对于单元门口机,虽然现在已是智慧社区的刚需标配装置,但是,其功能也仅仅局限于单元门的开关控制、与室内分机和物业管理中心进行对讲等,而单元大厅区域一般都比较冰冷、寂静,甚至有让人感觉阴森的感觉,在这样的环境下业主很难有宾到如归的感觉,大大降低了用户体验。

图1是本发明单元门口智能机器人装置实施例一的逻辑结构图,该实施例的单元门口智能机器人装置(以下简称机器人装置)与物业管理中心及该单元的多个室内对讲机通讯连接,而且,该机器人装置集多网络传输、多信号、多传感器、背景音乐、WIFI无线覆盖、VR视频监控、环境监测、主动信息发布、设备状态预警、自动开门、人机交互、声纹识别、指纹识别和不同级别报警及自定义语音输出的多功能装置。该实施例的机器人装置包括多个功能模块,功能模块包括电源模块、主控模块及分别与主控模块相连的存储模块、网络模块、对讲模块、传感模块、FM调频模块、第二功放模块、接口模块、检测模块、蓝牙模块、VR摄像头、双目摄像头、显示屏、指纹模块、读卡模块,下面将具体说明每个功能模块:
主控模块为智能CPU/MCU核心组。
存储模块可外接TF存储卡,主要解决监控、图片、音乐、用户数据的存储问题。
电源模块主要用于为其它各个功能模块提供电能,该电源模块可接入12V直流或24V交流电,且带有储能电池,用于在外接电源正常时,对外接电源输入的电进行处理后,除了供电,还为该储能电池充电,当外接电源故障时,由储能电池来供电。
检测模块例如包括电流或电压采样模块、热敏电阻,主要用于检测其它各功能模块的用电信息。
网络模块包括有PON模块、RJ45电口、WIFI模块、载波模块等,主要用于与室内对讲机与物业管理中心或运营平台进行通讯。其中,RJ45电口及PON光口可适用不同项目需求。利用宽带电源载波模块将装置网络信号转换为二芯载波电源信号与井道电源载波设备进行通讯,实现通讯条件受限,且无法重新敷设线缆的老项目升级系统网络信号传输的老大难问题,利用原有任意两芯线即可实现宽带网络信号传输。
对讲模块主要包括有麦克风阵列(内置音频编码模块)、第一功放模块(音频解码及功放)、第一音响,其中,麦克风阵列及音频编码模块用于实现人机交互语音输入。
接口模块包括有:315/433MHz无线接收模块、DI输入接口、DO输出接口,且主要是解决与其它装置(例如门禁装置、报警装置、设置在单元大厅内的灯具、设置在单元大厅内的吸顶音响)协议对接问题,例如,与门禁开锁按钮通过DI输入接口相连,与门禁装置通过DO输出接口相连,与灯具通过WIFI无线接收模块或其它总线相连,与音响通过315/433MHz无线接收模块或WIFI模块或总线接口模块相连。其中, 315/433MHz无线接收模块主要解决单元门无法敷设线缆的项目,以及不用布线扩展单元门周边通道门或需安防区域的无线信号的接入;DI接口主要解决单元门有线门磁报警信号,用于监测单元门的状态及非法开门报警联动功能;DO接口主要解决机器人装置在对用户进行身份认证后向门禁装置输出开门信息,或在报警时输出例如警灯、警号等相关设备输出问题,以达到警示非法入侵者和本地声光提醒用户有非法入侵者进入的目的。
传感模块主要包括PM2.5传感器、人体传感器、照度传感器、防拆传感器、振动传感器等。
VR摄像头主要用于现场监控;双目摄像头主要用于通过人脸识别来进行开门控制;显示屏可为触摸屏。
指纹模块主要用于身份认证及正常操作,定义不同级别报警求助信息。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,接口模块包括用于与设置在单元大厅内的第二音响装置连接的第一接口,及用于与设置在单元大厅内的门禁开锁按钮连接的第二接口。主控模块用于在接收到物业管理中心发送的实时指令或判断满足预设条件时,对相应的背景音乐或广播信息进行处理,并通过第二功放模块、第一接口向第二音响装置输出背景音乐或广播信息,其中,预设条件包括:预先设置的特定用户在特定节日播放的背景音乐或广播;物业管理中心预先设置的定时或定内容播放的背景音乐或广播;预先设置的与传感模块、门禁开锁按钮联动的背景音乐或广播。
