Description

一种洁牙装置 技术领域
本发明涉及卫生洁具领域,具体涉及一种洁牙装置。
背景技术
龋齿发病率高,危害大,被世界卫生组织列为人类三大重点防治疾病之一。其发病的关键环节是牙齿表面的残留食物为细菌繁殖提供营养支持,所产生的代谢产物侵袭牙齿。因此,清洁牙齿,去除牙齿表面的残留食物,是防治龋齿的关键。牙齿表面的残留食物清除得越彻底,龋齿发生的可能性就越小。刷牙是公认的清洁牙齿最实际有效的办法之一,然而,我们目前最常用来洁牙的工具——牙刷是有很大的局限性的,主要表现在牙齿突出容易刷的部位,常被过度磨损,而不容易刷到的部位,如牙齿的邻面,常未能刷到残留食物而滋生细菌。即使是经过改进的电动牙刷,仍未能克服这个局限性。
因此,有必要研发一种能全面清洁牙齿,不留死角,且牙齿的各个面都不被过度磨损的洁牙装置。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述中的技术问题,提供一种可全面清洁牙齿并自动化控制的洁牙装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种洁牙装置,其特征在于,包括,
—牙套,包括上牙套和下牙套,二者一体成型,所述上牙套和下牙套分别设有适于容纳牙齿的上沟槽和下沟槽;
—供液系统,包括供液设备,所述上牙套或/和下牙套上还设有用于填充外部洁牙液的注入口,所述注入口贯穿至所述上沟槽或/和下沟槽表面,所述上沟槽和下沟槽间设有将二者贯通的液流通道;所述供液设备设有供液管,供液设备通过供液管向所述注入口注入洁牙液;
—供气系统,包括供气设备,所述上牙套和下牙套中沿所述上沟槽和下沟槽的边缘顺序贯穿有充气管,该充气管可随气体的充入而膨胀,所述上沟槽和下沟槽于充气管沿线的内壁,随充气管的膨胀而填充上沟槽和下沟槽的边缘与牙 龈之间的缝隙;所述供气设备设有供气管,供气设备通过供气管向所述充气管充入气体;
—电控系统,包括电源控制器、供液控制器和供气控制器。
所述牙套采用医用非弹性材料。
所述液流通道对称设置于所述牙套左右两侧的内侧端,使洁牙液可在上沟槽和下沟槽中相互流通。
所述充气管依次贯穿于所述上沟槽的两侧内壁和下沟槽的两侧内壁靠近边缘处,在充盈时可封闭牙龈与上牙套和下牙套之间的缝隙,避免洁牙液泄漏。
所述供液设备,还包括储液罐、微型电动水泵、电磁排气阀;所述供液控制器控制该供液设备,可控制供液设备的启停、液体流速和流向。
所述电磁排气阀安装有压力传感器,仅可排出气体而不能排出液体。
所述供气设备,还包括微型气泵,所述供气控制器与该供气设备连接,微型气泵由该供气控制器控制,可控制供气设备的启停、气体压力检测和反馈。
所述注入口的进液端和充气管的进气端分别设于所述牙套的背部或底部,二者还分别可拆卸的连接有硬质连接管,所述供液管、供气管通过硬质连接管分别为注入口和充气管供液、供气。
所述牙套的背部或底部设有握柄,供使用时牙套的拾放。
本发明的洁牙装置,具有如下技术效果:
1、使用时洁牙液可浸没牙齿所有表面并快速流动,使牙齿所有表面的残留食物被冲刷干净,达到全面洁牙效果;
2、自动化控制,使用简单、快捷,尤其适用于儿童、患有手疾等手动刷牙不便的人群使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步地说明。
如图1所示的本发明洁牙装置的组成示意图,包括牙套、供液系统、供气系统、电控系统。
牙套采用医用非弹性材料制成并一体成型,如医用塑料。由上牙套(1)和下牙套(2)组成,同时上牙套(1)和下牙套(2)分别设有适于容纳牙齿的上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)。牙套的背部或底部设有握柄(14),供使用时牙套的拾放。
