Description

A COMFORTER SYSTEM HAVING AN APPLICATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH A
SUPPORTER
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a comforter system having an application with a supporter for therapeutic use, healing, to provide support and/or comfort to a user and more particularly, pertains to such a system which is primarily for institutional use, such as in hospitals, nursing homes and also adapted for domestic use, such as in chairs, beds, recliners sofas or seats of vehicles (all sorts of vehicles or any sort of device where the user needs to be transported or made to rest for/ with adequate support ), aircraft or ships or in other places deemed fit.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A backache is an extremely common complaint, characterized by local or generalized pain anywhere in the spinal region, from the neck to the buttocks. It may be caused by various disorders, most common are those associated with muscles, ligaments, bones, or nerves and inflammation of a nerve. The spinal column has multiple flexible discs between vertebrae which function like shock absorbers to cushion the bones from each other during ordinary bodily activities. Each disc has a hard outer layer and soft jelly-like core. With strain or injury, pressure may extrude some of this soft substance through weak points and cause pressure against a corresponding nerve to cause pain and pain may be indicative of extrusion. Not only for back ache but this invention may be used for pregnant women, animals, living creatures, for sleeping or resting or support or transporting the user with better body part support.
Additionally, skin ulcer or "bed sores" are a common problem when a person is lying on a bed for a long time like patients in hospital’s bed, as the patient's body is supported on point of projection such as hip bones, spine, shoulder blades, etc. These symptoms often cause due to the uncomfortable environment given by back support i.e. bed, stretcher, seat, chair, flat platform, etc. Moreover, conventional hospitals bed provides uncomfortable environment having deformed spaces made due to the force of the body. Moreover whenever a person is using many available mattresses/ beds/ chairs, their different body parts do not receive adequate support. This is because the whole thing is made of materials which target the whole body not its parts. Some of them have layers of different material or different areas made of different materials. These are mass produces and cannot be adjusted to the users needs and preferences periodically. Here different parts of the body are given individual attention and support which can be customized to an extent by the user to his body type, weight, posture and build. The same piece/unit of the invention may be adjusted to an extent to a different person of different body weight and posture. This can be achieved by pressurizing different compartments with different internal pressure and height to maintain the natural body posture or comfort and better support. It is to be noted that if this invention is not properly used or used for prolonged period of time, it may/will cause harm to the user.
Typically, prior art configurations comprise either very expensive, complex movable bed frame constructions, adjustable back rests. However, no mattress exists which is able to provide the comfort of a bed system, while also providing a system which is capable of being used in any desired location. The prior arts which provide some comfort are not capable of providing different pressure and height to maintain the body posture/ comfort or for better support and are not been able to satisfy the user’s needs and wants.
Prior art US 5740574 provides a hybrid mattress having portions with different support characteristics such as springs and a unitary comfort casing. The comfort casing is formed with two or more internal pouches each adapted to snugly receive one of the individual support structures and to hold the support structures in a planar, contiguous manner. In this prior art, the spring constant is almost similar thus providing similar support throughout the contact area and also, the compression force is mostly constant.
It is to be noted that all prior arts fail to identify the preferable mattress or a system which provides the comfort to the user with therapeutic use, healing (posture correction) and support to the user which provides support to different parts of the body individually and if need be independently. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
A prime objective of the present invention is to provide a system for use in conjunction with a supporter like a bed, a chair, a seat or alike or standalone which provides more comfortable environment for the user to rest or during treatment in hospitals, transport, at home or in other place deem fit.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a system for use in conjunction or standalone with a supporter for the different types of user having different weight, shape and needs and provides support to different parts of user’s body.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a single compartment on a support with a medium filled inside the compartment through a pipe or tube connected to the compartment which is controlled by the electronic device or a manual pump or both as a control unit to adjust (increase or decrease) the pressure of the compartment. Also, it can be customize according to the person’s need by filling air in the compartment.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a system for use in conjunction with a supporter or standalone which additionally provides the source of vibration with one or more compartments of which the vibrating senses are controlled by the electronic device and transfer the vibrations to the user when required for massaging and relaxing the body parts of the user.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide a system for use in conjunction with a supporter or standalone which additionally provides the source of temperature control device with one or more compartments in which the hot and cold senses are controlled by the electronic device according to the user’s need.