在该实施例中,第二音响装置设置在单元大厅内,与机器人装置通过第一接口相连,而且,第二音响装置为双声道音频、大功率功放、立体声输出,且内置多均衡模式,满足用户在单元大堂的公共区域欣赏背景音乐或广播的需求。而且,小区内不同单元门口的机器人装置可以播放不同的音乐或广播,也可以同步播放相同音乐或广播。另外,机器人装置可通过业主回家身份认证后联动开启背景音乐或广播,也可通过物业管理中心统一播放音乐或广播,当业主生日或重要节日时,可以定制播放祝福语或播放特定音乐,还可以与传感器进行联动,实现主动信息发布广播等功能,例如,发生火灾报警时,自动播放火警广播信息,并联动室内分机播放火警信息;再例如,社区有信息公告时,会语音告知业主今天公告的主要内容及注意事项。这样,可通过声音营造和谐、温馨、体贴的公共区域环境,让业主有客至如归的感觉,提升用户的归属感和幸福感。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于在控制门禁装置开门后,对预先设置的欢迎信息进行处理,并通过第一功放模块、第一音响模块播放欢迎信息;还用于在接收到设置单元门内侧的开锁按钮发送的开门命令时,对预先设置的告别信息进行处理,并通过第一功放模块对第一音响模块播放告别信息。
在该实施例中,机器人装置可帮助用户完成多项任务或服务的虚拟助理,为用户提供全新人机交互方式的服务助理。当用户早上开单元门出门的时候,触发了开锁按钮,通过DI输入接口向机器人装置发送开门命令,自动语音向用户告别;当用户回家时,并通过读卡模块刷卡、密码、人脸识别、声纹识别、蓝牙等开门时,机器人装置自动语音“欢迎业主回家”。当然,欢迎信息及告别信息可由物业管理中心来设置,或用户进行个性化设置。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,检测模块用于实时检测至少一个功能模块的用电特征信息,用电特征信息包括电压检测值和/或电流检测值。主控模块用于将用电特征信息与预先存储的相应功能模块的标准特征信息进行比较,并根据比较结果确定已经发生故障或将要发生故障的功能模块,且将其通过网络模块发送至物业管理中心或运营平台,其中,标准特征信息包括电压标准值和/或电流标准值。
在该实施例中,首先说明的是,预先存储的标准特征信息可通过对机器人装置的每个功能模块在正常工作状态下的电压、电流波形等参数的学习,来完成正常状态下特征数据的收集,得出相应功能模块的相关参数的标准值。当机器人装置在实际运行时,通过检测模块所检测的各个功能模块的电压、电流波形,并通过软件算法来判断相应模块的功耗、状态等信息。当某一功能模块的某个参数指标在定义的一段时间内处于偏离标准数据时,可确定出该功能模块已经出现故障或将要出现故障,然后可将故障信息或故障预警信息发送至物业管理中心,以及时安排人员排除故障或更换功能模块,这样便减少了维修人员的检修时间。同时,该机器人装置也会将所确定的故障信息或故障预警信息发送至运营平台,这样,运营平台便可以通过反馈的大数据分析机器人装置的故障点通病,以改善和优化机器人装置的设计。另外,机器人装置由于采用模块化设计,如果确定某个功能模块出现故障,可以通过物业服务人员上门将相应的功能模块进行更换。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,蓝牙模块用于实时发送蓝牙广播消息,其中,蓝牙广播消息包括单元门口智能机器人装置的标识,开门指令包括用户的房号信息。主控模块用于通过蓝牙模块或网络模块接收用户的移动终端发送的开门指令,并根据开门指令对用户的开门权限进行验证,且在验证通过时,通过第三接口向门禁装置输出开门信号,而且,将用户到达单元门口的信息发送至用户所对应的室内对讲分机,其中,开门指令包括用户认证信息。
在该实施例中,该机器人装置的蓝牙模块可实时发出蓝牙广播消息,当用户携带的移动终端探测到对该机器人装置的蓝牙信标后,移动终端的APP会自动通过蓝牙模块或网络模块向机器人装置发送开门指令。机器人装置收到开门指令根据其中的用户房号信息判断该用户是否有权限开门,若该用户属于该单元的用户,则确定该用户有开门权限,然后通过DO输出接口向门禁装置发送开门命令。同时,该机器人装置还将用户到达单元门口的信息通知相应的室内对讲机(例如,室内对讲分机智能机器人),以使室内对讲机开启预回家模式,例如,开启空调,如果业主家有其它成员时,室内对讲机还会语音通知家人,用户已经回到了单元大堂。

