Description

基于4G/5G网络和二维码扫描识别的记录系统及方法 技术领域
本发明属于执法设备技术领域,尤其是一种基于4G/5G网络和二维码扫描识别的全程音视频记录系统及使用方法。
背景技术
从形成方式上,二维码可以分为两类:
(1)堆叠式二维码:在一维条形码的基础上,将多个条形码堆积在一起进行编码,常见的编码标准有PDF417等;
另外的就是以QR为代表的矩阵式二维条码。
(2)矩阵式二维码:在一个矩阵空间中通过黑色和白色的方块进行信息的表示,黑色的方块表示1,白色的方块表示0,相应的组合表示了一系列的信息,常见的编码标准有QR码,
目前很多的应用都是用QR码进行编码,译码,QR码不仅信息容量大、可靠性高、成本低、响应速度快,还可表示汉字及图像等多种文字信息、其保密防伪性强而且使用非常方便。
目前使用最广的是QR码,QR码分为40个版本,版本1由21x21个方块组成,每个版本增加4个方块,版本40由177x177个方块组成。每增加一个版本,QR码可储存的信息数量也随之增多。
目前,市场上常用的执法记录仪只能实现拍照、摄像、录音、对讲、无线网络传输等功能,拍摄的照片,音视频文件、录音文件等资源可以集中存储到采集工作站中,或者存储到一个统一的存储设备中,如果使用单位需要调用执法记录仪的照片,音视频文件、录音文件,可以通过在采集工作站上调用,或者通过WEB方式调用统一保存在存储设备中的音视频文件。在实际使用过程中,执法记录仪的视频可以通过直接在执法记录仪中回放照片、音视频文件、录音文件的方式被随意泄露传播到非授权的互联网、微信、微博等媒体中,且被泄露的资源无法通过有效手段进行追溯来源;执法记录仪的照片、音视频文件、录音文件,一旦集中到采集工作站上或者保存到存储设置中,可以被随意处理,拷贝剪切;单独操作执法记录仪的时候,视频可以被翻拍被泄露无法追溯。执法记录仪在使 用过程中,由于存储卡可以热插拔,保存在存储卡中的视频文件也存在被随意被删除、修改的隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种在音视频文件的回放过程中,具有音视频文件的唯一标识,在该音视频文件被翻拍或者泄露后,能通过该唯一标识信息追溯是从哪一个执法记录仪泄露的基于二维码扫描识别的全过程音视频记录系统,该执法记录仪同时具备在网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析,通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的方案是:该基于4G/5G网络和二维码扫描识别的全过程音视频记录系统,包括有后台应用业务系统和执法记录仪,还包括有外部终端,所述外部终端通过无线网络或者有线网络连接后台应用业务系统,在所述外部终端上生成二维码;所述执法记录仪包括有拍摄装置,还包括有二维码识别单元、二维码标记显示单元和录像音视频文件处理单元、4G/5G网络传输单元。
所述二维码识别单元,用于识别二维码图像所包含的字符串信息;
所述二维码标记显示单元,用于当二维码扫描识别成功后,在所述拍摄装置的显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;
录像音视频文件处理单元,用于将二维码图像的字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联;
4G/5G网络传输单元,用于将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息。
还包括有与所述后台应用业务系统相连接的采集工作站,所述执法记录仪与所述采集工作站相连接。
在上述技术方案中,由于具有二维码识别单元,该执法记录仪可识别二维码所包含的字符串信息,二维码图像包含的信息有使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件或者说通过这个二维码图像所包含的信息,能够追溯到这些信息;每个二维 码包含的字符串信息有唯一性、特殊性、指定性,二维码图像包含的信息有使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件,即二维码能够与执法记录仪形成唯一对应性,这样,再利用二维码标记显示单元,当二维码扫描识别成功后,在所述拍摄装置的显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;,并通过录像音视频文件处理单元将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联,在该音视频文件被翻拍或者泄露后,能通过该唯一标识信息追溯是从哪一个执法记录仪或者操作人员泄露;录像完毕后,由采集工作站读取执法记录仪内的音视频文件、图片文件、录音文件上传到采集工作站,并由采集工作站自动上传到音视频资源专用存储设备,上传完成后就可在应用系统的客户端查询到该执法行为生成的执法记录,同时可以看到该执法记录过程中所拍摄的所有执法音视频文件;4G/5G网络传输单元主要负责将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息及后台应用系统的执法记录。
与现有技术相比,由于各类终端生成的二维码包含的字符串信息有唯一性、特殊性、指定性,在该音视频文件被翻拍或者泄露后,能通过该字符串信息追溯是从哪一个执法记录仪或者操作人员泄露,因此在采用执法记录的应用行业有广泛的实际需求。
在整个二维码信息流转过程中,还可以的,在采集工作站软件的后台服务器上,还开发了视频水印加密授权软件,在音视频文件被后台应用业务系统调用时,在后台应用业务系统的客户端(即PC客户端)上播放音视频文件时会出现特定的操作人员名称、日期、时间和操作人员所在单位信息。
优选的,所述二维码识别单元具有预处理子单元和解码子单元;其中,所述预处理子单元用于图像提取,将获取的二维码图像进行灰度化处理,降低数据量;解码子单元用于二维码码字提取、纠错译码和信息译码。
优选的,所述采集工作站与音视频资源专用存储设备相连。
通过能实现二维码扫描识别的执法记录仪与采集工作站、存储设备及后台应用业务系统将整个执法过程实现音视频全程可追溯记录;
优选的,所述外部终端通过终端上的客户端软件生成二维码。