For example, a component may be but is not limited to being, a process running on a processor(s) or microcontroller(s), a processor, an object, an executable, a thread of execution, a program, and/or a computer. By way of illustration, both an application running on the electronic device and the electronic device can be a component.
One embodiment of the present invention provides a comforter system (43) having a supporter, one or more compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30), one or more pipes or tubes (37), a medium and a control unit. In the configuration, these compartments are placed on the supporter according to the specific needs, body type or posture of the user in such a way that major parts of user’s body come in contact of compartments configured. This system of different flexible compartments can be adjusted to a particular position and can be customized to size and shape to give maximum beneficial results.
In a preferred embodiment system of the present invention, the plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) is arranged on the supporter which includes a pressure inside in the form of the medium such as gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s or a combination of them. Further, these compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) are connected with the plurality of pipes (37) to configure with the control unit such as electronic device, manual pump, separate manual pump and manual/electric valves to adjust the internal pressure of the compartments according to the need, or both manual pump and electronic device .
The individual compartments/airbags can be pressurized with different pressure ranges to provide support for example to the human body for different age and genders. It is also useful for other organisms. This system takes into account that everyone has their own body shape, size, built, weight and proportions, and is adjustable to majority form of sizes and variations to provide optimal body support both specific as well as non-specific.
In another embodiment the compartments are used with additional layers of various materials to improve comfort, support and utility of the system such as, for example, flexible, textured, quilted cover layer, natural or synthetic layer such as, cotton, polyester, foam, including memory foam, a thermoplastic flexible mesh or grid, and any combination of such materials covering the all compartments separately or all together. Further, the compartments are made in such a manner that its wraps around the user’s whole body and permits a protective shield to a great extent.
In another embodiment, the additional layer(s) of any compressible material, for example foam, sponge, cotton or any other material deemed fit for the use (37) may be used underneath/ the one or more compartments to provide more comfort and another layer of any compressible material, for example foam, sponge, cotton or any other material deemed fit for the use may be used on top/ covering layer of the one or more compartments( 1 to 23, 28 to 30) to absorb to an extent the excessive pressure generated via the medium of the compartments and provide better comfort to the user.
Another embodiment of the present invention includes a comforter system with the source of vibration like vibrating device (25) with one or more compartments to transfer the vibrating senses to the user in which the vibrating device(s) are controlled by the electronic device during use. In the system, the vibrating device is placed on the top layer of one or more compartments positioned in different places which provide a feeling of relaxation to definite parts of the users. These vibrators may help in the treatment of medically ill people, for example to a person who is partly or fully paralyzed, or who need it as a muscle relaxant or need support to their backs or any part of the body due to sprain or fracture/ or any other ailment where this invention may be found useful in treatment or recovery or any other purpose. These vibration level controlled vibrators provide a stimulus that may help in fastening the recovery process during treatment.
Another embodiment aspect of the present invention includes a comforter system with the source of temperature like temperature control device (26) with one or more compartments to transfer the hot and cold senses to the user for healing purpose in which the temperature is controlled by the electronic device. Further, the temperature control device is placed on the top layer of one or more compartments to be close to/ contact with the user’ s body.
In an operation, the pressure of gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s is inflated in different pressure ranges which are controlled with the electronic device or manual pump or both. This system controls the pressure, heat senses and vibration senses ranges up to the certain level to provide the features of the present invention in corporation with the safety of the users.
Another embodiment of the present invention includes a comforter system with a device like gloves for the feet and the hand and for any other part of the body deemed necessary. These gloves include vibrators and heating and cooling devices (temperature control unit) that can be controlled by the operator to initiate a stimulus for the user. This may help in relaxing the muscles of the patient or for any other medical or therapeutic use or for any other reason that may deem fit to be implemented on the user for their wellbeing.
In an operation, this functions in a way of reverse mapping and providing relaxation. The operator/professional/doctor sets the device for the user, installs it on the affected area and then positions a stimulus generating device i.e. vibrator, heating and cooling pad on the spot that requires treatment. Then the operator/ doctor/ professional informs the user where the stimulus is being given so that the user may try to sense it. Thus controlling the stimulus and providing the best treatment/ therapy/ relaxation to the user.
