Description

Drug holder and cleaning set with drug
The present invention relates to a medicine holder for placing a solid medicine for cleaning in a flush toilet and a cleaning set for the medicine holder and the medicine.
Priority is claimed on Japanese Patent Application No. 2018-9430, filed Jan. 24, 2018, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference.
In recent years, Western-style toilets have been increasingly used as washing water of the Western-style toilets in a swirling manner (a tornado system) in order to improve the cleaning effect and save water. In this method, the recess on the inner side of the upper rim (rim) of the toilet bowl has a flush water discharge port, and flush water after discharge is guided by the recess and flows down to the lower portion of the toilet bowl while forming a vortex. Therefore, the increase in the flow rate of the washing water may reduce the contamination of the toilet bowl, and since there is no washing tank, the washing agent set inside or above the washing tank has not been used. However, for example, in the toilets of facilities used by a large number of public, cleaning was inadequate. In addition, household toilets are also required to have a cleaning agent to prevent the toilet bowl from becoming dirty.
As a solution to this problem, solid medications suspended on the toilet bowl rim are used. Although these are effective for the lower portion of the toilet bowl when suspended simply, they do not have an effect for the recess, so it was necessary to manually clean the troublesome location for cleaning.
The suspension type solid drug is roughly classified into a type in which the solid drug is exposed and a type in which the solid drug is accommodated in a container. Among them, in the type in which the solid drug is exposed (for example, Patent Document 1), depending on the type of the drug, the drug may be consumed more than necessary, and frequent replacement may be necessary. For this reason, in Patent Document 1, it is preferable to provide the suspending device with a protruding portion that prevents the contact between the solid medicine and the toilet bowl wall surface. On the other hand, in the type in which the solid drug is stored in the container, there is a problem that it is difficult to prevent the contamination of the container itself although there is a drug elution adjustment effect (for example, Patent Document 2). In addition, when the medicine or medicine container enters the recess too much, there is also a problem that the washing water collides with it and is easily scattered, and conventionally, the lower part of the toilet bowl has been the cleaning target.

The present invention is a holder for solid medicine for toilet cleaning installed inside a flush type Western-style toilet, which holds the medicine at a predetermined position with at least a part of the medicine exposed, and additionally, the medicine is unnecessary. It is an object of the present invention to provide a medicine which exerts its effect without being consumed and which exerts the effect even to the upper part of the toilet bowl, particularly to the vicinity of the recess inside the rim.

In the present invention, the "water-washing type toilet" is a type of toilet having a washing water discharge port at a part or the whole of the rim of the toilet bowl and washing the whole inner wall of the toilet bowl with the discharged washing water. There are toilets (Western-style toilets) of the type that sits directly on the floor.
The "tornado type toilet" is one of the flush type toilets in which flush water flows through the rim of the toilet bowl and gradually flows down the toilet bowl. Therefore, what falls naturally from the rim of the toilet bowl and flows below the toilet bowl is not included in the tornado system.
"Rim" refers to the upper rim of the toilet bowl.
The "concave portion" refers to a recess portion provided along the rim portion below the rim portion inside the toilet bowl along with the flush water discharge port, and in the tornado system, is a portion that becomes the flush water flow path.
"Washing water" is water having the purpose of flushing excrement in the toilet in a toilet such as a Western-style toilet, and refers to water flowing in the toilet bowl automatically or manually.
The "drug" refers to a water-soluble solid substance used in the present invention, and contains a medicinal ingredient for washing.
In the present invention, the “drug holder” refers to the entire device for holding and using a drug in the toilet bowl, and the constituent members may be separate and configured to be able to be locked at the time of use. At least a part of the members may be connected to be usable as it is.
The “drug set” means the entire product of the drug and the drug holder, and the components may be different or partially connected as described above. In particular, as described below, it is preferable that the “drug fixing portion”, which is a component of the drug holder, and the drug be fixed in advance.
The medicine holder of the present invention is a member for installing the medicine on the upper wall surface inside the flush toilet bowl such as the tornado type.
The drug holding member comprises at least both the following locking member (A) and drug holding member (B).
(A) Locking member The locking member is a locking portion for locking at least the medicine holder of the present invention to the toilet rim.
A hanging portion extending to the locking portion and hanging downward toward the center of the toilet than the solid medicine (C) at the time of installation,
It extends to the lower part of the hanging part, consists of a drug support part for supporting a drug, and has elasticity.