(1)生成一个二维码图像;
(2)识别所述步骤(1)中的二维码图像,在识别出二维码包含的字符串信息后,在拍摄装置的显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;;
(3)将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联;
(4)录像完毕后,读取音视频文件、图片文件、录音文件并上传存储;
(5)将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息及后台应用系统的执法记录;
(6)查询到该执法行为生成的执法记录,在进行录像音视频文件回放时,能在回放界面上显示二维码包含的字符串信息。
上述方法中的二维码图像包含的信息有使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件,或者说通过这个二维码图像所包含的信息,能够追溯到这些信息;通过一种能实现二维码扫描识别功能的执法记录仪与采集工作站、存储设备及后台应用业务系统将整个执法过程实现音视频全过程可追溯记录。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的二维码为QRcode二维码。
优选的,在所述步骤(2)中,二维码图像的识别包括预处理和解码步骤;其中所述预处理步骤的具体方法为:
第一步:将图像采集设备获取的二维码图像进行灰度化处理,降低数据量,减少存储空间和图像处理时间;
第二步:使用中值滤波去除采集二维条码图像时引入的噪声点,降低噪声对后续图像处理的干扰;
第三步:条码识别只需要获取条码图像中的深浅模块信息即可,所以在滤波后需要对图像进行二值化,采用自适应光照均衡和Otsu全局阈值相结合的算法对二维条码图像进行二值化,去除条码图像光照不均的影响;
第四步:实现二维条码定位,获取条码的倾斜角度和四个控制顶点,将二维条码所在区域从整幅图像中切割出来,为后续条码的旋转和几何畸变校正做准备,减 少后续图像处理范围,加快图像处理速度;
第五步:根据第四步得到的条码倾斜角度将图像旋转为水平状态;
第六步:实现二维条码的几何失真校正,得到一幅较为规整条码图像;
第七步:QRcode二维码根据位置探测图形和校正图形的位置信息建立采样网格,为QRcode二维码的码字提取做好准备;
第八步:QRcode二维码码字提取则是对采样网格交叉点进行采样,深色记为0,浅色记为1,即可得到QRcode二维码的码字序列;
第九步:将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;将通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息;
所述解码步骤包括有二维码码字提取、纠错译码和信息译码。
优选的,在所述步骤(4)中,还包括有对音视频文件进行水印叠加、加密传输和授权处理。

如图2所示,本发明的执法记录仪1,包括有拍摄装置2,利用拍摄装置2上的摄像头可用于扫描二维码图像,还包括有二维码识别单元3,用于识别二维码图像所包含的字符串信息,所述二维码识别单元,用于识别二维码图像所包含的字符串信息,所述二维码图像包含的信息有使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件;
二维码标记显示单元4,用于将所述二维码识别单元3识别后的字符串信息显示在所述拍摄装置2所拍摄的音视频预览和录制界面上;
录像音视频文件处理单元5,用于将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联。
此外,二维码识别单元3具有预处理子单元301和解码子单元302;其中,所述预处理子单元301用于图像提取,将获取的二维码图像进行灰度化处理,降低数据量;解码子单元302用于二维码码字提取、纠错译码和信息译码。
4G/5G网络传输单元10,用于将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息及后台应用系统的执法记录。
上述执法记录仪1属于本发明基于二维码扫描识别的执法记录系统的一部分,如图1所示,是本发明的基于二维码扫描识别的全程音视频记录系统,包括有后台应用业务系统6和执法记录仪1,还包括有外部终端7,所述外部终端7通过无线网络或者有线网络连接后台应用业务系统6,所述外部终端7通过终端7上的客户端软件生成二维码;还包括有与所述后台应用业务系统6相连接的采集工作站8,所述执法记录仪1与所述采集工作站8相连接;所述采集工作站8与音视频资源专用存储设备9相连。
在本实施例中,外部终端7可以是诸如智能手机、PC、平板电脑等终端,本实施例中的执法记录仪1,通过对执法记录仪1的底层主芯片进行改造,重新开发增加其功能,实现能利用执法记录的摄像镜头对现有各类终端生成的二维码图片进行扫描,并识别出二维码所包含的字符串信息。
具体的使用方法是:通过外部终端7,使用局域网、广域网或2G/3G/4G/5G等各种网络通信手段访问登录执法记录系统,输入执法人员、执法记录仪设备编号,执法开始时间等信息,使得外部终端7生成一条具体执法过程编号的二维码图像,二维码图像的信息包含使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件,使用执法记录仪1扫描识别外部终端7的二维码信息;在识别出二维码信息之后,执法记录仪1开始进行执法录像,此时二维码信息就与该录像视频实现了唯一性关联;录像完毕后,执法记录仪1连接采集工作站8,由采集站8读取执法记录仪1内的 音视频文件、图片文件、录音文件上传到采集工作站8,并由采集工作站8自动上传到音视频资源专用存储设备9,上传完成后就可在后台应用业务系统的客户端可以查询到该执法行为生成的执法记录,同时可以看到该执法记录过程中所拍摄的所有执法音视频文件。4G/5G网络传输单元10主要负责将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息和后台应用系统的执法记录。
如图3所示,是本发明基于二维码扫描识别的执法记录系统的具体使用流程图:
第一步:外部终端连接后台应用业务系统生成一次执法记录,同时生成该执法记录的二维码;
第二步:执法记录仪扫描二维码,并与每一次执法记录事件的音视频文件建立唯一性关联;
第三步:执法记录仪将音视频文件、录音文件、图片文件、日志文件上传到采集工作站,采集工作站同时对执法记录仪充电;
第四步:采集工作站将接收到的多台执法记录仪的上述文件汇总后,分类保存到采集软件后台系统,采集后台系统WEB端管理端可以进行管理、检索;
第五步:水印加密授权系统调用采集软件后台系统中的音视频等资源,在后台应用业务系统对音视频调用时,对音视频进行水印叠加,加密传输和授权处理;非本单位用户调阅音视频资源时开通授权调用功能,并生成相关调阅和可回溯记录等日志功能;相关资源保存在采集软件后台系统中,通过采集后台系统WEB管理端进行统一管理;
第六步:将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息及后台应用系统的执法记录;
第七步:在第五步中将视频做完处理后,有后台应用业务系统进行调用,展示在系统中供播放,查询;
第八步:为本地业务系统客户端或者远程非本地系统的授权用户端,可以进行资源调用或者查询;
具体的基于二维码扫描识别的全过程音视频记录方法包括以下步骤:
(1)生成一个二维码图像,所述二维码图像包含的信息有使用人员、使用时间和执法记录事件;
(2)识别所述步骤(1)中的二维码图像,在识别出二维码包含的字符串信息后,在拍摄装置显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;;

