本发明属于饮品制作设备领域,具体涉及一种应用于多功能现调系统的选择按压开关系统、减压阀、称重装置、容器及多功能现调系统。
背景技术
目前,市场上的现调机分为液体现调机和粉体现调机,其中液体现调机一般为果汁现调机,粉料现调机则包括有咖啡现调机、奶茶现调机、五谷杂粮机等,由于不同粉料在进行现调时对出粉量的要求均不相同,现有的这些液体现调机和粉体现调机功能单一,需要该两种功能时必须配置两台现调机,大大增加了投入成本,也增加了占地面积,而且粉体现调机需要将预包装的粉料在机器内的粉体储存盒二次分装粉料,使用极不灵活、不方便,分装的同时很容易造成二次污染,因为粉体容器的不密封导致粉体容易与空气中的水分接触而受潮,而且粉体容器出料口与搅拌器处于完全敞开的状态,出料口与搅拌器极容易爬入昆虫和滋生细菌。另外,上述粉料盒必须在指定的位置,粉料也必须确定在指定的粉盒,需要经过培训专业人员才能进行更换粉料,这极大的增大了后期换料的运用成本,同时因为体积和成本的原因,不适合家用。另外,现有的这些现调机是在机器本地输入每种口味的配方比例,执行程序和运行逻辑均为本机,需要远程更新本地软件才能更新执行程序,均无法远程对输出现调饮品和食品的浓度进行调整,例如传统的咖啡现调机:如果需要将混合比列为1 (粉体):6(水)调整为1(粉体):11(水),就必须在机器上设置非常复杂的配比关系,这些工作是普通的操作者无法完成的;即无法实现根据需求随时更改输出不同口味、浓度以满不同顾客的要求。现有的饮品现调机无法调出多种温度的水和可溶气体水,如苏打水和碳酸水;也无法由饮料液、饮料粉、可溶气体和水混合进行任意两者、三者或四者混合调出多种温度、多种口味和多种浓度的饮料,无法调出带有可溶气体的饮料;且现有的饮品现调机粉体容器容易进入水汽,会造成粉体结块霉变,影响食品安全。当前的现调机与用户的交互方式,也比较单一,无人脸识别功能,只能依赖纸硬币机、扫码支付,无基于人脸识别进行自动收费的功能。当前现调机无法单独投放非速溶类如麦片、芝麻等颗粒物。当前现调机和饮水机管路容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能现调系统,能调出多种温度的粉、浓缩液类混合饮料、精确控制温度的水和可溶气体水,如苏打水、负氧水和富氢水;可由饮料液和水混合或是饮料粉和水混合调出多种温度、多种口味和多种浓度的饮料,也可调出带有可溶气体的饮料;且粉体容器不会进入水汽,不会造成粉体结块霉变;也可以给予水、或调制后的饮料投放固体材料,投放的固体材料可以是可溶解的粉料也可以是不可溶解颗粒性的其他材料,如麦片、芝麻等颗粒物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能现调系统,人脸识别实储值账户无需扫码、纸硬币,即可付款消费,可通过现调机上的读写卡器对芯片卡、磁条卡、RFID等现有技术卡与人脸账户进行绑定。
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能现调系统,,管道实时臭氧水进行消毒除 菌,饮品卫生。
本发明的目的在于提供了一种选择按压开关系统,可将机械按压触发实现电动控制和智能化控制,可根据控制命令通过不同位置的杠杆对不同位置进行按压。
本发明的目的在于提供了一种选择按压开关系统,可通过对杠杆受力臂和施力臂长度比例的调节,实现按压力度的增大缩小,适应更多的需要机械按压的设备,能耗低。

所述搅拌出料组件包括顺次设置的搅拌电机9、搅拌轮叶11、下盖12、上盖13和搅拌出料器,所述搅拌轮叶11设置在粉料冲泡盒内,所述下盖12连接在粉料冲泡盒进粉口,所述上盖13连接在粉体容器2口,所述搅拌出料器设置在粉体容器2内,所述搅拌电机9与上盖13传动连接,所述上盖13与搅拌出料器连接,所述下盖12与搅拌轮叶11插接,所述下盖12套设在上盖13外,所述上盖13设有当搅拌电机9正反转交替时使上盖13和下盖12相对转动一定角度的容器开关组件,所述上盖13和下盖12分别设有上漏口14和下漏口15,当上盖13和下盖12相对转动所述角度前到后的时候,所述上漏口14和下漏口15从部分重叠或完全重叠变为不重叠,即由搅拌电机9的正转和反转实现了粉体容器2和粉料冲泡盒之间的连通和关闭,防止粉料冲泡盒在冲泡时候的水蒸气或液体进入到粉体容器2内,所述搅拌电机9带动搅拌出料器对粉体容器2内的粉体进行搅拌并带出通过上漏口14和下漏口15进入到粉料冲泡盒内,同时由进水口6进入水和粉体混合,搅拌电机9带动搅拌轮叶11进行搅拌混合。
所述容器开关组件包括所述上盖13设有的卡柱16、卡柱16上设有的卡条17以及所述下盖12设有的由卡柱孔和卡条孔连接组成的马蹄形卡孔18,所述卡柱孔半径小于所述卡条孔的半径,所述卡柱16套设在卡孔18内,所述卡柱孔同卡柱16配合,所述卡条孔同卡条17配合,所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的两端连接处均可与卡条17抵靠,所述角度为卡条17跟随卡柱16从抵靠所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的左边的连接处旋转到抵靠右边的连接处时旋转的角度也即为卡条孔的弧边所对的角度,所述角度在一些实施例中为180度,本领域技术人员也可设计为其他角度。
所述粉料冲泡盒5的出液口7通过管路顺次连接有第三水泵和粉料出液口,由第三水泵将所述粉料冲泡盒5内混合好的饮品抽出通过粉料出液口置于承接容器,如水杯中。
