本发明的技术方案3提供了一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器和盖体,投放容器上设置有投放口,盖体与投放容器通过两个滑动构件滑动连接以打开或关闭投放口,两个滑动构件相互配合,使盖体只能沿着投放容器的长度方向滑动。
在上述衣物处理剂投放组件的优选技术方案中,两个滑动构件包括第一滑动构件和第二滑动构件,第一滑动构件以横向方式设置在盖体与投放容器之间,第二滑动构件以斜向方式设置在盖体和投放容器之间。

基于背景技术中指出的现有洗衣机中的洗涤剂投放组件无论采用无盖式或翻盖式均无法满足用户的使用要求的问题,本发明的实施例一提供了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂投放组件及洗衣机,旨在使洗涤剂投放组件不会受到灰尘等杂质的浸染,并且在进行衣物处理剂投放操作的过程中不会占用过多空间,从而便于用户进行衣物处理剂投放操作,提升用户体验。
具体地,如图1至3所示,本发明的洗涤剂投放组件包括投放容器1、盖体2以及与投放容器1密封连接的存储容器,投放容器1上设置有投放口3,盖体2与投放容器1滑动连接以打开/关闭投放口3。其中,盖体2与投放容器1可以采用滑轨与滑轨相配合的滑动方式,还可以采用滑轨与滑槽相配合的滑动方式,再或者采用滑轨与滚轮相配合的滑动方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置盖体2与投放容器1之间的滑动连接方式,只要通过盖体2与投放容器1的滑动连接能够打开/关闭投放口3即可。
优选地,盖体2上设置有第一滑动部,投放容器1上设置有与第一滑动部滑动配合的第二滑动部,盖体2与投放容器1通过第一滑动部与第二滑动部滑动连接。其中,第一滑动部与盖体2固定连接或者设置为一体,将第一滑动部与盖体2固定连接便于零部件的安装和拆卸,将第一滑动部与盖体2设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。同理地,第二滑动部与投放容器1固定连接或者设置为一体,将第二滑动部与盖体2固定连接便于零部件的安装和拆卸,将第二滑动部与投放容器1设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。
优选地,第一滑动部为设置在盖体2上的滑动筋,第二滑动部为设置在投放容器1上的滑槽,滑动筋与滑槽滑动连接。通过滑动筋与滑槽的相互配合能够使盖体2相对于投放容器1滑动从而打开/关闭投放口3。其中,滑动筋的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,相应地,滑槽的数量也可以为一个,也可以为多个,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用 中灵活地设置滑动筋以及滑槽的数量,只要通过滑动筋与滑槽的滑动配合实现盖体2相对于投放容器1的滑动即可。
在一种可能的实施方式中,滑动筋设置在盖体2的一侧。即,在盖体2的一侧设置滑槽,在投放容器1的一侧设置与该滑槽相配合的滑动筋,通过滑动筋和滑槽的滑动配合使盖体2相对于投放容器1滑动。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,滑动筋的数量为两个,两个滑动筋分别设置在盖体2的两侧。如图4至6所示,滑动筋包括第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6,滑槽包括第一滑槽5和第二滑槽7,第一滑动筋4与第一滑槽5滑动配合,第二滑动筋6与第二滑槽7滑动配合,通过两侧滑动配合的方式使盖体2能够相对于投放容器1滑动,从而使滑动配合的可靠性更高,使盖体2不会相对于投放容器1沿垂直于盖体2滑动方向的方向窜动,从而提高盖体2滑动的平顺性和稳定性。
优选地,如图1至3所示,本发明的洗涤剂投放组件还包括设置在盖体2和投放容器1之间的弹性组件,弹性组件给盖体2施加偏置力以使盖体2选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,其中,第一极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全关闭的位置,第二极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全打开的位置。其中,弹性组件可以为推簧组件,也可以为螺旋弹簧组件,即弹性组件可以包括第一推簧8和第二推簧9,第一推簧8和第二推簧9分别从两侧对盖体2施加偏置力来使盖体2能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置。当然,在上述结构中,第一推簧8和第二推簧9均可以替换为螺旋弹簧,即通过两个螺旋弹簧分别从两侧提供偏置力来使盖体2能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开/关闭投放口3。
进一步优选地,如图1至3所示,投放容器1上设置有凹槽10,弹性组件设置在凹槽10内,弹性组件分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接。如图1所示,在投放容器1的上部设置有凹槽10,弹性组件设置在凹槽10中,仍以弹性组件为推簧组件为例,第一推簧8的两端分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接,第二推簧9的两端分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接,并且第一推簧8和第二推簧9相对于凹槽10的中心线(这里的中心线为凹槽10与盖体2滑动方向相平行的中心线)对称设置,从而使第 一推簧8和第二推簧9从盖体2的两侧提供相同大小的偏置力来使盖体2被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开/关闭投放口3。