供液系统由供液设备(8)和设置在牙套内的供液网络组成。上牙套(1)上设有用于填充外部洁牙液的注入口(5),注入口(5)的一端位于上牙套(1)的背面,并螺接有第一硬质连接管(15),该注入口(5)的另一端贯穿至所述上沟槽(3)表面。同时,上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)间设有将二者贯通的液流通道(6),该液流通道(6)对称设置于所述牙套左右两侧的内侧端(在成人位于相当于智齿后方的位置),使洁牙液可在上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)中相互流通。供液设备(8)包括储液罐、微型电动水泵、电磁排气阀和供液管(9),供液设备(8)通过供液管(9)与第一硬质连接管(15)连接,向上述注入口(5)注入洁牙液,电磁排气阀用于排空供液管(9)及其所连接的液流通道(6)中的空气,电磁排气阀上亦安装有检测空气是否排净的压力传感器。供液设备(8)由供液控制器(10)控制,可控制供液设备(8)的启停、液体流速和流向。
供气系统由供气设备(11)和设置在牙套内的供气网络组成,与上述与供液系统不相通。上牙套(1)和下牙套(2)中,沿上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)的边缘顺序贯穿有充气管(7),该充气管(7)依次贯穿于所述上沟槽(3)的两侧内壁和下沟槽(4)的两侧内壁,该充气管(7)可随气体的充入而膨胀,随充气管(7)的膨胀而填充上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)的边缘与牙龈之间的缝隙,避免牙齿周围的洁牙液流动时出现泄漏。此时上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)于充气管(7)沿线的内壁,随充气管(7)的膨胀而拱起。供气设备(11)包括微型气泵和供气管(12),供气设备(11)通过供气管(12)与第二硬质连接管(15)连接,向充气管(7)充入气体。供气设备(11)有供气控制器(13)控制,可控制供气设备(11)的启停、气体压力检测和反馈。
所述洁牙液,需由水和颗粒状洁牙摩擦剂组成,使用时利用颗粒研磨,使含有颗粒的高压流体经过牙齿表面,从而去除牙齿表面的残留食物。
电控系统由电源控制器,以及上述的供液控制器(10)和供气控制器(13)组成,电源控制器设有本发明洁牙装置的电源连接端和开关控制器。
使用时,将牙套放入口腔,上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)分别与上牙和下牙对应啮合,并合上牙齿。启动装置电源,并控制供气设备(11)向充气管(7)充气,此时充气管(7)膨胀,沟槽的内壁拱起,使充气管(7)膨胀而填充上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)的边缘与牙龈之间的缝隙后,上、下牙齿周围形成一个密闭的空间,而后停止充气。控制供液设备(8)启动,通过微型电动水泵向注入口(5)输入洁牙液,洁牙液流入上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4),浸没牙齿,同时,此时电磁排气阀启动,在洁牙液流入的同时,牙齿周围的其他空气通过电磁排气阀排出(电磁排气阀上的压力传感器将检测空气是否排净,检测排净后电磁排气阀将停止工作),在气体完全排出的同时,将洁牙液将完全浸没牙齿。然后,洁牙液在牙齿周围反复在上沟槽(3)和下沟槽(4)之间快速流动,洁牙液中的微粒冲刷牙齿表面的残留食物,从而达到全面清洁牙齿的目的。完成清洁后,停止供液设备(8)的运转,供气系统去除充气管(7)中的气体,嘴巴张开即可脱离上牙套(1)和下牙套(2)与上、下牙牙龈的接触,部分洁牙液将泄漏到口腔内,通过漱口去除。上牙套(1)和下牙套(2)通过清洁后可重复使用。

    —牙套,包括上牙套和下牙套,二者一体成型,所述上牙套和下牙套分别设有适于容纳牙齿的上沟槽和下沟槽;
    —供液系统,包括供液设备,所述上牙套或/和下牙套上还设有用于填充外部洁牙液的注入口,所述注入口贯穿至所述上沟槽或/和下沟槽表面,所述上沟槽和下沟槽间设有将二者贯通的液流通道,所述供液设备设有供液管,供液设备通过供液管向所述注入口注入洁牙液;
    —供气系统,包括供气设备,所述上牙套和下牙套中沿所述上沟槽和下沟槽的边缘顺序贯穿有充气管,该充气管可随气体的充入而膨胀,所述上沟槽和下沟槽于充气管沿线的内壁,随充气管的膨胀而填充上沟槽和下沟槽的边缘与牙龈之间的缝隙;所述供气设备设有供气管,供气设备通过供气管向所述充气管充入气体;
    —电控系统,包括电源控制器、供液控制器和供气控制器。