所述粉料冲泡盒5底部设有提升组件,所述提升组件包括提升件和提升件连接有的且可带动其上移的托板19,所述托板19设置在粉料冲泡盒5底部,所述提升件为和托板19传动连接的提升电机20或其铁芯54和托板19连接的第二电磁铁,所述提升电机20的传动轴28外周设有螺纹或是斜轨道,所述托板19设有与提升电机20传动轴28螺纹连接的螺孔或带有与斜轨道配合的凸柱的提升孔,所述提升电机20正反转从而带动托板19上移或下移,托板19上移推动粉料冲泡盒5上移,使粉料冲泡盒5和下盖12达到初始状态的密封。具体作用过程为,用户选定口味的粉体容器2底部的搅拌电机9正转,带动上盖13、搅拌出料器,下盖12和搅拌轮叶11旋转,上盖13和下盖12相对旋转一定角度后同步转动,下盖12相对粉料冲泡盒5因摩擦力阻力,使下盖12比上盖13摩擦力更大,从而使上盖13相对下盖12多旋转,使处于不重叠状态的上漏口14和下漏口15相对旋转后重叠,接着所述提升件使托板19下移回到原位,释 放下盖12相对粉料冲泡盒5摩擦力的阻力,使粉料冲泡盒5自然重力置于重柱22上后,搅拌电机9继续旋转,使该粉体容器2的粉料进入所述粉料冲泡盒5,所述粉料冲泡盒5的容量检测装置测得其内的粉体量达到预设的分量时候,所述提升电机20带动托板19上移,托板19上移推动粉料冲泡盒5上移,使粉料冲泡盒5和下盖12接触更紧密,之间摩擦力更大,搅拌电机9反转,带动上盖13、搅拌出料器、下盖12和搅拌轮叶11旋转,下盖12相对粉料冲泡盒5因摩擦力的阻力,使下盖12比上盖13摩擦力更大,从而使上盖13相对下盖12多旋转,使处于重叠状态的上漏口14和下漏口15相对旋转后不重叠而关闭,避免粉料冲泡盒5进入热水的时候,蒸汽通过上下漏口进入到粉体容器2,预设量热水在粉料之后进入粉料冲泡盒5,通过搅拌轮叶11的搅拌均匀后,所述提升电机20带动托板19上移,托板19上移推动粉料冲泡盒5上移,使粉料冲泡盒5和下盖12接触更紧密而实现其他粉体容器的密封,然后将原处于封闭状态的第十七电磁阀连通,使进气孔8进气,第三水泵启动通过出液口7抽取粉料冲泡盒5内混合好的饮品通过粉料出液口置于承接容器,如水杯中,然后预设量的二次进水进入粉料冲泡盒5,通过搅拌轮叶11的搅拌,同样通过第三水泵将其通过出液口7抽取到承接容器,一方面可以防止设备和饮品温度过高产生危险,另一方面,能对粉料冲泡盒5及后续第三水泵及管路进行冲洗和冷却,延长寿命且防止凝结堵塞,方便下次饮品的制作使用,所述第二电磁铁的铁芯54在受磁力上升或不受磁铁的情况下降,也可带动托板19实现托动粉料冲泡盒的作用,所述搅拌出料装置也可设置为搅拌电机9正转关闭上漏口和下漏口,反转开启。所述上漏口14连接有首尾相接的密封条86。
所述粉料冲泡盒底部设有称重辅助组件,所述称重辅助组件包括称重板21和称重板21上设有的多个称重柱22,所述称重板21底部设有与控制主机连接 的称重传感器23,所述托板19设有可供多个称重柱22对应穿过其中的多个称重孔24,所述粉料冲泡盒的压力顺次通过多个称重柱22和称重板21传递给称重传感器23。
所述粉料冲泡盒5底部设有轴口,轴口连接有轴管25,所述搅拌电机9的传动轴28穿过轴管25与上盖13连接,在一些实施例中,所述搅拌电机9的传动轴28顺次连接有联轴器26和加长杆27,所述加长杆27穿过轴管25与上盖13连接,联轴器26可以保持加长杆27的旋转稳定且和传动轴28同轴心,消除或减少加长杆27的晃动,所述下盖12和粉料冲泡盒口的接触处设有密封圈,防止粉料冲泡盒内的液体溅出,所述托板19和承重板均设有供搅拌电机9的传动轴28或加长杆27穿过的作用孔29,在一些实施例中,所述作用孔29被实施为缺口51,方便装配。
所述搅拌轮叶11包括轮盘10和轮盘10上设有的至少一个轮叶11,所述轮盘10上设有至少一个凹陷30,所述凹陷30中设有插槽31,所述下盖12设有同凹陷30对应数量和位置的凸起32,所述下盖12设有与插槽31对应数量和位置的插接在插槽31内的插块33,下盖12和搅拌轮叶11分离后再次插接,即可实现无需准确对准,可直接下盖12和搅拌轮叶11接触旋转即可实现插槽31和插块33的插接,实现盲插,方便使用装配。
所述粉料冲泡盒5靠近底部处设置有粉体滞留片61,所述粉体滞留片61上设有至少一漏孔,所述轮叶11可以对粉体滞留片61上滞留的粉体扫落到漏孔落下到粉料冲泡盒5底部,所述粉体滞留片61可以承接粉料,防止粉料没来及搅拌就落入出液口7处堵塞,所述轮叶11可以是较软的硅胶,可以方便与粉体滞留片接触清扫粉体,防止堆积结块。
所述搅拌出料器包括连接在上盖13上的搅拌柱34、搅拌柱34底部外周面 上设有的螺旋出料道35和搅拌柱34上设有的多个搅拌臂36,所述螺旋出料道35的下端位于上盖13上漏口14处,所述搅拌臂36的横截面为两端窄中间宽的结构,方便搅拌出料器在正反转的时候,都能起到搅拌出料的作用,所述螺旋出料道35在旋转的时候能起到推料的作用。
所述多功能现调系统包括所述控制主机连接有的识别组件,所述识别组件可以标定气体容器3、液体容器1和粉体容器2的种类,所述识别组件包括所述气体容器3、液体容器1和粉体容器2上均设有的标识模块以及每个标识模块均对应设有的一读取模块,所述标识模块包括凸点或凹点、或是现有技术中的芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体,对应配合标识模块的读取模块包括开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件。
所述标识模块包括气体容器3、液体容器1和粉体容器2上均设有的识别帽和识别帽上设有的M个开关柱37,所述读取模块为设置在识别帽底部的均和控制主机连接的N个开关40,N≥1,M≤N,所述带有识别帽的容器安放时,所述M个开关柱37触发对应的开关40,控制主机根据触发得的开关40的位置及数量和控制主机预存的开关40对应口味的规则判断得出所述带有识别帽的容器是气体容器3、液体容器1还是粉体容器2以及具体是什么口味,方便运营人员补充气体容器3、液体容器1和粉体容器2时候可以不分种类及口味位置,实现盲插,减轻运营人员劳动工作量。在一具体实施例中,开关40的数量是六个,可以有五十五种不同的开关柱37排列方式,每种排列方式对应不同的液体容器1、气体容器3或粉体容器2的口味,本技术领域人员可知,开关40的数量可以更多和更少,从而产生更少、更多种不同的开关柱37排列方式。所述多功能现调系统中除第一电磁阀之外,其他电磁阀均为常闭电磁阀,只需要使用的时候通 电关闭或打开,省电节能。

