Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis eines Ladevertrags eines Benutzers zum Freigeben eines Ladevorgangs zum Laden eines Elektrofahrzeugs an einer Ladeinfrastruktur (14), folgende Schritte umfassend: a) Erzeugen eines dem Ladevertrag des Benutzers zugeordneten Merkmals durch einen Fahrstromanbieter (10) (Schritt 100, Schritt 300); b) Verschlüsselte Übertragung des dem Ladevertrag des Benutzers zugeordneten Merkmals vom Fahrstromanbieter in einen sicheren Speicher des mobilen Endgeräts (12) des Benutzers (Schritt 120, Schritt 320); c) Übertragen von Daten zumindest vom mobilen Endgerät zur Ladeinfrastruktur unter Verwendung des dem Ladevertrag des Benutzers zugeordneten Merkmals (Schritt 140, Schritt 340); d) Überprüfen der von der Ladeinfrastruktur empfangenen Daten unter Verwendung eines des Ladevertrags des Benutzers zugeordneten Merkmals (Schritt 220, Schritt 360); und e) Freigeben des Ladevorgangs durch die Ladeinfrastruktur bei erfolgreicher Überprüfung (Schritt 240, Schritt 380). Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein entsprechendes System zum Nachweis eines Ladevertrags eines Benutzers zum Freigeben eines Ladevorgangs zum Laden eines Elektrofahrzeugs an einer Ladeinfrastruktur (14).
