Description

一种医用空气消毒装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及医学消毒技术领域,具体为一种医用空气消毒装置。
背景技术
空气消毒机,即为对空气消毒杀菌的机器。除了杀灭细菌、病毒、霉菌、孢子等所谓杀菌消毒外,有的机型还能去除室内空气中的甲醛,苯酚等等有机污染气体,而且还可以杀灭或者过滤花粉等过敏源。空气消毒机的最大优势是可以对房间进行彻底消毒,无死角到达不了的,杀毒更彻底,对吸烟产生的烟雾和烟味、卫生间的不良气味和人的体味等也能有效的去除。
目前市场上的消毒装置能够有效的避免各种恶性病毒的滋生和传播,但是传统的空气消毒机,不方便移动,消毒方式单一,且消毒效果不佳,不利于患者身体的康复。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种医用空气消毒装置,具备移动方便、消毒效果好且消毒方式多的优点,解决了以上背景技术提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种医用空气消毒装置,包括箱体,所述箱体内壁的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的一端固定连接有紫外线杀菌灯,所述箱体内壁位于紫外线杀菌灯的下端固定连接有固定杆,所述固定杆远离箱体的一端固定连接有空气存储箱,所述空气存储箱包括吸风泵、伸缩管、防尘盖、放置盒和输出管,所述空气存储箱的上表面固定连接有吸风泵,所述吸风泵输出轴的一端固定连接有伸缩管,所述伸缩管的一侧活动连接有防尘盖,所述空气存储箱机体内部的下表面固定 连接有放置盒,所述空气存储箱的一侧固定连接有输出管,所述空气存储箱下表面的一侧固定连接有过滤网,所述箱体内部下表面的中部固定连接有风机,所述风机的输出端固定连接有进风扇,所述进风扇包括扇轴和扇叶,所述风机输出轴的一端固定连接有扇轴,所述扇轴的两侧均固定连接有扇叶,所述箱体内部的下表面开设有进风口。
优选的,所述紫外线杀菌灯的外表套装有防护灯罩。
优选的,所述进风泵输出轴的一端开设有进风口。
优选的,所述放置盒的内部设置有活性炭。
优选的,所述扇叶的数量为四个,且四个所述扇叶以扇轴的中心点为中心点呈环形阵列设置。
优选的,所述箱体的下表面固定连接有滚轮。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种医用空气消毒装置,具备以下
有益效果:
1、该医用空气消毒装置,通过进风扇的设置,进风扇可以通过底部的孔洞将空气引入,使得该设备具备引入空气的功能,从而对引入的空气进行杀菌处理,通过过滤网的设置,过滤网可以过滤空气里的杂质,从而使得该设备具备过滤功能。
2、该医用空气消毒装置,通过活性炭的设置,活性炭能吸附有害气体而非遮盖或淡化气味,从根本上彻底清除室内污染,使得该设备具备净化空气的功能,通过紫外线杀菌灯的设置,紫外线杀菌灯可以杀死空气中的细菌,使得该设备具备杀菌的功能。

请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种医用空气消毒装置,包括箱体1,箱体1内壁的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆2,支撑杆2的一端固定连接有紫外线杀菌灯3,紫外线杀菌灯3的外表套装有防护灯罩11,箱体1内壁位于紫外线杀菌灯3的下端固定连接有固定杆4,固定杆4远离箱体1的一端固定连接有空气存储箱5,空气存储箱5包括吸风泵501、伸缩管502、防尘盖503、放置盒504和输出管505,空气存储箱5的上表面固定连接有吸风泵501,进风泵501输出轴的一端开设有进风口12,吸风泵501输出轴的一端固定连接有伸缩管502,伸缩管502的一侧活动连接有防尘盖503,空气存储箱5机体内部的下表面固定连接有放置盒504,放置盒504的内部设置有活性炭13,空气存储箱5的一侧固定连接有输出管505,空气存储箱5下表面的一侧固定连接有过滤网6,箱体1内部下表面的中部固定连接有风机7,风机7的输出端固定连接有进风扇8,进风扇8包括扇轴801和扇叶802,风机7输出轴的一端固定连接有扇轴801,扇轴801的两侧均固定连接有扇叶802,扇叶802的数量为四个,且四个扇叶以扇轴801的中心点为中心点呈环形阵列设置,箱体1内部的下表面开设有进风口10。
箱体1的下表面固定连接有滚轮14。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
综上所述,该医用空气消毒装置,通过进风扇8的设置,进风扇8可以通过底部的孔洞将空气引入,使得该设备具备引入空气的功能,从而对引入的空气进行杀菌处理,通过过滤网6的设置,过滤网6可以过滤空气里的杂质,从而使得该设备具备过滤功能,通过活性炭12的设置,活性炭12能吸附有害气体而非遮盖或淡化气味,从根本上彻底清除室内污染,使得该设备具备净化空气的功能,通过紫外线杀菌灯3的设置,紫外线杀菌灯3可以杀死空气中的细菌,使得该设备具备杀菌的功能。

  1. 一种医用空气消毒装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内壁的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆(2),所述支撑杆(2)的一端固定连接有紫外线杀菌灯(3),所述箱体(1)内壁位于紫外线杀菌灯(3)的下端固定连接有固定杆(4),所述固定杆(4)远离箱体(1)的一端固定连接有空气存储箱(5),所述空气存储箱(5)包括吸风泵(501)、伸缩管(502)、防尘盖(503)、放置盒(504)和输出管(505),所述空气存储箱(5)的上表面固定连接有吸风泵(501),所述吸风泵(501)输出轴的一端固定连接有伸缩管(502),所述伸缩管(502)的一侧活动连接有防尘盖(503),所述空气存储箱(5)机体内部的下表面固定连接有放置盒(504),所述空气存储箱(5)的一侧固定连接有输出管(505),所述空气存储箱(5)下表面的一侧固定连接有过滤网(6),所述箱体(1)内部下表面的中部固定连接有风机(7),所述风机(7)的输出端固定连接有进风扇(8),所述进风扇(8)包括扇轴(801)和扇叶(802),所述风机(7)输出轴的一端固定连接有扇轴(801),所述扇轴(801)的两侧均固定连接有扇叶(802),所述箱体(1)内部的下表面开设有进风口(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用空气消毒装置,其特征在于:所述紫外线杀菌灯(3)的外表套装有防护灯罩(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用空气消毒装置,其特征在于:所述进风泵(501)输出轴的一端开设有进风口(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用空气消毒装置,其特征在于:所述放置盒(504)的内部设置有活性炭(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用空气消毒装置,其特征在于:所述扇叶(802)的数量为四个,且四个所述扇叶以扇轴(801)的中心点为中心点呈环形阵列设置。
