Abstract

Here we calculate the Customer Footprint for a wireless network deployed in a site consisting of different areas. Customer Footprint for a given time interval for an area in a site is the total number of customers who visited that area along with the information regarding the number of customers who visited different points or locations in the area of the site. We display the same information to the user by using different colour codes for different ranges of wireless clients who visited the location or a point in that area.Also from the Customer Footprint we form a group of privileged customers who relatively spent more time in the area compared to other customers which helps users to do targeted advertising for privileged customers which can be location based advertisements like new deals for different products sold in the area of the site of the user.

Customer Footprint for Areas in Wireless Networks
In this invention we calculate the Customer Footprint for a wireless network deployed in a site consisting of different areas. Customer Footprint for a given time interval for an area in a site is the total number of customers who visited that area along with the information regarding the number of customers who visited different points or locations in the area of the site. We display the same information to the user by using different colour codes for different ranges of wireless clients who visited the location or a point in that area. For the

Claims Following is the claim for this invention: -
1. In this invention we calculate the Customer Footprint for a wireless
network deployed in a site consisting of different areas. Customer

We display the same information to the user by using different colour codes for different ranges of wireless clients who visited the location or a point in that area.