所述卡座53为侧壁带有限位槽55的弧形结构,所述第一电磁铁47的铁芯 54套设在卡座53内且铁芯54设有活动插接在限位槽55内的限位条56,所述第一电磁铁的铁芯54从卡座53的开口出进入而使限位条56插接在限位槽55内,且第一电磁铁47的铁芯54与卡座53可相对旋转,当铁芯54受到磁力上移的时候,带动卡座53及顶块46上移,顶座52推动对应的顶杆48上移。
所述杠杆49上方设有与第一外壳41连接的外壳盖57,所述受力臂59上设有导柱58,导柱58上套设有压缩状态下的弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵靠受力臂59和外壳盖57。
所述气体容器3和液体容器1的识别帽为均设置在其按压释放嘴上方的第一识别帽38,所述施力臂60的自由端设置在气体容器3和液体容器1的第一识别帽38的上方,所述第一识别帽38设有快速插接连通组件,所述快速插接连通组件包括设置在第一外壳41上的接料座62和第一识别帽38内设有的输料管63,所述接料座62上设有接料管64,所述输料管63上设有分别与气体容器3或液体容器1按压释放嘴插接的入料管65和与接料管64插接的出料管66,所述接料座62与所述混合器连接,所述触发组件通过压动第一识别帽38进而压动按压释放嘴,带有第一识别帽38的气体容器3或液体容器1随意放置在任意一个第一外壳41的存储槽42中,控制主机即可识别容器类型及口味并记录;且通过快速插接连通组件即可实现带有第一识别帽38的气体容器3或液体容器1与本发明系统的即插即连通。

所述第一外壳41上设有用于校正触发组件的校正组件,所述校正组件包括均设置在第一外壳41内的且均与控制主机连接的用于监测铁芯54是否上移到预定位置的第一校正件76、用于监测铁芯54是否下移回位到预定位置的第二校正件77和用于监测顶座52在顶出动作完成后是否旋转到初始位置的第三校正件78,所述第一校正件76、第二校正件77和第三校正件78均为现有技术中的光电传感器,或所述第一校正件76、第二校正件77和第三校正件78也可以均包括所述铁芯、顶块上均设有的校正标识模块以及每个校正标识模块均对应设有的一校正读取模块,所述校正标识模块包括凸点或凹点、或是现有技术中的芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体,对应配合校正标识模块的校正读取模块包括开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件,第一校正件76监测铁芯54上移到预定位置时,控制主机认定顶杆48通过杠杆49打开了对应的容器按压释放嘴,正在释放气体容器3或是液体容器1的物料,如果没有上移到预定位置时,则动作失败,进行记录和反馈,方便运营人员的检修;然后第二校正件77监测铁芯54下移回位到预定位置时,控制主机认定按压释放嘴关闭, 结合第一校正件76的动作检测,动作完成,成功做出一个饮品,然后进行后续的记录和扣费,如果没有下移回位到预定位置,则动作失败,进行记录和反馈,方便运营人员的检修;第三校正件78监测顶座52在顶出动作完成后旋转到初始位置的时候,控制主机认定顶座52做好了下次顶出的准备,如果没有旋转到初始位置的时候,则进行记录并反馈至本发明的控制主机、远程服务器,以便重新发送指令使之旋转至初始位置或方便运营人员的检修;因为定位电机45是步进电机,每次旋转动作会有误差,不回归初始位置而进行下一旋转动作,会有累计误差。
所述触发壳72设有立板79,所述第一校正件76、第二校正件77和第三校正件78均设置在立板79上。
所述进水口6通过第十六电磁阀与第五三通的第三管口连接,所述第十四电磁阀和第十五电磁阀至多连通一个,因为防止都连通后水的回流。
所述第一三通上设有第一温度传感器可检测桶装水出水的温度,所述第一水泵和第二三通之间连接有第一流量传感器,用于测量流经此处的水量,如直接作为成品从水混合盒出去的常温水量、经过热水器加热成热水的常温水量,所述第二水泵和冷水箱之间连接有第二流量传感器,用于控制冷水箱的出冷水量,所述冷水箱设有第二温度传感器实时监测冷水温度,使温度保持在不结冰的极限低温,从而能和常温水搭配出更多量的低温水,所述第二四通的上设有第三温度传感器用于测量出热水的温度,所述气体溶解箱设有第四温度传感器,所述第三水泵和粉料出液口之间连接有第三流量传感器,控制粉料饮品的出液量,所述热水器和第二四通之间连接有第四流量传感器,用于监测热水的出水量。
所述热水器是即热式热水器,当第一水泵抽取常温水时,第一温度传感器 识别当前常温水温度并上传到远程服务器,根据加热器功率和已知的加热效率,即可得到第一水泵抽水的流速,通过带有流量控制的第一水泵或第一流量传感器泵出一定流速流量的常温水加热出用户需要温度的热水,第三温度传感器实时监测出水温度,并在通过和用户需要的温度进行比对,得到修正第一水泵抽水流速流量的数据,并重新制定第一水泵按照一定的数据泵水,重复此步骤使之达到用户设定温度的要求,也可通过热水和常温水或冷水混合的方式得到用户所需温度的水。均可得知常温水、冷水、热水的温度及流量且可通过第一水泵转速或电磁阀进行流量控制,可通过不同温度水的水量搭配混合处任何需要的水温。
所述控制主机通过容量检测装置得知冷水箱水量不足时候,第二电磁阀关闭,第一电磁阀、第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀开启连通,且第一水泵和制冷器工作,将常温水箱的水抽出制冷后储存在冷水箱中备用,容量检测装置监测冷水箱满水后会控制第四电磁阀、第三电磁阀和第一水泵关闭,停止制冷器工作。