此外,需要说明的是,尽管本申请中结合附图所示的具体结构描述了本发明的优选技术方案,但是,这并不是限制性的,本发明的技术方案-即盖体2相对于投放容器1滑动,可以应用于任何类型的洗涤剂盒,洗涤剂盒的结构变化不应对本发明的保护范围构成任何限制。

具体地,如图7至9所示,本发明的洗涤剂投放组件包括投放容器1、盖体2以及与投放容器1密封连接的存储容器,投放容器1上设置有投放口3,洗涤剂投放组件还包括设置在盖体2和投放容器1之间的弹性组件,弹性组件给盖体2提供偏置力以使盖体2选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开或关闭投放口3,其中,第一极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全关闭的位置,第二极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全打开的位置。在本发明中,盖体2与投放容器1可以采用滑轨与滑轨相配合的滑动方式,还可以采用滑轨与滑槽相配合的滑动方式,再或者采用滑轨与滚轮相配合的滑动方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置盖体2与投放容器1之间的滑动连接方式,只要通过盖体2与投放容器1的滑动连接能够打开/关闭投放口3即可。
优选地,本发明的弹性组件包括第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件,第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件分别从盖体2的两侧以挤压方式为盖体2提供偏置力。其中,第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件可以为螺旋弹簧,也可以为推簧,或者为其他弹性件,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件的具体结构,只要通过第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件能够从盖体2的两侧分别以挤压的方式提供偏置力即可。

具体地,如图10至13所示,本发明的洗涤剂投放组件包括投放容器1、盖体2以及与投放容器1密封连接的存储容器,投放容器1上设置有投放口3,盖体2与投放容器1滑动连接以打开/关闭投放口3,其中,盖体2与投放容器1通过两个滑动构件滑动连接以打开或关闭投放口3,两个滑动构件相互配合,使盖体2只能沿着投放容器1的长度方向滑动。通过两个滑动构件共同对盖体2进行滑动导向,使盖体2不会向垂直于其滑动方向的方向(即图13所示的左右方向以及上下方向)发生窜动,从而使盖体2能够相对于投放容器1平顺、稳定地滑动。在本发明中,两个滑动构件可以分别采用滑轨与滑轨相配合的滑动方式,还可以采用滑轨与滑槽相配合的滑动方式,再或者采用滑轨与滚轮相配合的滑动方式,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置两个滑动构件的具体结构,只要通过两个滑动构件能够使盖体2只能相对于投放容器1的滑动方向滑动,从而打开/关闭投放口3即可。

优选地,第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6分别设置在盖体2的两侧。即在盖体2的两侧分别对盖体2进行限位,使盖体2只能够沿着投放容器1的长度方向滑动,以提高盖体2滑动的平顺性和稳定性。当然,上述中第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6的设置位置仅是示例性的,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6的具体位置,例如还可以将第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6中的一个设置在盖体2的中部,另一个设置在盖体2的侧部,只要使盖体2能够相对于投放容器1滑动即可,这种第一滑动筋4和第二滑动筋6具体位置的改变并不偏离本发明的原理和范围,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
此外,在上述中,第一滑动筋4与盖体2固定连接或者设置为一体,将第一滑动筋4与盖体2固定连接便于第一滑动筋4的拆装、维修和更换,将第一滑动筋4与盖体2设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。同理地,第二滑动筋6与盖体2固定连接或者设置为一体,将第二滑动筋6与盖体2固定连接便于第二滑动筋6的拆装、维修和更换,将第二滑动筋6与盖体2设置为一体便于模具的一次成型。
优选地,如图13所示,盖体2包括一体设置的弧面板21和平面板22,平面板22设置在投放容器1的上部,弧面板21设置在投放容器1的侧部,第一滑动筋4设置在弧面板21上远离平面板22的一侧,第二滑动筋6设置在平面板22上远离弧面板21的一侧。其中,平面板22主要对投放口3起到盖合作用,弧面板21主要对投放容器1的侧部起 到包覆作用,弧面板21优选地采用平滑过渡,以提高盖体2整体的美观性,通过弧面板21侧部的第一滑动筋4和平面板22侧部的第二滑动筋6来实现对盖体2两侧的限位,使盖体2能够始终沿着投放容器1的长度方向移动。