Preferably, the device with stimulus generators is of various kinds or can be customized according to the user’s requirement and these various kinds are selected from gloves for hands and fingers; feet socks for feet sole and toes straps and pads for other parts of the body customized to fit easily. Further, the stimulus generators are selected from Vibrators, heating pads and cooling pads.
The function of the stimulus generators are listed below:
Vibrators:
1. Controlled by the operator/user: For particular body part treatment the operator/ or the user; may select the vibrator from the electronic device in the Figure 4(a). Using the dimmer switch (111) the intensity of the vibrators may be defined. This way the operator/user would exactly know which part of the body is being given the stimulus and this may help in faster recovery.
2. Pre- programmed pulse: From an array of different pulse rhythms the operator/ user may select a particular pulse from the pre fed and programmed electronic device in Figure 4(a). The intensity of the same may be adjusted with the dimmer switch (111). 3. Duration and Repeat timer: This setting may be selected from the device in Fig 4(a) where the user/operator may define the duration of the vibration and may also set in how much time the vibration cycle may start again.
5. Record pulse and repeat pulse: The operator/ the user may have the ability to record and store the rhythm of the pulse using the electrical device in Figure 4(a).
Heating and cooling pads:
Temperature Controlling: A double-layered compartment with a cavity for the users body part. The double layer is there to house fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) whose temperature may be controlled by the electronic device as seen in Figure 4(a). The double layered may be in the shape of a glove (Figure 12) suitable for the users fingers/hands or any other shape and size suitable for the users other body parts. When the temperature of the fluid(s)/liquid(s) changes (increases or decreases) the users body part in contact with the compartment is stimulated by the change in temperature.
The claimed subject matter is now described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the claimed subject matter.
Figure 1- The aforesaid preferred embodiment is described with reference of a figure 1, in which the supporter is a bed (38) having a plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) which are made of a flexible and/or stretchable material. This plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) is positioned on the bed (38) in such a way that is best suitable for a human while using. Further, a plurality of hollow pipes (37) is connected to each of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) and these are filled with the medium like gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s, preferably air to create the pressure within each of their respected compartments that the pipes are connected to. These internal pressures could also be adjusted my controlling the flow of internal medium i.e. gas(s), fluid(s), liquid(s),gel(s) etc or a combination of them through these hollow pipes (37) of their respective compartment (1 to 23, 28 to 30) to which each of the hollow pipes (37) are connected. Further, the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) are separate from each other and one or more compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) can be removed or added in the system, depending upon the nature of use. In addition, layer(s) of any compressible material, for example foam, sponge, cotton or any other material deemed fit for the use (36) or like suitable material is provided underneath and or above the plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) to provide better comfort to the user. This layered of any compressible material, for example foam, sponge, cotton or any other material deemed fit for the use (36) is to absorb excessive pressure of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) to an extent. Also, the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) may also be covered with a fabric/cloth or any kind of a flexible material to hide and/or to absorb excessive pressure to an extent the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) arrangements.
The compartments (1 to 23, 28-30, 90) may be inflated or deflated using an electric pump or a manual pump. Additional compartments may be added wherever required for example two compartments for the buttocks between the area of compartments (28 & 7).
The number of compartments and the position of every compartment are not fixed. They may vary in accordance to the needs required by the user. There may be two compartments side by side in between the compartments marked 28 and 7. These two compartments too share similar characteristics and pipe attachments as the other compartments (1-23, 28-30). These two compartments are to provide support and comfort to the buttocks of the user in this case. These can be filled and controlled in the same manner as the other compartments (1-23, 28- 30).
These compartments (1-23, 28-30) may be of any size and shape best suited for the use. These compartments (1-23, 28-30) may be moved in different position with the help of zip. Using zips as guiding channels and zippers are attached to every compartment individually so that they me be dragged along the zip channel to position the compartments in place. Another way is to use of velcro to place the compartments in their location or tie them or just place them freely or any other method deemed fit. Figure 2(a) depicts the top view of the invention with reference of figure 1 embodiment in which the human is lying on the mattress with the invention (43) having the plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30). Here the human is made as an outline so as to understand the arrangement of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) which are placed underneath. It is further shown that the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) are arranged underneath the human at corresponding different parts of the body as shown in figure 1.
Figure 2(b) in reference of figure 1 and 2(a), depicts another embodiment of the present invention which includes an additional vibrating device (25) that is placed on top of any one of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) or each of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) to give a vibrating stimulus to the human lying on the supporter is the bed (38) having a mattress (43).
