In order to pass this fastening bolt (59), a bolt mounting hole (59a) is formed in the joint (55) of the protrusion (51) of the upper support (33) and the lower support (23). The upper casing (30) is fixed to the lower casing (20) by the fastening bolt (59). Conversely, if the fastening bolt (59) is removed, the upper casing (30) can be separated from the lower casing (20).
14 to 16, the inclined surface protruding upward from the upper end of the lower support column (23) is formed as an attachment stabilizing portion that guides insertion into the upper support column (33) into the lower support column (23). ing.
Further, except for the fastening bolt (59), the bolt for attaching the upper casing (30) to the lower casing (20) is basically provided on the front surface or the back surface of the casing (2).
-Assembling and maintenance work for casing (2)-
In this embodiment, the lower unit (2A) and the upper unit (2B) are assembled separately, and then the lower unit (2A) and the upper unit (2B) are integrated, and then the front panel (40) is mounted. Assemble the outdoor unit (1).
First, in the lower unit (2A), refrigerant circuit components such as an outdoor heat exchanger (10) and a compressor (3) are accommodated in the lower casing (20), and the lower unit is configured by the lower casing (20) and various parts. Perform assembly work (2A). On the other hand, in the upper unit (2B), mechanical parts such as a fan motor and a fan (7) are accommodated in the upper casing (30), and the upper unit (2B) is assembled using the upper casing (30) and various parts. .
In FIG. 12, the upper casing (30) is arranged above the lower casing (20) in a state of being suspended by an overhead crane or the like, and is gradually lowered so that the lower end of the upper column (33) is moved to the lower column (23). ) To assemble as one casing (2). At this time, the projecting portion (51) projecting downward from the lower surface of the upper casing (30) is operated while aligning with the joining portion (55) which is the upper end portion of the lower support post (23), and then the lower support post The joint part (55) of (23) and the protrusion part (51) of the upper support column (33) are fastened with fastening bolts (59) (see FIGS. 14 and 15).
In FIG. 12, the electrical component box (6) and the front panel (40) are attached to the integrated lower casing (20) and upper casing (30). A rear panel (37) is also attached to the upper casing (30). If possible, the rear panel (37) may be attached to the upper casing (30) when the upper unit (2B) is assembled as a single unit.
When performing maintenance of the outdoor heat exchanger (10), which is the purpose of this disclosure, the following work is performed. First, the front panel (40) is removed from the casing (2). Next, the side panel (36) and the back panel (37) of the upper casing (30) are removed. When removing the side panel (36), the side panel (36) is provided with a recess (36g), and the front or rear edge of the recess (36g) is opened to the front or back side of the casing (2). Therefore, for example, even when a plurality of outdoor units (1) are installed side by side with a narrow clearance, as shown in FIG. 19, the mounting bolt (38) of the recessed portion (36g) is attached to the front surface of the casing (2). It can be accessed with a tool (58) such as a wrench from the side or rear side, and the mounting bolt (38) can be easily loosened.
When the front mounting bolt (38) and the rear mounting bolt (38) are removed from the casing (2), the side panel (36) of the upper casing (30) can be removed from the casing (2). When the side panel (36) is removed, the fastening bolt (59) on the side of the connecting portion (50) can be accessed from above, so that the fastening bolt (59) can also be removed easily.
After removing the fastening bolt (59), the upper casing (30) is separated from the lower casing (20) by lifting it with a crane or the like. In this embodiment, the fan (7) and the fan that are disposed above the outdoor heat exchanger (10) are simply removed by removing the eight bolts (59) that fasten the lower column (23) and the upper column (33). The upper casing (30) including the parts around the motor (8) can be easily removed from the lower casing (20).
When the upper casing (30) is removed from the lower casing (20), the upper part of the lower casing (20) is released, so that the outdoor heat exchanger (10) disconnected from the refrigerant pipe can be lifted to The heat exchanger (10) can be removed by pulling upward from the casing (2).
Also, by removing the upper casing (30), the load applied to the lower strut (23) of the lower casing (20) is eliminated, so a plurality of bolts fastened to the base leg (22b) and the side stay (22c) By removing the screw (26), the lower column (23) can be easily removed from the lower casing (20). In particular, by removing the lower column (23) and the rear support plate (25) installed on the rear side of the lower casing (20), the outdoor heat exchanger (10) is slid outward from the rear side to lower the casing. Since it can be removed from (20) and the outdoor heat exchanger (10) does not have to be pulled upward, maintenance can be performed more easily.
-Effects of the embodiment-
According to this embodiment, the outdoor unit (1) includes the heat exchanger (10) in the lower space (S1) in which the casing (2) is surrounded by a plurality of lower columns (23) extending in the vertical direction. ) And the compressor (3) are arranged in the lower casing (20), and the upper space (S2) surrounded by a plurality of upper columns (33) extending in the vertical direction, the fan (7) is arranged An upper casing (30), and a connecting portion (50) for connecting the lower strut (22) and the upper strut (33) are provided.