所述第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、第三电磁阀、第四电磁阀、第五电磁阀、第六电磁阀、第七电磁阀、第八电磁阀、第九电磁阀、第十电磁阀、第十一电磁阀、第十二电磁阀、第十三电磁阀、第十四电磁阀、第十五电磁阀、第十六电磁阀、第十七电磁阀、第十八电磁阀、第一水泵、第二水泵、第三水泵、制冷器、第一流量传感器、第二流量传感器、第三流量传感器、第四流量传感器、第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器、第三温度传感器、所有的称重传感器、所有的电机和电磁铁和热水器均与控制主机电连接。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述多功能现调系统包括一个气体容器3、五个液体容器1、六个粉体容器2、水箱组件、触发组件、六个搅拌出料组件和混合器,所述混合器包括水混合盒、液水混合盒和六个粉料冲泡盒5,所述气体 容器3和五个液体容器1均通过触发组件与液水混合盒连接,所述六个搅拌出料组件分别设置在所述六个粉体容器2口处,所述六个搅拌出料组件的分别与六个粉料冲泡盒5连接,所述六个粉料冲泡盒5的六个出液口7通过第一七通汇集,其且所述第一七通与第三水泵连接,所述六个粉料冲泡盒5的六个进水口6通过第二七通汇集,所述第二七通与第五三通连接,所述六个粉料冲泡盒5的六个进水口6均设有一电磁阀,所述六个粉料冲泡盒5的六个进气孔8通过第三七通汇集,所述第三七通与臭氧大气混合器连接,所述六个粉料冲泡盒5的六个进气孔8均设有一电磁阀,使用中所述六个粉料冲泡盒5中的一个或几个开启混合,开启粉料冲泡盒5的进气孔8处的电磁阀在混合完毕,第三水泵抽取的时候开启,其他没有混合的粉料冲泡盒5的进气孔8电磁阀关闭,所述五个液体容器1装有相同或是不同的口味的液体,所述六个粉体容器2装有相同或是不同的口味的粉体。所述每个粉料冲泡盒5均设有一称重辅助组件。
所述六个粉料冲泡盒5均设置在提升组件的托板19上,所述托板19对应六个搅拌电机9传动轴28的位置设有六个作用孔29,所述托板19上设有多个供六个称重辅助组件的称重柱22穿过的称重孔24。
所述第一外壳41包括由下到上顺次连接的底盘67、第一壳身68和杠杆盘69,所述杠杆盘69与所述外壳盖57连接,所述第一壳身68设有六个存储槽42分别用于安放一个气体容器3和五个液体容器1,所述第一壳身68的六个存储槽42内均设有一第一识别组件,所述第一壳身68内设有第一识别板70,所述六个第一识别组件均设置在第一识别板70上,所述第一壳身68内连接有触发壳72,所述触发组件设置在触发壳72内,所述触发组件包括六个顶杆48和六个杠杆49,所述六个杠杆49均与杠杆盘69铰接,所述底盘67上对应六个存储槽42的位置处分别设有一称重传感器23,所述六个称重传感器23均与控制主 机连接,所述称重传感器23通过传感器固定件73连接在底盘67上。
所述第二外壳43包括由下到上顺次连接的底座74和第二壳身75,所述第二壳身75设有六个存储槽42分别用于安放六个粉体容器2,所述六个搅拌电机9均连接在底座74上,所述第二壳身75的六个存储槽42内均设有一第二识别组件,所述第二壳身75内设有第二识别板71,所述六个第二识别组件均设置在第二识别板71上,第一电磁阀是常开电磁阀,其余的电磁阀均是常闭电磁阀。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触发组件包括所述液体容器和混合器之间连接有的与控制主机连接的液体泵和液体电磁阀,还包括所述气体容器和混合器之间连接有的气体泵和气体电磁阀。所述液体泵抽出液体容器内的液料,所述气体泵抽出气体容器内的气体,此处的气体泵可以去掉,因为气体容器存储的为高压气体,打开气体电磁阀,高压气体自己会溢出,在本发明的另一个实施例中液体容器和混合器之间连接有增压泵,可以在液体容器中加压,使其中的液料溢出。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述液体容器和气体容器均是可变形容器,所述触发组件包括所述气体容器和所述液体容器外均设有的挤压组件,所述挤压组件包括至少一个设置在所述液体容器或气体容器外侧的挤件和驱动所述挤件的且与控制主机连接的动力件,所述动力件是和所述挤件传动连接的电机或液压推杆或电动推杆。也可为其他现有的挤压方式,所述挤件为柱型或块型,也可为其他现有的用于挤压目的的结构形状。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述搅拌出料组件为活塞组件,所述活塞组件包括所述粉体容器内设有的塞头或所述粉体容器的底部为活动底部作为塞头,所述塞头连接有与控制主机连接的推动件,所述推动件控制塞头前进后退,实现出料,所述推动件为液压推杆或电动推杆或为电机或压缩气囊装置,所述压 缩气囊装置包括气囊和用于对气囊进行充气和放气的充气装置,充气装置可以是现有技术中的气泵,放气的时候控制气泵抽气。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触发组件包括定位电机45、第三电磁铁和至少两个杠杆49,所述第三电磁铁和定位电机45均与控制主机连接,所述至少两个杠杆49均枢接在所述第一外壳41上,所述定位电机45带动所述第三电磁铁转动,所述至少两个杠杆49一端均连接有可被磁力吸引的吸块或所述至少两个杠杆49均由可被磁力吸引材料制成,所述第三电磁铁磁力吸引所述至少两个杠杆49的一端运动。第三电磁铁在定位电机的控制下旋转到对应的杠杆下方,然后第三电磁铁通电,磁力吸引对应杠杆的一端,使得杠杆的另一端可以按压液体容器或气体容器的按压释放嘴。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触发组件包括控制主机、至少两个杠杆49和每个杠杆49分别传动连接有的一个动力电机,所述至少两个杠杆49均枢接在所述第一外壳41上,所述动力电机均与所述控制主机连接,所述动力电机的传动轴与其对于的所述杠杆49的一端螺纹连接从而使对应的杠杆49一端可上下活动,控制主机选择对应的动力电机开启,先使其正转,使所述杠杆49的一端上移,使得杠杆的另一端可以按压液体容器或气体容器的按压释放嘴;然后对应的动力电机反转,使得所述杠杆49的一端下移,使杠杆的另一端上移复位,等待下一次动作按压。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述触发组件包括所述液体容器和气体容器的按压释放嘴上方均设有的一个按压件,所述按压件是均与控制主机连接的按压电磁铁或按压电机,所述按压电磁铁的铁芯与按压释放嘴配合使按压电磁铁的铁芯在有无磁力而运动时候可以压动按压释放嘴,所述按压电机的传动轴螺纹连接有一与按压释放嘴配合的按压块,所述按压电机正反转带动所述按压块运 动时候可以压动按压释放嘴。
