Abstract

The present invention relates to a gear pump (10) having two gears (30) bedded from one each shaft parts (32) in a body (20) and rotated by means of the drive received from a drive shaft (40) and a bearing element (60) which at least partially encircles said shaft parts (32). As an improvement, at least one of the shaft parts (32) of the gears (30) is provided such that the diameter is increasing from a bottom part (321), which is close to a gear part (31), towards an end part (322).
