Abstract

The invention relates to a system for the tamper-proof storage of products, which comprises an inflatable bag, a projecting indicator, a dispensing means and a box or packaging that allows products such as juice, water, beverages, milk and similar liquids to be stored inside same in a secure and tamper-proof manner, without affecting the aesthetic elements or aspects of the commercial presentation of the protected product.

Description

SYSTEM FOR STORAGE OF PROOF OF FRAUDULENT HANDLING PRODUCTS.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to packaging systems, devices or means for the storage of products in order to provide them with greater security against fraudulent manipulations.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for the storage of fraudulent tamper-proof products comprising an inflatable bag and a box or package that allow the storage of fraudulent products in different ways, in a safe way and fraudulent tamper-proof products, among others and without being limited to them, consumer products, food, medicines, beverages, solid state products, juices, water, beverages, milks, and similar liquids, without affecting the aesthetic elements or aspects of the commercial presentation of the protected product.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, the manipulation of products has become a problem that affects not only human health, but has reached other dimensions by having implications that may threaten the national security of many countries given the significant increase in actions. of terrorist character.

Given the rise of different forms of fraudulent handling of products, either with the purpose of falsifying them, adulterating or in the worst case with the purpose of spreading diseases or epidemics, consumers are increasingly suspicious of the conditions in which they acquire the products they consume, this has obviously forced product suppliers to look for solutions that not only guarantee the quality of their products but also offer the security to consumers that they purchase original products that cannot be fraudulently manipulated, easily opened, be adulterated or refilled without such circumstances going unnoticed by consumers. In order to restore consumer confidence in the products they purchase, anti-tamper media or similar devices have been applied to products primarily from the pharmaceutical and food industry.

Most of the means or devices intended to guarantee the inviolability of the products that are available in the prior art are generally composed of a pre-cut plastic collar or heat shrinkable plastic material which is placed around the neck of the jars, bottles, containers or containers or of their lids, therefore, if the container is opened this seal is broken which indicates to the consumers that the container has been handled.

It is also known to use security means or devices in which the container, bottle or container is covered with a thin aluminum foil or a heat shrinkable plastic that surrounds the product and must be destroyed to access the product.

Known are other means or safety devices that consist of placing the containers, packaging, boxes or jars inside a sealed plastic bag filled with air or gas. These bags, when adulterated or perforated, let out the air they contain, indicating to the consumer that the product has been forced or adulterated and therefore is not suitable for consumption.

Such solutions have been stated, described and claimed in the works of Peter Model (US Pat. No. 2225/0258129), Frank Marusiak (US Pat. No. 4,449,632), Levenberg et al. (U.S. Pat. 4,449,631), Ellis M. Reyer (U.S. Pat. No. 4,436,223), Bernard Gugliemini (U.S. Pat. No. 5,937,921) and U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,392,939; 5,370,270; 5,295,521; 4,991, 635 and 4,699,221.

More recently, this inventor, through Dominican application P2215-0224, deposited on September 8, 2015, disclosed a versatile inflatable material, from which bags or caps of different sizes can be made for the security-proof packing, closing or sealing of fraudulent manipulations of products, such as bottles, medicine bottles, boxes for product delivery and bottles (bottles) of water, among other applications and where the inflatable material comprises plastic sheets that overlap each other, with sealed edges forming an inflatable structure defined by interior, longitudinal and alternate channels that have holes conveniently placed that allow the homogeneous distribution of air throughout the structure without deformation due to the pressure exerted by the air on the structure and where the air is introduced through a valve; It can be made from said inflatable material caps for bottles, bags or covers inside which the product to be protected is placed.

These security means or devices available in the state of the art provide physical and visual evidence when the product has been opened, and possibly altered, so that the consumer can warn the manipulation of the product and thus avoid its purchase, use or consumption before such circumstances. However, in general these devices are in conflict with aesthetic aspects and with the very image of the products, as it constitutes an external and visible means of protection that covers the product to be protected, an undesirable situation that has probably prevented its use. more widespread and widespread of these means of protection against accidental or fraudulent handling of products.

Therefore, it is necessary to have in the art a system for the security packaging or seal that is fraudulently proof that provides the consumer with visual evidence of accidental or fraudulent manipulation and that in addition does not constitute an element that conflicts with aesthetic aspects of the product packaging that benefits from such protection. Therefore, it is desirable a means of safety against manipulation of the products which is housed inside the packaging or container providing the user with a discrete visual medium that reports on the integrity of the product and that does not affect or conflicts with aesthetics of the commercial presentation of the protected product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of this invention to provide a system for storing fraudulent tamper-proof products comprising an inflatable bag and a box or package in which the inflatable bag contains the product to be protected and is placed within the box or packaging of the product, so that the aesthetic elements or aspects of the commercial presentation of the protected product are not affected. Another object of the present invention is an inflatable bag that has a visual medium, which is part of the body of the inflatable bag, to inform the consumer of fraudulent handling of the product.

