Description

无线信息订阅方法、相关装置及系统
本申请要求于2018年1月26日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201810079488.X、发明名称为“无线信息订阅方法、相关装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言涉及一种无线信息订阅方法、相关装置及系统。
背景技术
在IP多媒体子系统(IP multimedia sub-system,IMS)提供的业务中,呼叫会话控制功能设备(call session control function,CSCF)通常需要获取用户设备(user equipment,UE)的无线信息,例如位置信息或接入网类型等,并根据UE的无线信息对UE提供具体的IMS业务或计费等。
现有技术中提供了CSCF通过第四代(4rd generation,4G)核心网中的策略控制规则功能设备(policy and charging rule function,PCRF)向分组网关(packed gateway,PGW)来获取UE的无线信息的方法。
但是,现有的4G核心网在演进到第五代(5th generation,5G)网络后,其网络结构和功能都发生了改变,同时UE通过5G接入网接入了5G核心网(5G core,5GC),但现有技术并没有给出CSCF如何向5G核心网获取UE的无线信息的方法,从而导致相关的IMS业务或计费无法开展。
发明内容
本本申请实施例提供了一种可以向5G核心网获取UE的无线信息的方法,相关装置和系统。
第一方面,本本申请实施例提供一种无线信息订阅方法,主要用于IP多媒体子系统IMS中的呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF,其主要包括如下的步骤:
首先获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,然后通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识。CSCF通过上述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息,从而CSCF可以根据接收到的无线信息对接入了5G核心网的用户设备提供相关的IMS业务(例如IP语音业务)或计费。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识可以通过如下方法:
在所述用户设备进行IMS注册时,CSCF通过所述服务化接口向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,随后CSCF接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF发送的标识请求消息可以为服务器分配请求消息,该标识 响应消息可以为服务器分配响应消息。CCSF可以在服务器分配请求消息中新增用于管理功能设备的标识的字段。用户数据服务器在服务器分配响应消息中的该字段中携带用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,从而更好的利用已有的消息流程。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF还可以在获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识之后,进一步CSCF通过所述服务化接口向所述用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新,然后在用户设备所在地的管理功能设备更新后,接收所述用户数据服务器返回的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识,从而使得CSCF可以获得最新的管理功能设备的标识。本方案避免了CSCF频繁向用户数据服务器发送标识请求,减少了CSCF和用户数据服务器之间的信令交互。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF为服务呼叫会话控制功能设备S-CSCF。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF为代理呼叫会话控制功能设备P-CSCF。此时,P-CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识可以通过接收S-CSCF发送的注册成功消息来实现,即P-CSCF接收IMS网络中S-CSCF发送的注册成功消息,所述注册成功消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
在一个可能的方案中,S-CSCF在接收到用户数据服务器发送的通知消息,且通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识时,向P-CSCF发送该通知消息,P-CSCF接收S-CSCF发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识。然后,P-CSCF使用所述更新的管理功能设备的标识替换注册成功消息中携带的所述管理功能设备的标识,便于后续向该更新的管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息。
在一个可能的方案中,P-CSCF向用户设备发送删除了所述管理功能设备的标识的注册成功消息,从而通知用户设备本次IMS注册成功。
第二方面,本实施例提供一种无线信息订阅的方法,应用于5G核心网中的管理功能设备,其主要包括以下步骤:
管理功能设备通过服务化接口接收所述CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;管理功能设备然后获取用户设备的无线信息,并通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息,从而使得CSCF可以根据这些无线信息来对用户设备提供IMS业务或计费。
在一个可能的方案中,管理功能设备可以通过如下方法来获取用户设备的无线信息包括:
管理功能设备确定其没有管理所述用户设备,则获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识,然后向所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息订阅消息。最终,管理功能设备接收所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。此外,管理功能设备还可以在本地获取用户设备的无线信息。
