Abstract

A candy dispensing device for piñatas comprises: a main candy storage chamber (18); dispensing arms (2) that slope down from the main chamber (19) to dispense candy when covers (8) located at their ends are opened; heat-sensitive closing clasps (9) that hold the covers (8) in a closed position; a heating circuit to melt the closing clasps (9) and release the covers (8); a reaction chamber (6) that accommodates a bag containing an aqueous solution and a reactive substance (19) that reacts with an aqueous solution when the bag is broken, generating a gas; a feed tube (3) leads the gas generated in the reaction chamber (6) to heating circuit activation means that activate the heating circuit using the pressure of the generated gas. The device makes it possible to disperse and dispense candy among various dispensing zones, reducing the risk of clumping.

DESCRIPTION

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a device for piñatas, which keeps the candy inside until it is activated and disperses the candy.

Background of the invention

The game of piñatas is the most enjoyed at children's parties. Currently, the most traditional piñatas are made as usually cardboard containers that take the form that is preferred, containing the sweets inside. To make the candy fall, the children hit, in turn, with a bat or stick the piñata until it is broken.

However, although it is a children's game, it tends to become violent because when picking up the pills that have fallen to the ground, after breaking the piñata, the parents and older children gather in the same spot, so the children Smaller children have less opportunity and are exposed to being hurt, making this experience unpleasant for them.

As piñatas have become popular, not only in Latin countries, devices have been created that make the game of the piñata a safer and less violent experience, such as the reusable piñata system disclosed in US7442106-B1 in that children take turns removing pieces of the piñata, and a key piece will cause the pills to fall, which prevents children from having to hit the piñata. However, the pills fall in the same place so the problem of small children being hurt by bigger ones is not solved.

On the other hand, patent document US5536194-A discloses a piñata system that, once it breaks, lets out sweets but with the inconvenience that they also fall concentrated in one place, so it does not provide a solution for children little ones.

Consequently, it is necessary to have a piñata system to disperse the tablets, distributing them in different places, without eliminating the game of hitting the piñata, to allow small children to pick up the tablets away from the large ones and thus not be hurt . Description of the invention

The present invention is about a candy distribution device for piñatas. The device is activated by hitting the piñata, causing the rupture of a bag with an aqueous solution located in a reaction chamber that contains a reactive substance that, when making contact with the aqueous solution, generates a gas that rises to the device and closes a circuit electric, which heats some cables that are arranged around some distribution arms of the device, melting a closing clasp that closes some hinges and what prevents sweets from leaving. In this way, when the closing clasp melts, the hinges open, which in turn allows the candy contained in the body or main chamber of the device to be dispersed in different directions.

The candy distribution device for piñatas comprises the following elements:

A main chamber in which some sweets to be distributed are stored.

A plurality of distribution arms that start from the main chamber with a sufficient inclination to distribute the sweets by gravity to different distribution areas when respective covers located at the end of the distribution arms are opened.

Heat-sensitive locking clasps that hold the distribution arm caps in a closed position.

A heating circuit configured to heat and melt the closing clasps to produce the release of the distribution arm caps.

A reaction chamber prepared to house a bag with an aqueous solution and a reactive substance that reacts with the aqueous solution when the bag is broken to generate a gas.

A feed tube configured to drive the gas generated in the reaction chamber towards means for activating the heating circuit.

Activation means of the heating circuit, configured to activate the heating circuit using the generated gas pressure.

In one embodiment, the heating circuit comprises an electrical circuit with at least one battery configured to, when a contact of the electrical circuit is closed, to heat wires in contact with the closing pins.

The activation means of the heating circuit may comprise a funnel through which the generated gas circulates, a balloon located at the end of the funnel of smaller section and configured to inflate by action of the introduced gas; and a hinge located in contact with the balloon and configured to close the contact of the electrical circuit (as a switch) by inflation of the balloon.

The device may comprise in its upper part a fastening means for hanging the device to a raised part.

The present invention relates to a device for distributing candy for piñatas that disperses candy in different areas. Figures 1 and 2 show, respectively and according to an embodiment of the present invention, a front view and a plan view of said pinata candy distribution device 1.

