本发明涉及气球,尤其涉及一种发光气球。
背景技术
气球作为玩具和装饰品被广泛使用。现在市面上还出现了一种发光气球,增加了传统气球的娱乐和装饰作用。发光气球一般是在气球内部置有发光组件从而实现“发光”功能。发光气球由于其独特功能而深受人们欢迎,被广泛应用于各种场合。专利CN2013203890631提供了一种发光气球,该种发光气球设置有两个通过卡扣配合的锁定机构,两个锁定机构卡扣在一起后将气球球皮及填充物夹住;这种发光气球存在一个问题,即两个锁定机构是通过卡扣的方式固定在一起,而卡扣配合最大问题在于二者极易出现松动,而填充物、气球及LED装置必须牢牢的卡在一起,一旦两个锁定机构的配合出现松动,极易导致LED装置从气球上掉落。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种发光气球。
根据本发明的一方面,本发明提供一种带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,包括气球本体,LED发光组件,圆卡球,还包括卡套,所述卡套为一体式卡套,所述卡套一端与LED发光组件固定在一起,所述LED发光组件及卡套均设置于气球本体内,所述圆卡球设置于卡套的卡腔内,所述气球本体的部分位于圆卡球与卡套之间。
本发明申请中所陈述的气球本体就是日常的普通气球,属于现有技术。因此对于气球本体不展开进行描述。
由于卡套是一体式的,不存在松动,当圆卡球将气球本体的部分球皮卡进卡套的卡腔内后,气球本体与与卡套就牢牢卡在一起,不会松动,LED 发光组件不会从气球本体内掉落。并且,本发明提供的发光气球只需将气球本体的一部分和圆卡球卡进卡套的卡腔内即可,极大地提高装配效率,大幅降低了生产成本。
可选的,所述LED发光组件包括LED灯珠、电池及电池仓,所述电池仓一端与所述卡套相接,电池仓另一端安装有所述LED灯珠,所述电池安装于所述电池仓内,LED灯珠通过自身的两个针脚与电池电连接。
可选的,所述电池仓包括仓体与仓盖,仓盖一端转动安装在仓体上,仓盖另一端与仓体可拆卸地配合在一起。
可选的,所述仓体上设置有绝缘片插孔。
因为电池在装到电池仓内后,电池是直接与LED灯珠的两个针脚接触的,这样的话会导致LED灯珠一直处于亮着的状态,故在仓体上设置一个绝缘片插孔,绝缘片从绝缘片插孔插进电池仓内,隔断电池与LED灯珠的针脚之间的导电通路,使得LED灯珠暂时不亮,需要亮起LED灯珠时,拔出绝缘片即可;上述方案只是本产品的一个其中方案,由于本方案中的电池优选选用多块纽扣电池片串联组合形成电池组,具体在使用绝缘片时,只需将绝缘片插入两片纽扣电池片之间即可,更加便捷。
可选的,所述仓盖上设置有卡口,所述仓体上设置有卡凸片,所述卡凸片与卡口可拆卸地配合在一起。因为仓盖与仓体之间只需要配合在一起即可,即使出现松动也不会影响电池工作,故仓盖与仓体之间采用卡凸片与卡口配合的方式,既牢固,又方便跟换电池。
本发明的有益效果是:气球本体与卡体(圆卡球)和卡套牢牢卡在一起,不会松动,发光组件不会从气球本体内掉落;且装配效率高,生产成本低。

下面结合各附图,对本发明的实施例做详细描述。
如图1-6所示,一种发光气球包括卡套1、气球本体2、卡体3以及 发光组件6。卡套1为一体式卡套且具有卡腔101。发光组件6固定于卡套1的一端,发光组件6和卡套1均设置于气球本体2内。卡体3设置于卡套1的卡腔101内,所述气球本体2的一部分位于卡体3与卡套1之间。
本发明实施例中的卡套1是一体式的,不存在现有技术中需要将分离式卡套相互锁合从而容易松动的问题。当卡体3将气球本体2的部分球皮卡进卡套1的卡腔101内后,气球本体2与与卡套1就牢牢卡在一起,不会松动,发光组件6不会从气球本体2内掉落。并且,本发明产品只需将卡体3卡进卡套1的卡腔101内即可将发光组件6固定在气球本体2内,极大地提高装配效率,大幅降低了生产成本。

传统的发光气球中,多个电池是通过胶带简单地粘贴在一起,或者通过一个敞口的塑件简单的固定在一起,并没有专门设置相对封闭的电池仓11。由于发光气球通常的使用者是儿童。如果不小心气球破裂,电池掉出来,很多儿童容易误食电池。而本发明实施例中的电池仓11通过仓盖5和仓体4卡合在一起,即便电池仓11掉出,一般儿童无法轻易抠出里面的电池7,从而大大降低儿童误食电池的几率,使得产品更加安全。通过设置电池仓11,既起到了固定电池7的作用,又大大降低了儿童误食电池 的概率。
于本实施例中,发光气球还包括绝缘片8,仓体4上设置有绝缘片插孔402。绝缘片8从电池仓11的外部穿过绝缘片插孔402从而伸入到电池仓11的内部,进而隔断多个电池之间的电连接,进而中断给发电组件6的供电。
