In one embodiment, there may be a case when the customer is not satisfied with the service provided by the service provider; the payment for the service is given back to the second user device (114), from the computer system (106). In case, the payment done via cash, the payment for the service is refunded to the customer, by the service provider.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the customer may request the service provider for a referral, then the respective service provider is configured to refer the respective second user device (114) associated with the respective customer to the one or more service providers in the first contact list. This is especially helpful in case when a particular service isn’t available with the service provider but the customer does not want to work with an unknown person or company. There may be provisions of mutual benefits such as commission or part payment between the referring service provider and the referred service provider.
In yet another embodiment, the processor (110) may be configured to generate banners, advertisements and/or webpages regarding marketing campaigns of the service providers using artificial intelligence. For instance, the processor (110) may automatically create an advertisement including details of a new place of work, in case there is a change in the place of work of the one or more service providers and sending the advertisement to each contact of the first contact list. This is especially helpful if a service provider is on the move or changes the place of work. The embodiments of the method as described above may be achieved through the processor (110) receiving machine readable instructions from the memory unit (108) and executing the machine readable instructions. Other processors, memory units and computing capabilities such as those available with the first user device (102), the second user device (114) and any other devices used in the invention may also be used. However, same objectives may be attained through a number of modules working in tandem as will be illustrated in the following discussion.
According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a computer implemented method (1300) for enabling a customer to become a service provider, for providing on-demand services in real time. The same has been illustrated in Figure 13. Similar to the computer implemented method (200) shown in figure 2, the computer implemented method (1300) begins at step 1310 by receiving one or more second profiles corresponding to one or more customers from one or more second user devices (114....114n). Each of the one or more second user profiles comprising personal details and professional details of the respective customers. The personal details and professional details of the respective customers include a name, a Date Of Birth (DOB), a place of residence, a professional qualification, professional certifications obtained, work experience, a place of work, an area of expertise, any preferences and contact details. Alternately, the customer may upload his/her resume or CV and the personal details and professional details are extracted from the resume itself.
Then at step 1320, a request is received from a second user device of the one or more second user devices (114....114n) for suggesting an opportunity to a respective customer for providing a service and becoming a service provider. The service may be selected from, but not limited to, errands, legal, housekeeping, events, travel, taxi services, healthcare, tutor and professional services. This is helpful when a customer has good qualifications and experience but does not know about the opportunities available for him and wants to be self-employed. After that at step 1330, the respective personal details and professional details of the respective customer are analysed by the processor (110) and at step 1340, a service that the customer is qualified to provide, is suggested to the respective customer based on the identified qualifications and/or certifications from the professional details of the respective customer.
For example: The customer may be a qualified chemical engineer with a B. Tech degree and other than that is an experienced piano player. Then, in that case the processor may suggest the customer, the opportunities available to him/her in his/her preferred location. These opportunities may include, but not limited to, teaching in training centers, providing coaching for competitive exams or research work in labs. Other than that he/she may be suggested to give piano classes at home or online. This enables the respective customer to register and become a service provider using the present invention and start earning. The present invention allows him to show case his/her talent and knowledge as well as guide him/her to become an independent person. This is especially helpful as there are highly qualified people around the world but are unemployed. Such people can put the knowledge to good use for themselves and the society.
According to another aspect of the invention, there is provided a computer implemented method (1400) for training a customer to become a service provider, for providing on-demand services in real time. The same has been illustrated in Figure 14. Similar to the computer implemented method (200) shown in figure 2, the computer implemented begins at step 1402 by receiving the one or more first profiles corresponding to the one or more service providers from one or more first user devices (102....102n).
Then, at step 1404 the one or more second profiles corresponding to the one or more customers from one or more second user devices (114....114n) are received. As explained in figure 2, each of the one or more second user profiles comprising personal details and professional details of the respective customers. The personal details and professional details of the respective customers include a name, a Date Of Birth (DOB), a place of residence, a professional qualification, professional certifications obtained, work experience, a place of work, an area of expertise, any preferences and contact details. Alternately the customer may upload his/her resume or CV and the personal details and professional details are extracted from the resume itself. After that at step 1406, the communication is established between the one or more first user devices (102....102n) and the one or more second user devices (114....114n). Now the computer implemented method (1300) starts to vary from the computer implemented method (200). At step 1408, a request is received from the second user device (114) of the one or more second user devices (114....114n) for suggesting an opportunity for the respective customer for providing a service and becoming a service provider the service is selected from a group comprising errands, legal, housekeeping, events, travel, taxi services, healthcare, tutor and professional services.
Furthermore, at step 1410, the respective personal details and professional details of the respective customer are analysed and a training is suggested to the respective customer, that may be required to be a potential service provider. The training is suggested on the basis of identified qualifications and/or certifications, if the identified qualifications and/or certifications do not match the predetermined qualifications. For example: the customer mentions the knowledge of CAD (Computer Aided Designing) softwares like AutoCAD, CATIA etc. in his/her resume but does not have a certification from an authorised institute. Then at step 1412, the processor (110) may suggest the customer to hone his/her designing skills by enrolling in a training institute, authorised to provide such training and certification. This would enable the customer to be a certified designer, that would in turn allow him/her to be a freelance designer as certification in product design is a basic requirement for such work.
Then at step 1414, a list of one or more service providers associated with the one or more first user devices (102....102n) offering the required training is provided to the customer. Referring back to the above mentioned example, a list comprising one or more institutes authorised to provide such training and certification (such as CADD center) may be provided at the respective second user device (114). Additionally, at step 1416, the customer is prompted to select a service provider from the list, offering the required training associated with a respective first user device (102), using the respective second user device (114). After that at step 1418, transmitting the request to the respective first user device (102) and at step 1420, a confirmation from the respective first user device (102) is transmitted to the respective second user device (114), for the providing the required training, thereby enabling the respective customer to be potential service provider after a completion of the training.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there may be a collaboration between the respective first user device (102) associated with the service provider, providing the training and the respective second user device (114) associated with the customer, accessing the training. The collaboration includes exchange of training services between the respective first user device (102) and the respective second user device (114). Again, referring to the above mentioned example, the customer and the design institute may agree to a mutual agreement of providing free-of-cost training to the customer for two months and then the customer, after the competition of the training would work for them for atleast next 6 months.
Such an implementation increases the employability of the customers. This allows him/her to not only use his present skills but also add value to his/her skill-set and the resume. This is especially helpful as there are highly qualified people around the world but are unemployed. Such people can put the knowledge to good use for themselves and the society.
