本发明的电子烟控制装置、方法、电子烟及计算机存储介质,通过接收加热件开关的操作件被旋转至预设位置时的操作信号,并在操作信号的持续时长达到第一时长时,根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作,使得用户在使用电子烟时只需保持操作加热件开关设定时长以上即可实现控制目的,准确性高,不会因按压次数不对而发生误操作,用户体验佳。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术方式及功效,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征 及其功效,详细说明如下。
图1为本发明一示例性实施例中的电子烟控制装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的电子烟控制装置包括加热件开关210、开关电路220及控制器230,其中,加热件开关210用于供用户进行操作,开关电路220用于在用户操作加热件开关210时产生操作信号,控制器230与开关电路220电性连接,用于接收加热件开关210的操作件被旋转至预设位置时的操作信号,并获取操作信号的持续时长,以及,当操作信号的持续时长达到第一时长时,根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作。
加热件开关210为用于控制加热件工作的操作开关,用户通过操作加热件开关210产生持续的操作信号并保持操作信号达到第一时长以上,即可触发控制器230执行相应的控制操作。实际实现时,加热件开关210不限于为旋钮式开关,从而可以通过长时间保持旋钮在设定限位的方式产生持续的操作信号。开关电路220用于与加热件开关210配合以在用户操作加热开关时产生操作信号,例如通过操作加热件开关210使加热件开关210与开关电路220之间的触头接触而导通,从而使开关电路220产生持续的高电平信号,当控制器230检测到该高电平信号时,即认为检测到加热件开关210的操作信号。通过累计操作时长的方式,可以简化用户操作电子烟的过程,并有效避免操作的过程中发生误操作。
在一实施方式中,如图2至图4所示,加热件开关210设置在电子烟的电池部分,电子烟的电池部分包括加热件开关210、壳体50、电池51、电路板53、指示灯55、充电接口56及加热件开关210,其中,电池51设置在壳体50内部,电池部分的顶端设有加热件安装部52,加热件开关210设置在电池部分的底部,也即位于电池部分的远离加热件安装部52的一端,指示灯55与充电接口56位于靠近加热件开关210的一端,充电接口56用于连接外部电源以对电池51进行充电,指示灯55 用于指示电子烟当前的状态。其中,上述仅以加热件开关210设置在电子烟的电池部分来举例说明,实际实现时,加热件开关210还可以设置在电子烟的其他部分,比如,设置在雾化器与烟嘴的连接处,本实施例对此并不做限定。
在本实施例中,加热件开关210为旋钮式开关。请一并结合图5至图7,本实施例的加热件开关210包括操作件211、连接件212、联动件213、弹性件214及拨动开关(图未示),操作件211与联动件213连接并通过连接件212可转动地设置在壳体50上,弹性件214的两端分别与连接件212及联动件213连接,连接件212设有用于限制联动件213的行程(例如最大行程)的限位槽,拨动开关与开关电路220的电触头位置对应且位于联动件213的设定行程处,操作件211在外力作用下带动联动件213转动,使得联动件213在达到设定行程时带动拨动开关与电触头接触导通而产生操作信号,弹性件214在联动件213转动时变形以在外力去除时带动联动件213及操作件211复位。在另一实施例中,加热件开关210也可不设有弹性件214而采用手动复位的方式将操作件211旋转至初始位置。
具体地,操作件211与联动件213通过轴孔配合的方式固定在一起,连接件212夹设在操作件211与联动件213之间并与壳体50的底部连接,从而使得操作件211与联动件213可转动地设置在壳体50上。弹性件214采用弹簧,其两端以抵靠的方式分别与连接件212及联动件213连接,从而在联动件213与连接件212发生相对转动时被挤压变形以提供回复力。开关电路220设置在电路板53上并具有与拨动开关相配合的电触头,拨动开关具有自动复位功能,以在联动件213的推动下与开关电路220的电触头接触导通,产生操作信号,并在联动件213复位后自动复位而与开关电路220的电触头断开连接,不产生操作信号。
在一实施方式中,加热件开关210还包括牵引弹性件215、撞击球216及至少两个撞击孔217,牵引弹性件215的固定端设置在连接件212与操作 件211的其中之一上,至少两个撞击孔217设置在连接件212与操作件211的其中另一上且朝向牵引弹性件215的自由端,撞击球216设置在牵引弹性件215的自由端,牵引弹性件215在操作件211与连接件212相对转动时变形,以在操作件211旋转至预设位置或复位时带动撞击球216从其中一个撞击孔217进入另一撞击孔217而发生撞击。实际实现时,牵引弹性件215采用弹簧,连接件212在朝向操作件211的一侧设有牵引弹性件215的固定槽或固定凸块以对牵引弹性件215的一端进行限位,撞击孔217设置在操作件211的朝向固定槽或固定凸块的一侧,撞击球216设置在牵引弹性件215的自由端且位于弹簧内,从而可在牵引弹性件215的回复力作用下部分落入撞击孔217中,如此,牵引弹性件215可以在操作件211与连接件212相对转动时发生变形而使其自由端发生位移,进而带动撞击球216从其中一个撞击孔217进入另一撞击孔217中,由撞击球216与撞击孔217之间发生撞击而发出声音,撞击声与用户旋转操作件211同步,增加用户的使用体验。当然,也可以将牵引弹性件215的自由端与固定端的设置方向互换,并将撞击孔217设置在连接件212上,同样可以实现在操作件211与连接件212相对转动时发出撞击声的效果。上述仅以牵引弹性件215通过固定槽或者固定凸块的方式固定来举例说明,可选地,该牵引弹性件215还可以通过扣环和卡勾的方式固定连接,比如牵引弹性件215的一端设置有卡勾,则对应的设置有扣环。当然,上述也仅以牵引弹性件215的一端固定,另一端不固定来举例说明,实际实现时,还可以两端均固定,对此并不做限定。