在该实施例中,该机器人装置内置麦克风阵列,通过声纹识别算法,可以在3-5米以内实现通过声纹识别用户身份来开启单元门功能。用户在回家走到单元门3-5米范围时,可以语音“小球,小球,我回来了,请开门”,智能机器人识别到用户为该单元的用户后,控制门禁装置开门。同时,该机器人装置还将用户到达单元门口的信息通知相应的室内对讲机(例如,室内对讲分机智能机器人),以使室内对讲机开启预回家模式,例如,开启空调,如果业主家有其它成员时,室内对讲机还会语音通知家人,用户已经回到了单元大堂。
另外,还需说明的是,机器人装置的声纹特征库中存储的用户的声纹特征信息可以通过本机器人装置的麦克风阵列认证注册输入,也可以通过物业管理中心的麦克风阵列认证注册输入,还可以通过该单元的各个室内分机智能机器人的麦克风阵列认证注册输入。优选地,还用于从该单元的多个室内对讲分机接收相应用户的声纹特征,并存储声纹特征,即,该机器人装置中所存储的业主的声纹特征数据可从业主家的对讲分机智能机器人调取,不需要用户去物业管理中心一个个声音录入。而且,当用户更改或因其它原因导致用户声音变化时,也可以实时从业主家的对讲分机智能机器人进行更新。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于对双目摄像头所拍摄的用户头像进行图像分析,以获取用户的人脸特征,并在判断出所获取的人脸特征与预先存储的人脸特征一致时,控制门禁装置开门。
在该实施例中,该机器人装置的顶端可设置双目摄像头,通过图像识别算法,可以实现通过人脸识别用户身份来开启单元门功能。用户在回家走近机器人装置前时,双目摄像头开始拍摄,智能机器人识别到用户为该单元的用户后,控制门禁装置开门。同时,该机器人装置还将用户到达单元门口的信息通知相应的室内对讲机(例如,室内对讲分机智能机器人),以使室内对讲机开启预回家模式,例如,开启空调,如果业主家有其它成员时,室内对讲机还会语音通知家人,用户已经回到了单元大堂。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于在人体传感器检测到预设距离内无人体出现时,控制显示屏为待机状态,在人体传感器检测到预设距离内出现人体时,控制显示屏为亮屏状态。进一步地,主控模块还用于在人体传感器检测到预设距离内出现人体时,根据照度传感器检测的当前照度值调整显示屏的亮度。
在该实施例中,仅在用户到达单元门口处时,显示屏才处于亮屏状态,这样可达到节能的目的。另外,显示屏在亮屏状态时,还会根据当前的照度值调整亮度,这样既保证了显示效果,又不会造成用户眼睛的不适。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于在当前照度值低于第一预设值时,通过第四接口控制灯具联动开启,在当前照度值高于第二预设值时,通过第四接口控制灯具联动关闭。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于收到室内对讲分机、用户的移动终端或物业管理中心发送的监控指令时,控制VR摄像头拍摄现场图像,并对现场图像进行处理后发送至相应的室内对讲分机、移动终端或物业管理中心。
在该实施例中,机器人装置的顶部设置有一VR摄像头(全景摄像头),主要用于现场监控,方便用户通过室内对讲分机智能机器人、用户移动终端和VR眼镜全方位监控单元门外情况,增加用户互动性,提升用户体验感;以及发生报警时全方位记录现场情况。另外,机器人装置的顶部还设置有双目摄像头,主要用户人脸识别认证摄像。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于检测到防拆传感器和/或振动传感器触发时,向物业管理中心或运营平台发送报警信息,并控制VR摄像头拍摄现场图像及控制麦克风阵列采集现场声音。
