背景技术
现有技术中的陀螺玩具,一般为拉条式陀螺或拉绳式陀螺。拉条式陀螺,通常包括陀螺、发射器以及拉条,将陀螺置于发射器上,插入拉条,拉条上的齿面结构与陀螺上的齿面结构啮合,通过拉动拉条给予陀螺旋转力,这种陀螺在玩耍的时候需要插入拉条,操作较为繁琐,且拉条容易遗失。拉绳式陀螺,包括陀螺、发射器以及拉绳,将陀螺置于发射器上,拉动拉绳,使发射器上的齿轮机构转动,进而带动陀螺旋转,这种虽然操作较为简单,但需要使用齿轮机构,齿轮机构的结构较为复杂,容易在碰撞摔落中产生损坏,耐用性较低。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种旋拧式陀螺玩具。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种旋拧式陀螺玩具,包括陀螺和发射器;所述陀螺的底部设有第一抵接部;所述发射器包括旋转座、第一弹簧和固定座,所述第一弹簧为扭力弹簧;所述旋转座可旋转地设置在所述固定座上,所述第一弹簧的一端与旋转座固定,其另一端与所述固定座固定;所述旋转座上设有第二抵接部;所述陀螺放置在所述旋转座上并旋转时,可通过所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触,带动所述旋转座旋转,所述第一弹簧蓄力;所述第一弹簧释放时,所述旋转座带动所述陀螺反向旋转,使所述第二抵接部从第一抵接部中脱出,所述陀螺从所述旋转座中脱出。

本发明的旋拧式陀螺玩具,包括陀螺1、发射器2和提取器3。所述陀螺1可放置在所述发射器2上,通过旋拧陀螺1进行蓄力,释放后陀螺1从发射器2中发射跳出,落地后触发落地动作,陀螺1上的结构弹开变形并继续旋转;需抓取陀螺1时,则将所述提取器3放置在陀螺1上方,可将所述陀螺1吸起。
请参阅图1-5,所述发射器2包括旋转座21、第一弹簧22、第二弹簧25、固定座23、开关部24、按钮26和手柄27。所述手柄27为一中空壳体,包括一头部和一柄部,所述旋转座21和固定座23安装在手柄27的头部内,所述开关部24和按钮26安装在手柄27的柄部内。所述旋转座21大致为一圆柱形结构,其上表面为凹陷的弧面,该弧面上设有第二抵接部211, 第二抵接部211由三个单向抵接凹槽形成,该单向抵接凹槽的形状大致为弯勾状,具有一略带弧度的斜坡,斜坡的尽头为勾状阻挡结构。所述陀螺1的底部相应设有第一抵接部1221,该第一抵接部1221为三个径向突起结构,这三个径向突起结构的形状与第二抵接部211的三个单向抵接凹槽的形状大小对应,该径向突起结构可从单向抵接凹槽的斜坡滑入,并与尽头处的勾状阻挡结构抵接,由于单向抵接凹槽只在一个方向对径向突起结构有阻挡作用,该径向突起结构也可沿着单向抵接凹槽的斜坡反向脱出。所述旋转座21的底部中心处突出设置一旋转柱,该旋转柱可旋转地安装在固定座23底面的通孔上,使所述旋转座21可旋转地盖设在所述固定座23上。所述固定座23为中空的圆筒结构,其底部固定在手柄27的底面上。所述第一弹簧22为扭力弹簧,其安装在固定座23内,其一端通过一固定柱与旋转座21固定,其另一端与所述固定座23固定。
所述旋转座21的底面上设有单向止转部212,所述单向止转部212由设置在所述旋转座21底面的圆周上的一圈齿面形成,该齿面上的每个齿的形状大致为直角梯形,每个齿具有一无阻挡作用的斜面,以及一具有阻挡作用的直角面。所述开关部24为一长柄状结构,其一端设置有一向上的止转突起241;所述手柄27上表面安装有一按钮26,该按钮26与开关部24的中部固定;所述第二弹簧25的一端与所述开关部24的底面抵接,其另一端与所述手柄27的内底面抵接,所述第二弹簧25对所述开关部24施加向上的推力,使与开关部24固接的按钮26突起于手柄27的上表面,并使开关部24端部的止转突起241向上与所述单向止转部212接触,所述按钮26被按下时,则所述开关部24的止转突起241与所述单向止转部212脱离。