在本方案中,管理功能设备通过向用户当前所在地的管理功能设备获取用户设备的无线信息,可以适用于用户设备发生移动导致管理用户设备的管理功能设备发生了更新的情况。
在一个可能的方案中,管理功能设备获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识可以采用如下的方案:
管理功能设备向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,该标识请求消息用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,然后管理功能设备接收所述用户数据服务器发送的标识响应消息,其中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。由于用户数据服务器中通常存储了用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识,因而管理功能设 备可以从用户数据服务器获得用户设备最新的管理功能设备的标识。
第三方面,本实施例提供一种与第一方面提供的无线信息订阅方法对应的呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF,其主要包括:
标识获取模块,用于获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;无线信息订阅模块,用于通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,所述无线信息订阅消息用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;无线信息接收模块,用于通过所述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF中的标识获取模块包括:
发送子模块,用于在所述用户设备进行IMS注册时,通过所述服务化接口向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;接收子模块,用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
在一个可能的方案中,CSCF标识获取模块中的发送子模块还用于通过所述服务化接口向所述用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新;对应的,CSCF标识获取模块中的接收子模块还用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识。
在一个可能的方案中,管理功能设备中的标识获取模块获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识可以采用如下的方案:
管理功能设备中标识获取模块向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,该标识请求消息用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,然后标识获取模块接收所述用户数据服务器发送的标识响应消息,其中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
第四方面,本实施例提供一种与第二方面提供的无线信息订阅方法对应的管理功能设备,其主要包括:
订阅接收模块,用于通过服务化接口接收所述CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;无线信息获取模块,用于获取所述用户设备的无线信息;以及无线信息发送模块,用于通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
在一个可能的方案中,管理功能设备中的无线信息获取模块可以包括:
确定子模块,用于确定所述管理功能设备没有管理所述用户设备,获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
发送子模块,用于向所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息订阅消息;
接收子模块,用于接收所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
第五方面,本本申请实施例提供一种呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF,该CSCF可以采用通用的计算机来实现。CSCF可以包括存储器、处理器、输入输出设备等。其中,存储器中存储了程序代码,处理器可以获取并执行存储器中存储的程序代码,从而使得CSCF可以执行上述第一方面提供的无线信息订阅方法,具体执行过程参见上述第一方面。
第六方面,本本申请实施例提供一种管理功能设备,该管理功能设备可以采用通用的计算机来实现。管理功能设备可以包括存储器、处理器、输入输出设备等。其中,存储器中存储了程序代码,处理器可以获取并执行存储器中存储的程序代码,从而使得管理功能设备可以执行上述第二方面提供的无线信息订阅方法,具体执行过程参见上述第二方面。
第七方面,本本申请实施例提供一种通信系统,其包括第三方面或第五方面所述的CSCF以及第四方面和第六方面所述的管理功能设备。
第八方面,本本申请实施例提供一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储了可以实现上述第一方面或第二方面提供的订阅方法的可执行代码。
在以上任一方面提供的实施例中,用户设备的无线信息包括所述用户设备的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态信息中的至少一个。管理功能设备可以包括接入和移动性管理功能设备、会话管理功能设备、策略控制功能设备中的至少一个。

具体实施方式
本申请提供一种无线信息订阅方法、相关装置及系统,参见图1,图1是本实施例一提供的通信系统的组网示意图。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的通信系统包括用户设备UE(未示出)和网络侧设备。网络侧设备包括5G核心网5GC以及对用户设备提供IMS业务的IMS网络。