在该实施例中,当有人恶意破坏该机器人装置时,例如,非法用户拆卸机器人装置或振动时,该机器人装置会自动向物业管理中心及运营平台报警。同时记录用户图片、声音等信息,以便事后取证。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,主控模块还用于对PM2.5传感器的检测值进行处理,并将其在显示屏上进行显示,和/或,将其发送至该单元的多个室内对讲机。
在该实施例中,当室外空气质量PM2.5指标超标时,该机器人装置可显示PM2.5的检测值,或,自动告知该单元的室内对讲机,以提醒用户出门时注意个人防护。

在该实施例中,指纹传感器除了实现正常身份认证开门外,还可以定义不同手指为不同级别的报警,例如,小指定义为正常开门 + 挟持报警,中指定义为正常开门 + 紧急求助报警等。另外,开关量输入主要接入单元门有线门磁报警信号,用于监测单元门的状态及非法开门报警联动功能。无线报警输入主要接入单元门不方便布线的无线门磁报警信号,以及不用布线扩展单元门周边通道门或需安防区域的无线报警信号接入。当装置感知到有报警时,自动将报警求助信息及视频、图片或录音信息主动推送到物业管理中心及运营平台,并利用装置本地自定义语音报警或人机交互来解决装置误报问题,避免天天“狼来了”的实际问题,让物业人员直观判断是否存在误报警;自定义语音报警或人机交互还可以让用户知道已经向物业管理中心和运营平台报警或了解当前报警设置工作正常。如有误报则尽快与物业中心对讲联系,确认为误报信息。
在本发明一实施例的机器人装置中,网络模块还包括热点模块,而且,主控模块还用于用户的移动终端在向热点模块发送接入请求时,判断接入请求中的用户标识是否与预先设置的白名单匹配,若匹配,则允许移动终端接入热点模块。
在该实施例中,机器人装置内置WIFI模块及天线,各单元通过虚拟局域网组成WIFI通讯网络,管理中心通过AC控制器将各单元WIFI热点进行集中控制,以实现认证用户在任意单元可以享受社区WIFI网络服务;非认证用户通过身份认证也可限时享受社区WIFI网络服务。此功能主要解决社区新建一套WIFI网络覆盖的高成本投入问题,利用现有刚需设备集成实现用户需求。
本发明还构造一种智慧社区服务平台,主要由用户的移动终端(安装有APP)、对讲分机智能机器人、单元门口智能机器人装置、24小时智慧家庭云运营平台、物业管理中心平台、110、119、120报警救援中心和保险公司等多部分组成。
1、用户移动终端APP软件是:主要是利用智能手机的指纹识别、麦克风阵列识别语音以及其它移动终端传感器,通过软件算法实现非常用手指纹不同报警级别求助报警及本地自定义语音输出、可视对讲、主被动视频监控、多方式开门、人机交互免人为操作控制或手动控制等功能。
2、对讲分机智能机器人装置是:室内智能系统总管,标准化外观设计,大屏高效果显示,集麦克风阵列语音、身份识别、人机交互、室内监控、可视对讲及开单元门、安防报警、3D可视电话、3D试衣、3D互动游戏、智能家居、设备状态预警、艺术鉴赏、音乐及广播欣赏、教育学习、信息咨询、生活服务、社区服务、环境检测、远程问诊、健康检测及服务等多系统,与用户移动终端、人工智能电视等保持数据互联互通,加上物业管理平台及智慧家庭云运营平台一起构建实现真正的居民智慧生活、智慧家庭、智慧社区。
3、单元门口智能机器人装置是:管理住宅单元门智能化系统的智能机器人装置,装置集多网络传输、多信号、多传感器、背景音乐、WIFI无线覆盖、VR视频监控、环境监测、主动信息发布、设备状态预警、室外定位、自动场景、自动开门、人机交互、声纹识别、指纹识别和不同级别报警及自定义语音输出的多功能装置。
4、智慧家庭云运营平台是:主要为用户提供住宅室内多信号互联网报警、室外用户移动报警、救援等安全管理、信息咨询、保险、艺术品展示及交易、教育与学习、3D视频电话、人工智能助理、3D互动游戏、3D试衣模块、设备状态预警模块、自动配置库建立、健康检测服务管理等服务。主要包括视频智能与识别分析模块、语音声纹分析模块、图片分析模块、GPS定位分析模块、Wifi与蓝牙定位信息分析模块、设备状态预警模块、中心人工并行操作软件、艺术展示推送模块、教育学习模块、人工智能助理模块、3D游戏模块、3D试衣模块、3D视频电话等增值业务推送模块、操作数据记录模块、大屏拼接显示模块、数据组模块、网络安全模块、人工智能自动服务模块、三大运营商通讯模块、公安系统通讯模块、医疗系统通讯模块、健康数据模块、UPS供电系统模块、精密空调组等等组成。