当将陀螺1放置在所述旋转座21上时,可将第一抵接部1221的径向突起结构卡合至第二抵接部211的单向抵接凹槽中,然后通过旋拧陀螺1,令第一抵接部1221推动第二抵接部211,进而带动所述旋转座21旋转,旋转座21的单向止转部212的每个齿的斜面经过开关部24端部的止转突起241时,由于第二弹簧25的弹性力,单向止转部212可将开关部24间歇性地向下按下而顺利旋转,开关部24并不会对旋转座21的旋转产生阻碍,同时,旋转座21旋转使所述第一弹簧22蓄力;当停止旋拧陀螺1时,开关部24端部的止转突起241与单向止转部212的齿的直角面抵接,阻止单向止转部212反向旋转,进而保持第一弹簧22的蓄力状态;当按下手柄27上的按钮26时,开关部24向下运动,开关部24的止转突起241向下脱离单向止转部212,所述第一弹簧22释放,所述旋转座21反向旋转,并通过第二抵接部211、第一抵接部1221推动所述陀螺1反向旋转,由于第二抵接部211对第一抵接部1221没有反向阻挡作用,所述第一抵接部1221的径向突起结构从第二抵接部211的单向抵接凹槽中脱出,使所述陀螺1反向旋转,并从所述旋转座21中脱出,即被甩出发射到空中。
在其他实施方式中,所述第一抵接部1221、第二抵接部211可以是具有单向抵接作用的其他相互配合的结构,例如直角梯形形状,而不限于以上形状;所述单向止转部212和止转突起241也可以是具有单向止转作用的其他相互配合的结构,例如弯勾状,而不限于以上形状;所述第二弹簧25可安装在开关部24与手柄27的内顶面之间。

所述活动部包括四个花瓣形的活动片16,所述活动片16的一端通过铰接轴124与基座上盖121的边缘铰接,所述第三弹簧14套设在所述铰接轴124上,其一端与所述铰接轴124固定,另一端与所述活动部的端部固定;所述活动片16的端部设有一突起的抵接块161。在初始状态下,所述活动片16相互聚拢,并在所述基座上形成蛋形的上部,该蛋形上部形成一包裹空间;所述包裹空间内固定有一展示部17,展示部17可以是各种形象的人偶或其他物件,该展示部17的顶端固定有第一磁铁171。所述触地开关11触地后,所述活动片16在所述第三弹簧14的作用下向外弹出,以径向展开,使所述包裹空间开启,露出所述展示部17。

所述触地开关11的底端在初始状态下相对于所述基座下盖122向下突出,其触地后受力,顺着所述中心轴123在所述基座中向上运动,压缩第四弹簧15;所述触地开关11向上运动时,其肋板113将所述传动杠杆132的一端向上顶起,所述传动杠杆132的另一端本来与活动片16的抵接块161抵接,在杠杆作用下该端向下移动,使原来与其抵接的所述活动片16的抵接块161暂时性地脱离所述传动杠杆132,使所述活动片16在第三弹簧14的作用力下 向上弹起,使活动片16整片沿径向向外弹出;当使用者将所述陀螺1从地上捡起,并将活动片16合起,即聚拢而回复到初始状态时,活动片16的抵接块161向下移动,所述传功杠杆回复到水平位置并与所述活动片16的抵接块161抵接,使所述活动片16保持在该初始位置;同时,第三弹簧14的回复力将触地开关11向下推动,使其重新突出于基座下盖122的底面。
在其他实施方式中,陀螺还可以是其他形状,例如倒圆锥形等等,活动片16的数量和形状也可以不同,杠杆轴131、传动杠杆132以及触地开关11的肋板113的数量相应改变;传动部的杠杆轴131和传动杠杆132也可以不是水平设置而是倾斜或垂直设置,与其配合动作的触地开关11和活动部的形状和位置也相应改变。

