Description

Satellite hydraulic motor
The subject of invention is a satellite hydraulic motor with supply connections located in the rear section of the motor.
Planetary cam hydraulic motor with cog-wheeled satellites located between toothed races of concentrically placed inner and outer cams with supply channels in the inner cam, with outflow channels located in the middle of cam lobe height is known from the patent description no. 71329.
Planetary cam type displacement machine intended specifically to work with working fluid of low viscosity, characterized by the fact that working chamber area is separated from the casing area with flexible sealing rings and face sealing rings, however, the width of the faces of the sealing surface of the face sealing rings is lower than 2 mm and bottom edges of these rings are located on the lowest diameter of the face sealing rings is known from the patent description PL 171305.
Planetary cam type displacement machine with axial clearance compensation intended for motor or pomp operation where operating medium is a fluid, especially of low viscosity is known from the patent description PL 185724. Displacement machine has plate construction, and the essential feature of the invention is that the plate elements of the machine are axially integrated with screws located in the axis of eight inward convex lobes of the body. Moreover, intermediate plates closing the faces of the working chambers of the machine feature supply channels and channels distributing the working fluid. Supply channels are also connected with the volumes of the compensation areas located on the outer sides of the intermediate plates. Due to this, the inner face surfaces of the intermediate plates are pressed by the pressure force of the working fluid to face surfaces of moving satellites and impeller cooperating with the plates.
Hydraulic planetary motor with body in the form of an open cylindrical container which houses a centrally placed rotary shaft on which planet cooperating with satellites moving along the curvature is mounted, while the pressure area produced between the planet and curvature is closed with a pressing plate which is pressed on with a thrust plate with equally spaced thrust screws located in the plate opposite to the pressure area, is known from patent description PL 200588.
Satellite hydraulic motor with manifolds, incorporated on both sides of the working mechanism consisting of a planet, curvature and satellites, with favourably located in the middle section of the face areas main channel and collecting channel facing each other and connected with at least one axial hole, is known from patent description PL 215061. Each main channel is connected with a relief in the body which creates an auxiliary channel through at least one radial hole. Between the manifold and toothed assembly, an intermediate plate capping the motor pressure chambers is located. Side wall of the body has at least one passing screw, favourably with spherical head, cooperating with at least one, favourably spherical indentation made on the outer cylindrical surface of the curvature.
Satellite pump characterized by the fact that the pump body on its whole circumference features equally spaced radial holes, favourably of circular cross section, and the holes are located coaxially with holes in the inner manifold of the pump is known from patent description PL 216704. The body of the pump features a rotary suction manifold with possibly large area of the transverse cross-section of fluid flow channel allowing the supply of the fluid from the suction channel to the holes in the body.
Satellite hydraulic motor with axial clearance compensation of satellites and planet containing two compensation plates, each of which having holes supplying the working chambers and channels located at an equal distance from the planet axis, which connect flat crevices created by the planet face and compensation plates with compensation chambers is known from patent description PL 219147.
Satellite motor characterized by the fact that the planet has at least one longitudinal through hole with diameter favourably equal to the width of a tooth notched on the lateral surface of the impeller is known from patent description PL 224867. On each of its face surfaces the planet has an open crevice joining the exhaust of longitudinal, axial through hole with impeller edge, favourably located in the area of the notch bottom.
All the satellite motors and pumps described above are characterized by the fact that: a) both fluid inflow and outflow connections are placed perpendicularly to the axis of the machine shaft - on the side of the machine;
b) they contain two compensation plates being at the same time the commutation plates, one on each side of the satellite working mechanism and one plate has inflow holes while the other one has outflow holes. Apart from inflow or outflow holes, each of the plates can feature channels connecting the crevice created by the planet face and the compensation plate with the compensation area.
Construction features specified above cause an increase of the size and weight of both the motor and the pump and adversely influence the conditions of mounting them in machines and other hydraulic systems.
An object of this invention is aimed in developing a satellite motor which does not have the inconveniences specified above.