在一种具体的实施方式中,如图10至15所示,投放口3包括洗涤剂投放口和柔顺剂投放口,盖体2包括第一盖体和第二盖体,第一盖体和第二盖体均与投放容器1滑动连接,第一盖体用于盖合洗涤剂投放口,第二盖体用于盖合柔顺剂投放口,第一盖体远离第二盖体的一侧以及第二盖体远离第一盖体的一侧均设置有第一滑动筋4,投放容器1的两侧均设置有与第一滑动筋4相配合的第一滑动槽5,第一盖体靠近第二盖体的一侧以及第二盖体靠近第一盖体的一侧均设置有第二滑动筋6,投放容器1的顶侧中部位置设置有燕尾槽,燕尾槽的两内侧形成两个第二滑动槽7,两个第二滑动槽7分别与第一盖体上的第二滑动筋6以及第二盖体上的第二滑动筋6滑动配合。通过第一盖体以及第二盖体与投放容器1的滑动配合能够使第一盖体和第二盖体分别对洗涤剂投放口和柔顺剂投放口进行盖合,从而分别进行洗涤剂和柔顺剂的投放,并且彼此的投放过程不受影响,提升用户的操作体验。
优选地,本发明的洗衣机还包括设置在盖体2和投放容器1之间的弹性组件,弹性组件为盖体2提供偏置力以使盖体2选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,其中,第一极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全关闭的位置,第二极限位置为盖体2将投放口3完全打开的位置。其中,弹性组件可以为推簧组件,也可以为螺旋弹簧组件,即弹性组件可以包括第一推簧8和第二推簧9(图11和12所示的正是这种结构),第一推簧8和第二推簧9分别从两侧对盖体2施加偏置力来使盖体2能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置。当然,在上述结构中,第一推簧8和第二推簧9均可以替换为螺旋弹簧,即通过两个螺旋弹簧分别从两侧提供偏置力来使盖体2能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开/关闭投放口3。
进一步优选地,投放容器1上设置有凹槽10,弹性组件设置在凹槽10内,弹性组件分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接。如图10至12所示,在投放容器1的上部设置有凹槽10,弹性组件设置在凹槽10 中,仍以弹性组件为推簧组件为例,第一推簧8的两端分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接,第二推簧9的两端分别与盖体2和投放容器1连接,并且第一推簧8和第二推簧9相对于凹槽10的中心线(这里的中心线为凹槽10与盖体2滑动方向相平行的中心线)对称设置,从而使第一推簧8和第二推簧9从盖体2的两侧提供相同大小的偏置力来使盖体2被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开/关闭投放口3。
此外,需要说明的是,尽管本申请中结合附图所示的具体结构描述了本发明的优选技术方案,但是,这并不是限制性的,本发明的技术方案-即盖体2相对于投放容器1滑动,可以应用于任何类型的洗涤剂盒,洗涤剂盒的结构变化不应对本发明的保护范围构成任何限制。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (30)
- 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器和盖体,所述投放容器上设置有投放口,所述盖体与所述投放容器滑动连接以打开/关闭所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有第一滑动部,所述投放容器上设置有与所述第一滑动部滑动配合的第二滑动部,所述盖体与所述投放容器通过所述第一滑动部和所述第二滑动部滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部为设置在所述盖体上的滑动筋,所述第二滑动部为设置在所述投放容器上的滑槽,所述滑动筋与所述滑槽滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述滑动筋设置在所述盖体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述滑动筋的数量为两个,两个所述滑动筋分别设置在所述盖体的两侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部与所述盖体固定连接或者设置为一体。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑动部与所述投放容器固定连接或者设置为一体。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括设置在所述盖体和所述投放容器之间的弹性组件,所述弹性组件给所述盖体施加偏置力以使所述盖体选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,其中,所述第一极限位置为所述盖体将所述投放口完全关闭的位置,所述第二极限位置为所述盖体将所述投放口完全打开的位置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放容器上设置有凹槽,所述弹性组件设置在所述凹槽内,所述弹性组件分别与所述盖体和所述投放容器连接。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
- 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括具有投放口的投放容器、与所述投放容器滑动连接的盖体以及设置在所述盖体和所述投放容器之间的弹性组件,所述弹性组件给所述盖体提供偏置力以使所述盖体选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开或关闭所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括第一弹性构件和第二弹性构件,所述第一弹性构件和所述第二弹性构件分别从所述盖体的两侧以挤压方式为所述盖体提供偏置力。