Moreover, an object of the present invention constitutes a box, packaging or container of the type intended to store liquids, such as milks, juices and the like, specially shaped to house the inflatable bag object of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.

Next, the details of the present invention will be described, together with the illustrations offered by the drawings for a better understanding thereof. However, a person skilled in the art will understand that the inflatable bag and the packaging object of the present invention due to its versatility can be adapted and modified as appropriate to the application in which it will be used, and therefore can be used in other applications, however, such additions, modifications and applications do not depart from the scope of this invention.

Figure 1 shows that the material from which the inflatable bag 1 of the present invention is made coincides with the inflatable material 2 described and claimed by the inventor in Dominican application P2215-0224, which comprises a first and second sheets or outer layers 3,4 of plastic material of the same area that make up the outer faces of the inflatable material 2 and a third sheet 5 or central layer of plastic material of the same area as the first and second outer layer 3,4, which is located between the first 3 and second layer 4, and where the edges of the first 3, second 4 and third 5 layers are sealed by thermal means or by a permanent industrial adhesive, with the particularity that the surface of the third sheet 5 or central layer is It is fixed by thermal means or by a permanent industrial adhesive to the surface of the first 3 and second outer layers 4 defining alternate longitudinal folds 6, 7 which they limit spaces or longitudinal ducts 8 through which air circulates through holes 9 that have the sheet 5 and that allow air to pass through the longitudinal ducts 8.

From this inflatable material 2 or the like, the inflatable bag 1 object of the present invention can be made considering that said structure guarantees the same air pressure throughout the structure of the inflatable bag 1 from the air flowing through the longitudinal ducts 8 through the holes 9 that the sheet 5 possesses, consequently a leak or escape of the air that retains the inflatable bag 1, for example as a result of being perforated in any part of its structure, will determine the loss of all the air that retains the inflatable bag 1. Figure 2 is a view of the inflatable bag 1 object of the present invention, which is configured from the inflatable material illustrated in Figure 1. The inflatable bag 1 has at one of its ends a first pre-cut zone 10 from which, as an integral part of the body of the inflatable bag 1, a signaling phalange 11 and a second pre-cut zone 12 of circular configuration are formed, which is intended to accommodate the dispensing spigot system 13 of the inflatable bag 1, as illustrated in Figure 4.

The signaling phalanx 11 is the result of detaching the pre-cut zone 10 from the main body of the inflatable bag 1, the sides 11a, 11 and 11c being sealed, results of the detachment of the pre-cut zone 10 either by thermal means or by means of permanent industrial adhesive, so that it does not allow the exit of the air retained by the inflatable bag 1, in this way the signaling phalange 11, has the same air pressure as the main body of the inflatable bag 1, being understood for the Expert with average knowledge that the signaling phalanx 11 is an extension of the body of the inflatable bag 1, as shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4.

The signaling phalange 11 informs the consumer of the product about its status, that is, if the signaling phalange 11 is deflated, it is an indicator that informs the consumer that at least one of the outer layers 3,4 of the inflatable ball 1 It has been perforated and the product has been adulterated, handled or is not suitable for use or consumption.

The pre-cut zone 12 defines the fixing hole 12 a, in said pre-cut zone 12 the layers 3,4 and 5 of the inflatable material 2 are not sealed so as to allow the passage of air into the cavity 14 which defines the dispensing spigot system 13 as illustrated in Figures 4,6 and 8, this guarantees that when the threaded cover 15 is removed and the security seal 18 detaches the air that retains the inflatable bag 1 is released.

The dispensing spout system 13 is illustrated in Figure 4 where an exploded view has been provided and comprises an upper cap 17 with threaded section, a lower cap 18 and a threaded cap 15.

The top cap 17 as illustrated in Figures 4,5 and 6, comprises a safety ring 17a detached, the thread segment 17b to which the threaded cap 15 is attached, and a base 17c impregnated with a permanent industrial adhesive in which is intended to ensure a tight connection to the edge of the hole 12a by adhering to the sheet 5 of the inflatable bag 1, attached to a first internal security ring 17e which is fixed to the base of safety ring 17a and a second internal ring 17f which joins the internal section or cavity 14, both rings 17 and 17f functioning as joints that do not allow air to escape from the inflatable bag 1 and which retains the cavity 14 defining the upper cap 17.

On the other hand, the lower cap 18 of the dispensing spigot system 13 is illustrated in Figure 7, where an exploded view of it is shown and comprises the seal 18a, the outlet duct 18b where the seal seal is housed 18a, and where the outlet duct 18b defines a coupling edge 18c and a base 18d impregnated with a permanent industrial adhesive which is guaranteed a tight connection to the edge of the hole 12a by adhering to the sheet 4 of the inflatable bag 1.