The subject of this invention is a satellite hydraulic motor consisting of the front body, satellite working mechanism being a planet, curvature and satellites located between the planet and satellites, single compensation plate, commutation plate and manifold and characterized by the fact that the front body contains favourably placed two bearings, a seal and a shaft with a planet mounted on its end. A compensation plate with at least one compensating hole connecting the crevice created by the planet face and this compensation plate with the compensation chamber, is fitted between the working mechanism and front body. Commutation plate with commutation channels whose amount equals twice the number of the lobes of the curvature is fitted on the other side of the satellite mechanism. In the medium section of the commutation plate, favourably coaxially to the motor shaft the first ball - spring assembly is located. It allows draining the leaks from the shaft chamber to the first supply channel. In the commutation plate, between the shaft axis and annulus of mounting the planet on the shaft neck the second ball - spring assembly is located which also allows the draining of leaks from the shaft chamber to the supply channel in the shape of a ring located in the manifold. The axis of one of the supply channels is placed perpendicularly to the shaft axis, and, favourably overlaps the shaft axis. On one side the channel is connected with the commutation channels through the channels located radially to the shaft axis, while on the other side it is connected with the connection located in the manifold and supplying the motor. Its axis favourably overlaps the axis of the supply channel. Second supply channel is located in the manifold and has the shape of a ring whose axis favourably overlaps the axis of the motor shaft. The curvature of the motor is not moveable and is compressed between the commutation plate and compensation plate with the aid of the assembly screws, placed on the perimeter of the curvature, favourably in equal angular spacing. The number of the screws is, favourably, not lower than the number of the curvature lobes.
The subject of the invention is clarified in detail in the figures below presenting the execution example, where fig. 1 presents the motor in axial cross section while fig.2 presents the transverse cross section of the motor through the working mechanism and fig.3 presents the transverse cross section of the motor through the commutation plate and fig.4 presents the transverse cross section of the motor through the compensation plate.
Satellite hydraulic motor consists of front body 5, satellite working mechanism being a curvature 1, planet 2 and satellites 3 placed between curvature 1 and planet 2. Between the working mechanism and front body 5 there is a compensation plate 6 with at least one compensation hole OK connecting the crevice created by the face of planet 2 and the compensation plate 6 with compensation chamber KK. Front body 5 features two bearings 9, seal 12 and shaft 4. Planet 2 is fitted on the end of the shaft 4. On the other side of the satellite mechanism there is a commutation plate 7 with commutation channels KR1 and KR2, whose number equals twice the number of the lobes of curvature 1. Commutation channels KR1 supply the fluid to the chambers of the satellite working mechanism, while commutation channels KR2 discharge the fluid from these chambers (or vice-versa). In the mid-section of the commutation plate 7, coaxially with the shaft 4, there is the first leakage channel KP1 with ball 13 and spring 14 which allows the discharge of the leakages from the shaft chamber KW to the supply channel KZ1 in the manifold 8. Commutation plate 7, between the axis of the shaft 4 and curvature of fitting the planet 2 on the neck of shaft 4, features the second leakage channel KP2 ended with a ball 15 and a spring 16.The spring 16 hollow is connected to the supply channel KZ 2 through leakage channel KP3.The arrangement of channels KP2, KP3, ball 15 and spring 16 allows the discharge of leakages from the shaft chamber KW to supply channel KZ2 located in the manifold 8.The axis of the supply channel KZ1 is arranged parallel to the axis of shaft 4 and the distance between these two axes does not exceed a quarter of the diameter of shaft 4. On one side, KZ1 channel is connected with the commutation channels KR1 through channels K1 arranged radially to the axis of the shaft 4, while on the other side it is connected to supply connection PI supplying the motor. The axis of the connection PI and the axis of the supply channel KZ1 overlap. Second supply channel KZ2 is located in the manifold 8 and is shaped as a ring whose axis overlaps the axis of shaft 4. On one side, channel KZ2 is directly connected to the commutation channels KR2, while on the other side it is connected with the supply connection P2 located in the manifold 8; the axis of P2 connection is parallel to the axis of the shaft. Motor curvature 1 is immovable and is compressed together with compensation plate 6 between the commutation plate 7 and front body with the assembly screws 10. The screws are located on the perimeter of the curvature with equal angular spacing. In the execution example presented in the figures, the number of screws equals the number of curvature lobes and equals 6. The manifold 8 is screwed on to the commutation plate with screws 11.