本发明的各种泵可以是旋叶泵、隔膜泵、蠕动泵、螺杆泵等现有技术中能达到同样目的的泵。
所述控制主机为现有技术中的可搭载逻辑控制程序的单片机、控制板或PLC,或控制主机为运行APP程序的芯片,如手机或平板的芯片,可运行程序,实现输出给显示屏视频数据等功能。

所述减压阀本体4设有与进口91连通的充料嘴95,用于充料,方便快捷。
所述减压阀本体4设有气压测量口,用于方便的测量减压阀内的压力,保障安全。
所述气压测量口连接有压力表96,用于直观的显示减压阀内的压力。
所述减压阀本体4设有爆破片97,所述爆破片97为现有技术,能在规定的温度和压力下爆破,泄放压力,保障安全。
所述减压阀本体4出口92的外周面上设有凹槽9,所述阀盖93的边缘向下且向内弯曲伸入凹槽9与其内壁抵靠,实现出口92和所述阀盖93的密封连接。

另外,本发明提供一可隔物测量的称重装置,该称重装置可被应用到其上上述所述的多功能现调系统中,如图21所示,本实施例所描述的可隔物测量的称重装置,包括称重传感器23,所述称重传感器23上连接有辅助称重件,所述辅助称重件底部连接有插接在称重传感器23上的传感器固定件73,所述辅助称重件包括称重板21和其上固定有的多个称重柱22。
所述辅助称重件的重力中心和所述传感器固定件73的重力中心的连线垂直于所述称重传感器23。
所述传感器固定件73连接在所述称重板21底部。
所述称重板21上设有至少一个加强筋102,所述加强筋102的两端分别与称重板21底部和传感器固定件73连接,使传感器固定件73更稳固的连接在称重板21底部。

另外,本发明提供一带有识别信息的容器,该容器可被应用到其上上述所述的多功能现调系统中,如图22.9和10所示,本实施例所描述的带有识别信息的容器,包括容器100(包括液体容器1、粉体容器2、气体容器3),所述容器100上设有标识模块,所述标识模块设置在所述容器100口或容器100身或容器100底上,所述标识模块对应有读取模块,所述标识模块包括凸点或凹点、芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体中的一种或其组合,所述读取模块为对应标识模块的开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件中的一种或其组合。比如凸点或凹点或两者组合的排列组合作为标识模块,对应读取模块为开关器件,所述开关器件包括多个开关40件排列组合,所述凸点或凹点可触发不同位置的开关40件,从而携带不同的识别信息,可用于标识容器100的种类、产地、日期等信息,同理所述其他的现有技术中标识模块。
所述标识模块包括容器100上设有的识别帽300(包括第一识别帽38和第二识别帽39)和识别帽300上设有的M个开关柱37,所述读取模块包括控制器和设置在识别帽300底部的均和控制器连接的N个开关40,N≥1,M≤N。所述本发明安放时,所述M个开关柱37触发对应的开关40,控制器根据触发得的开关40的位置及数量和控制器预存的开关40对应口味的规则判断得出所述带有识别帽300的容器100是气体容器3、液体容器1还是粉体容器2以及具体是什么口味,方便运营人员补充气体容器3、液体容器1和粉体容器2时候可以不分 种类及口味位置,实现盲插,减轻运营人员劳动工作量。在一具体实施例中,开关40的数量是六个,可以有五十五种不同的开关柱37排列方式,每种排列方式对应不同的液体容器1、气体容器3或粉体容器2的口味,本技术领域人员可知,开关40的数量可以更多和更少,从而产生更少、更多种不同的开关柱2排列方式。所述开关40均设置在识别板700上。
所述识别帽300设有快速插接连通组件,所述快速插接连通组件包括接料座62和识别帽300内设有的输料管63,所述接料座62上设有接料管64,所述输料管63上设有可与容器100口插接的入料管65和可与接料管64插接的出料管66,所述接料座64可以设置在容器100的存放位置处,所述接料管64可以与管路连接,承接容器100内出去的物料。
所述容器100内存储有气体、液体、粉体中的一种或其组合。
所述容器100口连接有按压释放嘴,所述按压释放嘴与所述入料管65插接,但所述识别帽300被按压的时候,所述按压释放嘴被按压释放容器100内物料进入输料管63,到接料管64,然后到其他的管路中,带有识别帽300的容器100随意放置,控制器即可识别容器100类型及口味并记录;且通过快速插接连通组件即可实现即插即连通,所述按压释放嘴为现有技术中的气雾罐阀门。
在此基础上,本发明提供一带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,该容器可被应用到其上上述所述的多功能现调系统中,如图25所示,实施例1
如图23-25所示,本实施例所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,包括容器100和其设有的容器口,其特征在于,所述容器100上设有标识模块,所述标识模块设置在所述容器100口或容器100上,所述标识模块对应有读取模块,所述标识模块包括凸点或凹点、芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体中的一种或其组合,所述读取模块为对应标识模块的开关器件、芯 片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件中的一种或其组合,所述容器100内设有出料组件,所述出料组件与所述容器100口连接。比如凸点或凹点或两者组合的排列组合作为标识模块,对应读取模块为开关器件,所述开关器件包括多个开关件排列组合,所述凸点或凹点可触发不同位置的开关件,从而携带不同的识别信息,可用于标识容器100的种类、产地、日期等信息,同理所述其他的现有技术中标识模块。