Figure 2(c) further in reference of figure 2(a) and figure 2(b), depicts another embodiment of the present invention which includes the additional heating device (26) that is placed on top of any one of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) or each of the compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) to give a heat stimulus to the human lying on the supporter is the bed (38) having a mattress (43).
Figure 3(a) depicts the exemplary embodiment with reference of figure 1 with a side view in which the supporter is the bed (38) having a mattress (43). This discloses the position of the natural spine curve (44) of the human (33) using the invention. It also illustrates the posture of the human (33) on the bed from a side perspective. The posture of the human (33) is straight (34) on the bed (38) and the spine is in the natural spine curve (44). The internal pressures of each of the compartments (1, 2, 4 to 7, 28 and 29) are adjusted to provide the human (33) with the required comfort posture. The internal pressures of each of the compartments (1, 2, 4 to 7, 28 and 29) can be different for each of the compartments (1, 2, 4 to 7, 28 and 29) to provide different height/comfort/support for its corresponding human body part. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 3(b) with reference of figure 3(a) depicts an additional feature of the invention to adjust the height of the feet of the user in case the corresponding compartment (29) is deflated. Further, the compartments (9 and 11) corresponding to the human/user’s (33) arms are also disclosed in figure 3(b). This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 4(a) discloses an electronic device that is used to control the functioning of the compartment (90) which is the same as the components (1 to 23, 28 to 30 ) marked in figure 1, figure 10(a) and figure 10(b). In the configuration, each of the compartments (90) is separately connected to the individual hollow pipe (37) at one end and the other end of each hollow pipe (37) is connected to an electronic valve (82), which is a solenoid valve. The other end of each of the electronic valve (82) is connected to internal pipes for plumbing (89). The internal network of piping or tubing is further connected to valves (85, 86, 83, and 84) which then is connected to a pumping device.
These electronic components may be programmed through a circuit board or software. In addition, the user interaction screen (70) shows all the requisite functions of the invention such that a user of the user interaction screen (70) may provide inputs to select the requisite functions.
With the help of the internal programming and the device interaction buttons (94, 71, and 72), all the requisite functions of the invention can be controlled. The functions are, not limited to controlling the pressure in the compartments (90), controlling the temperature of each individual module separately or together, and controlling the vibration amount, time and pulse pattern of each vibrating device separately or together. The internal pressure within the compartments (90) can be altered using an inbuilt program in such a way that the user gets a feeling of up and down motion in each of the compartments (90). This may help in regulating blood flow and relaxes muscles. The button (73) is a manual button or electric to release all pressure in the air pillows altogether. The button (75) would save the pressures in each of the compartments (90) into the device memory so that when the button (74) is pressed, the individual pressures in each of the compartments (90) are generated and the internal pressure in each of the compartments (90) is not needed to be set again by the user and thus saving time and effort
Figure 4(b) depicts a manual pump which includes a rubber bulb hand pump (39) with a valve (40) and a nozzle (41). This nozzle is attached to the pipe (37) and the number of the rubber bulbs may be equal to the number of compartments as the internal pressure in the compartment is individually adjusted to reach the required height, comfort and support. This may be used in unity of electrical device as a backup in case there is a power/electrical failure or as a standalone, if someone doesn’t want the electrical device. The other side of the pipe is connected to the compartments 1-23, 28-30. Thus once manually pumping the bulb (39) and adjusting the valve (40) the internal pressure of the compartments may be adjusted best suited for the need/ requirement of the user.
The number of the manual pumps could equal to the number of compartments as every compartment would be attached to its individual manual pump. There could be only one or a couple of manual pumps that could be attached and reattach to the different compartments as required.
Figure 5(a) depicts a prior art having a pillow/towel roll (31) that is high in height for an individual. In this case the human (33) is lying on their side and is lying on a regular available mattress (42). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using a traditional pillow that is too hard or/and too high in height. Therefore the head is tilting upwards and the spine is curved upwards. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32).In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (31) is not recommended, as the height cannot be reduced and the height of the pillow is too high and the spine posture is bending upwards. Moreover, the neck area is not supported at all as the neck is not getting any support from the pillow, and there is a gap between the neck and the pillow.