Here, the lower part and the lower part mean the direction or the position in the state where the medicine is installed in the toilet.
The locking member is elastic as a whole and exerts an elastic recovery force.
The material of the locking member may be an elastic plastic, a plate-like material made of metal or the like, or a spring element, or a combination of a plurality of materials including these materials. Is preferred.
(Locking part)
The structure of the locking portion requires at least a clip-like curved or bent structure so as to be hung on the toilet rim, but in particular, in use, the curved structure is opened and fitted to the rim Thus, the elastic recovery force is used to fix at a fixed position of the rim portion, and the drug support portion and the drug fixing member (B) are pressed to the toilet inner wall side through the drooping.
(Droop)
The hanging portion is straight, and is disposed substantially vertically in a state installed in the toilet. The length of the drooping is not particularly limited, but the drug is placed near the inner periphery of the toilet bowl, particularly the recess, since the drug is placed close to the central part below the toilet bowl if it is excessively long and the effect of the present invention can not be obtained. It is preferable to adjust the length of the hanging portion so that the medicine enters the lower recess of the toilet bowl rim. In addition, it is preferable to design the hanging portion so that the drug is disposed in the recess even when the drug dissolution progresses and the size is reduced.
(Pharmaceutical support)
The drug support portion is a member extending in a substantially L shape at the lower portion of the hanging portion and supporting the drug by being connected to the drug fixing member (B) at least in use and fixing the drug fixing member.
Here, when describing “the lower portion of the hanging portion”, since the hanging portion has a function of coupling the locking portion and the drug support portion, there is no particular need for the hanging portion to protrude below the drug support portion. Preferably, the drug support portion is extended to the “lower end of the hanging portion”.
The drug support may be connected in advance to the drug fixing member (B) by a method such as integral molding. That is, the locking member (A) and the medicine fixing member (B) may be an integral member. However, since it is preferable that the drug fixing member (B) and the drug (C) be integrally formed as described below, the drug support portion is different from the drug fixing member (B) for the convenience of manufacturing and packaging. It is preferable to use as a member and to lock both members at the time of use. The portion where the two members are locked needs to have a structure fixed so that the elastic recovery force of the locking member (A) is transmitted to the drug (C) in use.
Means for locking the drug fixing member (B) to the drug support portion include fitting, bonding, locking with fixing parts such as screws, etc., and designed so that both members can be fitted at the time of use Is preferred.
The drug support is preferably designed such that the drug is disposed in the recess even when the drug dissolves and the drug is miniaturized.
At the time of use, the medicine support portion is disposed substantially horizontally and substantially orthogonal to the hanging portion disposed substantially vertically. When viewed from above the toilet bowl, the drooping portion is in the toilet bowl inner side than the drug, and the drug supporting portion couples the drooping portion to the drug fixing member. Further, when the toilet bowl longitudinal section passing through both members (A) and (B) is seen, the medicine support portion is in the toilet bowl inner direction than the medicine fixing member and the medicine, and supports the medicine fixing member.
Since many conventional solid detergents for Western-style toilet bowls only require hanging on the rim of the toilet bowl, the cleaning agent or its container is suspended. That is, it is a mode in which a drug or a drug container is simply coupled to the lower end of the hanging portion referred to in the present invention.
In such a manner, the cleaning agent or the container thereof will be disposed apart from the toilet bowl inner peripheral edge, and the toilet bowl inner peripheral edge, particularly the recess on the rim lower portion has a poor cleaning effect. In addition, when cleaning the toilet bowl, the cleaning agent may be lifted by the water flow of the cleaning water.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the cleaning agent can be disposed at the inner peripheral edge portion of the toilet bowl, in particular, near the concave portion below the rim portion, and the cleaning effect to this portion is excellent. When using what has a high effect of foaming as a cleaning agent, the effect which further raises foaming is anticipated by arrange | positioning in the strong recessed part of a water flow. In addition, it is possible to prevent the cleaning agent from rising by the water flow. In particular, the placement of the cleaning agent in the recess below the rim which is less visible to the user is aesthetically superior to the use of conventional cleaning agents.
In the present invention, the surface of the medicine may be in contact with the inner wall of the toilet bowl. In particular, it is preferable that at least a part of the surface of the medicine is in contact with the inner wall of the toilet, from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning effect on the recess.
(B) Drug Fixing Member As described above, the drug fixing member (B) is locked to the drug support at least at the time of use, and at least the surface of the solid drug (C) facing the inner wall of the solid drug is exposed It is a member which can be fixed in the closed state.