平台接收到对讲分机智能机器人将用户的服务需求编译成特定预先定义好的函数,再通过短信和网络推送到云服务平台,云服务平台自动快速解码各类服务请求及相关数据,数据自动处理后,平台将数据分成不同的类型与等级再编译成特定预先定义好的函数,通过网络推送给对讲分机智能机器人、用户移动终端、用户紧急联系人APP、用户所在位置的物业中心平台、用户实时所在地域的110、119及120报警中心软件等相关服务用户的装置与机构,让用户得到所需要的服务与保障,以全面提升服务用户的水平,提升用户体验感。
4、小区物业管理中心平台是:主要为集团地产住宅用户提供自动报警、救援等安全管理、视频监控、可视对讲、背景音乐、扩展功能设备安装及维护、O2O、生活服务、社区服务、信息咨询、健康服务管理及室外安全服务的管理平台。可以是单个社区物业管理中心,也可是多个社区的物业服务集团,主要包括视频智能与识别分析模块、语音声纹分析模块、图片分析模块、Wifi与蓝牙定位信息分析模块、中心人工并行操作软件、操作数据记录模块、大屏拼接显示模块、数据组模块、背景音乐模块、设备状态预警模块、网络安全模块、社区智能化集成平台、社区物业运营平台、人工智能自动服务模块、运营商通讯模块、公安系统通讯模块、UPS供电系统模块、精密空调组等等组成。平台接收到对讲分机智能机器人将用户的服务需求编译成特定预先定义好的函数,再通过短信和网络推送到云服务平台,云服务平台自动快速解码各类服务请求及相关数据,数据自动处理后,平台将数据分成不同的类型与等级再编译成特定预先定义好的函数,通过网络推送给对讲分机智能机器人、用户移动终端、用户紧急联系人APP、用户所在位置的物业中心平台、用户实时所在地域的110、119及120报警中心软件等相关服务用户的装置与机构,同时平台会将需求信息自动弹屏显示和语音报警,提醒值班保安及时掌握居民报警及其它服务需求,安排就近保安去现场处理居民报警及服务需求问题。如就近保安现场已经处理居民服务需求,值班保安需通过软件反馈执行情况及误报情况,以便平台进行后续管理工作。所有用户需求信息集团与社区信息同步,即起到统一管理的作用,也起到监督各社区管理人员服务质量、频率等作用。让用户得到所需要的服务与保障,以全面提升服务用户的水平,提升用户体验感。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种单元门口智能机器人装置,与物业管理中心及该单元的多个室内对讲分机通讯连接,且包括多个功能模块,所述功能模块包括电源模块、主控模块及分别与所述主控模块相连的存储模块、网络模块、传感模块、对讲模块,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括分别与所述主控模块相连的FM调频模块、第二功放模块及接口模块,其中,所述接口模块包括用于与设置在单元大厅内的第二音响装置连接的第一接口,及用于与设置在单元大厅内的门禁开锁按钮连接的第二接口,而且,
    所述主控模块,用于在接收到所述物业管理中心发送的实时指令或判断满足预设条件时,对相应的背景音乐或广播信息进行处理,并通过所述第二功放模块、所述第一接口向所述第二音响装置输出所述背景音乐或广播信息,其中,所述预设条件包括:预先设置的特定用户在特定节日播放的背景音乐或广播;物业管理中心预先设置的定时或定内容播放的背景音乐或广播;预先设置的与所述传感模块、所述门禁开锁按钮联动的背景音乐或广播。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括检测模块,而且,
    所述检测模块,用于实时检测至少一个所述功能模块的用电特征信息,所述用电特征信息包括电压检测值和/或电流检测值;
    所述主控模块,用于将所述用电特征信息与预先存储的相应功能模块的标准特征信息进行比较,并根据比较结果确定已经发生故障或将要发生故障的功能模块,且将其通过所述网络模块发送至物业管理中心或运营平台,其中,所述标准特征信息包括电压标准值和/或电流标准值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括蓝牙模块,所述接口模块还包括与门禁装置相连的第三接口,而且,