Figure 5(b) depicts a prior art having a pillow/towel (31) roll that is high in height for an individual. In this case the human (33) is lying on their back and is lying on a regular available mattress (42). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using a traditional pillow that is too hard or/and too high in height. Therefore, the head is tilting upwards and the spine is curved upwards. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32). In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (31) is not recommended, as the height cannot be reduced and the height of the pillow is too high and the spine posture is bending upwards.
Figure 5(c) depicts a prior art having a pillow/towel (31) roll that is low in height for an individual. In this case the human (33) is lying on their back and is lying on a regular available mattress (42). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using a traditional pillow that is too soft or/and too low in height. Therefore the head is tilting downwards and the spine is curved downwards. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32). In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (31) is not recommended, as the height cannot be increased and the height of the pillow is too low and the spine posture is bending downward.
Figure 5(d) depicts a prior art having a pillow/towel (31) roll that is low in height for an individual. In this case the human (33) is lying on their side and is lying on a regular available mattress (42). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). Figure 5(e) depicts the head and neck compartment of the present invention that is just rightly inflated/ pressurized for the individual (43). In this case the human (33) is lying on their back and is lying on the mattress with the invention (43). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using the compartment of the invention. The internal pressure of the head (1) and neck (2) pillow/ compartment is adjusted so that maximum support and preferred height is provided to the individual using the tubes (37), whose one end is opening into each of the compartment separately, for example: the head and the neck pillow/compartment. The other end of the pipe (37) would attach to a device, which can release pressurized gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s or extract pressure out from the air pillows/ compartments. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32). The lower most point of the head is in line with the preferred position. Thus the human’s head height is just right and the spine posture is also straight (34). In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (1,2) is recommended with these given internal pressures of the components, as the height and the internal pressure is just right for the human using it as his spine posture is straight/horizontal.
Figure 5(f) depicts the head (1) and neck (2) compartment of the present invention that is just right for the individual (43). In this case the human (33) is lying on their side and is lying on the mattress with the invention (43). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using the inflatable pillow. In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (1, 2) with the given internal pressure in the components is recommended, as the height and the internal pressure is just right for the human using it as his spine posture is straight/horizontal. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 5(g) depicts the head (1) and neck (2) compartment of the present invention that is too high for the individual (43). In this case the human (33) is lying on their side and is lying on the mattress with the invention (43). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using the inflatable pillow. The internal pressure of the head (1) and neck (2) pillow/ compartment is too high using the tubes (37), whose one end is opening into each of the compartment separately, for example: the head and the neck pillow/compartment. The other end of the pipe (37) would attach to a device, which can release pressurized gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s or extract pressure out from the air pillows/ compartments. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32). The lower most point of the head is in above the preferred position. Thus the human’s head height is too high and the spine posture is also curving upwards (34). ). In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (1, 2) would be recommended only if the internal pressure is reduced to the required height, so that the spine posture is straight/horizontal. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 5(h) depicts the head (1) and neck (2) compartment of the present invention that is too high for the individual (43). In this case the human (33) is lying on their back and is lying on the mattress with the invention (43). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using the inflatable pillow. The internal pressure of the head (1) and neck (2) pillow/ compartment is too low using the tubes (37), whose one end is opening into each of the compartment separately, for example: the head and the neck pillow/compartment. The other end of the pipe (37) would attach to a device, which can release pressurized gas/s, fluid/s, liquid/s or gel/s or extract pressure out from the air pillows/ compartments. The preferred position is denoted by the dotted line (32). The lower most point of the head is in below the preferred position. Thus the human’s head height is too low and the spine posture is also curving downwards (34). ). In this case we require the human to have a natural spinal curve/ straight posture, thus this pillow (1, 2) would be recommended only if the internal pressure is increased to the required height, so that the spine posture is straight/horizontal. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 5(j) depicts the head (1) and neck (2) compartment of the present invention that is too low for the individual (43). In this case the human (33) is lying on their side and is lying on the mattress with the invention (43). The spine posture/ shape is also shown (34). In this situation the human is using the inflatable pillow. Thus the human’s head height is too low and the spine posture is also curving downwards (34). ). This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 6(a) represents the invention as depicted in figure 1 when a human (33) is lying on their side. Thus, illustrates that the invention works in all positions and postures, as in this case a straight spine (34) is shown with the compartments for head (1), neck (2), mid spine (6), lower spine (7), knee (35). This helps in providing better support and helps in reaching a comfortable/ suitable/ required/ suggested/ preferred position. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .
