The invention particularly relates to a suspension system consisting of a housing containing stroke absorbing suspension pins located on upper part of rifle body, suspension pin located on housings of rifle body from extension part and fixed onto rifle body by means of welding operation, suspension bushings absorbing stroke and shakes caused by recoils at rifle after shooting and connected to bushing positioning surface of the suspension pins, connection rail connected onto rifle body upon alignment of positioning housings in a manner located onto stroke absorber suspension bushings whereon either of telescopic sight or conventional back sight is connected as per user's choices.
BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART
Spring, air and gas pressurized aiming rifles are similar to each other in terms of operating system. Rifle mechanisms of those three rifle types are set and setting spring inside the rifle is compressed and retain of piston by trigger is provided and thus static energy is generated. When the trigger is pulled, the compressed spring effect drives the piston to move and static energy is converted into kinetic energy by mechanism motion. Shooting is executed by means of penetration of air and gas pressure onto bullet. This energy is much more in spring aiming rifles than the air and gas pressure aiming rifles. The setting spring used therein is bigger.
In the related art, the kinetic energy arising from setting spring and piston motions has too many negative effects on rifle. The recoil, vibration and strikes caused by energy causes not only decrease in shooting life of rifle but also instability of aiming apparatus and accessories (telescopic sight, various optics etc.) on the rifle, This has caused problem in targeting. Users have complained of such negative effects for multiple years.
As a result, the need for an automatic, highly reliable, aiming accuracy protecting suspension system of economical and useful nature to solve the above mentioned problems and inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated development in the related art.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The invention solves all of the above mentioned problems at the same time. Said invention, in the broadest way, relates to suspension system at spring, air and gas compressed aiming rifle, absorbing effects such as recoil, strike, vibration caused by transformation of static energy into kinetic energy during shooting and eliminating the negative impacts on accessories and rifle parts on the rifle and thus protecting aiming accuracy of the rifle.
The most important purpose of the invention is to absorb the vibration and strokes created by the energy produced during shooting and eliminate the damage to the rifle parts and accessories. This system lengthens rifle shooting life, and falling of aiming apparatus and accessories on the rifle due to loosening is prevented. Users are granted capability to use their rifles without any failure in shooting accuracy for longer time period.
Another purpose of the invention is to absorb the vibration and strokes to occur during shooting, by the members constituting the system. Thus the accessories and aiming apparatus on the rifle can be used for longer time period without any damage caused by strokes.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better in the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to
the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and the detailed descriptions.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Said invention relates to a suspension system providing reduction in recoil occurring after shooting of spring, air or gas pressure aiming rifles and strokes caused thereby to almost zero level by means of a stroke absorbing system and thus lengthening shooting life of rifle by means of protection of rifle accessories.
Figure 1 shows an aiming air rifle containing suspension system. Here the rifle body (1) forms the foundation of the suspension system. Figure 4 shows two housings (5) where stroke absorbing suspension pins (2) located on upper part of the rifle body (1) are fixed. Figure 5 shows stroke absorbing suspension pins (2). Suspension pin (2) is a gradual cylindrical part having hole in the internal section whereon connection screw housing (7) is drilled.
Figure 3 shows the status of suspension pins (2) one of components of the suspension system, on the rifle body (1). Extension part (6) of the suspension pins (2) are inserted into the housings (5) drilled on the rifle body (1) during mounting and fixed to the rifle body (1) by means of welding, and its integration with the body (1) is provided. Bushing positioning surface (8) of the suspension pins (2) is also in cylindrical form. Stroke absorbing suspension bushings (3) are mounted to the bushing positioning surface (8) during mounting.
Stroke absorbing suspension bushings (3) shown in figure 6 are high reliable flexible parts produced by method of injection or casting of plastic and/or plastic derivative materials in hollow cylinder form. Positioning housing (9) through which stroke absorbing suspension pins (2) pass is located in the middle part. They absorb the stroke and vibrations created by recoil at the rifle after shooting.
Figure 7 shows connection rail (4) of aiming apparatus which is the last component completing the suspension system. The connection rail (4) is made from high strength aluminium material. Lower section has positioning housings (10) providing positioning on the rifle body (1). Upper section is designed in a manner to permit connection of any kinds of aiming apparatus. Also the same surface contains rail fixing holes (11) allowing flexibility of any rate on the rifle body (1).
In order to complete the system the components with above characteristic features should come together. For that purpose, firstly, stroke absorbing pins (2) are placed into the housings (5) on the rifle body (1). Stroke absorbing pins (2) are located in a manner the extensions (6) thereon insert into the housings (5) on the body (1). A sound integration with the body (1) is provided by means of welding.
Secondly, stroke absorbing suspension bushings (3) are placed onto the rifle body (1). The bushing positioning housing (9) on the stroke absorbing suspension bushings (3) are located and mounted in a manner to insert into stroke absorbing pins (2) fixed onto the rifle body (1) by welding before.
Aiming apparatus connection rail (4) shown in Figure 2 is aligned in such manner that the housings (10) thereon overlap the stroke absorbing suspension bushings (3), and thus is seated on the rifle body (1). Rail fixing screws (12) are inserted through the holes (11) on the rail (4) and fixed to the rifle body (1) in a manner allowing desired level of flexing. As per preferences of the users, telescopic sight (13) or any one of conventional aiming types can be connected onto this rail (4).
Rifle users from past to today have complained that aiming apparatus such as telescopic sight, back sight located on the rifle go in failure after a short time and that aiming adjustments change in the next shooting.
The target intended to be achieved by the suspension system of this invention is to eliminate or minimize the above mentioned complaints. Thus customer satisfaction is achieved.
Fort hat purpose, the stroke and vibrations created by kinetic energy generated during operation of the rifle are absorbed by the stroke absorbing suspension bushings in the created system, and damage to and failure in aiming apparatus provided on the rifle is eliminated. Also, aiming adjustment does not go in failure even if the rifle is used for long time.
The protection scope of this application has been specified under claims and cannot be limited to the descriptions only given as sampling above. It is clear that any innovation can be provided by a person skilled in the related art by use of the similar embodiments and/or can also apply this embodiment in other areas for similar purposes used in the related art.