    所述蓝牙模块,用于实时发送蓝牙广播消息,其中,蓝牙广播消息包括所述单元门口智能机器人装置的标识;
    所述主控模块,用于通过蓝牙模块或网络模块接收用户的移动终端发送的开门指令,并根据所述开门指令对用户的开门权限进行验证,且在验证通过时,通过所述第三接口向所述门禁装置输出开门信号,而且,将用户到达单元门口的信息发送至所述用户所对应的室内对讲分机,其中,所述开门指令包括用户认证信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述对讲模块包括麦克风阵列,而且,
    所述麦克风阵列,用于接收用户通过语音输入的开门指令;
    所述主控模块,还用于对所述麦克风阵列所接收的开门指令进行声纹识别,以获取用户的声纹特征,并在判断出所获取的声纹特征与预先存储的声纹特征一致时,通过所述第三接口向所述门禁装置输出开门信号,而且,将用户到达单元门口的信息发送至所述用户所对应的室内对讲分机。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,
    所述主控模块,还用于从该单元的多个室内对讲分机接收相应用户的声纹特征,并存储所述声纹特征。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括显示屏,所述传感模块包括人体传感器,而且,
    所述主控模块,还用于在所述人体传感器检测到预设距离内无人体出现时,控制所述显示屏为待机状态,在所述人体传感器检测到预设距离内出现人体时,控制所述显示屏为亮屏状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述传感模块包括照度传感器,所述接口模块还包括与设置在单元大厅内的灯具连接的第四接口,而且,
    所述主控模块,还用于在所述人体传感器检测到预设距离内出现人体时,根据所述照度传感器检测的当前照度值调整所述显示屏的亮度;还用于在当前照度值低于第一预设值时,通过所述第四接口控制所述灯具联动开启,在当前照度值高于第二预设值时,通过所述第四接口控制所述灯具联动关闭。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括VR摄像头,而且,
    所述主控模块,还用于在收到室内对讲分机、用户的移动终端或物业管理中心发送的监控指令时,控制所述VR摄像头拍摄现场图像,并对所述现场图像进行处理后发送至相应的室内对讲分机、移动终端或物业管理中心。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述传感模块还包括防拆传感器和/或振动传感器,而且,
    所述主控模块,还用于检测到所述防拆传感器和/或振动传感器触发时,向所述物业管理中心或运营平台发送报警信息,并控制所述VR摄像头拍摄现场图像及控制所述麦克风阵列采集现场声音。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块还包括指纹传感器,而且,
    所述存储模块,用于预先存储该单元的用户设置的多个指纹信息及每个指纹信息所对应的报警类型;
    所述指纹传感器,用于接收用户输入的指纹信息;
    所述主控模块,还用于在判断出所输入的指纹信息与预先存储的指纹信息一致时,确定所输入的指纹信息所对应的报警类型,并控制所述VR摄像头拍摄现场图像及控制所述麦克风阵列采集现场声音,以生成报警信息,且通过所述网络模块将所述报警信息发送至相应的物业管理中心或云运营平台或报警中心或指定的移动终端。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的单元门口智能机器人装置,其特征在于,所述网络模块还包括热点模块,而且,
    所述主控模块,还用于用户的移动终端在向所述热点模块发送接入请求时,判断所述接入请求中的用户标识是否与预先设置的白名单匹配,若匹配,则允许所述移动终端接入所述热点模块。
