本发明涉及机器人领域,特别涉及一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统。
背景技术
现阶段,水质的安全问题显得越来越重要,特别是对于淡水养殖行业,例如水质中的溶氧度有问题,就会很容易引起鱼类缺氧的情况,严重的话就会引起鱼类的死亡,这样会给养殖户带来严重的损失。因此对于淡水养殖行业来说,水质检测是一个很重要的环节;而现阶段,人们一般用水质检测机器人来对水质进行检测的。而这种机器人在巡检的过程中需要耗费大量的电能,因此需要隔一段时间就要对机器人进行充电处理;但是现在的水质检测机器人没有自动充电的功能,因此需要用户在一段时间之后就要对机器人进行回收和充电处理,这样就会不便于水质检测工作的快速有效展开。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,这种机器人可以自动检测电量,自动回到充电桩进行充电处理,无需人工操作。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,包括对水质进行检测的机器人本体和对机器人本体进行充电的充电桩;

E、 根据生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域是否处于最优值而调节设备的关闭和开启。
进一步,所述步骤E中的最优值为设定的水质最优阀值范围,当生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域不在最优阀值范围内,调节设备开启,对水质进行调节,直到这个区域的水质参数在最优阀值范围内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,机器人本体上的主控模块接收到电源装置反馈的电量过低的信号时,通过通信模块将信号发送到充电桩上的第二无线模块,主控模块接收定位模块当前的数据信息,再将此数据信息与充电桩的位置进行比较计算,驱动水质检测驱动模块,使得机器人本体向充电桩的位置移动;当机器人本体将充电桩上的红外对管传感器遮挡时,充电桩上的挡杆会伸出对机器人本体进行固定处理,充电头上的磁性传感器检测到机器人本体上的充电口对准时,充电头与充电口对接而对机器人本体进行充电处理;当充电完成后,充电桩的挡杆打开,充电桩的充电头与机器人本体分离,机器人本体离开充电桩区域继续进行水质的检测工作,通过这样的方式实现了充电过程的自动化。

其中,所述水质检测驱动模块5包括第一电机驱动模块51、螺旋桨电机52、伸缩水管电机53和光电编码器54,所述第一电机驱动模块51与控制模块6相连接,所述螺旋桨电机52和伸缩水管电机53分别与第一电机驱动模块51连接,所述光电编码器54的控制输入端与伸缩水管电机52相连接,所述光电编码器54的输出端与控制模块6连接。第一电机驱动模块51用于驱动螺旋桨电机52和伸缩水管电机53的运动,螺旋桨电机52为机器人本体的运动提供动力,伸缩水管电机53使得机器人本体可以检测到不同深度的水质,光电编码器54可以将伸缩水管电机53所控制伸缩水管移动的距离进行相应的检测和反馈。
其中,所述充电桩还包括充电头移动滑槽18和充电桩外壳19,所述充电头移动滑槽18设置于充电桩外壳19的内部,所述充电头16设置于所述充电头移动滑槽18上。充电头16可以在充电头移动滑槽18上进行移动,使得充电头16与机器人本体上的充电口进行对接。
其中,所述挡杆17的一端铰接在充电桩外壳19上,另一端可活动地与充电桩外壳19进行连接。挡杆17的一端固定在充电桩外壳19上,另一端是可活动的。当机器人本体进入充电区域时,挡杆17的活动端与充电桩外壳19连接,对机器人本体起到一个固定的作用;当充电完毕后,机器人本体需要离开充电桩区域时,挡杆17打开,使得机器人本体可以离开充电区域。
其中,所述水质检测模块2将检测到的水质数据发送到控制模块6,控制模块6对接收到的数据进行处理分析,包括以下步骤:
A、 所述控制模块6获取水质参数的矩阵,分别提取出三维坐标信息和水质信息;
B、 调用均值和方差函数算出三维坐标的均值矩阵和协方差矩阵;
C、 利用MATLAB里面的高斯函数算出其余的水质参数值;
D、 利用绘图函数画出水质参数分布三维图,并根据参数信息着色;
E、 根据生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域是否处于最优值而调节设备的关闭和开启。
通过快速建立水质参数分布图判断哪个位置需要开启水质调节设备,从而更有效的进行水质调控,提高水产品的质量和产量和节约用电,克服了目前根据检测一点或多点的平均值判断进行开启或关闭各种水质调节设备的不足。