其中,5GC中包括对用户设备进行管理的管理功能设备和统一数据管理设备(unified data management,UDM)。管理功能设备包括对UE进行移动性管理的接入和移动性管理功能设备(access and mobility management function,AMF)、对UE进行会话(例如分组数据单元会话)管理的会话管理功能设备(session management function,SMF)、对用户设备的用户面进行控制的用户面功能设备(user plane function,UPF)以及对用户进行策略控制的策略控制功能设备(policy control function,PCF)等。此外,5GC中还包括其他设备,本实施例对此不作限定。
IMS网络中包括CSCF和归属用户服务器(home subscribe server,HSS)。CSCF具体包括代理呼叫会话控制功能设备(proxy call session control function,P-CSCF)、查询会话控制 功能设备(integrating call session control function,I-CSCF)以及服务呼叫会话控制功能设备(service call session control function,S-CSCF)。P-CSCF是UE连接到IMS网络的接入点,用于转发UE和IMS网络之间的消息。S-CSCF主要负责UE的IMS注册过程以及UE相关的主叫或被叫会话处理。此外,CSCF还可以为应用功能设备(application function,AF)或应用服务器(application server,AS)。
其中,HSS和UDM可以统称为用户数据服务器,主要用于存储用户数据,例如用户的业务订阅信息、用户当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识或用户的鉴权信息等。
IMS网络中的设备P-CSCF、S-CSCF可以通过5GC提供的服务化接口同5GC中的AMF、SMF、UPF、PCF和UDM等设备进通信,5GC中的设备之间也可通过服务化接口进行通信。此外,IMS网络中的设备P-CSCF、I-CSCF、S-CSCF还可以通过Cx接口与HSS、UDM分别进行通信。
下面给出本实施例提供的无线信息订阅方法的实现流程。参考图2,图2是本本申请实施例二提供的无线信息订阅方法的实现流程图。
在本实施例提供的无线信息订阅方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤201、CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
其中,CSCF可以在UE进行IMS注册的过程中,获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。管理功能设备的标识可以包括管理功能设备的地址或名称。
用户设备所在地的管理功能设备也可以称为管理所述用户设备的管理功能设备。这些管理功能设备都位于5GC中。
步骤202、CSCF通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识。
其中,无线信息订阅消息用于向管理功能设备订阅用户设备的无线信息,从而管理功能设备在用户设备的无线信息发生改变时,向CSCF返回用户设备更新的无线信息。用户设备的无线信息包括所述用户设备的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态信息中的一个或其组合。无线信息还可以称为无线事件。
其中,UE的标识可以是UE的地址,例如UE的IP地址、会话初始化协议地址、国际移动设备识别码(International Mobile Equipment Identity,IMEI),还可以为用户的标识,例如IP多媒体私有标识(IP multimedia private identity,IMPI)或IP多媒体公共标识(IP multimedia public identity,IMPU),移动台综合业务数字网号码(mobile station international Integrated Services Digital Network number,MSISDN)。因此,UE的标识在本申请提供的所有实施例的中,其可能为不同的表现形式,但都可以标识这个UE。这些可能的替换都包括在本申请的实施例中。此外,本申请所有实施例中的UE的标识中可以携带多个具体的标识,例如被叫业务请求中可以携带UE的SIP地址和MSISDN号码。
步骤203、管理功能设备通过服务化接口接收所述CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识。
步骤204、管理功能设备获取所述用户设备当前的无线信息,通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
其中,管理功能设备可以在本地获取用户设备当前的无线信息,例如AMF是负责UE的 移动性管理的,其可以在本地获取UE的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态等。SMF可以在本地获取用户设备的分组数据单元(packet data unit,PDU)会话状态信息。PCF可以在本地获取用户设备的控制策略信息或计费信息等。管理功能设备在获取用户设备当前的无线信息后,通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
步骤205、CSCF通过所述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
在本实施例中,CSCF可以根据接收到的用户设备的无线信息对用户设备提供IMS业务或计费,例如根据用户设备的位置信息或接入网络类型对用户设备提供IP语音服务或对IP语音服务进行计费。
参考图3,图3是本本申请实施例三提供的无线信息订阅的方法的实现流程图。
本本申请实施例提供的无线信息订阅方法主要包括如下步骤:
步骤301、S-CSCF接收用户设备发送的注册请求消息。
其中,用户设备可以在进行IMS注册的过程中,对IMS网络进行认证,并在认证通过后向P-CSCF发送注册请求消息,例如register消息。P-CSCF向S-CSCF转发该注册请求消息。
步骤302、S-CSCF通过服务化接口向用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述UE所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