- 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一弹性构件是第一螺旋弹簧,所述第二弹性构件是第二螺旋弹簧,所述第一螺旋弹簧的第一端和所述第二螺旋弹簧的第一端分别与所述投放容器连接,所述第一螺旋弹簧的第二端和所述第二螺旋弹簧的第二端分别与所述盖体连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一弹性构件是第一推簧,所述第二弹性构件是第二推簧,所述第一推簧的第一端和所述第二推簧的第一端分别与所述投放容器连接,所述第一推簧的第二端和所述第二推簧的第二端分别与所述盖体连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一推簧的第二端与所述第二推簧的第二端相互连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一推簧的第二端的运动轨迹和所述第二推簧的第二端的运动轨迹均与所述投放容器的长度方向平行。
- 根据权利要求16所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一推簧的第一端和所述第二推簧的第一端相对于所述第一推簧的第二端的运动轨迹对称设置。
- 根据权利要求11至17中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述盖体上设置有第一滑动部,所述投放容器上设置有与所述第一滑动部滑动配合的第二滑动部,所述盖体与所述投放容器通过所述第一滑动部和所述第二滑动部滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求18所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部为设置在所述盖体上的滑动筋,所述第二滑动部为设置在所述投放容器上的滑槽,所述滑动筋与所述滑槽滑动连接。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求11至19中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
- 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件包括投放容器和盖体,所述投放容器上设置有投放口,所述盖体与所述投放容器通过两个滑动构件滑动连接以打开或关闭所述投放口,所述两个滑动构件相互配合,使所述盖体只能沿着所述投放容器的长度方向滑动。
- 根据权利要求21所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所 述两个滑动构件包括第一滑动构件和第二滑动构件,所述第一滑动构件以横向方式设置在所述盖体与所述投放容器之间,所述第二滑动构件以斜向方式设置在所述盖体和所述投放容器之间。
- 根据权利要求22所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动构件包括横向设置在所述盖体上的第一滑动筋和横向设置在所述投放容器上的第一滑动槽,所述第一滑动筋与所述第一滑动槽滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求23所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第二滑动构件包括斜向设置在所述盖体上的第二滑动筋和斜向设置在所述投放容器上的第二滑动槽,所述第二滑动筋与所述第二滑动槽滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求24所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动筋和所述第二滑动筋分别设置在所述盖体的两侧。
- 根据权利要求25所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述盖体包括一体设置的弧面板和平面板,所述平面板设置在所述投放容器的上部,所述弧面板设置在所述投放容器的侧部,所述第一滑动筋设置在所述弧面板上远离所述平面板的一侧,所述第二滑动筋设置在所述平面板上远离所述弧面板的一侧。
- 根据权利要求24所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述第一滑动筋与所述盖体固定连接或者设置为一体,所述第二滑动筋与所述盖体固定连接或者设置为一体。
- 根据权利要求21至27中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放组件还包括设置在所述盖体和所述投放容器之间的弹性组件,所述弹性组件为所述盖体提供偏置力以使所述盖体选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,其中,所述第一极限位置为所述盖体将所述投放口完全关闭的位置,所述第二极限位置为所述盖体将所述投放口完全打开的位置。
- 根据权利要求28所述的衣物处理剂投放组件,其特征在于,所述投放容器上设置有凹槽,所述弹性组件设置在所述凹槽内,所述弹性组件分别与所述盖体和所述投放容器连接。
- 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求21至29中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放组件。