The dispensing spigot system 13 defines a tongue and groove joint between the top cap 17 and the bottom cap 18, the latter being coupled in the cavity 14 of the top cap 17 where the rings are secured 17e and 17f guarantee a tight seal between both caps by the operation with the coupling edge 18c, connected to the seal that is achieved by joining the sheets 4 and 5 of the inflatable bag 1 of the bases 17c and 18d impregnated with the permanent industrial adhesive.

The inflatable bag 1 can be incorporated into the manufacturing and filling process of products such as rolls of bags that are supplied to the filling machines and where the bags are subjected to the process of simultaneous inflation such as a tape or continuous roll of bags that are incorporated into A production line for which a single filling valve 19 would be sufficient or optionally each inflatable bag may comprise a filling valve 19 located anywhere in the body of the inflatable bag 1, between layers 3 and 4 of said bag.

The inflatable bag 1 is inserted inside the box 20, which can be made of cardboard, plastic, aluminum or the like, for example of the Tetra Pack type or the like as shown in Figures 11 and 12. The box 20 comprises a upper lid 21 with folding folds 22 and a sectional opening 22 on one of the faces of the upper lid 21, which is configured so that when the box 20 is closed and sealed during the packing process it allows the upper lid to be closed 21 and that they assume the signaling phalanx 11 and the dispensing spigot system 13 by the opening 23, informing the consumer of the status or integrity of the product that is housed in the inflatable bag 1 and the closing lid 15, allowing the consumer to open the closing lid 15, remove the removable safety ring 17a which and the closure seal 18a connected to each other by the safety ring 17f, so that when detaching the safety ring 17a also detaches the closure seal 18a and accessing the content or product that is inside the inflatable bag 1, without removing the inflatable bag 1 from inside the box 20.

Although the preferred embodiment and several alternative embodiments of the invention have been disclosed and described in detail herein, for those skilled in the art various changes in form and detail, as well as other variants and applications may be apparent from of what has been disclosed, therefore it must be considered within the spirit and scope of the described invention. Therefore, any average expert in the field should understand that the current description of the preferred embodiments has been made by way of example only, and that numerous changes can be made without departing from the essence and scope of the described technical rule. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is defined in the appended claims.

Claims

CLAIMS.

1. System for storing fraudulent tamper-proof products comprising:

an unfailing bag;

a phalanx of signaling forming part of the body of the infiable bag;

a dispensing means coupled to the infiable bag; Y

a box or packaging that houses the infiable bag inside.

2. The system of claim no. 1 where the infiable bag comprises:

a first and second outer sheets of plastic material;

a third central sheet of plastic material placed between the first and second sheet, where the edges of the first, second and third sheets are sealed, and the surface of the third central sheet is fixed by thermal means or by a permanent industrial adhesive on the surface of the first and second external sheets defining alternate longitudinal folds that delimit longitudinal spaces or cavities through which air circulates through holes connecting said longitudinal folds and where the sheets comprising the bag are folded over its half with the sealed edges by thermal means or by a permanent industrial adhesive;

a signaling phalanx, defined by a first pre-cut zone;

an outlet duct defined by a second pre-cut zone; Y

a box or packaging arranged to house inside the infiable bag.

3. The system of claim no. 1 where the inflexible bag defines a first pre-cut zone from which a signaling phalanx is configured and a second pre-cut zone that configures an exit orifice for a dispensing means;

4. The system of claim no. 1 where the dispensing means is a dispensing spigot system comprising a top cap with threaded section and a bottom cap that are coupled to each other by a tongue and groove joint and a threaded cap 15 that conforms to the top cap.

The system of claim no. 1 where the upper cap has an outer thread segment, a safety ring detached from it, a first safety ring that joins the upper edge of the upper cap and a second safety ring that is fixed to the distal edge of the cap delimiting a internal cavity and a base of the cap impregnated with adhesive.

6. The system of claim no. 1 where the bottom cap comprises a seal seal of the outlet duct with coupling edge and a cap base impregnated with an adhesive

7. The system of claim no. 1 comprising a hermetic connection of the dispensing means to the inflexible bag resulting from the tongue and groove joint of the upper cap and the lower cap and of the adhesive present at the base of both caps to the outer layers of the inflatable bag.

8. The system of claim no. 1 where the box or package comprises a sectional opening in one of the faces of the upper lid of the box that visually exposes the signaling phalanx and the dispensing means.

9. The system of claim no. 1 where the air pressure present in the signaling phalanx indicates to the consumer the status of the product.

10. Use of the system of claim no. 1 for the safe storage of fraudulent tamper-proof products.

11. System for storing fraudulent tamper-proof products comprising:

an inflexible bag with phalange of signaling;

an air inlet valve connected to the body of the inflexible bag;

a dispensing means coupled to the infiable bag; Y

a box or package that houses an infiable bag inside.

12. System for the storage of tamper-proof products according to claim 6 wherein the air inlet valve is fixed to the first or second layer and anywhere in the structure of the infiable bag.