在本实施例中,S-CSCF通过向用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息的方法来获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。具体的,S-CSCF可以对UE的注册请求消息进行鉴权,在鉴权通过后,向用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求UE所在地(或所在位置)的管理功能设备的标识。
具体的,S-CSCF可以向用户数据服务器发送服务器分配请求(server assignment request,SAR)消息来请求UE所在地的管理功能设备的标识。SAR消息中携带用户设备的标识和新增的AMF标识信元,例如携带AMF address信元。
步骤303、S-CSCF接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
具体的,用户数据服务器在接收到S-CSCF发送的标识请求消息后,根据用户设备的标识查询用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,例如查询用户设备所在地的AMF的标识。在查询获得AMF的标识后,用户数据服务器可以向S-CSCF发送标识响应消息,其中携带AMF的标识。
其中,S-CSCF接收到的标识响应消息具体可以为服务器分配应答(server assignment answer,SAA)消息,其中携带用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
步骤304、S-CSCF向P-CSCF发送注册成功消息,注册成功消息中携带所述管理功能设备的标识。
在本实施例中,P-CSCF通过接收S-CSCF发送的注册成功消息来获取的方法来获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。其中,P-CSCF接收到的注册成功消息主要用于通知P-CSCF该UE的IMS注册成功了,同时该消息中还携带了UE所在地的管理功能设备的标识。注册成功消息可以具体为200OK消息,200OK消息中的AMF address信元携带了管理功能设备的标识。
步骤305、P-CSCF向所述用户设备发送删除了所述管理功能设备的标识的注册成功消息。
在本实施例中,P-CSCF可以直接向UE转发接收到的注册成功消息,还可以删除注册成功消息中管理功能设备的标识,例如删除200OK消息中的AMF address信元,然后向所述用户设备发送删除了所述管理功能设备的标识的注册成功消息,从而减小消息所占用的空间和传输带宽。
在本实施例中,由于UE可以在网络中移动,从而UE当前所在地的管理功能设备可以发生变更,此时,本本申请实施例还可以包括步骤306-307。
步骤306、S-CSCF通过服务化接口向用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新。
具体的,S-CSCF可以向用户数据服务器发送subscribe消息来订阅UE所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新。其中,Subscriber消息中可以包括UE的标识以及新增管理功能设备的标识订阅信元,例如新增AMF address change信元、AMF address update信元,或新增SMF address change信元、SMF address update信元。
步骤307、S-CSCF接收用户数据服务器返回的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识。
在本实施例中,由于UE在发生移动并更新了管理功能设备后,用户数据服务器中存储了这些管理功能设备的更新,进而用户数据服务器在接收到S-CSCF发生的标识订阅消息后,会在检测到UE所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新后,向S-CSCF返回通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识。
S-CSCF可以根据通知消息中携带的更新的管理功能设备的标识来替换(或更新)之前步骤303中的标识响应消息中携带的用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,从而使得S-CSCF本地可以保存UE最新的位置对应的管理功能设备的标识。
此外,S-CSCF还可以向P-CSCF发送接收到的通知消息,该通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识,从而P-CSCF接收S-CSCF发送的通知消息,然后使用所述更新的管理功能设备的标识替换所述注册成功消息中携带的所述管理功能设备的标识,从而使得P-CSCF本地可以保存UE最新的位置对应的管理功能设备的标识。
步骤308、P-CSCF通过服务化接口向管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识。
在本实施例中,P-CSCF可以根据自身的需要,发送不同类型的订阅消息给管理功能设备。例如,P-CSCF可以在接收到UE发送的呼叫请求(invite)时,向AMF发送位置订阅消息,用于订阅UE的位置信息,位置订阅消息中携带UE的标识。此外,P-CSCF还可以向AMF发送接入网订阅消息,用于订阅UE的接入网信息,接入网订阅消息中携带UE的标识。此外,P-CSCF还可以向SMF发送会话订阅消息,用于订阅UE的分组数据单元(packet data unit,PDU)会话信息,会话订阅消息中携带UE的标识。
管理功能设备获取该UE当前的无线信息,并通过所述服务化接口向所述P-CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。此外,管理功能设备还在UE的无线信息发生更新时,进一步通过服务化接口向所述P-CSCF发送所述用户设备更新的无线信息。
例如,AMF获取UE当前所在的小区位置,并通过服务化接口向P-CSCF发送该小区位置信息。在用户设备发生移动时,AMF获取UE发生移动后的小区位置信息,并再次向P-CSCF发送该更新的小区位置信息。
步骤309、P-CSCF通过服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信 息。
在本实施例中,P-CSCF和S-CSCF均可以从用户数据服务器获得管理功能设备的标识,然后通过服务化接口向标识对应的管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,管理功能设备在获取UE的无线信息后,通过该服务化接口向P-CSCF和S-CSCF发送获取的无线信息。此外,P-CSCF还可以接收S-CSCF转发的无线信息。在P-CSCF和S-CSCF获取了UE的无线信息后,P-CSCF和S-CSCF可以根据无线信息对UE提供IMS业务或计费。例如,根据UE的接入网类型来对UE的数据业务进行计费等。