Here, "exposure" does not merely mean that water or air can flow (for example, when it is completely contained in a bowl-like container), but at least a part of the surface of the medicine can come in contact with the inner wall of the toilet bowl It means being exposed to some extent.
As a method for fixing the drug to the drug fixing member, specifically, a part of the drug may be protected by a container or a shield, but at the end of use, that is, until the drug almost completely dissolves and disappears. It is preferable that the surface opposite to the inner wall is fixed in the exposed state.
In order to exert such an effect, a preferable structure of the drug fixing member is a structure that functions as a "bone" for fixing the drug inside the drug. However, at least the locking portion with the drug support portion of the drug fixing member needs to be out of the drug. Further, as exemplified in the section “Method of manufacturing drug member” later, when a plurality of drugs are connected, the drug fixing member may be out of the drugs among the drugs. Although the specific form of this "bone structure" is not particularly limited, a rod-like or plate-like form can be mentioned, and in particular, a plate-like form having a single or a plurality of through holes to enhance the effect of fixing the drug. The form is preferred. In addition, it is preferable that the drug be present in the center of the solid drug so that part of the drug remains solid and does not detach due to water flow until the end of use.
The material of the drug fixing member may, for example, be plastic or metal, preferably plastic.
The position of the locking portion with the drug support in the drug fixing member is not particularly limited. The position of the locking portion at the time of installation may be any of the upper side, the central vicinity, and the lower side of the drug fixing member, and can be selected according to the ease of manufacture and the like. In addition, regarding the left and right direction when the drug is viewed from the central direction of the toilet bowl at the time of installation, the locking portion is located near the center of gravity of the portion (drug member (D) described later) If it is designed, it is preferable at the point which is easy to install stably.
(Water flow buffer)
When the medicine is placed in the recess below the rim, especially in the tornado type toilet, the water flow here is strong, and as described in the background art section, it is said that the washing water easily collides with it and splatters There is a drawback. In order to prevent this, it is effective to provide a pointed or streamline water flow buffer at least at the end of the drug fixing member which is on the upstream side of the water flow with respect to the drug.
The water flow buffer preferably has the same diameter as the drug. The term "diameter" as used herein is the length occupied by the medicine or the water flow buffer on the toilet bowl longitudinal cross-sectional view. The diameter of the water flow buffer does not have to be particularly large compared to the diameter of the drug, and it is preferable if the ratio of the diameter of the water flow buffer to the diameter of the drug is 1/2 or more.
Such a water flow buffer not only prevents the water from splashing, but also has the effect of preventing excessive dissolution of the drug.
In particular, it is preferable to design the shape of the water flow buffer so that the water flow bypasses the toilet bowl inward direction, not toward the wall side of the water flow buffer. This prevents spattering of water and increases the effect of reducing the dissolution of the drug.
The water flow buffer is preferably integrally provided integrally with or separately from the end of the drug fixing member. In addition, the water flow buffer may be provided not only at one end that hits the water flow upstream side with respect to the medicine but also at both ends. In this way, it is possible to cope with toilet bowls with different water flow directions.
When the water flow buffer portion is separately provided at the end of the drug fixing member, it may be fixedly provided by means such as bonding, fixing parts such as screws, or provided detachably by means such as fitting. It is also good.
Examples of the material of the water flow buffer include plastics, metals and the like, preferably plastics.
(C) Solid Drug The drug in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a solid substance that can be dissolved in water and contains a medicinal ingredient related to washing.
The form of the drug is not particularly limited, but one having a diameter capable of entering a recess below the rim is preferable.
The usable period of the drug can be set arbitrarily depending on the composition of the drug, the manufacturing method, the form, etc., but it is preferable to secure a volume that does not need to be replaced in a very short time. In order to reconcile the above, it is preferable to use a form having a certain length that can enter along the recess below the rim portion.
The form of the drug is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include spheres, ellipsoids, cylinders, rectangular parallelepipeds, etc., and forms having through holes and irregularities, and the component composition, manufacturing method, effect on dissolution, specific use, aesthetic An optimal one can be selected according to the design effect and the like.
The components contained in the drug should at least have a cleansing effect. Further, in particular, if it has an appropriate foaming effect to such an extent that it does not interfere with the use of the toilet bowl, it is preferable because the deodorizing effect and the splash preventing effect at the time of excretion are exhibited.
