相比于现有的技术方案,本发明的食物料理机具有如下有益效果:一方面,采用电 控锁定装置使杯盖在食物料理机运转时牢固地锁定在杯体上,防止由于食物料理机的运转过程中食物翻腾冲击杯盖和/或意外地转动杯盖而停止工作;另一方面,电控锁定装置采用延时控制方式使得食物料理机运转结束一定时间后才能打开杯盖,这进一步提高了食物料理机的安全系数。
在以下对附图和具体实施方式的描述中,将阐述本发明的一个或多个实施例的细节。从这些描述、附图以及权利要求中,可以清楚本发明的其它特征、目的和优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例来对本发明进行更详细的描述。本领域技术人员应当理解,这些描述仅仅列举了本发明的一些具体实施例,对本发明及其保护范围无任何限制。
另外,为了易于描述一个部件或部件与附图所示的另一部件或部件的关系,可在本文中使用空间相对用语,诸如“下部”、“上部”、“顶部”、“底部”和类似用语。应了解的是,空间相对用语意在涵盖除了附图所描绘的方位之外的装置在使用和操作中的不同方位。 举例而言,如果附图中的装置颠倒,被描述为在其它部件或部件“下部”的部件然后可定向于其它部件或部件“上部”。此外,诸如“第一”、“第二”等的用语不意在强调所指的部件的顺序或重要性。
首先参照图1,其示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的食物料理机的立体示意图。该食物料理机主要包括杯体1、杯盖102、机体2、控制面板3和机座4。杯盖102可旋转扣合在杯体1上。机体2固定在机座4上,机体2上设有控制面板3,食物料理机的各顶功能可通过控制面板3来控制。
图2和图3分别是根据本发明的实施例的食物料理机的截面示意图和分解立体示意图。如图所示,手柄包括手柄盖105和手柄底106。手柄底106可通过固定装置固定在杯体1的侧部并且在杯体1的侧部和手柄之间形成通道,该通道可主要由手柄的空心形成,杆件联动装置的第一杆件103可位于该通道中。杆件联动装置可包括通过第一杆件103联动的第二杆件111。杯体1放置在底座108上。杯底盖110盖住底座108。机体2中设有至少第一和第二微动机构,在示出的实施例中体现为底部微动开关和顶部微动开关。在组装状态,金属杯104的底部固定在底座108上且连同底座108一起放置在杯底盖110上,刀具109穿过杯底盖110和底座108延伸到金属杯104中。当杯盖102在金属杯104上扣合到位时,杯盖102上的触发机构向下按压第一杆件103的上端使其向下移动,第一杆件103向下移动时经由其下端推动第二杆件111,使得底部微动开关接通。与此同时,顶部微动开关208由杯盖102直接作用在顶杆组件206上触发。顶部微动开关和底部微动开关全部接通后食物料理机才能够通电运转。
机体2内设有驱动电机401,驱动电机401的旋转可通过传动机构传递至刀具109。传动机构可为包括小带轮408、大带轮409和皮带410的带轮传动机构。在操作中,驱动电机401驱动小带轮408旋转,然后经由皮带410驱动大带轮409旋转,大带轮409带动传动盖402和刀具109旋转,其中,刀具109经由刀具锁扣112与传动盖402锁定地接合。此外,杯体1的底部还可设有加热装置107,可通过对该加热装置107供电来加热。优选地,加热装置107包括发热膜以用于加热。驱动电机401、小带轮408、大带轮409安装在电机支架406上,电机支架406还装有下连接器垫板404,下连接器403安装在下连接器垫板404上,下连接器403通常与加热装置107连接。电机支架406经由其上的多个孔口固定在机座4上的紧固件上,减震硅胶405设置在各个孔口周围以减小震动。带有控制电路的电路板407也固定在机座4上。
现在参照图4,其为图2中所示的食物料理机的顶杆组件206的局部放大图。顶杆组 件206由顶杆和硅胶(在图4中以剖面线示出)等多个部分组成,顶杆组件206的顶杆的下端抵靠下方的顶杆底207,顶杆底207与电磁开关装置联接。电磁开关装置包括电磁开关209和电磁开关推杆。电磁开关装置、顶杆底207和顶杆组件206构成电控锁定装置,其作用在杯盖102上的卡位上使得在食物料理机运转时将杯盖102锁定就位。杯盖102上的卡位在图5中所示的局部放大图中更详细地示出。卡位为设在杯盖102的盖缘上的突起的形式,卡位以及杯盖102的盖缘构造成使它们能够在杯盖102旋转锁定或旋转解锁时容易地压下顶杆组件206的顶杆。
