- Events Manager module running on a remote virtual machine which gathers events from different applications getting events in different intervals of time running on a single virtual machine.
- Events Manager module gathers such group of events and uses a B+ tree data structure (It is a k-ary balanced tree in which each node has no more than k children) to maintain such group of events with the key as timestamp to direct search in the tree and leaf nodes as events linked to each other in sorted order occurring within a range of timestamp.
- Arrangement of such events by the Events Manager occurring at different intervals of time for different applications running on a single virtual machine helps to run timestamp based range queries to fetch events occurring at that virtual machine.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un module de gestion d'événements s'exécutant sur une machine virtuelle distante qui rassemble des événements à partir de différentes applications obtenant des événements dans différents intervalles de temps s'exécutant sur une machine virtuelle unique. Le module de gestion d'événements rassemble un tel groupe d'événements et utilise une structure de données d'arbre B+ pour maintenir un tel groupe d'événements avec la clé en tant qu'estampille temporelle pour diriger une recherche dans l'arbre et des nœuds feuilles en tant qu'événements liés l'un à l'autre dans un ordre trié se produisant dans une plage d'estampilles temporelles. L'agencement de tels événements par le gestionnaire d'événements se produisant à différents intervalles de temps pour différentes applications s'exécutant sur une seule machine virtuelle aide à exécuter des interrogations de plage basées sur une estampille temporelle pour extraire des événements se produisant au niveau de ladite machine virtuelle.
