Abstract

Un implant de colonne vertébrale pour une procédure chirurgicale TLIF est configuré pour être guidé à sa place pendant l'implantation conjointement avec un instrument d'insertion complémentaire. La cage de l'implant est contrainte sur une plage de rotation limitée autour d'un montant pivotant porté par la cage. L'instrument d'insertion est configuré pour maintenir le montant tout en faisant tourner de manière contrôlée la cage par rapport au montant afin de positionner angulairement l'implant pendant l'implantation. La plage de mouvement de rotation est contrôlée par la configuration d'une ouverture dans et à l'extrémité de la cage et d'une rainure dans le montant de pivot. Une broche de retenue de l'implant s'étend depuis la cage jusque dans la rainure du montant pour relier de façon rotative la cage au montant.