使用时,用户朝设定的方向(例如顺时针方向)旋转操作件211,操作件211带动联动件213转动,弹性件214被压缩,当联动件213背部的凸台滑到连接件212的限位槽的设定行程时,拨动开关在联动件213的推动下与开关电路220的电触头接触导通,产生操作信号,同时,撞击球216落入撞击孔217中发出撞击声以提示用户已旋转到设定角度。接着,保持操作件211位于设定旋转角度第一时长以上,例如为2s以上,从而产生持续的操作信号, 触发控制器230执行操作信号对应的控制操作以控制加热件的工作。最后,松开操作件211,弹性件214的弹力促使联动件213回旋复位,进而带动操作件211回旋到起始状态,撞击球216返回并落入原来的撞击孔217中发出撞击声以提示用户已回复原始位置。实际实现时,也可以设置为两个方向均可旋转,在达到预设位置时,停顿第一时长,从而触发控制器230执行操作信号对应的控制操作以控制加热件的工作。
实际实现时,根据控制器230的控制逻辑及不同的电路结构,加热件开关210的功能可以是仅用于控制加热件开始工作、仅用于控制加热件停止工作或用于根据加热件当前是否工作来控制加热件开始或停止工作,其中,当加热件开关210的功能仅用于控制加热件开始工作时,则可通过其它方式控制加热件停止工作,例如在加热件保温结束后控制加热件停止工作,并且在加热件处于工作状态时不对操作信号进行响应,当加热件开关210的功能仅用于控制加热件停止工作时,则可通过其它方式控制加热件开始工作,例如根据气流传感器的信号控制加热件开始工作,并且在加热件不处于工作状态时不对操作信号进行响应,当加热件开关210的功能用于根据加热件当前是否工作来控制加热件开始或停止工作时,则每次均对操作信号进行响应,用户每操作一次加热件开关210即可实现对加热件的工作状态的切换。其中,控制加热件开始工作可以通过直接控制电子烟开机的方式进行,控制加热件停止工作可以通过直接控制电子烟关机的方式进行,当然也可以在开机的状态下单独控制加热件开始工作或停止工作。
在一实施方式中,控制器230根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作,具体包括:
判断加热件是否处于工作状态;
若加热件处于工作状态,则控制加热件停止工作;
若加热件不处于工作状态,则控制加热件开始工作;或,
若加热件不处于工作状态,则在第二时长后控制加热件开始工作。
其中,通过上述的操作方式,用户在使用时将操作件211旋转到设定位置,停顿2s或以上,如果加热件当前未处于工作状态(例如为关机状态),则2s后加热件开始工作进行加热,松手后操作件211复位。若用户想主动退出,则再次旋转将操作件211到预设位置,停顿2s或以上,由于加热件当前处于工作状态,则此时加热件将自动退出工作状态(例如为电子烟关机),松手后操作件211复位。如此,用户每操作一次加热件开关210即可实现一次加热件工作状态的切换。实际实现时,控制加热件开始工作的方式可以是控制加热件立即开始工作或者在第二时长,例如5s后控制加热件开始工作,从而预留一定的时长供用户进行电子烟的相关设置操作,具体可根据电子烟的类型进行选择,例如烤烟电子烟通常无需设置输出功率和/或输出温度,则可控制加热件立即开始工作,而烟液型电子烟通常提供输出功率和/或输出温度的设置功能,因而可以在第二时长后控制加热件开始工作,从而预留一定的时长供用户设置所需的工作参数,例如输出功率和/或输出温度,电子烟上可以设置有功率和/或温度调节按钮,用户通过功率和/或温度调节按钮设置功率和/或温度,第二时长可以是默认的时长,也可以是用户自定义的时长。
具体而言,在第二时长后控制加热件开始工作的过程可包括:
若加热件不处于工作状态,则开始计时;
判断在计时时间达到第二时长前是否收到工作参数的设置信息;
若收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到第二时长时,根据工作参数的设置信息控制加热件开始工作;
若未收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到第二时长时,根据预设的工作参数控制加热件开始工作。
在一实施方式中,控制器230在加热件保温结束时控制加热件停止工作,具体过程包括:
在加热件开始工作后,判断加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度是否达 到预设阈值;
若加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度达到预设阈值,则控制加热件进入保温状态;
累计保温时长;
当保温时长达到第三时长时,控制加热件停止工作。
在一实施方式中,控制器230在操作信号的持续时长达到第四时长时,输出提示信息以提示将操作件211从预设位置复位,第四时长大于或等于第一时长。其中,用户将操作件211旋转至预设位置并保持第一时长后,控制器230开始执行操作信号对应的控制操作,同时,继续累计操作信号的持续时长,并在操作信号的持续时长达到第四时长时,输出提示信息以提示将操作件211从预设位置复位,提示信息例如为提示灯闪烁、语音提示、声音提示、振动,从而提示用户将操作件211从预设位置复位,避免长时间使弹性件214保持在变形状态而影响弹性件214的使用寿命、减少耗电以及避免在采用手动复位操作件211的情况下,因操作件211忘记复位而影响加热件的正常工作,第四时长可以与第一时长相等,也即在加热件的工作状态改变时输出提示信息,第四时长还可以大于第一时长,例如为3s,从而在确保加热件的工作状态改变后输出提示信息。
