有鉴于此,发明人在研究了现有的技术后特提出本申请。
发明内容

由图1、图2和图5所示,在本实施例中,淋浴装置具有内通水路的支架1、顶喷5、以及连通支架1和顶喷5的导水管4。导水管4包含:连通支架1的第一管道2、以及连通第一管道2和顶喷5的第二管道3,第二管道3能够以自身转动而第一管道2不转动的方式相对第一管道2旋转,且第二管道3相对第一管道2转动时能够带动顶喷5随之转动,以对用户进行旋转式喷淋;淋浴装置还包含驱动第二管道3相对第一管道2转动的旋转机构8、用以为旋转机构8提供动力的动力机构6,以及用以产生微米气泡水的微米起泡机构27。由图5所示,微米起泡机构27具有:配置在第二管道3内的起泡壳体29、配置于起泡壳体29内的气泡发生器30,以及用以增强气泡效果的气泡增强件31;起泡壳体29内置一空腔35,该空腔35与第二管道3相通,气泡发生器30和气泡增强件31都配置于空腔35内;气泡发生器30具有:用以与第二管道3相通的第一通孔32,以及用以和空 腔35相通的第二通孔33,第二通孔33和第一通孔32相通,第二通孔33能够使来自第一通孔32的水产生微米气泡并流入到空腔35,气泡增强件31上配置有若干贯穿气泡增强件31的第三通孔34,该第三通孔34能够使产生的微米气泡水自空腔35流入顶喷5的过程中产生更多的微米气泡。在本实施例中,微米起泡机构27还具有第四密封件28,该第四密封件28用以密封起泡壳体29和第二管道3之间的装配;起泡壳体29和第二管道3、气泡发生器30和起泡壳体29,以及气泡增强件31和起泡壳体29之间都是通过螺纹连接完成配合。本发明的淋浴装置通过配置微米起泡机构,能够产生微米气泡水,并从顶喷出水处喷出用以淋浴,可以达到杀菌和防止由皮肤病引起的慢性瘙痒的作用。
由图1所示,本发明的淋浴装置在使用时,水从供水装置(图未示)经过支架1和导水管4,最终从顶喷5喷出。在本实施例中,导水管4上配置有动力机构6,当水流通导水管4时能够驱动动力机构6工作发电,产生的电能够给旋转机构8提供动力并开始工作;旋转机构8工作时能够使第二管道3以第一管道2的竖直段为旋转轴转动,以此完成对用户进行旋转式喷淋。在本实施例中,支架1内部设有供水流通的水路,该支架1为卫浴行业所常用的装置,在此不再赘述;在本实施例中,第一管道2为一段竖直布置的水路管道,第二管道3为一段大致呈Z字形的水路管道,第二管道3的出水端竖直向下;在本实施例中,第二管道3的出水端和顶喷5之间为螺纹连接,在另一实施例中,第二管道3的出水端和顶喷5之间可以为焊接。
由图1和图4所示,在本实施例中,第一管道2的下侧套设于第二管道3上侧的外周上,淋浴装置还包含有限位组件7,限位组件7用以限制第二管道3的上侧自第一管道2的下侧脱离;限位组件7包含:套设于第一管道2和第二管道3上且与第一管道2通过螺纹结构相配合的限位套13、 配置于第一管道2外周且位于限位套13上侧的第一限位件12、套设于第二管道3的外周的第二限位件22,第一限位件12用以限制限位套13相对第一管道2向上活动的范围;限位套13包含配置于第二限位环下侧的限位部23,限位部23通过限制第二限位件22向下活动来限制第二管道3脱离第一管道2。由图1所示,在本实施例中,限位套13为一个轮廓呈一环状几何体,且该几何体的上下表面之间设有一通孔;限位套13分为轮廓设呈六边形结构的上部和轮廓呈环形的下部,限位套13的上部和下部通过螺栓(图未示)固定配置在一起,呈六边形结构的上部便于使限位套13通过旋转的方式装配于第一管道2上;限位部23为限位套13的下部的底座。
由图4所示,在本实施例中,第一限位件12和第二限位件22都是环形的不锈钢金属片,第一限位件12和第二限位件22的材质为SUS304不锈钢;第一限位件12和第二限位件22通过螺纹连接的方式分别固定配置于所述第一管道2的外壁和第二管道3的外壁,且第一限位件12和第一管道2的外壁之间,以及第二限位件22和第二管道3的外壁之间的螺纹配合还需要通过在螺纹上点胶加以固定。第一限位件12用以定位限位套13与第一管道2的装配终止位置,防止限位部23挤压第二限位件22导致第二管道3不能旋转。
由图4所示,在本实施例中,淋浴装置还包含有耐磨组件26,该耐磨组件26具有:位于第一管道2下端面和第二限位件22上表面之间的第一耐磨件24,以及位于第二限位件22下表面和限位部23上表面之间的第二耐磨件25;耐磨组件26用以增强限位套13和第二限位件22之间的耐磨性,且减少限位套13和第二限位件22之间的摩擦力。在本实施例中,第一耐磨件24和第二耐磨件25都是呈环状的耐磨垫片,第一耐磨件24和第二耐磨件25为铁氟龙(PTFE)材料制成的耐磨垫片。
由图3所示,在本实施例中,旋转机构8包含配置于限位套13上的电机11、套设于电机11的输出轴的第一齿轮15、套设于第二管道3外周且与第一齿轮15相啮合的第二齿轮14。在本实施例中,第二齿轮14和第二管道3之间为螺纹配合,第一齿轮15和电机11的输出轴之间为螺纹配合,且该电机11的旋转方向能够使第一齿轮15和电机11的输出轴之间的螺纹配合越加紧固。
由图4所示,在本实施例中,第一管道2上配置有安装部17,动力机构6具有:发电机18、后盖9,以及连接动力机构6和旋转机构8的电源线10;安装部17用以安装发电机18,安装部17为一段与第一管道2相通的管道,后盖9用以限制发电机18自安装部17脱落,水流自支架1经第一管道2流向顶喷5的过程中,能够驱动发电机18的工作发电。在本实施例中,发电机18为水流式的微型发电机18,为卫浴行业所常用的手段,如:中国公开号为CN102661428A中所揭示的一种微型发电机18,在此不再赘述。