Figure 6(b) depicts a conventional pillow/bag/towel rolls when a human (33) is lying on thier side and the spine is tilting to one side and is not horizontal, thus the human is in non suitable/ non required/ non suggested/ unpreferred position. This case is an example where the user is recommended to maintain a straight posture or the natural spine curve. .

Figure 7(i) depict an exemplary embodiment with the use of multiple compartments in this case two compartments, positioned with one compartment on top of the other pillow for better comfort. The outer/upper compartment (80) is touching /closer to the human/user of the invention and the under compartment (81) is placed beneath the outer compartment. The internal pressure of the outer compartment is such that the compartment takes the shape of the part of the human/user. This provides better comfort and support, however the under compartment have the amount of internal pressure sufficient to provide required the height for the two compartment contraption (80, 81). This contraption is used in figure 7(h), where compartments (8 and 9) are the outer compartments (80) and compartments (10 and 11) are the under compartments (81).
Figure 7(j) depicts an exemplary embodiment with the use of multiple compartments in this case three compartments. When both the sides of the compartment (both 80) are in contact/ closer of the human/user (In case kept in between the two legs or two arms as shown in figure 6(a) compartment(35)). Further, compartment (81) provides the necessary height and the other compartments (both 80) provide the necessary shape, comfort and support and height.

But in this case the outer/upper compartment (80) is smaller than the under / lower compartment (81). The compartment (81) is placed beneath the outer /upper compartment (80). The difference in size or focus surface area that is being elevated gives the user a choice weather to have a smaller compartment used or a bigger compartment used for example- when the compartment with smaller surface area (80) is used, the compartment (81) beneath it is deflated, so the support / pressure is provided to a smaller area of the user and when the compartment with larger surface area (81) is used, the compartment (80) above it is deflated, so the support / pressure is provided to a larger area of the user. For any reason if deem fit for the user both compartments (80 & 81) may also be used to provide best possible support and comfort to the users. This contraption may be used for example in place of compartments (6 & 7) in the invention. So that when the user is lying on the back then compartment 80 could be used and if the user is lying on the side then compartment 81 may be used to provide adequate comfort and support. The use of this contraption is depends on demands of the user and what they require. Thus may be used in any other situation and position as deem fit.
Figure 7(L) depicts an exemplary embodiment with the use of multiple compartments, in this case two compartments, positioned with one compartment on top of the other compartment. (80). The internal pressure of the outer /upper compartment is such that the compartment takes the shape of the part of the human/user. This provides better comfort and support, however the under / lower compartment have the amount of internal pressure sufficient to provide required the height for the two compartment contraption (80, 81) and provide a lesser surface area focused support and increase in height. The difference in size or focus surface area that is being elevated gives the user a choice weather to have a smaller compartment used or a bigger compartment used for example- when the compartment with smaller surface area
(81) is used, the compartment (80) above it is deflated, so the support / pressure is provided to a smaller area of the user and when the compartment with larger surface area (80) is used, the compartment (81) beneath it is deflated, so the support / pressure is provided to a larger area of the user. For any reason if deem fit for the user both compartments (80 and 81) may also be used to provide best possible support and comfort to the users.
Figure 7(M) depicts an exemplary embodiment with the use of multiple compartments in this case three compartments. They are positioned with two compartments on top of the third compartment. But in this case the outer /upper compartments (80 and 113) are smaller in size. The under/ lower compartment (81) placed beneath the outer /upper compartments (80 and 113) is larger in size. The internal pressure of the outer /upper compartment is such that the compartment takes the shape of the part of the human/user. The internal pressure of the compartment 113 and 80 may be different as set by the operator. The user may place their limb between or on the compartments 80 and 113 or on them. This contraption may be placed where different pressure and support is required. This provides better comfort and support, however the under/ lower compartment (81) have the amount of internal pressure sufficient to provide required the height for the two compartments above (80 and 113) For any reason if deem fit for the user all compartments (80, 113 and 81) may also be used to provide best possible support and comfort to the users and they may be used individually as well.