本发明的旋拧式陀螺玩具在使用时,手持发射器2的手柄27,将陀螺1放置到发射器2的旋转座21上,旋拧陀螺1,使发射器2的旋转座21旋转,第一弹簧22蓄力,然后按下手柄27上的按钮26,第一弹簧22释放,通过旋转座21带动陀螺1反向旋转进而从发射器2中甩出;陀螺1落地后,触发触地开关11,陀螺1上的活动件展开,露出陀螺1内的展示部17;需要拿取旋转中的陀螺1时,则将提取器3盖到陀螺1上,陀螺1被吸起到提取器3上,然后将提取器3的盖体向下推动,则陀螺1脱离提取器3并掉下。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:包括陀螺和发射器;所述陀螺的底部设有第一抵接部;所述发射器包括旋转座、第一弹簧和固定座,所述第一弹簧为扭力弹簧;所述旋转座可旋转地设置在所述固定座上,所述第一弹簧的一端与旋转座固定,其另一端与所述固定座固定;所述旋转座上设有第二抵接部;所述陀螺放置在所述旋转座上并旋转时,可通过所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触,带动所述旋转座旋转,所述第一弹簧蓄力;所述第一弹簧释放时,所述旋转座带动所述陀螺反向旋转,使所述第二抵接部从第一抵接部中脱出,所述陀螺从所述旋转座中脱出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述发射器还包括开关部;所述旋转座上设有单向止转部;所述旋转座受外力作用而旋转并使所述第一弹簧蓄力时,所述单向止转部与所述开关部接触,其相对于所述开关部旋转,所述旋转座不受外力作用而旋转时,所述开关部与所述单向止转部抵接,阻止所述单向止转部反向旋转,保持第一弹簧的蓄力状态;所述开关部与所述单向止转部相互脱离时,所述第一弹簧释放,所述旋转座反向旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述第二抵接部由设置在所述旋转座的顶面上的至少两个单向抵接凹槽形成;所述单向止转部由设置在所述旋转座底面的圆周上的一圈齿面形成;所述开关部上设有一向上的止转突起,所述止转突起与所述单向止转部接触时,使所述旋转座只能朝使所述第一弹簧蓄力的方向旋转,所述止转突起与所述单向止转部脱离时,所述旋转座可朝使所述第一弹簧释放的方向旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述发射器还包括手柄,所述手柄为中空壳体,所述固定座的底部固定在所述手柄的内底面上,所述旋转座可旋转地设置在所述手柄内,并盖合在所述固定座上,所述第一弹簧安装在所述固定座内部;所述开关部安装在所述手柄内,所述开关部的一端设置所述向上的止转突起,所述开关部与一安装在手柄上的按钮连接;所述第二弹簧的一端与所述开关部抵接,其另一端与所述手柄的内壁抵接,所述第二弹簧使所述开关部的止转突起与所述单向止转部接触,所述按钮被按下时,则所述开关部的止转突起与所述单向止转部脱离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述陀螺包括触地开关、基座、传动部和活动部;所述触地开关可活动地安装在所述基座的底部,并与所述传动部连接;所述活动部与所述传动部连接;所述触地开关在初始状态下相对于所述基座向下突出,其触地后可在所述基座中向上运动,并推动所述传动部运动,使所述活动部动作;所述活动部复位时,所述传动部和所述触地开关复位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述陀螺还包括第三弹簧、第四弹簧和铰接轴;所述活动部的端部通过铰接轴与所述基座铰接,所述第三弹簧套设在所述铰接轴上,其一端与所述铰接轴固定,另一端与所述活动部的端部固定;所述触地开关触地后在所述基座中向上运动,并推动所述传动部运动,使所述活动部在所述第三弹簧的作用下向外弹开;所述第四弹簧安装在所述触地开关与所述基座之间,使所述触地开关向下运动,回复至初始状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述活动部包括至少两个活动片,所述活动片的一端通过水平固定在基座边缘的所述铰接轴与所述基座的边缘铰接;所