     キートップとスイッチ素子とを備え、利用者による入力操作に基づいて操作信号を発する操作手段と、
     この操作手段による前記機器の設定状態を表示する表示手段と、
     前記操作手段からの前記操作信号に基づいて、前記機器や前記表示手段へ制御信号を発する制御手段と、
     前記スイッチ素子、前記表示手段及び前記制御手段が実装される回路基板と、
     この回路基板を収納し、前記操作手段と前記表示手段とが外側から臨むように開口部を有するケースと、
     前記ケースの表面の少なくとも一部を覆う板状の透明部材と、
     この透明部材を前記ケースに対して着脱可能に固定する固定手段と、
     を備え、
