The present invention relates to a musical instrument technology. The existing musical instrument case has disadvantages in which when the musical instrument case was transported or carried, a neck and head of the guitar, which are the sensitive parts, often been damage from shaking and bumping against the inner wall of the musical Instrument ease.
US Patent No. 9,856,906 disclosed a musical instrument case for storing a musical instrument, comprising a case body having an inner wall, a cover is attached to the case body, an adjustable supporting means Is affixed on the inner wall wherein the adjustable supporting means comprising at least one of cushioning unit and each
cushioning unit is connectable by a rope, wherein the cushioning unit is expanded to securely grip the musical instrument when the rope is pulled and can be adjusted to fit with various sizes of the musical Instruments. For this reason, there is still a need to provide the musical instrument case having more efficient fastening means, particularly at the neck or head of the musical instrument such as guitar which can securely grip the musical instrument inside the musical instrument case and reduce the damage that may occur to the musical instrument, particularly to the sensitive parts such as the neck and head of the guitar from the reaction that may occur during the transportation or moving by plane or any vehicles.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a musical instrument case for storing a musical instrument, comprising a case body having an inner wall, a cover which is attached to the case body and an adjustable fastening means. The adjustable fastening means comprises a band having two ends for affixed on the inner wall, and the band further comprising at least two retaining bands which are spaced apart wherein a neck of the musical instrument is placed on the band between the two retaining bands and the two retaining bands is adjustable to securely grip the musical instrument in the musical instrument case by means of hook and loop fastener.

Another object is to provide the musical instrument case that can be adjusted for storing the musical instrument with different sizes or models, in particulars stringed instruments including guitar and other instruments having similar shape to guitar such as violin, ukulele, etc,

1. A musical instrument case ( 10) for storing a musical instrument, comprising:
- a case body (12) having an inner wall (16);

- an adjustable fastening means (20) comprising a band (201) having two ends (202, 203) for affixed on the inner wall (16), and the band (201) further comprising at least two retaining bands (204) which are spaced apart wherein a neck of musical instrument is placed on the hand (201) between the two retaining bands (204) and the two retaining bands (204) is adjustable to securely grip the musical instrument in the musical instrument case (10) by means of hook and loop fastener.