所述出料组件包括推料杆107以及与容器口连接的开关组件,所述推料杆18与所述开关组件连接。
所述开关组件包括与容器口连接的上盖13和与所述上盖13活动连接的下盖12,所述上盖13和下盖12分别设有上漏口14和下漏口15,所述上盖13设有当上盖13和下盖12相对转动一定角度时所述上漏口14和下漏口15从部分重叠或完全重叠变为不重叠的容器开关组件。使其需要的时候出料,不需要的时候关闭防止进入杂物污染。
所述上盖13设有轴孔,所述轴孔连接有中空的轴柱105,所述轴柱105与所述推料杆107连接。
所述下盖11设有卡孔18,所述容器开关组件包括所述上盖13设有的卡柱16和卡柱16上设有的卡条17,所述卡孔18由卡柱孔和卡条孔连接组成的马蹄形结构,所述卡柱孔半径小于所述卡条孔的半径,所述卡柱16活动连接在卡孔18内,所述卡柱孔同卡柱18配合,所述卡条孔同卡条17配合,所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的两端连接处均可与卡条17抵靠,所述一定角度为卡条17跟随卡柱16从抵靠所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的左边的连接处旋转到抵靠右边的连接处时旋转的角度,所述角度在一些实施例中为70度,本领域技术人员也可设计为其他角度, 在一些实施例中,本发明与电机搭配,电机的传动轴带动上盖正转或反转,从而使上盖和下盖之间有相对转动的角度,实现容器口的自动开启和关闭。
所述推料杆107外周面上设有螺旋出料道35和多个搅拌臂36,所述螺旋出料道35的下端位于上盖13的上漏口14处,所述搅拌臂36的横截面为两端窄中间宽的结构,所述推料杆107中空结构或底部设有插槽,套插在轴柱105外侧固定。所述螺旋出料道12在旋转的时候能起到推料的作用。

所述上漏口14连接有一密封圈99,所述下盖12边缘上设有若干齿凸80,当所述上漏口14和下漏口15不重叠的时候,密封圈99用于上漏口和下盖之间密封连接,容器口内的物料不会泄露出去。在一些实施例中,下盖与其他盒口连接,所述盒口设有若干可与齿凸80配合的凹槽,所述下盖在插接在盒口的时候,可以随意角度和方向放入即可,实现盲插,方便使用。所述容器1内存储有气体、液体、粉体中的一种或其组合。
所述带有识别帽300的容器100随意放置,控制器通过读取模块即可识别容器1类型及口味并记录,容器100中可以存放可溶于水或不溶于水的粉体或颗粒,如咖啡粉、燕麦、芝麻等,本发明所述的容器可以作为现有设备中易耗品的运营补充配件单独包装,如作为饮料机的饮料粉容器的更换补充罐,直接插到到设备对应的粉水混合盒口上,所述下盖和所述盒口连接,即可实现快速更换。
所述上盖13设有与容器100口配合的容置槽106,所述容置槽106内壁设有多个可卡住容器100口的卡棱88,使容器100口与所述上盖13可相对旋转的活动连接,所述容器口设有一圈可供卡棱88嵌入的口槽。
所述下盖12上连接有至少一个卡片109,所述上盖13上设有轨道槽104,所述卡片109末端连接有配合插接在轨道槽104内的滑条110,使下盖12和上盖13之间不易脱落。
所述容器100内存储有气体、液体、粉体中的一种或其组合。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1其他之处相同,不同之处在于所述上盖13的所述轴柱105设有两个卡槽108,所述推料杆107上设有分别插接在两个卡槽108内的两个卡爪,所述推料杆108设有与轴孔对应的通孔,可以在装配中,通过两头分别插接在轴孔和通孔内的固定销对推料杆108和上盖进行固定连接。
所述下盖12的外套设有一环形的密封盖82,所述密封盖82设有若干对应所述下盖12的若干齿凸80的密封齿83,所述下盖12的边缘上设有若干齿凸80,在一些实施例中,下盖与其他盒口连接,所述盒口设有若干可与齿凸80配合的凹槽,所述下盖在插接在盒口的时候,可以随意角度和方向放入即可,实现盲插,方便使用,且所述若干密封齿22对应插入若干凹槽内实现密封。
所述密封盖83的边缘上设有多个弧形密封槽84,所述盒口设有多个可与密封槽84插接的密封片,在密封齿83实现第一层密封之后,密封槽84实现第二层密封。

  1. 一种多功能现调系统,包括控制主机,其特征在于,所述多功能现调系统还包括至少一个液体容器(1)、至少一个粉体容器(2)、至少一个气体容器(3)、水箱组件、触发组件、至少一个搅拌出料组件以及混合器,所述混合器设有至少一个出口和至少一个入口,所述水箱组件、触发组件和搅拌出料组件均和所述控制主机连接,所述液体容器(1)和气体容器(3)均与所述混合器的入口连接,所述触发组件用于控制所述液体容器(1)和所述气体容器(3)中物料的输出与关闭,所述搅拌出料组件设置在所述粉体容器(2)内,所述搅拌出料组件的出口与混合器连接。

  37. 根据权利要求33所述的选择按压开关系统,其特征在于所述顶块(46)设有卡座(53),所述第一电磁铁(47)的铁芯(54)与卡座(53)可相对旋转的卡接,所述触发电机的传动轴与顶块(46)螺纹连接,或是所述触发电机的传动轴外周面上设有斜轨道,所述顶块(46)套设在传动轴上,且所述顶块(46)设有插接在斜轨道上的凸柱,或也可以为所述斜轨道设置在所述顶块(46)上,所述凸柱设置在所述触发电机的传动轴上。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的选择按压开关系统,其特征在于所述卡座(53)为侧壁带有限位槽(55)的弧形结构,所述第一电磁铁(47)的铁芯(54)套设在卡座(53)内且铁芯(54)设有活动插接在限位槽(55)内的限位条(56), 所述第一电磁铁(47)的铁芯(54)从卡座(53)的开口出进入而使限位条(56)插接在限位槽(55)内,且所述第一电磁铁(47)的铁芯(54)与卡座(53)可相对旋转。
