Abstract

一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,包括电路板(1)、固定于电路板(1)上的LED灯珠(2)、固定于电路板(1)上且置于LED灯珠(2)上方的透光杯(3)。透光杯(3)包括实体的圆台形的凸透镜(31)以及与凸透镜(31)一体成形且环周的设置于凸透镜(31)外部的灯罩(32)。凸透镜(31)的底端中心开设有通光孔(33),通光孔(33)位于LED灯珠(2)的正上方。灯罩(32)的内表面为磨砂面。利用凸透镜(31)将LED灯珠(2)发出的光聚集后射出,聚集后的光线集中,可以照射较远的距离,达到传统手电筒的效果,且该结构小巧,便于安装到移动设备上。

Description

一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及移动设备照明装置,尤其是一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯。
背景技术
手电筒的作用是将灯光集中在一小块区域内,集中光线,使一定区域内的物体可以更加清晰,且可以照射较远距离。
技术问题
目前,手机、平板电脑等移动设备上的照明灯,光线都比较发散,很难照射较远的具体,但传统的手电筒体积较大,很难安装到移动设备上。
技术解决方案
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,它包括电路板、固定于电路板上的LED灯珠、固定于电路板上且置于LED灯珠上方的透光杯;所述透光杯包括实体的圆台形的凸透镜以及与凸透镜一体成形且环周的设置于凸透镜外部的灯罩,所述凸透镜的底端中心开设有通光孔,所述通光孔位于LED灯珠的正上方,所述灯罩的内表面为磨砂面。
优选地,所述灯罩外部下端形成有安装耳,所述安装耳向下形成有定位轴,所述电路板对位定位轴开设有定位孔,所述定位轴置于定位孔内。
优选地,所述电路板上设置有散热片,所述电路板为铝基板。
优选地,所述电路板上连接有导线。
有益效果
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型利用凸透镜将LED灯珠发出的光源聚集后射出,聚集后的光源集中,可以照射较远的距离,达到传统手电筒的效果;结构小巧,便于安装到移动设备上。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1至4所示,本实施例的提供的一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,它包括电路板1、固定于电路板1上的LED灯珠2、固定于电路板1上且置于LED灯珠2上方的透光杯3;所述透光杯3包括实体的圆台形的凸透镜31以及与凸透镜31一体成形且环周的设置于凸透镜外部的灯罩32,所述凸透镜31的底端中心开设有通光孔33,所述通光孔33位于LED灯珠2的正上方,所述灯罩32的内表面为磨砂面。
本发明的实施方式
如图1至4所示,本实施例的提供的一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,它包括电路板1、固定于电路板1上的LED灯珠2、固定于电路板1上且置于LED灯珠2上方的透光杯3;所述透光杯3包括实体的圆台形的凸透镜31以及与凸透镜31一体成形且环周的设置于凸透镜外部的灯罩32,所述凸透镜31的底端中心开设有通光孔33,所述通光孔33位于LED灯珠2的正上方,所述灯罩32的内表面为磨砂面。
由此,利用凸透镜31将LED灯珠2发出的光源聚集后射出,聚集后的光源集中,可以照射较远的距离,达到传统手电筒的效果,结构小巧,便于安装到移动设备上;在灯罩的内表面磨砂,当灯罩内的光源经过磨砂面时发生漫反射,反射后的光线经过凸透镜31的折射后从凸透镜31中射出,提高的光源的利用率;且磨砂表面相对于平滑面,增加了内表面的面积,利于散热。
为了便于透光杯3的安装固定,本实施例的灯罩32外部下端形成有安装耳34,安装耳34向下形成有定位轴35,电路板1对位定位轴35开设有定位孔11,定位轴35置于定位孔11内。利用定位轴35与定位孔11的对位关系,便于透光杯3的安装且保证通光孔33始终置于LED灯珠2的正上方。
为了便于该装置的散热,本实施例的所述电路板1上设置有散热片4,电路板1为铝基板。
为了给LED灯珠2通电,本实施例的电路板1上连接有导线5。
工业实用性
在此处键入工业实用性描述段落利用凸透镜31将LED灯珠2发出的光源聚集后射出,聚集后的光源集中,可以照射较远的距离,达到传统手电筒的效果,结构小巧,便于安装到移动设备上;在灯罩的内表面磨砂,当灯罩内的光源经过磨砂面时发生漫反射,反射后的光线经过凸透镜31的折射后从凸透镜31中射出,提高的光源的利用率;且磨砂表面相对于平滑面,增加了内表面的面积,利于散热。

  1. 一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,其特征在于:它包括电路板、固定于电路板上的LED灯珠、固定于电路板上且置于LED灯珠上方的透光杯;所述透光杯包括实体的圆台形的凸透镜以及与凸透镜一体成形且环周的设置于凸透镜外部的灯罩,所述凸透镜的底端中心开设有通光孔,所述通光孔位于LED灯珠的正上方,所述灯罩的内表面为磨砂面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩外部下端形成有安装耳,所述安装耳向下形成有定位轴,所述电路板对位定位轴开设有定位孔,所述定位轴置于定位孔内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,其特征在于:所述电路板上设置有散热片,所述电路板为铝基板。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于移动设备的LED电筒灯,其特征在于:所述电路板上连接有导线。