参见图4,图4是本本申请实施例四提供的无线信息订阅方法的流程图。本本申请实施例提供的无线信息订阅方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤401、CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
在本实施例中,CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识具体可以参考图3对应的实施例,在此不再重复。
步骤402、CSCF通过服务化接口向管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识。
在本实施例中,CSCF可以根据自身的需要,发送不同类型的订阅消息给管理功能设备。例如,P-CSCF可以在接收到UE发送的呼叫请求(invite)时,向AMF发送位置订阅消息,用于订阅UE的位置信息,位置订阅消息中携带UE的标识。位置订阅消息可以具体为Namf-EventExpoure(location changes)消息。此外,P-CSCF或S-CSCF还可以向AMF发送接入网订阅消息,用于订阅UE的接入网信息,接入网订阅消息中携带UE的标识。此外,P-CSCF或S-CSCF还可以向SMF发送会话订阅消息,用于订阅UE的PDU会话信息,会话订阅消息中携带UE的标识。
5GC中的管理功能设备在接收到无线信息订阅消息后,根据其中携带的UE的标识获取UE的无线信息,例如获取UE的位置信息、接入网络类型等。
此外,由于UE可能处于移动状态,从而从上述管理功能设备(称为源管理功能设备或锚定管理功能设备)切换到另一个管理功能设备(称为目标管理设备)。因此,管理功能设备可以在接收到无线信息订阅消息后,确定UE属于管理功能设备管理,然后再获取UE的无线信息,并执行后续的步骤406。若确定UE不属于管理功能设备管理,则执行步骤403-405,从用户当前所在地的管理功能设备获取UE的无线信息。
步骤403、管理功能设备确定其没有管理所述用户设备,获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
其中,管理功能设备可以在本地管理的UE列表中查询是否包含无线信息订阅消息中携带的UE的标识,若未查询到,则确定管理功能设备没有管理该UE。若查询到,则确定管理功能设备管理了该UE,即该UE属于管理功能设备管理。
可选的,管理功能设备可以在本地获取UE当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识,还可以向UE对应的用户数据服务器发标识获取请求(例如get命令),用于获取所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识,然后再接收用户数据服务器发送的标识获取响应,其中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。其中,用户数据服务器获取管理功能设备的标识的具体步骤可以参考上述步骤302-303的相关描述。
步骤404、管理功能设备向所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息 订阅消息。
管理功能设备可以转发接收到的无线信息订阅消息给用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备。
步骤405、用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备向源管理功能设备发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备在接收到无线信息订阅消息后,可以直接从本地获取该用户设备的无线信息,然后向发送无线信息订阅消息的管理功能设备,即源管理功能设备,回复用户设备的无线信息。
步骤406、源管理功能设备通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述接收到的用户设备的无线信息。
源管理功能设备可以在UE发生移动而切换管理功能设备的情况下,向UE对应的用户数据服务器来获取UE当前所在位置的管理功能设备,从而向UE当前所在位置的管理功能设备获取UE的无线信息,并转发给CSCF,便于CSCF根据UE的无线信息进行相关的IMS业务。
参见图5,图5是本本申请实施例五提供的呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF的硬件结构图。
其中,CSCF可以采用通用的计算机硬件来实现,其包括处理器501、存储器502、总线503、输入设备504、输出设备505以及网络接口506。
具体的,存储器502可以包括以易失性和/或非易失性存储器形式的计算机存储媒体,如只读存储器和/或随机存取存储器。存储器502可以存储操作系统、应用程序、其他程序模块、可执行代码、程序数据、用户开户数据、用户订阅数据等。
输入设备504可以用于向CSCF输入命令和信息,输入设备404如键盘或指向设备,如鼠标、轨迹球、触摸板、麦克风、操纵杆、游戏垫、卫星电视天线、扫描仪或类似设备。这些输入设备可以通过总线503连接至处理器501。
输出设备505可以用于CSCF输出信息,除了显示器之外,输出设备505还可以为其他外围输出设各,如扬声器和/或打印设备,这些输出设备也可以通过总线503连接到处理器501。
CSCF可以通过网络接口506连接到网络中,例如连接到局域网(Local Area Network,LAN)。在联网环境下,CSCF中存储的计算机执行指令可以存储在远程存储设备中,而不限于在本地存储。
当CSCF中的处理器501执行存储器502中存储的可执行代码或应用程序时,CSCF可以执行以上实施例中的CSCF一侧的方法步骤,例如执行步骤201-201,301-302、401-402等。具体执行过程参见上述方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
参见图6,图6是本本申请实施例六提供的管理功能设备的结构示意图。
其中,管理功能设备主要包括处理器601、存储器602、总线603、输入设备604、输出设备605以及网络接口606。
具体的,存储器602可以包括以易失性和/或非易失性存储器形式的计算机存储媒体,如只读存储器和/或随机存取存储器。存储器602可以存储操作系统、应用程序、其他程序模块、可执行代码和程序数据。