Figure 7(N) depicts an exemplary embodiment with the use of multiple compartments in this case three compartments. They are positioned with one compartment on top of the third compartment. But in this case the outer /upper compartment (80) is larger in surface area and size. The under/ lower compartments (81, 113) placed beneath the outer /upper compartments (80) are smaller in surface area and size. The internal pressure of the outer /upper compartment is such that the compartment takes the shape of the part of the human/user. The internal pressure of the compartment 113 and 81 may be different as set by the operator. This contraption may be placed where different pressure and support is required. This provides better comfort and support, however the under / lower compartments (81, 113) have the amount of internal pressure sufficient to provide required the height for the single compartments above (80) For any reason if deem fit for the user all compartments (80, 113, 81) may also be used to provide best possible support and comfort to the users and they may be used individually as well with different or same internal pressures in every compartment as required by the user.

The compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) corresponding to the user’s body parts are placed in respective positions on the chair/seat (50) to provide comfort and support, medically, clinically or therapeutically or any other reason whatsoever. Further, the plurality of hollow pipes (37) is connected to each of the plurality of compartments (1 to 23, 28 to 30) through which the internal pressure of the compartments may be altered (1 to 23, 28 to 30). Figure 10(b) depicts a top view of the embodiment of the invention as illustrated in figure 10(a).
Figure 11 depicts a plurality of selection buttons for each compartment of the system, source of vibration i.e. vibrating device, and source of temperature i.e. temperature, a part of the control device of the invention as in figure 4(a)
Figure 12 depicts a compartment with a glove like cavity for the users hand and fingers for example for the hand of a human. These gloves include vibrators and heating and cooling devices that are controlled by the operator to initiate a stimulus for the user. In this figure, the inner cavity (97) is for the human hand. The double layered bag/compartment (95) is such that it can contain fluid(s)/liquid(s),gas(s) (96) within itself or any other kind of material like foam, sponge, cotton, synthetic materials or mixtures of synthetic and natural, etc that can provide fluffiness if the former are not used. The fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them can be introduced using an inlet pipe (98) and can exit the bag using an exit pipe (99). The fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them here (96) is to stimulate the hand by changing its temperature. Additional stimulus can also be attached which are the vibrators (100). This device can also be made wherein it only contains attached vibrators (100) to provide stimulus to the human hand. Additional straps and lock clips (109) like in figure 15 are also present to keep the attachment in place. Additionally it can also be made wherein it doesn’t contain the vibrators (100) and only provides heat stimulus to the human hand. The gloves that are used as an attachment may be used with or without temperature control or vice versa with or without the vibrators or both. The gloves may have only temperature control or with vibrators or both.
Figure 13 depicts another example of the device like a general shaped attachment. In this figure, the inner cavity (97) is for the user’s body part to be inserted. The double layered bag (95) is such that it can contain fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them (96) within itself. The fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them can be introduced using an inlet pipe (98) and can exit the bag using an exit pipe (99). The fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them here (96) is to stimulate the body part that it covers/ wraps/ by changing its temperature. Additional stimulus can also be attached which are the vibrators (100). Additional straps and lock clips (109) like in figure 15 are also present to keep the attachment in place (not depicted in this figure 13). This attachment can also be made wherein it only contains attached vibrators (100) to provide stimulus to the required part of the user or just the temperature control function without the vibrators or both.
Figure 14 depicts the mechanism to control the temperature of the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them. The inlet pipe (98) to the attachment bag (95,110) is attached to a pump placed inside a reservoir (101) filled with fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them (96) to pump fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them into the attachment bags (95,110). The exit pipe (99) opens into the reservoir to let the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them exit into the reservoir. The temperature of the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them is controlled with the help of two devices, namely a heating element(s) (103), Peltier or Thermoelectric cooling module(s)(l05). There is also a thermostat submersed within the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them to keep a check of the temperature of the liquid weather to increase or decrease the temperature or keep it constant. The heating element is submersed within the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them. Whereas the Peltier or Thermoelectric cooling module(s) are placed such that the cooling side is attached to reservoir, which in turn would cool the fluid(s)/ liquid(s)/ gas(s) or a combination of them within the reservoir. The other side of the Peltier or Thermoelectric cooling module(s) would be attached to a heat sink (111) and a fan (112) is flowing air over the heat sink.
Figure 15 depicts another general shaped attachment (95). The inner cavity (97) is for the user’s body part to be inserted. Additional straps and lock clips (109) are also present to keep the attachment in place.
