子文件更易于管理。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,如闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或者DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘、服务器、App应用商城等等,其上存储有计算机程序,程序被处理器执行时实现相应功能。本实施例的计算机可读存储介质用于存储业务权限管理装置10,被处理器执行时实现实施例一的业务权限管理方法。
实施例二
请参阅图4,本实施例的业务权限管理方法以实施例一为基础,包括以下步骤:
步骤41,获取第一用户所述第一终端办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息。
步骤42,根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限。
步骤43,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限时,则允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上对材料进行编辑操作。
例如,上述的用户信息为办理人员,并且,上述的业务权限管理装置确定该办理人员具有材料编辑权限,则可以允许办理人员在该第一节点对材料进行编辑操作。
步骤44,所述第一节点记录所述第一用户编辑材料的编辑信息,并将所述编辑信息更新至所述第一用户的用户信息中。
所述编辑信息包括所述第一用户对所述材料的编辑过程的记录。
为了使得业务权限管理人员能够对第一用户的操作进行查询管理,上述的业务权限管理装置可以在第一用户对材料进行编辑时,记录第一用户编辑材料的信息,并且将该编辑材料的信息更新至第一用户的信息中,以方便业务权限管理人员能够对第一用户的编辑行为以及与编辑行为对应的编辑的材料进行查看。
步骤45,所述第一节点获取所述第一用户的同步指令,所述第一终端根据所述同步指令将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端,所述同步指令用户指示所述第一终端将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端。
当第一用户对材料进行编辑后,在一种可能的实现方式中,为了使得其他用户能够对编辑后的材料进行查看,在本步骤中,可以将编辑后的材料同步至 其他终端设备或者其他节点上。以方便其他用户对编辑后的材料进行查看。
在本申请实施例的一种可能的实现方式中,上述的业务权限管理装置还可以向与所述第一节点显示编辑后的材料状态信息。
通过实施例二的业务权限管理方法,进一步地,可以实现对业务人员进行的与操作权限对应的操作进行记录,还可以对操作后的文件进行同步,以便第二终端及时可以查看该操作后的文件,提高应用本申请的业务权限管理装置的时效性。
请继续参阅图5,本实施例的业务权限管理装置30以实施例一为基础,用以实现实施例二的业务权限管理方法,其包括的各程序模块的功能:
第一获取模块31,适于获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息。
判断模块32,适于根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限。
操作模块33,适于当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限时,则允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上对材料进行编辑操作。
记录模块34,适于所述第一节点记录所述第一用户编辑材料的编辑信息,并将所述编辑信息更新至所述第一用户的用户信息中,所述编辑信息包括所述第一用户对所述材料的编辑过程的记录。
同步模块35,适于所述第一节点获取所述第一用户的同步指令,所述同步指令用户指示所述第一终端将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端;所述第一终端根据所述同步指令将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端。
实施例三
请参阅图6,本实施例的业务权限管理方法以实施例一为基础,包括以下步骤:
步骤61,获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息。
步骤62,根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限;
步骤63,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则从所述第一节点获取所述第一用户上传所述上传材料的材料信息并允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料。
例如,上述的用户信息为客服人员,并且,上述的业务权限管理装置确定该客服人员具有材料上传权限,则可以允许客服人员在该第一节点上传材料。并从该第一节点获取该客服人员上传的上传材料。
进一步地,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料之前,本申请的一种业务权限管理方法,还包括:
所述第一终端获取所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的类别信息,所述类别信息包括签约材料、回执材料、他证材料中的一种。
步骤64,若所述第一用户在所述第一节点不具有操作权限,则所述第一节点向所述第一用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一用户在所述第一节点无操作权限。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当上述的业务权限管理装置在确定第一用户在第一节点上不具有操作权限时,为了对该第一用户的操作权限进行管理,可以向第一用户发送提示信息,以提示该第一用户在该第一节点上无操作权限。
通过实施例三的业务权限管理装置,进一步地,可以实现当业务人员进行与操作权限不对应的操作时,及时提醒该业务人员对操作进行更正。可以进一步地实现对业务人员权限的管理。
请继续参阅图7,本实施例的业务权限管理装置70以实施例一为基础, 用以实现实施例三的业务权限管理方法,其包括的各程序模块的功能:
第一获取模块71,适于获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息。
判断模块72,适于根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限。
操作模块73,适于当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则从所述第一节点获取所述第一用户上传所述上传材料的材料信息并允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料。
报警模块74,适于若所述第一用户在所述第一节点不具有操作权限,则所述第一节点向所述第一用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一用户在所述第一节点无操作权限。
进一步地,本申请的一种业务权限管理装置,还包括:
第二获取模块,适于所述第一终端获取所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的类别信息,所述类别信息包括签约材料、回执材料、他证材料中的一种。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;
    根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限;