  39. 根据权利要求33所述的选择按压开关系统,其特征在于所述杠杆(49)上方设有与杆座(90)连接的壳盖(57),所述受力臂(59)上设有导柱(58),所述导柱(58)上套设有压缩状态下的弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵靠受力臂(59)和壳盖(57)。
  40. 根据权利要求32所述的选择按压开关系统,其特征在于所述触发组件外套设有外壳,所述外壳与所述杆座(90)连接,所述外壳设有至少一个供顶杆(48)滑动的杆滑道,所述顶杆(48)活动设置在杆滑道内,所述顶杆(48)顶部设有膨大的头部卡在杆滑道口,使所述顶杆(48)悬吊在所述杆滑道内。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的选择按压开关系统,其特征在于所述外壳内设有校正组件,所述校正组件包括均与控制主机连接的用于监测铁芯(54)是否上移到预定位置的第一校正件(76)、用于监测铁芯(54)是否下移回位到预定位置的第二校正件(51)和用于监测顶座(52)在顶出动作完成后是否旋转到初始位置的第三校正件(50),所述第一校正件(76)、第二校正件(51)和第三校正件(50)均为现有技术中的光电传感器,或所述第一校正件(76)、第二校正件(51)和第三校正件(50)也可以均包括所述铁芯(54)、顶块(46)上均设有的校正标识模块以及每个校正标识模块均对应设有的一校正读取模块,所述校正标识模块包括凸点或凹点、或是现有技术中的芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体,对应配合校正标识模块的校正读取模块包括开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件。
  42. 带阀门盖的减压阀,包括减压阀本体(4),所述减压阀本体(4)包括进口(91)和出口(92),其特征在于,所述减压阀本体(4)的出口(92)连接有阀盖(93),所述阀盖(93)上设有按压释放嘴(94)。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述减压阀本体(4)设有与进口(91)连通的充料嘴(95)。
  44. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述减压阀本体(4)设有气压测量口。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述气压测量口连接有压力表(96)。
  46. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述减压阀本体(4)设有爆破片(97)。
  47. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述减压阀本体(4)出口(92)的外周面上设有凹槽(98),所述阀盖(93)的边缘向下且向内弯曲伸入凹槽(98)与其内壁抵靠,实现出口(92)和所述阀盖(93)的密封连接。
  48. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述阀盖(93)上设有供按压释放嘴(94)安装的安装孔,所述按压释放嘴(94)密封安装在安装孔内。
  49. 根据权利要求42所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述阀盖(93)为向出口(92)方向凹陷的腔型结构,所述出口(92)的内壁凹陷有弧形槽(100),所述阀盖(93)腔的侧壁向外凸起与所述弧形槽(100)配合的卡凸部(101)。
  50. 根据权利要求42-49任一所述的带阀门盖的减压阀,其特征在于所述阀盖(93)和出口(92)之间设有密封圈(99)。
  51. 可隔物测量的称重装置,包括:称重传感器(23),其特征在于,所述称重传感器(23)上连接有辅助称重件,所述辅助称重件底部连接有插接在称重传感器(23)上的传感器固定件(73),所述辅助称重件包括称重板(21)和其上固定有的多个称重柱(22)。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的可隔物测量的称重装置,其特征在于所述辅助称重件的重力中心和所述传感器固定件(73)的重力中心的连线垂直于所述称重传感器(23)。
  53. 根据权利要求51所述的可隔物测量的称重装置,其特征在于所述传感器固定件(73)连接在所述称重板(21)底部。
  54. 根据权利要求51所述的可隔物测量的称重装置,其特征在于所述称重板(21)上设有至少一个加强筋(102),所述加强筋(102)的两端分别与称重板(21)底部和传感器固定件(73)连接。
  55. 根据权利要求54所述的可隔物测量的称重装置,其特征在于所述加强筋(102)和称重板(21)连接处设有至少一个支撑片(103)。
  56. 根据权利要求51所述的可隔物测量的称重装置,其特征在于所述辅助称重件和传感器固定件(73)一体成型,所述传感器固定件(73)设有供称重传感器(23)插接在内的插槽。
  57. 带有识别信息的容器,包括:容器(100)和其设有的容器口,其特征在于,所述容器(100)上设有标识模块,所述标识模块设置在所述容器(100)口或容器上,所述标识模块对应有读取模块,所述标识模块包括凸点或凹点、芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体中的一种或其组合,所述读取模块为对应标识模块的开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件中的一种或其组合。