在识别出二维码包含的字符串信息后,显示在执法记录仪的音视频预览和录制界面上,在执法记录仪开始录像后,能将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联。由于各类终端生成的二维码包含的字符串信息有唯一性、特殊性、指定性,因此在音视频文件的回放过程中,能最为音视频文件的唯一标识,在该音视频文件被翻拍或者泄露后,能通过该字符串信息追溯是从哪一个执法记录仪泄露或者操作人员。4G/5G网络传输单元主要负责将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息及后台应用系统的执法记录。

    所述二维码标记显示单元,用于当二维码扫描识别成功后,在所述拍摄装置的显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;
    所述录像音视频文件处理单元,用于将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联;

    (1)生成一个二维码图像;
    (2)识别所述步骤(1)中的二维码图像,在识别出二维码包含的字符串信息后, 在拍摄装置的显示屏的视频预览和录制过程中,所述显示屏上显示识别成功的标记或者通过声音提示标记成功;
    (3)将字符串信息与录像音视频文件进行唯一性关联;
    (4)录像完毕后,读取音视频文件并上传存储;
    (5)将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息;
    (6)查询到该执法行为生成的执法记录,在进行录像音视频文件回放时,能在回放界面上显示二维码包含的字符串信息。

    第一步:将图像采集设备获取的二维码图像进行灰度化处理,降低数据量,减少存储空间和图像处理时间;
    第二步:使用中值滤波去除采集二维条码图像时引入的噪声点,降低噪声对后续图像处理的干扰;
    第三步:条码识别只需要获取条码图像中的深浅模块信息即可,所以在滤波后需要对图像进行二值化,采用自适应光照均衡和Otsu全局阈值相结合的算法对二维条码图像进行二值化,去除条码图像光照不均的影响;
    第四步:实现二维条码定位,获取条码的倾斜角度和四个控制顶点,将二维条码所在区域从整幅图像中切割出来,为后续条码的旋转和几何畸变校正做准备,减少后续图像处理范围,加快图像处理速度;
    第五步:根据第四步得到的条码倾斜角度将图像旋转为水平状态;
    第六步:实现二维条码的几何失真校正,得到一幅较为规整条码图像;
    第七步:QRcode二维码根据位置探测图形和校正图形的位置信息建立采样网格,为QRcode二维码的码字提取做好准备;
    第八步:QRcode二维码码字提取则是对采样网格交叉点进行采样,深色记为0, 浅色记为1,即可得到QRcode二维码的码字序列;
    第九步:将执法记录仪拍摄的音视频媒体直接传输到网络后台进行实时预览、录像、流媒体转发及智能分析;通过4G/5G网络传输到后台的音视频媒体可以实现手动或者自动关联二维码信息;
    所述解码步骤包括有二维码码字提取、纠错译码和信息译码。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的基于二维码扫描识别的全过程音视频记录方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(4)中,还包括有对音视频文件进行水印叠加、加密传输和授权处理。