输入设备604可以用于向管理功能设备输入命令和信息,输入设备604如键盘或指向设备,如鼠标、轨迹球、触摸板、麦克风、操纵杆、游戏垫、圆盆式卫星电视天线、扫描仪或类似设备。这些输入设备可以通过总线603连接至处理器601。
输出设备605可以用于管理功能设备输出信息,除了显示器之外,输出设备605还可以为其他外围输出设各,如扬声器,这些输出设备也可以通过总线603连接到处理器601。
管理功能设备可以通过网络接口606连接到网络中,例如通过无线接口连接到WIFI网络、5G、长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)网络。在联网环境下,管理功能设备中存储的计算机执行指令可以存储在远程存储设备中,而不限于在本地存储。
当管理功能设备中的处理器601执行存储器602中存储的可执行代码或应用程序时,管理功能设备可以执行以上实施例中的管理功能设备一侧的方法步骤,例如执行步骤203-204,309,403-404等。具体执行过程和有益效果参见上述相关实施例,在此不再赘述。
参见图7,图7是本本申请实施例七提供的CSCF的功能示意图。
如图所示,本本申请实施例提供的呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF主要包括标识获取模块701、无线信息订阅模块702和无线信息接收模块703。
其中,标识获取模块701,主要用于获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;无线信息订阅模块702,主要用于通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,所述无线信息订阅消息用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;无线信息接收模块703,主要用于通过所述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。其中,用户设备的无线信息可以包括所述用户设备的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态信息中的至少一个。
本本申请实施例提供的CSCF可以使用在前述方法实施例中,其通过上述的标识获取模块701、无线订阅模块702以及无线信息接收模块703之间的配合来完成上述方法实施例中CSCF一侧的方法步骤。与现有技术中的CSCF相比,本实施例提供的CSCF在执行上述通信流程时,具有与前述方法实施例相同的有益效果。
可选的,本实施例CSCF中的标识获取模块701可以包括发送子模块和接收子模块。其中,发送子模块主要用于在所述用户设备进行IMS注册时,通过所述服务化接口向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;接收子模块,主要用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
可选的,所述标识获取模块701中的发送子模块还用于通过所述服务化接口向所述用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新。对应的,所述接收子模块还用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识,从而CSCF可以在用户设备发生管理功能设备切换时,及时获得更新的管理功能设备的标识。
在本实施例中,管理功能设备是以功能模块的形式来呈现的,这里的“模块”可以指特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件。在一个简单的实施例中,本领域的技术人员可以想到本实施例中的管理功能设备也可以采用图5所示的硬件形式来实现。
参见图8,图8是本本申请实施例八提供的管理功能设备的功能示意图。
如图所示,本本申请实施例提供的管理功能设备包括订阅接收模块801、无线信息获取模块802以及无线信息发送模块803。
其中,订阅接收模块801主要用于通过服务化接口接收所述CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;无线信息获取模块802主要用于获取所述用户设备的无线信息;无线信息发送模块803主要用于通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
本本申请实施例提供的管理功能设备可以使用在前述方法实施例中,其通过上述的订阅接收模块801、无线信息获取模块802和无线信息发送模块803之间的配合来完成方法实施例中管理功能设备一侧的方法步骤。与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的管理功能设备在执行上述功能时,具有与前述方法实施例相同的有益效果。
可选的,在本实施例提供的管理功能设备中,无线信息获取模块802可以包括确定子模块、发送子模块和接收子模块。
其中,确定子模块主要用于确定所述管理功能设备没有管理所述用户设备,获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识;发送子模块主要用于向所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息订阅消息;接收子模块主要用于接收所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
上述实施例七、八中CSCF和管理功能设备均是以功能模块的形式来呈现的,这里的“模块”可以指特定应用集成电路,执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件。本领域的技术人员可以想到本实施例中的CSCF和管理功能设备也可以分别采用图5、6所示的硬件形式来实现。
例如,CSCF中的标识获取模块701,无线信息订阅模块702和无线信息接收模块703所实现的功能都可以通过图5中的处理器501和存储器502来实现。例如,标识获取模块701获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识可以通过由处理器501来执行存储器502中存储的代码来实现。
管理功能设备中的订阅接收模块801、无线信息获取模块802和无线信息发送模块803所实现的功能都可以通过图6中的处理器601和存储器602来实现。例如,无线信息获取模块802获取所述用户设备的无线信息的步骤可以通过由处理器601来执行存储器602中存储的代码来实现。

