糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖一般是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者综合作用引起。糖尿病患者体内长期存在的高血糖会导致多个身体器官(例如,眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经系统等)的慢性损害、功能障碍。目前,胰岛素泵是一种成熟的糖尿病治疗方案,包含输注组件的贴片式流体输注泵是完成输注的一种常用耗材。
通常,贴片式流体输注泵包括壳体、储液室、输注组件等,其中输注组件与储液室流体连通,用于将储液室内的输注流体输送至患者体内,输注组件包括输注针,输注针能够从壳体伸出并刺入患者皮肤以输送流体。在贴片式流体输注泵使用之前和使用之后,暴露于外界的输注针容易被折断或刺伤患者等,这会对产品本身和使用者都会造成一定的危险,此外,在向储液室内充填流体(药物)时,暴露于外界的输注针还容易泄露流体。
发明内容
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于贴附式流体输注装置的输注针保护器和配合使用的用于对患者进行连续输注给药的贴附式流体输注装置,即能够保证使用安全性,又可提高易用性和使用舒适度。
根据本发明实施方式的第一方面,提供了一种用于贴附式流体输注装置的输注针保护器,所述输注针保护器适于与所述贴附式流体输注装置配合使用,包括:本体;针密封部,所述针密封部设置于所述本体上,适于在向所述贴附式流体输注装置填充输注流体时收纳并密封所述贴附式流体输注装置的输注针;以及针弯折部,所述针弯折部设置于所述本体上,适于在使用后处理所述贴附式流体输注装置时弯折所述输注针。
在一些实施方式中,所述针密封部为自所述本体的表面向外延伸的第一凸起,所述输注针保护器的第一凸起适于与所述贴附式流体输注装置的输注针伸出的位置的第一凹部相匹配以收纳并密封所述输注针。所述第一凸起为粘接在所述本体的表面上的弹性密封件。例如,所述弹性密封件为橡皮隔膜或硅胶隔膜。

输注针保护器1的针密封部12为自本体11的表面向外延伸的第一凸起,例如,可以是粘接在本体11的表面上的弹性密封件,例如橡皮隔膜或硅胶隔膜等可以密封包裹住输注针23的部件。输注针保护器1的第一凸起(针密封部)12与贴附式流体输注装置2的第一凹部24相匹配,输注针23可以收纳并密封在第一凸起12内。可选地,针密封部12也可以是其他可以收纳并密封输注针23的部件,可以根据需要设置在输注针保护器1的本体11的任何 位置。
输注针保护器还包括固定部14,适于将输注针保护器1与贴附式流体输注装置2相固定。输注针保护器的固定部14为自本体11的表面向外延伸的第二凸起,而贴附式流体输注装置2的壳体21上设置有凹槽27,第二凸起14与凹槽27相匹配,从而固定输注针保护器1与贴附式流体输注装置2。第二凸起与相匹配的凹槽的位置可以根据实际需要来设置。例如,第二凸起可以设置在第一凸起的周围,以便于加强输注针保护器1的第一凸起与贴附式流体输注装置2的第一凹部24之间的配合。可选地,也可以通过其他方式使输注针保护器1与贴附式流体输注装置2相固定,例如卡扣结构等。
输注针保护器1的针弯折部13设置于本体11上,适于在使用后处理贴附式流体输注装置2时弯折输注针23。例如,针弯折部13可以为卡槽,与输注针23相匹配。卡槽可以设置在本体11任一面的边缘处,或者任一面的中间,任何位置均可以,可以根据需要设置1个、2个或多个卡槽。可选地,针弯折部13也可以是其他可以弯折输注针的形状部件,可以根据需要设置在输注针保护器1的本体11的任何位置。
图3A至图3B图示了使用输注针保护器弯折贴附式流体输注装置的输注针时的示例性过程。图4是图3A至图3B中的贴附式流体输注装置的部分放大示意图。结合图3A至图4可知,在使用后处理贴附式流体输注装置2时,使用输注针保护器的针弯折部13弯折输注针23,被弯折的输注针23可收纳入贴附式流体输注装置2的第二凹部25中,第二凹部内还设置有输注针锁26,适于锁定被弯折的输注针。这样,贴附式流体输注装置2在使用3~5天后,患者可利用输注针保护器1上的卡槽结构,将针弯折并收纳入第二凹部25中,并通过输注针锁26固定收纳入的输注针23,从而在处理过程中保护针。
图5图示了使用输注针保护器触发贴附式流体输注装置的示例性过程。如图5所示,输注针保护器1还包括触发部15,适于触发贴附式流体输注装2的针插入机构,触发部设置于11本体上,为自本体11的表面向外延伸的第三凸起,其体积细小,通常成小半径的圆柱体状。可选地,触发部15也可以是其他可以触发输注针的形状部件,可以根据需要设置在输注针保护器1的本体11的任何位置。