在一实施方式中,为实现对电子烟不同状态的指示,指示灯55不限于为三色灯或为分别设置的多个灯组。在加热件开始工作后,判断加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度是否达到预设阈值,若加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度未达到预设阈值,则控制指示灯55显示第一颜色,例如为红色,指示当前处于加热状态,若加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度达到预设阈值,则控制指示灯55显示第二颜色,例如为绿色,指示当前处于保温状态。此外,在加热件停止工作后,判断电子烟当前是否处于充电状态,若电子烟当前处于充电状态,则控制指示灯55显示第三颜色,例如为红色,若在充电的过程中加热件开始工作,则可以优先指示加热件的工 作状态,也可通过不同的指示灯55同时指示充电状态及加热件的工作状态。
本发明的电子烟控制装置,通过接收加热件开关的操作件被旋转至预设位置时的操作信号,并在操作信号的持续时长达到第一时长时,根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作,使得用户在使用电子烟时只需保持操作加热件开关设定时长以上即可实现控制目的,准确性高,不会因按压次数不对而发生误操作,用户体验佳。
图8为本发明一示例性实施例中的电子烟控制方法的流程示意图。如图8所示,本实施例的电子烟控制方法,包括:
步骤110,接收加热件开关的操作件被旋转至预设位置时的操作信号;
步骤120,获取操作信号的持续时长;
步骤130,当操作信号的持续时长达到第一时长时,根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作。
在一实施方式中,根据操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作,包括:
若加热件处于工作状态,则控制加热件停止工作;
若加热件不处于工作状态,则控制加热件开始工作;
若加热件不处于工作状态,则在第二时长后控制加热件开始工作。
在一实施方式中,若加热件不处于工作状态,则在第二时长后控制加热件开始工作,包括:
若加热件不处于工作状态,则开始计时;
若收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到第二时长时,根据工作参数的设置信息控制加热件开始工作;
若未收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到第二时长时,根据预设的工作参数控制加热件开始工作。
在一实施方式中,本实施例的电子烟控制方法还包括:
在加热件开始工作后
若加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度达到预设阈值,则控制加热件进入保温状态;
累计保温时长;
当保温时长达到第三时长时,控制加热件停止工作。

在加热件开始工作后,

本发明还提供一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质上存储有计算机程序指令;计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现如上所述的电子烟控制方法。
前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟、光盘或者云端等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收加热件开关的操作件被旋转至预设位置时的操作信号;
    获取所述操作信号的持续时长;
    当所述操作信号的持续时长达到第一时长时,根据所述操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述操作信号对应的控制操作控制加热件的工作,包括:
    若所述加热件处于工作状态,则控制所述加热件停止工作;
    若所述加热件不处于工作状态,则控制所述加热件开始工作;
    若所述加热件不处于工作状态,则在第二时长后控制所述加热件开始工作。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,所述若所述加热件不处于工作状态,则在第二时长后控制所述加热件开始工作,包括:
    若所述加热件不处于工作状态,则开始计时;
    若在计时时间达到所述第二时长前收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到所述第二时长时,根据工作参数的设置信息控制所述加热件开始工作;
    若在计时时间达到所述第二时长前未收到工作参数的设置信息,则在计时时间达到所述第二时长时,根据预设的工作参数控制所述加热件开始工作。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    在所述加热件开始工作后,若所述加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度达到预设阈值,则控制所述加热件进入保温状态;
    累计保温时长;
    当所述保温时长达到第三时长时,控制所述加热件停止工作。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    在所述加热件开始工作后,若所述加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度未达到预设阈值,则控制指示灯显示第一颜色;
    若所述加热件的输出功率和/或输出温度达到预设阈值,则控制指示灯显示第二颜色。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    若电子烟当前处于充电状态,则控制指示灯显示第三颜色。