The device 1 is prepared to be hung to a high part (such as the roof, a tree, etc.) by means of fixing means, which in the embodiment of Figures 1 and 2 are implemented by means of fastening means ( eg a hoop or a bra) located on the top of the device, preferably made of natural or synthetic rope. The candies are introduced inside the device 1 through an access or register 5 (for example, a mouth or a gate) located on the top of the device, so that the candies are stored in a main chamber 18 of the device and they are distributed through a plurality of distribution arms 2, arranged as a slide, when their respective covers are opened 8. Although in Figure 2 four distribution arms are represented, device 1 could have a different number of distribution arms (the more arms, the more dispersion of the candy there will be).

To prepare the device 1, a bag with an aqueous solution (not shown in the figures) is introduced through a door 7, which gives access to a reaction chamber 6, shown in Figure 3, which activates the distribution of the sweet. The bag is hung on a hook 12 located inside the reaction chamber 6. In addition, a reactive substance 19 is reacted in the reaction chamber 6 which reacts with the aqueous solution to produce a gas.

Next, hang the piñata to the device 1 using fasteners or fasteners 10, and the device is fixed to a raised part by means of the fasteners 4. The piñata is ready, and the sweets contained in the main chamber 18 connected to the four distribution arms 2 (which have an inclination to direct them in different directions and prevent them from accumulating in a single point), the piñata is hit by the children until one manages to break the bag with the aqueous solution ( which is inside the reaction chamber 6), so that the solution makes contact with the reactive substance 19 stored in the base of the reaction chamber 6, which causes the generation of a non-toxic gas, the which goes up through a feeding tube 3.

Figure 4 shows a heating circuit that is activated by the chemical reaction produced in the reaction chamber 6. Once the generated gas rises through the feed tube 3, it passes through a funnel 13 and inflates a balloon 14. This it allows a hinge 15 located in contact with the balloon to be lifted, on the opposite side of the funnel 13, by closing (by means of a closing contact, as if it were a switch) with it an electrical circuit 16 that heats wires 11. As shown in Figure 2, said cables 11 pass through closing clasps 9 that hold the covers 8, the closing pins being heat sensitive (low melting point), so that the heat of the cables 11 causes the closing clasps 9 to melt, whereby the covers 8 of the distribution arms 2 remain unattached, rotating by the action of gravity around an axis of rotation (using for example a hinge 17), so that the candy contained in the main chamber 18 fall scattered by gravity.

For the reuse of the device 1, the closing clasp 9 is discarded, made of paraffin, thermoplastic or made of some other low melting point material, and must be replaced every time the device 1 is used. For the electrical circuit 16 of Figure 4, a battery (for example, a 6-volt battery), copper wires and copper hinge or other conductive material can be used. The bag containing the aqueous solution is preferred to be made of thin material that breaks when it hits the walls of the reaction chamber 6.

Claims

1. Device for distributing candy for piñatas, characterized in that it comprises: a main chamber (18) in which candies to be distributed are stored;

a plurality of distribution arms (2) that start from the main chamber (18) With a sufficient inclination to distribute the sweets by gravity to different distribution areas when respective covers (8) located at the end of the arms are opened distribution (2);

heat-sensitive locking clasps (9) which hold the covers (8) of the distribution arms (2) in a closed position;

a Heater circuit configured to Heat and melt the closing clips (9) to produce the release of the covers (8) of the distribution arms (2);

2. Device according to claim 1, wherein the heating circuit comprises an electrical circuit (16) with at least one battery configured for, when a contact of the electrical circuit (16) is closed, heating wires (1 1) in contact with the clasps (9).

3. Device according to claim 2, wherein the means for activating the heating circuit comprise:

a funnel (13) through which the generated gas circulates;

a balloon (14) located at the end of the funnel (13) of smaller section and configured to be inflated by the action of the gas introduced;

a hinge (15) located in contact with the balloon (14) and configured to close the contact of the electric circuit (16) by inflation of the balloon (14).

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, which comprises, in its upper part, fastening means (4) for hanging the device (1).

5. Device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closure clasp (9) is made of paraffin, a thermoplastic material, or a low melting point material.