其中,所述步骤E中的最优值为设定的水质最优阀值范围,当生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域不在最优阀值范围内,调节设备开启,对水质进行调节,直到这个区域的水质参数在最优阀值范围内。水质最优阀值为预设的范围,当水质参数处于预设范围内时,调节设备不会开启;当水质参数不处于预设范围内时,调节设备进行启动,对水质进行调节。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:包括对水质进行检测的机器人本体和对机器人本体进行充电的充电桩;所述机器人本体包括电源装置(1)、水质检测模块(2)、通信模块(3)、定位模块(4)、水质检测驱动模块(5)和控制模块(6),所述电源装置(1)、水质检测模块(2)、通信模块(3)、定位模块(4)、水质检测驱动模块(2)分别与控制模块(6)相连接,所述水质检测模块(5)将检测到的水质数据发送到控制模块(6),控制模块(6)对接收到的数据进行处理分析;所述充电桩包括红外对管传感器(8)、磁性传感器(9)、第二无线模块(10)、第二电机驱动模块(14)、控制电机(15)、充电头(16)、挡杆(17)和主控模块(7),所述红外对管传感器(8)、磁性传感器(9)、第二无线模块(10)和第二电机驱动模块(14)分别与主控模块(7)相连接,所述控制电机(15)的控制输入端与所述第二电机驱动模块(14)相连接,所述充电头(16)和挡杆(17)分别与控制电机(15)相连接,所述磁性传感器(9)用于充电头(16)与机器人本体上的电源装置(1)的对准;所述机器人本体的控制模块(6)接收到电源装置(1)反馈的电量过低的信号时,通过通信模块(3)将信号发送到第二无线模块(10),控制模块(6)根据定位模块(4)的信息,驱动水质检测驱动模块(5)到达充电桩的区域,所述机器人本体到达充电桩所处的区域而遮挡红外对管传感器(8)发出的红外线时,所述挡杆(17)会伸出固定所述机器人本体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述电源装置(1)包括电量检测模块(12)、充电模块(13)和用于对机器人本体进行供电的电源模块(11), 所述电源模块(11)分别与电量检测模块(12)和充电模块(13)相连接,所述电量检测模块(12)和充电模块(13)分别与控制模块(6)相连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述水质检测模块(2)包括溶氧传感器模块(21)、PH传感器模块(22)、温度传感器模块(23)和浊度传感器模块(24)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述定位模块(4)包括GPS定位模块(41)和WIFI视频模块(42)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述通信模块(3)包括第一无线模块(31)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述水质检测驱动模块(5)包括第一电机驱动模块(51)、螺旋桨电机(52)、伸缩水管电机(53)和光电编码器(54),所述第一电机驱动模块(51)与控制模块(6)相连接,所述螺旋桨电机(52)和伸缩水管电机(53)分别与第一电机驱动模块(51)连接,所述光电编码器(54)的控制输入端与伸缩水管电机(52)相连接,所述光电编码器(54)的输出端与控制模块(6)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述充电桩还包括充电头移动滑槽(18)和充电桩外壳(19),所述充电头移动滑槽(18)设置于充电桩外壳(19)的内部,所述充电头(16)设置于所述充电头移动滑槽(18)上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述挡杆(17)的一端铰接在充电桩外壳(19)上,另一端可活动地与充电桩外壳(19)进行连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,所述水质检测模块(2)将检测到的水质数据发送到控制模块(6),控制模块(6)对接收到的数据进行处理分析,包括以下步骤:A、 所述控制模块(6)获取水质参数的矩阵,分别提取出三维坐标信息和水质信息;B、 调用均值和方差函数算出三维坐标的均值矩阵和协方差矩阵;C、 利用MATLAB里面的高斯函数算出其余的水质参数值;D、 利用绘图函数画出水质参数分布三维图,并根据参数信息着色;E、 根据生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域是否处于最优值而调节设备的关闭和开启。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种水质检测的自动充电机器人系统,其特征在于:所述步骤E中的最优值为设定的水质最优阀值范围,当生成的水质参数分布三维图的某个区域不在最优阀值范围内,调节设备开启,对水质进行调节,直到这个区域的水质参数在最优阀值范围内。