  58. 根据权利要求57所述的带有识别信息的容器,其特征在于所述标识模块包括容器(100)上设有的识别帽(300)和识别帽(300)上设有的M个开关柱(37),所述读取模块包括控制器和设置在识别帽(300)底部的均和控制器连接的N个开关(40),N≥1,M≤N。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的带有识别信息的容器,其特征在于所述识别帽(300)设有快速插接连通组件,所述快速插接连通组件包括接料座(62)和识别帽(300)内设有的输料管(63),所述接料座(62)上设有接料管(64),所述输料管(63)上设有可与容器(100)口插接的入料管(65)和可与接料管(64)插接的出料管(66)。
  60. 根据权利要求57所述的带有识别信息的容器,其特征在于所述容器(100)内存储有气体、液体、粉体中的一种或其组合。
  61. 根据权利要求59所述的带有识别信息的容器,其特征在于所述容器(100)口连接有按压释放嘴,所述按压释放嘴与所述入料管(65)插接。
  62. 带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,包括:容器(100)和其设有的容器口,其特征在于,所述容器(100)上设有标识模块,所述标识模块设置在所述容器(100)口或容器(100)上,所述标识模块对应有读取模块,所述标识模块包括凸点或凹点、芯片卡、颜色标识、条形码、二维码、金属、磁性体中的一种或其组合,所述读取模块为对应标识模块的开关器件、芯片卡识别模块、颜色传感器、条形码识别模块、二维码识别模块、金属感应识别模块、磁性感应器件中的一种或其组合,所述容器(100)内设有出料组件,所述出料组件与所述容器(100)口连接。
  63. 根据权利要求62所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述出料组件包括推料杆(107)以及与容器口连接的开关组件,所述推料杆(107) 与所述开关组件连接,所述开关组件包括与容器口连接的上盖(13)和活动连接在上盖(13)外的下盖(12),所述上盖(13)和下盖(12)分别设有上漏口(14)和下漏口(15),所述上盖(13)设有当上盖(13)和下盖(14)相对转动一定角度时所述上漏口(14)和下漏口(15)从部分重叠或完全重叠变为不重叠的容器开关组件。
  64. 根据权利要求63所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述上盖(12)设有轴孔,所述轴孔连接有中空的轴柱(15),所述轴柱(15)与所述推料杆(18)连接。
  65. 根据权利要求63所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述下盖(14)设有卡孔(18),所述容器开关组件包括所述上盖(13)设有的卡柱(16)和卡柱(16)上设有的卡条(17),所述卡孔(18)由卡柱孔和卡条孔连接组成的马蹄形结构,所述卡柱孔半径小于所述卡条孔的半径,所述卡柱(16)活动连接在卡孔(18)内,所述卡柱孔同卡柱(16)配合,所述卡条孔同卡条(17)配合,所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的两端连接处均可与卡条(17)抵靠,所述一定角度为卡条(17)跟随卡柱(16)从抵靠所述卡柱孔和卡条孔的左边的连接处旋转到抵靠右边的连接处时旋转的角度。
  66. 根据权利要求64所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述推料杆(107)外周面上设有螺旋出料道(35)和多个搅拌臂(36),所述螺旋出料道(35)的下端位于上盖(13)上漏口(14)处,所述搅拌臂(36)的横截面为两端窄中间宽的结构,所述推料杆(107)为中空结构或底部设有插槽,套插在轴柱(105)外侧固定。
  67. 根据权利要求62所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述标识模块包括容器(100)上设有的识别帽(300)和识别帽(300)上设有的M 个开关柱(37),所述读取模块包括控制器和设置在识别帽(300)底部的均和控制器连接的N个开关,N≥1,M≤N。
  68. 根据权利要求63所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述上盖(13)设有与容器(100)口配合的容置槽(106),所述容置槽(106)内壁设有多个可卡住容器(100)口的卡棱(88),使容器(100)口与所述上盖(13)可相对旋转的活动连接,所述容器口设有可供卡棱(88)嵌入的口槽,所述下盖(12)上连接有至少一个卡片(109),所述上盖(13)上设有轨道槽(104),所述卡片(109)末端连接有配合插接在轨道槽(104)内的滑条(110),使下盖(12)和上盖(11)之间不易脱落。
  69. 根据权利要求64所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述上漏口(14)连接有一密封圈(99),所述下盖(12)边缘上设有若干齿凸(80),所述轴柱(105)设有两个卡槽(108),所述推料杆(107)上设有分别插接在两个卡槽(108)内的两个卡爪,所述推料杆(107)设有与轴孔对应的通孔。
  70. 根据权利要求69所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述下盖外套设有一环形的密封盖(82),所述密封盖(82)设有若干对应所述下盖(12)若干齿凸(80)的密封齿(83)。
  71. 根据权利要求70所述的带有识别信息和出料组件的容器,其特征在于所述密封盖(82)的边缘上设有多个弧形密封槽(84)。