于本实施例中,卡套1的所有边角都经过倒角处理。通过这种设置,当发光气球不小心爆炸,气球本体2内部的元器件受到冲击力会往外飞出,由于所有卡套1的边角都经过倒角处理,这使得即便意外发生也降低危险性。若不小心卡套1打到周边的儿童或大人身上,也不会伤及人。
具体而言,卡腔101开口四周沿处设置有倒角102。通过设置倒角102可以对气球本体2起到保护作用,避免气球本体2被卡套1自身刺破。
于一实施例中,气球本体2可为椭圆形。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。于其它实施例中,气球本体2可为兔头形、心形、米老鼠形等任意形状。
于本实施例中,卡体3为球形,即卡体3为圆卡球,卡腔101对应地为圆柱形。然而,本发明对此不作限定。于其它实施例中,卡体可以是椭圆形或梭形等任意形状,卡腔的形状也可以对应地进行修改,只要卡体和卡腔之间能够实现卡合即可。于实务中,制造圆球形的卡体工艺更加简单,更容易标准化生产和控制尺寸。并且球形的卡体3与圆柱形的卡腔101之间的卡合效果更好,卡合牢靠不易脱落。
于本实施例中,发光组件6为LED发光组件。LED发光组件包括LED灯珠61和两个针脚62。LED灯珠61通过两个针脚62与电池7接触从而通电。具体而言,其中一个针脚62直接穿过卡套1的内部从而贴合在其中一个电池7的底部,另外一个针脚62先是绕到卡套1的外部,然后借由仓体4的一个通孔41从卡套1的外部穿入到电池仓11的内部从而和电池接触(由于电池仓是透明的,因此图3中另外一个针脚62虽然位于电池仓11外部,但是仍然以实线画出),最终形成导电通路,因此LED灯珠61能够通电发光。通过设置通孔41,能够有效引导针脚62并固定针脚62使其和远端的电池接触。
传统技术中,LED灯珠的两个针脚是一直接触电池,只不过一个针脚接触电池的正极或负极,另外一个针脚是接触电池不导电的侧面。因此,需要在接触电池侧面的针脚和电池另外一端的正/负极之间额外设置一个金属片或者针脚进行导电。这导致发光气球的配件更多,安装更加复杂,成本更高。并且,当不需要LED灯珠发光时,传统的绝缘片是隔断额外设置的金属片/针脚与接触电池侧面的针脚之间的电连接。这种设置方式使得绝缘片是直线形安放,使用者只要轻轻一扯就拔出了绝缘片,容易造成发光气球的误放电。
与现有技术不同的是,本发明实施例中的绝缘片8,隔绝的是两个电池7之间的接触,绝缘片8是“直角形”安放,因此需要使用者施加一定的力才能抽出绝缘片,避免了传统技术中心绝缘片8的误拔。
于本实施例中,绝缘片8的形状如图4所示。具体而言,绝缘片的一端81为箭头形状,具有较大的接触面积,方便使用者握持并且施力拔出绝缘片8。同时箭头具有指向作用,指示使用者的施力方向。另外,绝缘片靠近箭头的一端具有圆形凸起82,这段凸起恰好可以卡在气球本体2的球口处,当运送发光气球时,球口不会滑落,不会导致内部元件的意外暴露,并且也更加美观,方便储存和整理。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此即限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是运用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,包括气球本体,LED发光组件,圆卡球,其特征在于,还包括卡套,所述卡套内设置有圆柱形卡腔,且所述卡套为一体式卡套,卡套一端与LED发光组件固定在一起,所述LED发光组件及卡套均设置于气球本体内,所述圆卡球设置于卡套的卡腔内,所述气球本体的部分位于圆卡球与卡套之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,其特征在于,所述LED发光组件包括LED灯珠、电池及电池仓,所述电池仓一端与所述卡套相接,电池仓另一端安装有所述LED灯珠,所述电池安装于所述电池仓内,LED灯珠通过自身的两个针脚与电池电连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,其特征在于,所述电池仓包括仓体与仓盖,仓盖一端转动安装在仓体上,仓盖另一端与仓体可拆卸地配合在一起。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,其特征在于,所述仓体上设置有绝缘片插孔。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的带一体式圆柱卡腔的发光气球,其特征在于,所述仓盖上设置有卡口,所述仓体上设置有卡凸片,所述卡凸片与卡口可拆卸地配合在一起。