    若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上进行操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,所述操作权限包括:所述第一用户登录所述第一节点的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上对材料进行编辑操作后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一节点记录所述第一用户编辑材料的编辑信息,并将所述编辑信息更新至所述第一用户的用户信息中,所述编辑信息包括所述第一用户对所述材料的编辑过程的记录。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一节点获取所述第一用户的同步指令,所述同步指令用户指示所述第一终端将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端;
    所述第一终端根据所述同步指令将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端获取所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的类别信息,所述类别信息包括签约材料、回执材料、他证材料中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一节点信息包括:签约并行节点信息、回执并行节点信息、他证节点信息、复核节点信息、他证复核节点信息中的至少一种;
    所述第一用户信息包括:客服人员信息、办理人员信息、复核人员信息,中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的业务权限管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述第一用户在所述第一节点不具有操作权限,则所述第一节点向所述第一用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一用户在所述第一节点无操作权限。
  8. 一种业务权限管理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,适于获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;
    判断模块,适于根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否在第一节点的操作权限;
    操作模块,适于若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点进行操作。
  9. 一种计算机设备,计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现业务权限管理方法的以下步骤:
    获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;
    根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限;
    若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上进行操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述操作权限包括:所述第一用户登录所述第一节点的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限中的至少一种。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上对材料进行编辑操作后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一节点记录所述第一用户编辑材料的编辑信息,并将所述编辑信息更新至所述第一用户的用户信息中,所述编辑信息包括所述第一用户对所述材料的编辑过程的记录。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述计算机设备还包括:
    所述第一节点获取所述第一用户的同步指令,所述同步指令用户指示所述第一终端将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端;
    所述第一终端根据所述同步指令将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端获取所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的类别信息,所述类别信息包括签约材料、回执材料、他证材料中的一种。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述第一节点信息包括:签约并行节点信息、回执并行节点信息、他证节点信息、复核节点信息、他证复核节点信息中的至少一种;
    所述第一用户信息包括:客服人员信息、办理人员信息、复核人员信息,中的至少一种。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述计算机设备还包括:
    若所述第一用户在所述第一节点不具有操作权限,则所述第一节点向所述第一用户发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一用户在所述第一节点无操作权限。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于:所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现业务权限管理方法的以下步骤:
    获取第一用户在第一终端上办理业务的第一节点信息和所述第一用户的用户信息;
    根据所述第一节点信息和所述用户信息确定所述第一用户是否具有在第一节点的操作权限;
    若所述第一用户在所述第一节点具有操作权限,则所述第一终端允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上进行操作。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述操作权限包括:所述第一用户登录所述第一节点的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限、所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限中的至少一种。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上编辑材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上对材料进行编辑操作后,所述方法 还包括:
    所述第一节点记录所述第一用户编辑材料的编辑信息,并将所述编辑信息更新至所述第一用户的用户信息中,所述编辑信息包括所述第一用户对所述材料的编辑过程的记录。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质,还包括:
    所述第一节点获取所述第一用户的同步指令,所述同步指令用户指示所述第一终端将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端;
    所述第一终端根据所述同步指令将所述编辑后的材料同步至第二终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述操作权限为所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的权限时,则在允许所述第一用户根据所述操作权限在所述第一节点上上传材料之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端获取所述第一用户在所述第一节点上上传材料的类别信息,所述类别信息包括签约材料、回执材料、他证材料中的一种。