贴附式流体输注装置2还包括位于壳体21内部的针插入机构(未示出), 在壳体21上设置有通向针插入机构的孔28,输注针保护器的触发部15可以穿过孔28以触发该针插入机构。触发部15可以与孔28相匹配或触发部15的直径微小于孔28的直径。这样,在将输注装置贴附在患者身上后,通过输注针保护器的触发部15而不是手指按钮来触发针插入机构,从而驱动输注泵将针插入患者皮下输注药物(如胰岛素),触发部15体积细小,可以避免触发失败或在错误时间触发针插入机构。
应当指出的是,尽管上述装置的各方面是按特定的顺序和特定的结构布置进行描述,但这仅用于举例说明,对本发明不构成限定,所请求保护的主题并不限于所述的顺序和结构布置。本领域技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明实质的情形下,可以对发明做出各种修改,并且可以进行等同替换。因此,本发明所请求保护的主题并不限于上述公开的具体实施方式,还可包括落入权利要求保护范围的所有技术方案以及与之等同的技术方案。此外,在权利要求中,除非另有说明,所有的术语应按最宽泛合理的意思进行理解。
Claims (14)
- 用于贴附式流体输注装置的输注针保护器,所述输注针保护器适于与所述贴附式流体输注装置配合使用,其特征在于,所述输注针保护器包括:本体;针密封部,所述针密封部设置于所述本体上,适于在向所述贴附式流体输注装置填充输注流体时收纳并密封所述贴附式流体输注装置的输注针;以及针弯折部,所述针弯折部设置于所述本体上,适于在使用后处理所述贴附式流体输注装置时弯折所述输注针。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述针密封部为自所述本体的表面向外延伸的第一凸起,所述输注针保护器的第一凸起适于与所述贴附式流体输注装置的输注针伸出的位置的第一凹部相匹配以收纳并密封所述输注针。
- 根据权利要求2所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述第一凸起为粘接在所述本体的表面上的弹性密封件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述弹性密封件为橡皮隔膜或硅胶隔膜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述输注针保护器还包括固定部,适于将所述输注针保护器与所述贴附式流体输注装置相固定。
- 根据权利要求5所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述固定部为自所述本体的表面向外延伸的第二凸起,所述输注针保护器的第二凸起适于与设置在所述贴附式流体输注装置的凹槽相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述针弯折部为卡槽,所述卡槽与所述输注针相匹配。
- 根据权利要求7所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述卡槽设置在所述本体任一面的边缘处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述输注针保护器还包括适于触发所述贴附式流体输注装置的针插入机构的触发部,所述触发部设置于所述本体上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的输注针保护器,其特征在于,所述触发部为自所述本体的表面向外延伸的第三凸起。
- 用于对患者进行给药的贴附式流体输注装置,所述贴附式流体输注装置适于与权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的输注针保护器配合使用,其特征在于,所述贴附式流体输注装置包括:壳体,所述壳体的下表面适于贴附所述患者皮肤;储液室,位于所述壳体内且用于容纳输注流体;输注组件,与所述储液室流体连通,用于将所述储液室内的输注流体输送至患者体内,所述输注组件包括输注针,所述输注针能够从所述壳体的下表面伸出并刺入患者皮肤;其中,所述壳体在所述输注针伸出的位置设置有第一凹部,所述第一凹部适于与所述输注针保护器的针密封部相匹配,所述壳体还设置有第二凹部,所述第二凹部与所述第一凹部相连接以便在使用后处理所述贴附式流体输注装置时收纳被所述输注针保护器的针弯折部弯折的输注针。
- 根据权利要求11所述的贴附式流体输注装置,其特征在于,所述贴附式流体输注装置还包括位于所述壳体内部的针插入机构。
- 根据权利要求12所述的贴附式流体输注装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有通向所述针插入机构的孔,所述输注针保护器的触发部穿过所述孔以触发所述针插入机构。
- 根据权利要求11所述的贴附式流体输注装置,其特征在于,所述第二凹部内还设置有输注针锁,适于锁定被弯折的输注针。