由图4所示,在本实施例中,动力机构6还具有用以密封发电机18和安装部17的第一密封件16,第一密封件16位于发电机18的外壁和安装部17的内壁之间。由图4所示,在本实施例中,限位组件7还包含有:用以密封第一管道2和第二管道3的密封组件21,密封组件21包含第二密封件19和第三密封件20,第二管道3的周面上设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,第一凹槽和第二凹槽都是配置在第一管道2的外壁上的环形凹槽,第二密封件19和第三密封件20分别套置在第一凹槽和第二凹槽上。在本实施例中,第一密封件16、第二密封件19、第三密封件20,以及第四密封件28都是采用NBR材质制成的O形密封圈。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种多功能淋浴装置,具有内通水路的支架(1)、顶喷(5)、以及连通所述支架(1)和所述顶喷(5)的导水管(4),其特征在于,所述导水管(4)包含:连通所述支架(1)的第一管道(2)、以及连通所述第一管道(2)和顶喷(5)的第二管道(3),所述第二管道(3)能够以自身转动而第一管道(2)不转动的方式相对第一管道(2)旋转,且第二管道(3)相对第一管道(2)转动时能够带动所述顶喷(5)随之转动,以对用户进行旋转式喷淋;所述淋浴装置还包含驱动所述第二管道(3)相对第一管道(2)转动的旋转机构(8)、用以为所述旋转机构(8)提供动力的动力机构(6),以及用以产生微米气泡水的微米起泡机构(27);
    所述微米起泡机构(27)具有:配置在所述第二管道(3)内的起泡壳体(29)、配置于所述起泡壳体(29)内的气泡发生器(30),以及用以增强气泡效果的气泡增强件(31);所述起泡壳体(29)内置一空腔(35),该空腔(35)与所述第二管道(3)相通,所述气泡发生器(30)和所述气泡增强件(31)都配置于所述空腔(35)内;所述气泡发生器(30)具有:用以与所述第二管道(3)相通的第一通孔(32),以及用以和所述空腔(35)相通的第二通孔(33),所述第二通孔(33)和所述第一通孔(32)相通,所述第二通孔(33)能够使来自所述第一通孔(32)的水产生微米气泡并流入到所述空腔(35),所述气泡增强件(31)用以使产生的微米气泡水自所述空腔(35)流入所述顶喷(5)的过程中产生更多的微米气泡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述第一管道(2)的下侧套设于所述第二管道(3)上侧的外周上,所述淋浴装置还包含有限位组件(7),所述限位组件(7)用以限制所述第二管道(3)的上侧自所述第 一管道(2)的下侧脱离;所述限位组件(7)包含:套设于所述第一管道(2)和第二管道(3)上且与所述第一管道(2)通过螺纹结构相配合的限位套(13)、配置于所述第一管道(2)外周且位于所述限位套(13)上侧的第一限位件(12)、套设于所述第二管道(3)的外周的第二限位件(22),所述第一限位件(12)用以限制所述限位套(13)相对所述第一管道(2)向上活动的范围;所述限位套(13)包含配置于所述第二限位环下侧的限位部(23),所述限位部(23)通过限制所述第二限位件(22)向下活动来限制所述第二管道(3)脱离所述第一管道(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述淋浴装置还包含有耐磨组件(26),该耐磨组件(26)具有:位于所述第一管道(2)下端面和所述第二限位件(22)上表面之间的第一耐磨件(24),以及位于所述第二限位件(22)下表面和所述限位部(23)上表面之间的第二耐磨件(25);所述耐磨组件(26)用以增强所述限位套(13)和第二限位件(22)之间的耐磨性,且减少所述限位套(13)和第二限位件(22)之间的摩擦力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述旋转机构(8)包含配置于所述限位套(13)上的电机(11)、套设于所述电机(11)的输出轴的第一齿轮(15)、套设于第二管道(3)外周且与第一齿轮(15)相啮合的第二齿轮(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述第一管道(2)上配置有安装部(17),所述动力机构(6)具有:发电机(18)、后盖(9),以及连接所述动力机构(6)和所述旋转机构(8)的电源线(10);所述安装部(17)用以安装所述发电机(18),所述安装部(17)为一段与所述第一管道(2)相通的管道,所述后盖(9)用以限制所述发电机(18)自所述安装部(17)脱落,水流自所述支架(1)经所述第一管道(2)流向所述顶喷(5)的过程中,能够驱 动所述发电机(18)的工作发电。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述动力机构(6)还具有用以密封所述发电机(18)和所述安装部(17)的第一密封件(16),所述第一密封件(16)位于所述发电机(18)的外壁和所述安装部(17)的内壁之间。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能淋浴装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件(7)还包含有:用以密封所述第一管道(2)和第二管道(3)的密封组件(21),所述密封组件(21)包含第二密封件(19)和第三密封件(20),所述第二管道(3)的周面上设置有第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和第二凹槽都是配置在所述第一管道(2)的外壁上的环形凹槽,所述第二密封件(19)和第三密封件(20)分别套置在所述第一凹槽和第二凹槽上。
