本实用新型涉及一种用于卡扣装置以及应用该卡扣装置的人体关节矫正装置。
背景技术
骨关节炎通常被描述为“磨损”关节炎,因为它是高度相关的年龄。骨关节炎是成人身体残疾的最常见的原因之一。根据临床病例统计估算,在中国有超过2000万人有这种疾病。
为了提高关节炎患者的生活质量,必须对其引起的症状进行控制,目的主要是达到在无痛状态下行走,完成日常生活所需的所有活动。
临床中常用方法是佩戴关节支架,支架用于维持关节的正常力线。由于现有的支架都是通过钩环带固定在人体关节上,钩环带在应用上存在问题,例如,老年人使用时,由于活动不太灵活,有时也很难发挥足够的力量把环带拉紧进行固定,使用起来非常的不方便。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构合理,操作方便的卡扣装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种卡扣装置包括卡扣座、以及相互配合的卡扣盒,卡扣座内部设置有按钮,按钮沿卡扣座左端面伸出且可相对于卡扣座左右移动,按钮与卡扣座之间设置有回位弹簧,回位弹簧一端固定在卡扣座内,另一端固定在按钮上,按钮上设置有第一通孔,卡扣座的右侧的下端设置有卡块,卡扣座设置有第二通孔,按钮的第一通孔在按键移动过程中某一位置可以完全与卡扣座的第二通孔相贯通,卡扣盒上设置有凸块,凸块设置成可以穿过卡扣座的第二通孔以及按键的第一通孔,凸块上设置有用于锁止卡扣座与卡扣盒的槽口,卡扣盒设置有与卡块相卡合作用的卡孔。
本实用新型卡扣装置具有快速安装和锁定的功能。
一种采用以上卡扣装置的人体关节矫正装置,包括上支架、下支架,所述上、下支架转动连接,所述上、下支架均设置有绷带,绷带用于与支架相配合,将关节矫正装置固定在人体关节位置,其特征在于:绷带的一端直接安装在支架的左侧,另一端通过卡扣装置固定在支架的右侧。
优选地,所述卡扣座安装在绷带上,所述卡扣盒固定在支架上。
优选地,所述卡扣座通过安装件安装在绷带上,安装件的一端与卡扣座旋转连接,另一端设置有穿孔,用于绷带穿过。
优选地,所述上下支架之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件分别与上、下支架铰接。
优选地,绷带的一端可拆卸安装在支架的左侧。
优选地,上、下支架均设置有两条绷带,其中,两条绷带分别设置支架的上下两侧。
人体关节矫正装置与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:。
本实用新型人体关节矫正装置结构科学合理,使用安全方便,通过双铰链上下屈曲角度调整和卡扣装置使得患者肢体骨关节与支撑有妥帖的保护,以及通过力学治疗方式减少关节的负荷,尤其是减少关节连接处的压应力,不干扰关节的正常活动,并通过支撑与肢体件软垫才能获得最佳的治疗效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实施例中,见图1-6,一种卡扣装置包括卡扣座100、以及相互配合的卡扣盒200,卡扣座100内部设置有按钮110,见图,按钮110沿卡扣座100左端面伸出且可相对于卡扣座100左右移动,按钮110与卡扣座100之间设置有回位弹簧120,回位弹簧一端固定在卡扣座100内,另一端固定在按钮110上,按钮110上设置有第一通孔111,卡扣座100的右侧的下端设置有卡块130,卡扣座100设置有第二通孔140,按钮110的第一通孔111在按键110移动过程中某一位置可以完全与卡扣座的第二通孔140相贯通,卡扣盒200上设置有凸块210,凸块210设置成可以穿过卡扣座的第二通孔140以及按键的第一通孔111,凸块210上设置有用于锁止卡扣座与卡扣盒的槽口211,卡扣盒200设置有与卡块120相卡合作用的卡孔220。
卡扣装置需要锁止时,首先将卡扣座100的卡块120先卡入卡扣盒200的卡孔220中,按下按钮110,按钮110克服弹簧力,此时卡扣座100的第一通孔以及按钮110的第二通孔111相贯通,然后可以小角度转动卡扣座100,使其与卡扣盒200相接触,而且卡扣盒200上的凸块210穿过卡扣座100,卡扣盒200的凸块210可穿过卡扣座100的第一通孔111以及按钮110的第二通孔140,放开按钮110后,按钮100在回复弹簧120作用下,沿着卡扣座100左端面移动,当按钮110进入凸块210的槽口211后停止移动,以实现卡扣座100与卡扣盒200锁止。当卡扣座100与卡扣盒200需要解锁时,按下按钮110,使得按钮110移出凸块210的槽口211,之后用手拉出卡扣座100即可。
本实用新型还提供一种应用以上卡扣装置的人体关节矫正装置,包括上支架300、下支架400,所述上、下支架转动连接,所述上、下支架均设置有绷带500,绷带500用于与支架相配合,将关节矫正装置固定在人体关节位置,绷带500的一端直接安装在支架的左侧,优先采用可拆卸安装方式,另一端通过卡扣装置固定在支架的右侧。
优选地,卡扣座100固定在绷带500上,所述卡扣盒200固定在支架上。
优选地,所述卡扣座100通过安装件150安装在绷带500上,安装件150的一端与卡扣座100旋转连接,另一端设置有穿孔151,用于绷带穿过。
优选地,上、下支架均设置有两条绷带500,其中,两条绷带500分别设置支架的上下两侧,可以更稳固地固定在人体关节上。

  1. 一种卡扣装置,其特征在于:一种卡扣装置包括卡扣座、以及相互配合的卡扣盒,卡扣座内部设置有按钮,按钮沿卡扣座左端面伸出且可相对于卡扣座左右移动,按钮与卡扣座之间设置有回位弹簧,回位弹簧一端固定在卡扣座内,另一端固定在按钮上,按钮上设置有第一通孔,卡扣座的右侧的下端设置有卡块,卡扣座设置有第二通孔,按钮的第一通孔在按键移动过程中某一位置可以完全与卡扣座的第二通孔相贯通,卡扣盒上设置有凸块,凸块设置成可以穿过卡扣座的第二通孔以及按键的第一通孔,凸块上设置有用于锁止卡扣座与卡扣盒的槽口,卡扣盒设置有与卡块相卡合作用的卡孔。
  2. 一种利用权利要求1任意一项所述的卡扣装置的人体关节矫正装置,包括上支架、下支架,所述上、下支架转动连接,所述上、下支架均设置有绷带,绷带用于与支架相配合,将关节矫正装置固定在人体关节位置,其特征在于:绷带的一端直接安装在支架的左侧,另一端通过卡扣装置固定在支架的右侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述人体关节矫正装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣座安装在绷带上,所述卡扣盒固定在支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述人体关节矫正装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣座通过安装件安装在绷带上,安装件的一端与卡扣座旋转连接,另一端设置有穿孔,用于绷带穿过。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述人体关节矫正装置,其特征在于:所述上下支架之间通过连接件连接,所述连接件分别与上、下支架铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述人体关节矫正装置,其特征在于:绷带的一端可拆卸安装在支架的左侧。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述人体关节矫正装置,其特征在于:上、下支架均设置有两条绷带,其中,两条绷带分别设置支架的上下两侧。
