Description

SMART PEN SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is related to a smart pen system which has been developed in order to be to be used in fields such as education, engineering, architecture etc and which submits the questions that have been scanned by the user to a database, that solves the question that has been sent and submits it to the user.
PRIOR ART
Nowadays people start their education when they are at a very young age and continue their education for many years and as a result of the education received they start getting prepared for exams. The basis of these studies to prepare for an exam is solving a lot of questions in relation to the lessons that are taken for the exams. Especially during individual studies, students need immediate support in order to answer the questions that they cannot solve, and when they cannot receive this support they have to wait until they get help in solving the questions they cannot solve. This in turn may lead to the student to forget the questions he/she needs to ask or may cause the student to give wrong answers to similar questions in tests and exams until he/she has learnt the correct answer to the question. A system which can provide immediate support and which can accelerate the procedures that need to be carried out, to solve the questions that are frequently encountered in subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry in order to increase labor efficiency, particularly in the fields of engineering and architecture.
In the present art, systems that have been developed regarding smart pens are present. A smart pen which records what is being written, which stores the information regarding the lessons that are needed such as spelling and dictation guides, grammar rules, mathematical equations in its memory, which checks by comparing the information in its memory with the actions carried out and submits information to the user as a result of the comparison carried out is described in the patent application numbered TR 2013/01274. This invention is a system that has been developed in order to check what is being written by the user and it does not provide a solution to find the answer to a question that the user is solving.
In the patent application numbered CN107197051 (A) a smart signature pen and a remote signing method are described which uses IOT technology. This invention is a system that has been developed in relation to e-signature, which does not provide a solution to questions asked to the user.
As a result the problems that have been mentioned above and which cannot be solved by means of the prior art has made it a necessity for a novelty in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to a smart pen system in order to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and to provide new advantages to the related technical field.
The main aim of the invention is to develop a system which automatically solves the questions that need to be solved by different occupational groups during educational studies or in daily life.
Another aim of the invention provides a system which prevents the user from wasting time during question solving and to solve the problems that cannot be solved during individual studies without the need for extra help.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a system which is environmentally friendly, and which can be charged by means of renewable energy sources. Another aim of the invention is to create a system and method which allows tailor- made usage.
The present invention is a smart pen system which allows solving the questions scanned by a user in order to carry out all of the aims that will emerge from the detailed description below and mentioned above. Accordingly, the system is a smart pen system that can be customized specific to an individual, that comprises a database in which the answer to a question that needs to be solved is stored, and where the problem that needs to be solved is submitted to a database, and the answer received from the database is submitted to the user.
The invention also comprises a smart pen management system that allows solving problems that have been scanned by a user. Accordingly, the method comprises the following steps:
• the user scans his/her fingerprint to the smart pen and selects an internet connection,
• the user enters a password for the internet connection that he/she has selected via the smart pen,
• following the entry of the password by the user, an e-mail address is entered via the smart pen and the field of the question to be scanned is chosen,
• the question is scanned with the smart pen,
• the question that is scanned is sent to the database and the answer to the question that is checked in the database, is submitted to the smart pen,
• the answer received from the database is submitted to the user by the smart pen.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention, is described with illustrations that should not be construed to have a limiting effect to the scope of the invention, and that have only been provided in order for the invention to be better understood. The invention is a smart pen system which allows the questions scanned by the user to be solved. Figure 1 and 2 shows the schematic view of the invention. Accordingly the system; comprises at least a database (19) in which the answer to the question that needs to be solved is searched, and a smart pen (18) that can be customized specific to a user, which submits the question to be solved to the database (19) after said question has been scanned, then submits the answer received from the database (19) back to the user.
The smart pen (18) that is mentioned according to a preferred embodiment of the system comprises, at least an on/off button (1 ) to open/ shut off the smart pen (18), at least a fingerprint unit (2) which enables the user to log in with his/her fingerprint, at least an internet unit (3) that allows the user to open or close the internet option, at least a right direction button (4), at least a left direction button (6), at least a down direction button (5), at least an up direction button (7) which is used by the user to make the necessary selections, at least a verification button (8) that is used by the user in order to confirm procedures, at least a scanner unit (9) that allows the questions that need to be solved to be scanned by the user, a light unit (10) that allows the smart pen (18) to be illuminated with a different light according to the selected field, at least a screen (1 1 ) that can submit the answer to the questions searched in the database (19) visually, at least an audio outlet (20) that allows the answers to the questions searched from the database (19) to be submitted to the user vocally, at least a charge socket (12) that is used for the smart pen (18) to be charged from the mains, at least a renewable energy unit (13) that allows the smart (18) pen to be able to be a-charged from renewable energy sources, at least a reset button (16) that allows for the smart pen (18) to be re-started.
According to a preferred embodiment of the system, at least a charge station (17) is used for the smart pen (18) to be charged from the mains. The charge station (17) comprises at least a charge unit (14) that allows the smart pen (18) to be charged from the mains, being integral with said charge socket (12), and an additional component (15) that is used in order to enable the smart pen to stand upright while it is being charged. The main working principal of the system is as follows: The user activates the smart pen (18) by means of the on/off button (1 ) located on the pen. The fingerprint of the user is scanned via the fingerprint unit (2) and the internet connection is selected. Following the selection of an internet connection, the necessary password for internet access is entered. In a preferred embodiment of the system, said internet access is a Wi-Fi internet access.