The upper column (33) includes, at its lower end, a protrusion (51) that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the upper casing (30), and a joint (55) of the lower column (23) and the upper column. The protrusion (51) of (33) is connected to the upper casing (30) so that the upper casing (30) is fixed to the lower casing (20).
According to this embodiment, the upper casing (30) having the protruding portion (51) protruding downward is placed on the lower casing (20), and the lower support (23) provided on the lower casing (20) is mounted on the lower casing (20). The casing (2) is formed by connecting the projecting portion (51) of the upper column (33) provided in the upper casing (30) with the connecting portion (50). As described above, the upper casing (30) can be connected or assembled by placing the upper casing (30) on the lower casing (20) from above. ), It is possible to remove various components provided above the outdoor heat exchanger (10), so that the outdoor heat exchanger (10) can be accessed and maintenance work can be easily performed.
In addition, a taper taper part (53) is formed at the lower end of the protrusion part (51) so that the protrusion part (51) of the upper support pillar (33) can be easily inserted into the joint part (55) of the lower support pillar (23). Therefore, the work of attaching the upper casing (30) suspended by an overhead crane or the like to the lower casing (20) can be easily performed.
According to this embodiment, the lower unit (2A) and the upper unit (2B) are separately manufactured in parallel with each other, and then the lower unit (2A) and the upper unit (2B) are assembled into one outdoor unit. (1) can be manufactured. Therefore, it is possible to shorten the manufacturing time of one outdoor unit as compared with the conventional general manufacturing method in which all components are mounted in one casing.
According to this embodiment, the mounting surface (57) on which the upper casing (30) is mounted is formed at the upper end of the lower support column (23), and more specifically, is mounted on the upper casing (30). A mounting surface (57) on which the lower edge (36c), which is the lower end surface of the side panel (36), is mounted. Therefore, the upper casing (30) can be easily placed and supported on the upper end of the lower column (23), and a structure that sufficiently supports the load acting from the upper casing (30) can be easily realized.
In addition, the lower support column (23) and the upper support column (33) have a cross-sectional shape having a plurality of bent portions, and have a characteristic of being difficult to buckle. The lower strut (23) and the upper strut (33) are used to constitute the connecting portion (50), and the lower first joint surface (56c) and the upper first joint surface (52c) are connected to the fastening bolt (59 ) And the lower second joint surface (56d) and the upper second joint surface (52d) are fastened by fastening bolts (59), so that the upper casing (20) is firmly attached to the lower casing (30). The configuration can be easily realized.
Further, regarding the configuration of the connecting portion (50), in this embodiment, the side panel (36) of the upper casing (30) is connected to the rectangular side plate (36a) and the lower edge portion (36c) connected to the lower side thereof. And the lower edge (36c) is placed on the mounting surface (57), so that the portion (side panel (37)) supported by the lower support (23) is attached to the upper casing (30). ) But not the part fixed to the upper casing (30). When the side panel (36) is removed, the fastening bolt (59) on the side surface of the connecting portion (50) can be accessed from above, so that the fastening bolt (59) can also be easily removed. Therefore, according to this embodiment, even when a plurality of outdoor units (1) are installed side by side, the outdoor unit (1) can be easily installed and maintained.
Regarding maintenance of the outdoor unit (1), such as when replacing the outdoor heat exchanger (10), when the conventional outdoor units are arranged side by side with a narrow clearance of about 20 mm, the bolts on the side of the casing Since it was provided near the center, it was difficult to remove the bolt because the clearance was narrow, and the work was very difficult. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the fastening bolt (59) is connected to the casing (2) by configuring the connecting portion (50) using the columns (23, 33) provided at the four corners of the casing (2). It will be located within the reach of the tool (spanner) easily from the front and back of 2), and the fastening bolt (59) can be easily attached and detached. Also, if the fastening bolt (59) is removed, the bolts on the other side can be easily removed by inserting a tool into the clearance from above, and the other bolts are provided on the front or back of the casing (2). Therefore, work can be done easily.
In the present embodiment, the casing (2) has a front plate (41 to 44) mounted on the upper casing (30) and the lower casing (20) as a front panel (40). In this configuration, the upper casing (30) is attached to the lower casing (20) to form one casing (2), and then the front panel (40) is attached to close the opening of the casing (2). . When this front panel is removed, a wide opening from the lower casing (20) to the upper casing (30) appears, and maintenance work can be easily performed in this respect.
Also, since the front panel (40) is mounted across the upper casing (30) and the lower casing (20), it has the effect of improving the strength of the casing (2).
