The collected stones and soil mixture of ground are continuously dump of the vibratory screen, which is connected on loaded springs so, according the weight on the vibratory sceen, the stones and soils are separated, soils are pass from holes provided on the vibratory screen wherein the stones are further dump from the vibratory screen to primary stone collecting storage tank. The primary stone collecting storage tank is further consists with continues stone pickup conveyor which continues pick up stones from the lower stone collecting tank to overhead stone collecting tank, thought the bucket conveyor system which is further transfer to the damping trolley through the conveyor belt wherein the over head tank is fully loaded.
Description
STONE COLLECTING DEVICE
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to STON E COLLECTI NG DEVI CE . The present invention mainly used to collect or remove the stones from the agricultural land and prepare the land suitable for agricultural. The present invention is also use for levelling the land surface. The device is also use for lifting soil from one place to other place.
Background of the Invention.
When land is leveled and cleared, for example for new home construction sites or any agricultural land , it often happens that rocks/stones are inevitably turned and rise to the top of the soil surface. These rock/stones must then be cleared before landscaping can occur. Currently, the most common way of clearing such rocks is manually. This is difficult, time consuming and often potentially back injuring.
While there have been some rock/stone pick up units developed in the past, none have been of a suitable size and construction that they are conveniently available for use with for example, all terrain vehicles, or lawn and garden tractors. A unit of such size which automatically picked up rocks could save substantial time and eliminate a significant amount of labor.
To overcome such limitation of the exiting stone collecting method or device in the present invention is more efficient to lift and stone from one place to another place through the continuous method. Object of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is collect the stone from the agricultural land or construction site for landscaping with fully automatic continues manner.
Moreover, there is a continuing need for such a unit which will not only pick up the rocks, but allow convenient hauling and dumping of such rocks in to the trolley to pick up the collected stone to damp from the overhead storage tank to damping trolley.
Another need is for a unit which will not only automatically pick up rock but allow sifting of soil through the unit so that soil is not removed along with the rock.
A still further need is for a stone/ rock picker which can be hydraulically activated, and also depth adjusted to allow for proper operation under a variety of terrain conditions.
The objectives of the present invention are to fulfill each of the above needs with a durable, versatile and preferably hydraulic activated rock/stone picking unit.
The stone filtering tray is adjustable/replaceable to according the predefined size of the stones are collected to filter out from the soil. Summary of the Invention
The present invented system consist with rotary dram (1), wherein the rotary dram (1) is further consists with rotary soil collecting blades which are provided at 360 degree and the rotary blades are provided with multiple filtering holes , which filter the soil from the soil and stone mixture . The collected stones and soil mixture of ground are continuously dump of the vibratory screen , which is connected on loaded springs so, according the weight on the vibratory sceen, the stones and soils are separated, soils are pass from holes provided on the vibratory screen wherein the stones are further dump from the vibratory screen to primary stone collecting storage tank. The primary stone collecting storage tank is further consists with continues stone pickup conveyor which continues pick up stones from the lower stone collecting tank to overhead stone collecting tank, thought the bucket conveyor system which is further transfer to the damping trolley through the conveyor belt wherein the over head tank is fully loaded.

It will be convenient to further describe the present invention with respect to the accompanying drawings that illustrate possible arrangements of the invention. The present invented system consist rotary drum(1) , vibratory screen (2) , primary stone collecting tank (3), over head secondary stone collecting tank(4), bucket elevator system (5) and conveyor belt drive system (6).
The present invented stone collecting device is connected with tractor vehicle. The present invented stone collecting device runs on the power of tractor so, there is no need of another external power to run the device. First the poplar drive system is connected with tractor and rotary drum (1) provided on the device, which is continuously rotates the rotary blades provided at 360 degree angle of rotary drum (1). The rotary blades continuously collect the mixture of soil and stone from the ground and unload on the
vibrator screen (2) which is provided at slight tilt angle on the device with rotary blade. Hear the ground level can be adjusted through the level adjacent screw system which allow the user to change the depth of ground from where the rotary blades and collecting the mixture of soil and stones. Moreover the vibrator screen (2) is provided with multiple holes on the screen that continuously filter / separate and collect the stones from the ground mixture and move the stone ahead into the primary storage tank (3) which is provided parallel to the vibrator screen(2) and soil load on the ground though the holes of the vibrator screen (2). This is continues process so, the stones are collected into the primary tanks(3) and continually collected and load on over head storage tank(4) through the conveyor chine drive system (5). Once the secondary overhead stone collecting tank(4) is full with the collected stones, the lever provided on overhand tank (4) is connected with belt drive system(6) to unload the stones either on secondary stone collecting trolley or stone collecting place. To unload the stones from the secondary tank (4) , the stone collecting tractor trolley is required to arrange below the conveyor belt system (6) so, the collected stones from the secondary over head tank (4) is transfer into the tractor trolley. The present invention device has provided with ladder (7) and overhead platform (8) to operate the lever of the conveyor belt system or to maintains work of the device.
In the present invention device , vibratory screen (2) is provided with spring suspension system (9) which continuously balance the load on the vibratory screen and help the vibratory screen to continues vibrate, which makes the filter process fast and allow only stone to move ahead. The vibrator screen vibration speed can be adjust through the drive controller (10) provided on the device, which is required to change according to collecting material from the ground either stone or soil mixture.
The hydraulic cylinder (11) are provided on each corner of the device to adjust the height of device. Mostly during the transfer from one place to other place , the device is required to lift more at that time the hydraulic cylinders (1 1) is useful to lift the device up or down.
Described above, are the preferred embodiment of the present invention only, not for the present invention with any formal restrictions, although the invention has been revealed as the preferred embodiment, however, not intended to limit the present invention, any skilled in the art technical staff, without departing from the scope of the present invention within the program, can be used when the contents of the above disclosed techniques make little changes or substitutions and changes in the equivalent
embodiments, but any aspect of the invention without departing from the content, according to the present invention, technical substance of any of the above embodiments when taken in a simple modification, equivalent variation and modification as would fall within the scope of the present invention the technical solution.
Claims
1 . STONE COLLECTING DEVICE comprising :
a rotary drum (1) contains rotary blades provided at 360 degree on rotary drum (1) ;
a vibrator screen (2) provided on spring suspension to continuously vibrator the screen to filter ground mixture and convey the stone into the first stone collecting tank (3);
a first stone collecting tank (3) is provided with bucket collecting conveyor chine drive system (5) to collect the stone from the primary stone storage tank to secondary overhead stone collecting tank (4);
a lever is provided on the over head storage tank to unload the collected stone through the conveyor belt system (6).
2. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the rotary blades rotates at 360 degree by getting the power of tractor to collect the ground mixture and load on vibrator screen(2).
3. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein depth level of the rotary blades is adjust through the level adjustment screw provided on the device.
4. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein vibrator screen (2) has provided interchangeable screen either screen with multiple holes to collect the stones from the stones or plate screen without holes to collect the soil from one place to other.
5. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein four hydraulic cylinders and provide on each corner of the device to lift the device as per the requirements of height of the device.
6. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein bucket collecting conveyor chine drive system is provided to collect the stone/soil from primary storage tank to overhead secondary storage tank.
7. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein conveyor belt system (6) is provide to unload the overhead storage tank to second tractor trolley.
8. Stone collecting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein vibrator screen vibrations speed can be adjust through the vibrator control system (10).