述传动部包括至少两组的杠杆轴和传动杠杆,每组杠杆轴和传动杠杆与每个所述活动片一一对应;所述杠杆轴固定在所述基座中,所述传动杠杆可转动地套设在所述杠杆轴上;所述活动片的端部设有一突起的抵接块,所述传动杠杆的一端抵接在所述触地开关上,其另一端与所述活动片的抵接块抵接;所述触地开关向上运动时,推动所述传动杠杆的一端,所述传动杠杆的另一端相应移动,使所述活动片的抵接块暂时性地脱离所述传动杠杆,使所述活动片在所述第三弹簧的作用力下弹出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述基座的底面设有通孔,所述基座还包括一固定在其中轴线上的中心轴;所述触地开关为圆柱状,其底端穿过所述基座底面的通孔,其中部设有径向突出的挡板,所述挡板可抵靠在所述基座的底面上;所述触地开关的顶端的中心设有盲孔,所述触地开关通过所述盲孔可上下移动地套设在所述中心轴的底端,所述中心轴的顶端与所述基座固定;所述第四弹簧15套设在所述中心轴上;所述触地开关的顶端设有径向突起的至少两个肋板,每个所述肋板与每组所述杠杆轴和传动杠杆一一对应;
    所述杠杆轴水平固定在所述基座中,所述传动杠杆水平套设在所述杠杆轴上;所述触地开关向上运动时,其肋板将所述传动杠杆的一端顶起,所述传动杠杆的另一端落下,所述活动片的抵接块暂时性地脱离所述传动杠杆,使所述活动片并在第三弹簧的作用力下沿径向向外弹出;所述活动片在外力的作用下回复到初始状态时,所述传功杠杆回复到水平位置并与所述活动片的抵接块抵接,使所述活动片保持在初始位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:在初始状态下,所述活动片相互聚拢,并在所述基座上形成一包裹空间;所述包裹空间内固定有一展示部,所述触地开关触地后,所述活动片向外弹出,使所述包裹空间开启,露出所述展示部;所述陀螺为蛋形,所述基座为蛋形的下部;所述活动片为花瓣形,初始状态下,所述活动片聚拢为蛋形的上部;动作状态下,所述活动片径向展开;所述第一抵接部为设置在所述陀螺底 部的径向突起结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述陀螺的顶部设有第一磁铁;所述提取器包括盖体、第二磁铁和提柄;所述提柄的端部与所述盖体连接,所述第二磁铁设置在所述盖体上,所述第二磁铁与所述第一磁铁为异性磁极。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述盖体内设有空腔,所述提柄的端部插入所述盖体并可相对于所述盖体上下移动;所述第二磁铁与所述提柄插入到所述盖体中的端部固定,其可随所述提柄的端部向上移动并缩入所述盖体的空腔内,或向下移动而伸出所述盖体的底面外。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的旋拧式陀螺玩具,其特征在于:所述盖体包括上盖体和下盖体,所述上盖体与下盖体之间形成空腔,所述上盖体和下盖体上分别设有第一通孔和第二通孔;所述提取器还包括第五弹簧和磁铁固定柱;所述磁铁固定柱的中部设有径向突起的凸缘,所述第二磁铁固定在所述磁铁固定柱的下部,所述磁铁固定柱的上部与穿过所述第一通孔的所述提柄的端部固接;所述凸缘的尺寸大于所述第一通孔和第二通孔的尺寸,所述磁铁固定柱的上部的尺寸小于所述第一通孔的尺寸,所述磁铁固定柱的下部的尺寸小于所述第二通孔的尺寸;所述第五弹簧套设在所述磁铁固定柱的上部,其一端与所述盖体的空腔上表面抵接,另一端与所述凸缘抵接;所述提柄带动所述磁铁固定柱相对于所述盖体向上运动时,所述第五弹簧压缩,所述第二磁铁随着所述磁铁固定柱的下部穿过所述第二通孔,缩入所述盖体的空腔内;所述第五弹簧释放时,带动所述磁铁固定柱相对于所述盖体向下运动,所述第二磁铁随着所述磁铁固定柱的下部穿过所述第二通孔而伸出所述盖体的底面外。