在操作中,当杯盖102在金属杯104上扣合到位时,杯盖102将顶杆组件206的顶杆压下,使得顶部微动开关208接通,与此同时,底部微动开关也经由杆件联动装置接通,由此食物料理机能够通电运转。在食物料理机运转时,电磁开关209接通电源使得电磁开关推杆顶住顶杆底207,顶杆底207继而经由顶杆组件206的顶杆顶住杯盖102的卡位,从而防止杯盖102旋转打开。换而言之,电控锁定装置经由顶杆组件206顶住杯盖102的卡位而将杯盖102锁定就位。镭雕板203和开关灯板205安装在机身装饰盖202上,当电控锁定装置通电开启时,开关灯板205会变亮,镭雕板203会随着发亮,从而指示电控锁定装置的锁定状态。当电控锁定装置关闭时,开关灯板205跟着关闭,镭雕板203也随着变暗。机身装饰盖202上还可设有电子秤201。
图6是根据本发明的实施例的食物料理机的不同状态的示意性顶视图,分别显示了杯盖102锁定、杯盖102解锁和移除杯盖102的状态。
在杯盖102锁定的第一状态中,杯盖102旋转扣合在杯体1上并将顶杆组件206的顶杆压下,使得顶部微动开关208接通,与此同时,底部微动开关也经由杆件联动装置接通,随后食物料理机能够通电运转并且通过控制面板3来控制各顶功能,例如搅拌和/或加热功能。在食物料理机通电运转期间,电控锁定装置经由顶杆组件206的顶杆顶住杯盖102的卡位从而将杯盖102锁定就位。要注意的是,在杯盖102锁定就位时,尽管顶杆组件206的顶杆通过电磁开关推杆顶住顶杆底207而往上顶,但其仍然被杯盖102压下一定程度以使得顶部微动开关208处于接通状态。
食物料理机在预期功能执行完成后可停止运转,这可通过控制面板3上的定时开关或预设的功能开关来实现。食物料理机停止运转后,电磁开关209断电使得电磁开关推杆回到初始位置而释放顶杆组件206的顶杆,从而允许杯盖102相对于顶杆组件206的顶杆的相对移动,这样,顶杆组件206的顶杆能够被杯盖102压下从而使杯盖102能够旋转解锁。
在杯盖102旋转解锁的第二状态中,顶杆组件206和杆件联动装置的各个杆件返回 到它们的初始稳定位置,使得顶部微动开关208和底部微动开关断开。顶杆和其它杆件的稳定位置可通过弹性件来保持。顶杆组件206外周的硅胶和顶杆周围的硅胶具有防水功能,开关灯板205周围也设有灯板防水硅胶204,当杯盖锁定就位或旋转解锁时,顶杆周围的硅胶会随着顶杆上下移动,因而可防止杯中液体或其它外部液体进入机体中,避免电路短路和机体内的部件损坏。
在移除杯盖102的第三状态中,可看到杯体1内的刀具109,此时顶部微动开关和底部微动开关均为断开状态,驱动电机401不会通电而使刀具109旋转,确保了使用安全。
图7是根据本发明的实施例的用于控制食物料理机的电控锁定装置的控制电路的原理图。具体而言,该控制电路是一种延时控制电路,其包括由电机可控硅驱动信号的反向信号控制的充电部分、用于延时的RC放电部分和放电比较部分及驱动电控锁定装置的驱动部分。由于充电部分的电阻R85的值较小(例如,10欧姆),开关管Q20给电容C50充电的电流很大,能在极短时间内将电容C50充满。因此充电电路能确保在驱动电机401工作时,可控硅驱动信号周期性地给电容C50充电,比较器的同相输入端一直处于高电压状态,确保电磁开关闭合而使电控锁定装置一直处于锁定状态。当驱动电机401停止工作时,驱动信号消失,充电电路不再给电容C50充电,电容C50通过电阻R53放电,当电压降低到比较器反向输入端的设定电压时,电磁开关断电而使电控锁定装置解锁。放电时间由电容C50和电阻R53的参数决定,从而确定电磁开关断电的延时时间。在一个优选实施例中,通过合适地选择电容C50和电阻R53的参数,放电时间确定为10秒,从而使电控锁定装置在驱动电机401停止工作后延时10秒解锁,这进一步确保使用安全。