  1. 一种无线信息订阅的方法,应用于IP多媒体子系统IMS中的呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;
    通过所述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CSCF获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识包括:
    在所述用户设备进行IMS注册时,所述CSCF通过所述服务化接口向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    所述CSCF接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述CSCF通过所述服务化接口向所述用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新;

    所述P-CSCF接收所述IMS中的S-CSCF发送的注册成功消息,所述注册成功消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述P-CSCF接收所述IMS网络中S-CSCF发送的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识;
    所述P-CSCF使用所述更新的管理功能设备的标识替换所述注册成功消息中携带的所述管理功能设备的标识。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述P-CSCF向所述用户设备发送删除了所述管理功能设备的标识的注册成功消息。
  7. 如权利要求1到6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述用户设备的无线信息包括所述用户设备的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态信息、分组数据会话状态中的至少一个。
  8. 一种无线信息订阅的方法,应用于5G核心网中的管理功能设备,其特征在于,包括:
    通过服务化接口接收呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,所述无线信息订阅消息用于订阅用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;
    获取所述用户设备的无线信息,通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户设备的无线信息包括:
    确定所述管理功能设备没有管理所述用户设备,获取所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    向所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息订阅消息;
    接收所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识包括:
    向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    接收所述用户数据服务器发送的标识响应消息,其中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
  11. 一种呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF,其特征在于,包括:
    标识获取模块,用于获取用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    无线信息订阅模块,用于通过服务化接口向所述管理功能设备发送无线信息订阅消息,所述无线信息订阅消息用于订阅所述用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;
    无线信息接收模块,用于通过所述服务化接口接收所述管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的CSCF,其特征在于,所述标识获取模块包括:
    发送子模块,用于在所述用户设备进行IMS注册时,通过所述服务化接口向所述用户设备对应的用户数据服务器发送标识请求消息,用于请求所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    接收子模块,用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的标识响应消息,所述标识响应消息中携带所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的CSCF,其特征在于,
    所述发送子模块还用于通过所述服务化接口向所述用户数据服务器发送标识订阅消息,用于订阅所述用户设备所在地的管理功能设备的标识更新;
    所述接收子模块还用于接收所述用户数据服务器返回的通知消息,所述通知消息中携带更新的管理功能设备的标识。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的CSCF,其特征在于,所述用户设备的无线信息包括所述用户设备的位置信息、接入网信息、无线连接状态信息中的至少一个。
  15. 一种5G核心网中的管理功能设备,其特征在于,包括:
    订阅接收模块,用于通过服务化接口接收呼叫会话控制功能设备CSCF发送的无线信息订阅消息,所述无线信息订阅消息用于订阅用户设备的无线信息,所述无线信息订阅消息中携带所述用户设备的标识;
    无线信息获取模块,用于获取所述用户设备的无线信息;
    无线信息发送模块,用于通过所述服务化接口向所述CSCF发送所述用户设备的无线信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的管理功能设备,其特征在于,所述无线信息获取模块包括:
    确定子模块,用于确定所述管理功能设备没有管理所述用户设备,获取所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备的标识;
    发送子模块,用于向所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送所述无线信息订阅消息;
    接收子模块,用于接收所述用户设备当前所在地的管理功能设备发送的所述用户设备的无线信息。
