A square paper bowl, a forming process therefor, and a rolled edge forming device. The square paper bowl comprises a bowl body (101), characterized in that: corners of the bowl body (101) are all round corners (102), an upper opening of the bowl body (101) is provided with rolled edges (103), and the rolled edges (103) corresponding to the round corners (102) are shaped by means of heat treatment; the forming process for the square paper bowl comprises the following steps: (I). using a coated paper to respectively manufacture bowl body side walls and a bowl body bottom; (II). heating the manufactured bowl body bottom and bonding same to the lower end of the manufactured bowl body side walls; (III). rolling upper edges of the bowl body side walls, and shaping the rolled edges corresponding to the corners by means of heat treatment. The steps of the forming process are simple, reasonable and efficient, and the manufactured square paper bowl has a stable structure, and the rolled edges are provided at the bowl opening, such that the strength of the opening of the square paper bowl is enhanced, and the convenience of using the square paper bowl is improved, besides, the bowl body bottom is provided as a concave bottom, and is bonded, by means of heating and pressing, to the lower end of the bowl body side walls in a sealing manner, such that the bearing property of the bowl body bottom is strengthened; and the rolled edge forming device has a reasonable structure, operates quickly and stably, and performs stepwise rolling by means of initial rolling and final rolling, reasonably and effectively performing edge rolling and forming on the square paper bowl.