根据优选实施例,杯体1和杯盖102之间还夹有密封圈。杯盖102通常在其中心部位设有通孔,以便在对杯体1内的食物加热时允许蒸汽排出。同时,为了防止加热时杯体1内的食物溢出,还可在该通孔中插入防溢盖。在图2中所示的实施例中,防溢盖为带顶的空心圆柱体形式的透明量杯102。该机体还可包括实现其功能的其它必要部件,这些部件为本领域技术人员所熟知,本文不再详述。
以上所述仅用于示例性地描述本发明,并不用于限制本发明。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以对本发明做出若干改进、修改和变型,但这些改进、修改和变型在不脱离本发明精神的前提下都应视为落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有电控锁定装置的食物料理机,所述食物料理机包括:杯体(1);可旋转扣合在所述杯体(1)上的杯盖(102);包括手柄盖(105)和手柄底(106)的手柄,所述手柄(106)固定在所述杯体(1)的侧部,在所述杯体(1)的侧部和所述手柄之间形成通道;杆件联动装置,所述杆件联动装置包括位于所述杯体(1)的侧部和所述手柄之间的通道中的第一杆件(103);机体(2),所述机体(2)中设有驱动电机(401)、至少第一和第二微动机构以及电控锁定装置,其中,所述电控锁定装置包括电磁开关装置、顶杆底(207)和顶杆组件(206),当所述杯盖(102)在所述杯体(1)上扣合到位时,所述杯盖(102)的盖缘压下所述顶杆组件(206)的顶杆而触发所述第一微动机构且所述杯盖(102)上的触发机构经由所述第一杆件(103)作用在所述杆件联动装置上而触发所述第二微动机构,所述第一和第二微动机构全部接通后所述食物料理机才能够通电运转,在所述食物料理机通电运转期间,所述电磁开关装置通电推出推杆顶住所述顶杆底(207)且所述顶杆底(207)顶住所述顶杆组件(206)的顶杆,所述顶杆组件(206)的顶杆进而顶住所述杯盖(102)的卡位而将所述杯盖(102)锁定就位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述电控锁定装置的控制电路是包括充电部分、放电部分和比较及驱动部分的延时控制电路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述电控锁定装置的控制电路构造成使所述电控锁定装置在所述驱动电机(401)停止工作后延时10秒解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述顶杆组件(206)的外周和所述顶杆的周围设有硅胶,当所述杯盖锁定就位或旋转解锁时,所述顶杆周围的硅胶随着所述顶杆上下移动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述杯体(1)和所述杯盖(102)之间还夹有密封圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述杯盖(102)的卡位为设在所述杯盖(102)的盖缘上的突起的形式。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述杯体(1)内还设有传动机构,所述驱动电机(401)的旋转通过所述传动机构传递至刀具(109)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述传动机构为包括小带轮(408)、大带轮(409)和皮带(410)的带轮传动机构。
  9. 根据权利要求1到权利要求8中任一项所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述杯体(1)的底部设有加热装置(107),所述至少第一和第二微动机构全部接通时能通过对所述加热装置(107)供电来加热。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的食物料理机,其特征在于,所述加热装置(107)包括发热膜以用于加热。