As a component for exhibiting the above effect, a nonionic surfactant and / or an ionic surfactant are mentioned. In order to manufacture by melt molding, it is preferable to contain a nonionic surfactant as a main component. Furthermore, solid acids, deodorant or antibacterial ingredients, perfumes, coloring ingredients and the like can be added.
Furthermore, depending on the part of the drug (eg, near the surface and near the center) if necessary to obtain effects such as strength maintenance of the drug, change in solubility depending on the size of the drug during use, and changes in fragrance and coloring components Component composition may differ.
(Nonionic surfactant)
Examples of nonionic surfactants include propylene oxide-ethylene oxide copolymers, polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether, alkyltrimethylammonium bromide, polyethylene glycol and the like.
(Ionic surfactant)
As the ionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant is preferred. Specifically, sulfates such as polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate and carboxylates such as myristate can be exemplified.
(Solid acid)
The solid acid has an effect of preventing a scale called urinary stone to which a calcium-based compound or the like generated by the decomposition of urine is fixed. In addition, there is an inhibitory effect on microorganisms, and a deodorizing effect by this is also expected.
A solid acid is an acidic substance which is solid at normal temperature and does not form a salt which reacts with calcium ion to have a solubility of not more than 0.001 g / 100 g (water) in water of pH 5 to 8.5. There is no particular limitation. Examples thereof include water-soluble acid salts such as sodium hydrogen sulfate, potassium hydrogen sulfate and ammonium hydrogen sulfate, water-soluble salts of a strong acid such as ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate with a weak base, boric acid and sulfamic acid. In addition, organic acids such as succinic acid, citric acid, maleic acid, isophthalic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, adipic acid, salicylic acid, benzoic acid, malic acid and the like which are solid at room temperature may be used. It can be used as a mixture of species or more.
(Deodorant or antibacterial ingredient)
The deodorant component is not particularly limited as long as it can be diffused in water. The deodorizing components that can be diffused in water include deodorizing components that can be dissolved in water, deodorizing components that can be dispersed in water, and the like.
As a deodorizing component that can be dissolved in water, quaternary ammonium salts, catechins, tannins, amino acids and the like can be exemplified. In particular, quaternary ammonium salts are preferable because they also have an antibacterial effect.
Examples of deodorizing components that can be dispersed in water include charcoal and activated carbon.
(Fragrance)
The flavor is not particularly limited as long as it has a preferable flavor, but a vegetable flavor represented by eucalyptus essential oil is preferable.
(Coloring component)
The coloring component is not particularly limited, but is preferably water-soluble. In addition, the coloring component itself may have effects such as a deodorizing effect, a fragrance, and a washing effect.
(D) Drug Member In the present invention, when the solid drug (C) is fixed to the drug fixing member (B) is an independent member, this member is referred to as a drug member (D).
In the present invention, the drug fixing member and the drug need to be fixed at least at the time of use. In the case of a cleaning agent of the type stored in a container, it is easy to refill only the drug after the drug is consumed, but in the present invention, it is essential that at least a part of the surface be exposed, It is difficult to achieve compatibility with the refillable type. Therefore, it is preferable that the drug fixing member and the drug be a previously fixed "drug member".
Specific examples of the drug member include ones in which the drug fixing member fixes the drug by the bone structure inside the drug as described above.
The said pharmaceutical member (D) can be used for use as a medicine set for flush type toilet bowls, such as a tornado system, with the said locking member (A). The locking member (A) and the drug member (D) may be supplied as a set in the attached state, or separate members may be supplied as a set and both may be attached at the time of use .
(Manufacturing method of drug member)
The manufacturing method of the drug member as described above is not particularly limited as long as there is no concern that the drug may be detached from the drug fixing member by the end of use, and a method of forming the drug fixing member by tableting, melt molding etc. Among these, melt molding is preferable in that it is easy to manufacture.
Melt forming is particularly advantageous if the medicament is to have some length which can enter along the recess below the rim, as described above. In this case, although it is possible to integrally mold the entire medicine part, it is easy to divide the medicine into a plurality of parts in the long axis direction.
An example of the production method is given below. A plurality of rectangular containers for containing the melted drug are arranged in series. As a medicine fixed member, it fits in this container row and makes it a bent form which goes out of a container between each container. When a molten drug is injected into these containers and solidified by cooling, a drug member in which a plurality of rectangular solid drugs are connected by a drug fixing member is obtained.
